adjoe https://adjoe.io/ is redefining the future of mobile ads. Powered by advanced AI, first-party data and world-class engineers, we’ve perfected the offerwall experience for monetizing and scaling app publishers with solutions like Playtime and Arcade – now the fastest growing rewarded advertising channel globally – driving incremental engagement, retention, and revenue.
At the same time, we’re breaking into programmatic advertising with the intelligent bidding system of adjoe Ads. Together, this ecosystem connects app developers to over 600 million users worldwide for scalable growth. Backed by a $100 million investment from Bertelsmann and operating from offices in Hamburg, Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo, adjoe is defining the next stages of app and ad experience – right now. Join us.
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to support the product and technical dimension of adjoe’s most critical enterprise relationships. Acting as the "Technical Lead" for our top-tier partners, you will merge complex partner roadmaps with our modern stack – powered by Golang and Native SDKs – to drive technical excellence for over 100 million daily users.
Your mandate is to bridge the gap between our technology team in Germany and the partner’s vision. You will collaborate with senior product and engineering counterparts, acting as a point of contact for all technical discourse. This is a role of deep technical empowerment: You have direct access to our entire cloud infrastructure – from real-time monitoring and logging to our extensive data lakes – to maintain a comprehensive, full-picture view of the system state. From investigating complex architectural issues to supporting the rollout of new, high-impact features, you ensure our stacks evolve in perfect sync.
Working as a key collaborator with our internal Product and Tech departments, you will act as the technical gatekeeper and advocate for our largest enterprise accounts.
What You Will Do:
- Technical Strategy & Execution: Act as the primary consultant for enterprise partners, architecting the technical path to success. You will play a key role in guiding the co-creation of new products in partnership with our Germany based tech team, validating and optimizing technical solutions directly with our top partners to ensure they are battle-tested before reaching full-scale production.
- Orchestrate the Joint Technical Roadmap: Support the technical lifecycle of the partnership, leading complex feature rollouts and managing integration timelines.
- Root-Cause Architecture & Proactive Mitigation: Put on your "detective hat" to lead high-stakes troubleshooting by going beyond the surface of mobile app code to conduct deep-dive root-cause analysis, proactively identifying and solving integration blockers before they impact the partner’s revenue.
- Data-Driven Consultancy: Leverage SQL and Python (or others) to aggregate and visualize complex datasets, translating raw data into technical narratives that help partners reach their KPIs.
- Voice of the Customer: Translate partner feedback into precise technical requirements for internal Product teams to unlock global scalability.
- Enterprise Account Ownership: Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts, owning relationships with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership. You will support executive-level technical discussions, manage escalations, and proactively drive account health.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical-client-facing role in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS (TAM, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture), with some exposure to the mobile ecosystem.
- Must have: Professional fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- Proven enterprise account experience: You have directly managed key enterprise accounts, navigating complex stakeholder environments and acting as a trusted technical advisor to senior client contacts.
- The Tech-Architect: Expert at translating high-level requirements into specifications. You are equally comfortable discussing SDK initialization and REST endpoint latency with a Senior Product Owner as you are debugging HTML/JavaScript.
- Analytical Powerhouse: Proficient in SQL and data visualization. You have extensive experience using analytics dashboards such as Grafana, Tableau, QuickSight, or Kibana to find the "why" behind the numbers and drive strategic technical decisions.
- Mobile & App Native: (Huge Plus) Familiarity with Java or experience building/supporting mobile apps with a "sixth sense" for debugging SDK integration issues.
- Cross-Functional Catalyst: A natural collaborator who can navigate internal Engineering & Product teams to find solutions in high-pressure environments.
- Nice to have: Experience with Software Development.
Fuel for the Journey: Benefits to Support Your Ambitions:
- Health & Dental Insurance: Comprehensive healthcare coverage provided through Care Plus (SOHO30 and ODONT20 plans).
- Life Insurance: Company-provided life and disability insurance coverage to support you and your family.
- Meal / Food Allowance: Monthly flexible allowance that can be used at restaurants, supermarkets, delivery services, and more.
- Transportation Allowance: Monthly support to help cover commuting costs.
- Wellhub (Gympass): Access to the Wellhub platform with exclusive corporate discounts on gyms and wellness services.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP): SupportLinc is available at no cost to you and your family, offering confidential support and resources to promote well-being and work-life balance.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build and evolve our new Common case-management system, powering support-case handling across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo.
You will own significant end-to-end initiatives across backend services and agent-facing tools: case lifecycle, routing and assignment, queue management, case evidence and history, and migration from legacy systems. This is a hands-on product engineering role for someone who can turn ambiguous customer and operational problems into durable technical solutions.
What you’ll do
Lead one or more project-level Case Management initiatives from discovery and design through rollout, measurement, and operational ownership.
Build scalable backend services and React-based internal tools used by support operators and administrators.
Design reliable case-management capabilities, including case creation, routing, assignment, transfers, audit history, notes, attachments, and queue-management workflows.
Help deliver feature parity with legacy platforms while safely migrating traffic across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo.
Make and own technical decisions within your scope; write project-level design documents, identify dependencies and risks, and break work into parallelizable delivery plans.
Partner closely with Product, Operations, Support, Data, and other engineering teams to define the right customer problems and improve the roadmap.
Raise the quality bar through thoughtful design reviews, observability, testing, incident response, documentation, and reusable patterns.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and constructive feedback.
Must-have qualifications
Strong full-stack engineering experience, including production React and TypeScript experience.
Strong backend engineering experience, including designing and operating backend services, APIs, asynchronous workflows, and data models at meaningful scale.
Demonstrated ownership of complex, customer-facing or operations-critical projects from technical design through production rollout.
Hands-on experience using AI development tools to improve engineering productivity, while validating generated output for correctness, security, privacy, maintainability, and reliability.
Strong product judgment: able to translate ambiguous workflows and user needs into simple, maintainable technical solutions.
Proven ability to collaborate across functions, drive alignment, and communicate trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong software-engineering craft: testing, code review, observability, incident response, security, and operational readiness.
Comfortable working on systems with high correctness and auditability requirements, including traceability of decisions and changes.
A proactive mentoring mindset and willingness to raise team-wide engineering standards.
Nice-to-have qualifications
Go experience.
Experience with migration from legacy systems, gradual rollouts, traffic shadowing, and feature-parity programs.
Experience building internal tools or operational user interfaces.
Experience with high-volume, multi-region, or multi-tenant systems.
What success looks like
Delivers a major Case Management initiative with clear technical ownership, predictable execution, and measurable customer or business impact.
Improves the Common system’s reliability, usability, and maintainability while enabling safe migration from legacy case-management systems.
Helps move support traffic onto the Common system without reducing case-resolution quality.
Builds solutions that other engineers and operators can confidently reuse and operate.
Acts as a technical leader within the team: unblocks peers, improves engineering decisions, and strengthens cross-functional execution.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

About the Role
We're looking for a natural Sales person who is passionate about hospitality. Sales is at the heart of our business growth right now, and you will be driving it forward in your day-to-day. This role is about more than closing deals, it is about blending with the hospitality scene and winning the market.
In your day-to-day you can expect a mix of top of funnel activities, field sales, cold sales, networking, events and more.
What You’ll Do
Our sales are not your typical SaaS or office sales. We meet our customers where they operate:
- Find the coolest new hospitality spots in town that everyone talks about
- Create engaging ways to show our product
- Use creative communication strategies to close the deal that will help the merchant operate smarter
- Do a smooth handover to the onboarding team to make sure we go live quickly and successfully
- Efficiently use our CRM and other Sales tools (Hubspot, Clay, AI) to leave more time for creativity and connection
- Continuously improve and revisit our sales funnel
- Keep an eye on the new developments in the industry and the merchants’ needs to create our own path
What You’ll Need
You are a natural relationship builder with a passion for hospitality industry:
- Hands-on approach, independence and hunger for fast-paced operations
- Natural curiosity and a healthy appetite for calculated risk - we want you to try new things and not be afraid to fail
- Strong and engaging communication skills - you can grab an attention of a busy hospitality owner and keep them interested
- Passion and curiosity for hospitality and hospitality tech
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Account Management or Hospitality
- You are comfortable working in both English and German
If this speaks to you we can be the right fit. Learn more about how we work from our Recipe here: https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers.
Benefits:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary
- Flexible time off
- Team events
What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

At Wolt, we're constantly looking for ways to make our Support organization smarter, more efficient, and more scalable. As part of our SSC (Shared Service Center) Support Development team, you'll play a key role in shaping how Support operates across multiple countries by leading strategic initiatives that improve customer experience, operational performance, and the way our teams work.
You'll partner with stakeholders across local and global teams to turn ideas into action — using data, structured project management, and continuous improvement to deliver meaningful impact at scale. Drive implementation of new initiatives while ensuring smooth adoption across teams.
Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate impact and identify further improvement opportunities.
Help standardize processes, improve operational efficiency, and share best practices across markets.
Review post launch performance of initiatives - identifying opportunities to improve further and course correcting in a timely manner.
Facilitate customer feedback on projects following launch - ensuring feedback loops are developed to pass information back to relevant teams.
Own deep dives on specific topics and leading updates with executive and senior stakeholders on specific issues (e.g. performance gaps, project updates).
Our humble expectations
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in collaborative environments, and gets excited about turning ideas into measurable improvements.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Experience managing projects, programs, or change initiatives in a fast-paced operational environment, with
hands-on experience in contact center operations
.
At least manager-level leadership experience
, including leading teams and driving operational improvements.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decisions, with (preferable) experience building dashboards and working with Cursor, Looker, and Snowflake.
Confidence using KPIs and operational metrics to identify opportunities and deliver continuous improvement.
A structured approach to planning, prioritization, and execution.
Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
Right to work in the country.
The following expertise is a big plus:
Experience working with AI-enabled solutions, tooling, automation, or platform implementations.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
Ownership of technology-driven or operational transformation initiatives.
Exposure to global or multinational organizations.
What we offer
This is an opportunity to work on initiatives that have a real impact across Wolt's Support organization. You'll collaborate with talented colleagues across multiple functions and countries, help shape how Support operates at scale, and see your ideas translated into meaningful improvements for both our teams and customers.
You'll join a collaborative environment where data, experimentation, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work—and where you'll have plenty of opportunities to grow your skills, expand your scope, and influence the future of Support operations.
Next steps
If qualified, our recruitment process begins with an initial screening conversation conducted by the Talent Acquisition team, followed by a role-specific interview to assess your experience and problem-solving approach.
If you progress to the next stage, you will receive a take-home assignment. You will then present your assignment in a follow-up meeting with the Hiring Manager and a Subject Matter Expert, where we’ll discuss your approach, reasoning, and recommendations in more detail. We aim to keep the process transparent, structured, and focused on giving you the opportunity to showcase your skills and thinking.
If you are service-minded, enjoy taking ownership, and thrive in an environment where you proactively identify solutions rather than wait for direction — we’d love to hear from you! 💙

About the role
🤓
Finance at seQura runs on data: recurring calculations, regulatory processes, provisioning, reporting cycles, and profitability tracking. As a Senior Financial Product Data Analyst, you'll own the link between how Finance actually works, the KPIs it tracks, and the decisions those KPIs drive, turning that understanding into reliable, self-service data products.
This isn't a "receive a ticket, write a query" role. You'll work closely with Finance and Finance Tech teams to understand why a number matters before you model it, then build trusted data products that Finance teams can use independently.
Your work will directly improve how Finance operates, helping establish a single source of truth for revenue, enabling self-service reporting, and ensuring the business can make confident decisions based on reliable data.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Learn seQura's Finance domain deeply enough to understand which KPIs matter, why they matter, and the business decisions they support—from pricing and provisioning to servicer settlement and product profitability.
Design and build production-grade data products, not just queries: dbt models on Redshift, fully documented and tested to Single Source of Truth standards, together with the Metabase dashboards and self-service datasets that sit on top of them.
Partner directly with Finance stakeholders to translate complex financial and regulatory processes into robust, reliable, and auditable data models.
Validate and reconcile critical Finance outputs, including servicer reports, provisioning runs, and amortisation tables, ensuring they are accurate and audit-ready.
Chase data quality issues back to their source, working closely with Data Engineering to solve problems upstream instead of applying downstream workarounds.
Help close the existing revenue gap between operational systems and the data warehouse while improving Finance models for defaults and amortisation.
Present findings, recommendations, and new data products directly to Finance leadership, connecting the data back to the business decisions it's meant to support.
Contribute to broader Data & AI governance initiatives, including metadata, documentation, and data catalog work wherever it impacts Finance.
About the Data team
🧩
Team mission
To turn seQura's raw data into trusted, well-governed data products that power business decisions, reporting, and AI across all domains.
What we own
The dbt transformation layer across business domains.
The Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for key business metrics.
Semantic models that enable consistent reporting and analytics.
Data contracts and governance standards across domains.
Data lineage, documentation, and discoverability.
Data quality, testing, and monitoring to ensure trusted data products.
Team Structure
You'll join a team of four Analytics Engineers, working alongside a Data Governance Lead and reporting to the Head of Data.
You'll collaborate closely with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Finance Tech, Data Engineering, and the wider Data & AI team to ensure Finance data is accurate, governed, and easy to consume.
How we work
We treat data as a product, with clear ownership, quality standards, and consumers.
We build self-service data products rather than one-off reports.
We understand the business context before building data models—we care as much about why a metric exists as how it's calculated.
We work closely with domain experts to turn business knowledge into reusable, trusted data assets.
We continuously improve data quality through governance, documentation, testing, and collaboration.
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1
Learn seQura's core Finance processes and KPIs, including pricing, provisioning, servicer settlement, and product profitability. Meet stakeholders across Finance and Finance Tech, and become familiar with the existing dbt models and Metabase dashboards supporting Finance.
Month 2
Take ownership of your first data quality or reconciliation initiative end-to-end, tracing issues back to their source alongside Data Engineering while contributing to an active dbt model.
Month 3
Deliver your first self-service Finance data product—a documented dbt model together with a Metabase dashboard—that Finance stakeholders can use independently, and present your work and recommendations to Finance leadership.
Tech stack & environment
🛠️
Our Finance Analytics stack is built around SQL, dbt, Redshift, and Metabase, enabling trusted, production-grade data products across Finance.
The team uses dbt for transformation and testing, Redshift as the analytical warehouse, and Metabase to deliver self-service reporting. OpenMetadata supports governance and discoverability, while Python and Airflow are used where automation or orchestration adds value.
What you’ll need 🤝
Must have:
5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer.
Strong hands-on SQL skills.
Practical experience with dbt, including data modeling, testing, and documentation.
Experience building dashboards and self-service data products using Metabase (or an equivalent BI platform).
Demonstrated ability to understand Finance processes, not just execute against a specification, and translate that understanding into robust data logic.
Strong business mindset, with the ability to connect KPIs to the decisions they support.
Fluent English.
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, lending, or BNPL environments.
Knowledge of provisioning, amortisation, EIR, or IFRS 9.
Python for analysis or lightweight automation.
Experience with data governance or catalog tools such as OpenMetadata.
Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow.
Experience presenting data products directly to Finance or executive stakeholders.
