Guiding new accounts through onboarding, overseeing amazing order experiences, and working closely with the Account Management team to ensure seamless handovers and client retention.
Utilising Salesforce, Google Sheets, Looker report, and present on sales performance, pipeline, and growth strategies.
Assisting with ad hoc tasks that fall under DfW's scope, such as attending trade events, supporting marketing activations, providing data reports, and chasing overdue client invoices.
Being proactive in helping to improve sales processes and tools, and shortening the sales cycle.
What You'll Need to Thrive
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English are a must.
3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth through a consultative and data-driven approach.
Structured and analytical mindset, able to manage long, multi-stakeholder corporate negotiations through to close and to prioritise a pipeline.

Strong cross-team collaborator, able to work effectively with Account Management, Marketing, Product, and the wider DfW EU team to get deals done.
Based in Milan (or willing to relocate).

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Strategic WFM Analyst lives in the Core Workforce Management (WFM) Planning & Operations Strategy team and is responsible for owning centralized forecast, capacity planning, workforce cost optimization, and strategic headcount trade-offs across all lines of business (LOBs). Moving beyond traditional scheduling and intraday monitoring, this role acts as a high-judgment governance function, translating complex demand forecasts into defensible FTE, BPO, and overtime spend strategies, modelling capacity risks, and aligning executive stakeholders across Finance, Product, and Operations. You are exceptionally strong in WFM maths and financial analytics, exhibit deep strategic curiosity, navigate messy raw data effortlessly, and communicate recommendations with executive-level clarity.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Translating multi-LOB demand forecasts into monthly and quarterly capacity, headcount, and budget requirements.
- Modelling workforce and financial trade-offs across internal FTEs, BPO partners, overtime spend, bonus hours, productivity shifts, and shrinkage.
- Analyzing demand-funnel changes (e.g., product feature roll outs, AI bot deflection shifts) and quantifying their exact capacity and dollar blast radius.
- Partnering directly with Finance, Product, and Operations to validate baseline assumptions, enforce input SLAs, and align on staffing commitments.
- Drafting concise, decision-ready executive memos and Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) for Directors and leadership.
- Conducting deep-dive root-cause analyses whenever operational actuals deviate from capacity plans and establishing corrective action paths.
- Standardizing capacity planning frameworks, modeling templates, and operating standards across LOBs.
- Maintaining deep forecasting competency to audit models, challenge underlying assumptions, and provide seamless coverage across the broader central WFM engine.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strategic WFM Maths: Exceptionally strong quantitative background with deep expertise in WFM fundamentals (capacity modelling, Erlang, shrinkage, AHT, SLA/ASA trade-offs) and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, SQL, or Python.
- Business & Financial Judgement: Demonstrated ability to connect operational queue dynamics directly to dollar exposure, hiring velocity, BPO costs, and SLA risk.
- Executive Communication: Superior strategic writing skills with a natural instinct to distil complex, multi-variable workforce analytics into scannable, 1-2 page decision memos.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to establish governance frameworks, challenge bad assumptions with back tested data, and align Finance, Product, and Operations leadership without formal authority.
- Blank-Page Ownership: High comfort operating in ambiguous environments with incomplete data, verifiably isolating what materially matters without requiring step-by-step direction.
- WFM Analyst Profile: Strong core WFM domain expertise with a strategic/Ops spike, not a generalist and not a passive traditional scheduler.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Product Program Management, the central program management function in Anthropic's Product organization. This team turns the company's hardest cross-functional obligations into programs that run: it stands up the strategic programs Anthropic needs to unblock growth, then runs the scaled operations behind them so partner teams can focus on building and selling Claude. You'll lead managers and program managers across Commercialization Operations, Community and Executive Escalations Operations, and Marketplace Operations, and you'll build a generalist program management bench that incubates new programs for the Product organization. The ideal candidate combines strategic judgment about what the company should take on with the operational rigor to make those programs run at scale.
About Anthropic
Anthropic is an AI safety and research company that's working to build reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our customers and for society as a whole.
Responsibilities
Set the team's charter and priorities: decide which cross-functional programs Product Program Management takes on and which it scales
Build strong partnerships with the teams Product Program Management supports across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, Legal, and more, so programs reflect their priorities and they see the team as a trusted extension of their own
Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing organization of managers and program managers across Product Program Management, including:
Commercialization Operations, which runs commercial launches for new products that will be billed or sold, plus programs like credits and promotions, trusted access, and local pricing, in partnership with Finance, Billing Engineering, and GTM
Community and Executive Escalations Operations, which handles social listening and escalations and turns them into product fixes
Marketplace Operations, which runs review and publishing for Anthropic's MCP Directory and plugin ecosystem
Build a small generalist program management team that incubates new cross-functional programs for the Product organization, runs them until they're stable, and then either matures them into their own pillar or shifts them to a long-term owner
Define success metrics for each program and report on them through regular business reviews with Product leadership
Provide thoughtful coaching and feedback to your direct reports, and partner with them on their career development and growth
You may be a good fit if you have
12+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related field, ideally at a high-growth technology company
5+ years of people management experience, including managing managers
A track record of building programs from 0 to 1 and then scaling them into durable operations
Experience with commercial launches, billing and pricing operations, or marketplace and developer platform operations (more than one a plus)
Strong judgment and execution on prioritization: you can stack-rank competing asks from Product, Engineering, GTM, and Finance into one roadmap and explain the tradeoffs
Experience partnering with engineering teams to replace manual operational work with tooling and automation
Excellent cross-functional influence with stakeholders who don't report to you, including executives
Clear, concise written communication: you can brief an executive in three sentences and write a process doc the next person can run from
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action in a fast-moving environment with many priorities at once
Excitement about building the operational backbone that lets Anthropic's products launch and scale safely

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, RURAL MARKETS
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for expanding Clipboard’s presence across rural communities throughout the United States. You’ll identify new opportunities, build relationships with Long-Term Care facility leaders, sign new facility partners, and help them successfully adopt our platform.
Most of your prospecting and relationship-building will happen remotely through phone, email, and video. However, success in this role also requires getting into the field. You should expect to travel approximately one week per month to rural communities for in-person facility visits, customer meetings, and local market development. Travel will often involve multiple facility visits across a region and may require overnight stays.
Your success will be measured primarily by the revenue generated from new customers, along with your ability to build a strong and sustainable pipeline in the markets you own.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prospect, pitch, and close new Long-Term Care facility partners through a combination of inside sales and in-person relationship building
- Travel approximately one week per month to rural communities for facility visits, customer meetings, and market development
- Build relationships with facility administrators, clinical leaders, operators, and other key decision-makers
- Create new demand in markets where Clipboard may have limited brand awareness or an early-stage presence
- Develop thoughtful travel plans that maximize the number and quality of facility visits within each region
- Attend relevant conferences, Clipboard-hosted events, and other industry functions
- Develop a deep understanding of the Long-Term Care landscape, our customers’ operational challenges, and the competitive environment
- Partner with internal teams to ensure new customers receive an excellent experience and successfully adopt the platform
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and opportunity data in our CRM
- Own your territory and consistently deliver against new-business revenue goals
WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU BRING
We’re building a team with a range of experience levels. You may already be an accomplished field seller, or you may be earlier in your career and ready for a role with significant autonomy, travel, and growth potential.
You bring:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across both clinical and business audiences
- Comfort initiating conversations, walking into facilities, and building relationships in person
- A willingness to travel approximately one week per month, including overnight trips to rural communities
- Curiosity, persistence, resourcefulness, and a bias for action
- The ability to create opportunities rather than relying solely on inbound interest or an established pipeline
- Strong organization and autonomy in managing your schedule, territory, travel, and sales pipeline
- Comfort working remotely while remaining highly accountable for your results
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, healthcare, staffing, hospitality, or another relationship-driven environment
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to meet the transportation requirements associated with regional facility visits
Experience selling into Long-Term Care or another healthcare setting is helpful, but it is not required. More important is your ability to learn the industry, earn trust, and consistently generate new business.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary and uncapped commission
- Insurance benefits and 401(k) options
- Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays
- Reimbursement for approved mileage and business travel expenses
- Remote flexibility when you are not traveling
- Meaningful ownership over your markets and customer relationships
- A clear growth path into senior individual contributor or management roles
Please note: We are currently accepting applications only from candidates based in PST/MST. This role requires you to be located in PST (UTC-8) time zone.

to join our
Retail
team in London. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us shape the strategic vision for retail delivery, building brand-new shopping experiences and unlocking emerging categories to scale our marketplace.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Strategic Direction & Product Vision
Lead strategic design sprints to establish the foundation and execution plan for our 2027 product vision, defining how distinct retail categories and shopping formats feel.
Partner autonomously with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders as a trusted advisor to co-own the product roadmap and decide what we build and why.
Craft & Quality
Raise the design craft bar across the team by guiding team members, hosting critique sessions, and fostering a culture of high quality and detail.
Spot and resolve platform-wide systems challenges—such as accessibility, performance, and UI consistency—at scale across the ecosystem.
Culture & Leadership
Drive studio-wide initiatives that shape overall design culture, recruitment practices, and the integration of AI into design workflows.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
End-to-End Design Leadership:
Demonstrated ownership of complex, ambiguous product initiatives from greenfield ideas to launch within fast-paced tech environments.
Strategic Influence:
Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, shaping business strategy and navigating competing priorities.
Developing Talent:
Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring designers to level up their craft while supporting autonomous growth.
Clear Communication:
Proven ability to articulate design rationale clearly to cross-functional stakeholders, from engineering leads to executive directors.
Technical Systems Fluency:
Strong understanding of how design decisions interact with code, systems architecture, and engineering constraints.
