Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.

- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
We're looking for an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our Data team as one of its first hires. You will own the transformation layer between raw data and business decisions: modelling our data in dbt, defining the certified metrics the company runs on, and setting the standards that every analyst and data scientist at ElevenLabs builds.
- Drive the implementation of a world-class metric layer for the company: modelling conventions, project structure, testing, CI, and documentation.
- Design and maintain the certified KPI layer for product (activation, adoption, retention, usage), finance (billing, ARR, revenue), and company-wide topics, built to withstand audit scrutiny.
- Partner with Data Engineering on evolving the data warehouse architecture, and with stakeholders to turn ambiguous questions into trusted, reusable data products, including data served through AI agents.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience building and scaling a dbt project and metrics layer, ideally as one of the first analytics engineers on a growing team.
- Expert knowledge of dbt and advanced SQL (required); strong grasp of dimensional modelling, grain, and incremental patterns.
- Proficiency across the modern data stack (BigQuery or similar warehouse, Python, BI tools such as Looker).
- Rigour around data quality: you test, document, and reconcile by default, and you spot a model that runs cleanly but is quietly wrong.
- Strong ability to understand varied stakeholder requirements, push back where needed, and translate them into generalised, well-documented models.
Bonus:
- Experience modelling billing, subscription and ARR data (Stripe, Salesforce) or product event data at scale.
- Experience serving data to LLM-based agents or building semantic / metrics layers consumed by AI tools.
- Experience with CI for data (Slim CI, data contracts, PII policy tags) and infrastructure-as-code for warehouse access.
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe, with the ability to operate in GMT and GMT+1 timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London and Warsaw.

We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

About the role
🤓
We're looking for a
Senior Platform Engineer
to join our Platform team and help us build the platform that lets every engineer at seQura ship safely, quickly, and on their own.
seQura is expanding into new international markets, and the platform has to grow with it without growing its cost at the same pace. At the same time, AI is changing how infrastructure is built and run. We already put AI agents to work on our everyday platform work, from reviewing infrastructure changes and explaining plans to helping engineers resolve incidents on their own. Our goal is to go much further: independent agents working across the whole scope of the platform, with engineers who decide what matters and own the outcome.
You'll work in a cloud-native AWS environment, in a regulated fintech, where security, compliance, and reliability are part of the product we offer to the rest of engineering.
How we build at seQura
🤖
AI-assisted development is how our engineers work every day. We use AI agents to think through problems, write, review and iterate on code, and we're looking for engineers who already work this way, or are actively making the shift.
What matters to us isn't whether you know the syntax and idioms of your preferred programming language or tech stack by heart. It's whether you understand the problem you're solving, can explain the business logic behind it, and own every line you ship, no matter who (or what) wrote it first.
AI helps you move faster, challenge assumptions, explore different approaches and improve your solutions. But knowing which questions to ask, making sound technical and product decisions, and taking responsibility for the outcome is always up to you.
Our technical interviews reflect this approach: you'll use your own AI tools, and we'll ask you to walk us through your solution, both the business reasoning and the code.
If you're only interested in technical challenges without engaging in the product decisions behind them, or you'd rather not work with AI, this probably isn't the right role for you.
About the Platform team
🧩
Team Mission
To empower engineers with secure, efficient, and compliant infrastructure, while continuously improving through automation and collaboration.
What we own
Our multi-account
AWS
foundation and the
Kubernetes (EKS)
clusters where seQura's products run
Infrastructure as Code
with Terragrunt, delivered through pull requests and Atlantis
Deployment and GitOps tooling: Helm charts, shared deploy configuration, and CI/CD pipelines
The
observability
stack used across engineering: metrics, logs, traces, and alerting
Security and compliance foundations: secrets management, access control, PCI DSS, and the controls required to operate regulated entities across multiple countries under regulations such as DORA, NIS2 and those still to come.
Internal developer tooling, including the AI agents and Claude Code plugins that engineers use to work with our platform on their own
How we work
We're enablers: internal teams are our customers, and we measure success by how much they can do without us
We're autonomous end-to-end: we code, deploy, observe, improve, and document what we build
Everything as code, everything through a pull request, everything reviewed, and every important decision written down in an ADR
Strong opinions, held weakly; collaborators over rock stars; blameless by default
We plan by quarter and choose initiatives by their impact on users and on the business
We work closely with every product engineering team, with Security, with the Data Platform team, and with Compliance.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
International expansion
: help seQura launch in multiple new markets, with the isolation, compliance, and reliability each one requires
AI-native platform
: move from AI that assists us to independent agents that operate across the whole scope of the platform, from infrastructure changes to support and incident response
Keeping up with open source in the AI era
: define new strategies to adopt, upgrade, and secure the open source software we depend on, now that it moves faster than ever
Scale without raising our baseline cost
: design the strategies that let the business keep growing while our base infrastructure cost stays flat
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1:
Learn the terrain 🧭
You'll join initiatives the team already has in motion, pairing with your teammates and shipping your first changes to production. You'll learn how we work, why we made the decisions we made, and what the rest of engineering expects from us.
By the end of the month: you've shipped to production and you know who to ask for what.
Month 2:
Own your first mission 🎯
We'll hand you an opportunity the team has already identified, and it's yours: from the technical design to running it in production. You'll keep discovering seQura along the way, and we'll be there whenever you need context.
By the end of the month: you've delivered an initiative end-to-end and you have your own opinion on where the platform should go next.
Month 3:
Shape what comes next 🚀
With more context, you'll be the one finding the opportunity. You'll talk with other teams to understand their friction, lead a cross-team initiative, and bring your own proposals to the planning of next quarter.
By the end of the month: part of next quarter's roadmap has your name on it.
What we are looking for🤝
Must have:
You've
designed and operated highly available distributed systems in production, and you've lived through what happens when they fail

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is building the delivery of almost everything, and shopping is a key part of that ambition in Israel. Our Shopping business brings leading retailers across categories such as Electronics, Home, Beauty, Fashion, Kids, Pets and more onto the Wolt platform, helping customers find what they need with a convenient delivery experience.
We are looking for an
Enterprise Retail Partnerships Manager
to lead the acquisition of the largest and most strategic non-grocery retail partners in Israel. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role: building trust with senior decision-makers, understanding complex business needs, and shaping partnerships that create long-term value for both Wolt and our partners.
You will own the journey from identifying the right strategic partner through closing the deal, and will remain closely involved in the commercial relationship alongside our Account Management team.
What you’ll be doing
As an Enterprise Retail Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Wolt’s Shopping business by bringing Israel’s leading retail brands to the platform. You will lead complex partnership processes from the first conversation through signing and launch, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and shaping commercial solutions that create long-term value for both Wolt and our partners.
Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:
Own the full acquisition journey for Wolt’s most strategic Shopping retail partners, from prospecting and relationship-building through negotiation, contract signing and launch preparation.
Work closely with internal stakeholders across Account Management, Integrations, Marketing and Legal to build thoughtful, executable partnership solutions and ensure a smooth path from deal to launch.
Identify and engage senior decision-makers across Israel’s leading retail companies, building trusted relationships throughout complex sales cycles.
Develop a deep understanding of each prospective partner’s business, priorities and challenges, and shape a compelling partnership proposition that creates clear value for both sides.
Lead complex commercial negotiations, balancing partner needs with Wolt’s strategic and commercial objectives.
Stay closely involved in key commercial discussions and growth opportunities after signing, in partnership with the Account Management team.
Our humble expectations
We’re looking for an experienced commercial professional who can build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, lead complex partnership processes, and take ownership in a fast-growing Shopping business.
6+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, business development or a similar commercial role, ideally with large retail, consumer, technology or platform businesses.
Demonstrated experience closing complex, high-value enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
Strong commercial judgment and the ability to turn a partner’s business needs into a clear, credible and realistic value proposition.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the maturity to represent Wolt in front of Israel’s leading retailers.
A structured and analytical approach, with the ability to manage long sales cycles, prioritize opportunities and move multiple complex processes forward.
A collaborative working style and experience partnering closely with Account Management or Customer Success teams to ensure continuity after the deal is signed.
Fluent Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for partner meetings across Israel.
What we offer
Working at Wolt means joining a fast-paced, high-impact and people-first company. This is an opportunity to be part of one of Wolt Israel’s most significant growth engines in the coming years, helping shape how leading retailers reach customers through Wolt. You’ll work closely with supportive and passionate colleagues, build partnerships with some of Israel’s largest retail brands, and make a meaningful impact on the future of Shopping at Wolt.
A full-time role with autonomy and room to grow
Opportunities to learn and develop across teams and functions
The chance to be part of a company that values culture, kindness, and accountability
Competitive compensation and local benefits
Next steps
If this sounds like your next challenge, hit the apply button and let’s start the conversation! Our hiring process typically includes an initial phone chat, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and team members. We aim to move quickly and make the process as smooth and transparent as possible.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenCreative brings together leading image and video models alongside our own audio models, so our users can make everything they need in one place. We are looking for someone to own our relationships with the model providers who make that possible, starting with video.
You will be the main point of contact for our model partners, help bring new models to ElevenCreative, and build partnerships that are good for our partners, our users, and our business. You will work closely with product, engineering, finance, marketing, and sales.
This is a green-field role. You will define how we work with model partners as the ecosystem grows.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Build and manage relationships with image and video model providers.
- Identify and evaluate new partners and models to bring to ElevenCreative.
- Own the commercial side of our partnerships, working closely with finance.
- Drive marketing including joint launches, campaigns, and co-marketing.
- Work with product and engineering to shape which models we offer and when.
- Support enterprise sales on partnership needs for large customers.
- Stay close to the generative video landscape and the models creators and marketers want next.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for someone who combines strong partnership skills with sound commercial judgment. You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles at a technology company, ideally in AI or infrastructure.
- Have deep familiarity with the generative AI model landscape.
- Are comfortable with numbers and can connect partnership decisions to business outcomes.
- Can manage several partner relationships at once and build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Have worked cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and marketing.
- Can operate with US and European timezone overlap, with flexibility for partners in Asia.
- Thrive in fast-moving environments where you define the playbook rather than follow one.
BONUS
- Experience working with AI model or API providers.
- Familiarity with usage-based or credit-based pricing.
- Experience running co-marketing or channel partnerships.
LOCATION
This role is remote. The team operates across US and European time zones, so the ability to maintain meaningful overlap with both is important.

Your main tasks will be:
Own delivery of the monolith-to-microservices modernization end-to-end — from legacy analysis through production release — with full visibility into pipeline status and risk.
Partner with Product and Architecture to review specs, map legacy dependencies, and turn that into estimates the team can actually hit.
Guide architectural decisions across .NET Core services, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and frontend integrations, and be the go-to for the hardest backend, data migration, and production incident calls.
Sharpen how the team works day-to-day — tighter task tracking in Jira, more accurate estimation, and a QA partnership that keeps bugs resolved fast and production stable.

We expect from you:
Solid
.NET engineering background
with deep expertise in C#, .NET 8, and ASP.NET Core.
Deep understanding of web application architecture, REST APIs, the microservices pattern, message brokers (RabbitMQ), and

Practical experience with legacy system modernization, monorepo-to-microservices refactoring, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ability to act as the technical escalation point for complex implementation, data migration, or performance issues.
Proven experience managing engineering teams — running 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and objective evaluations.
Strong track record in delivery management: task tracking in Jira, process discipline, and hitting internal deadlines with predictable releases.
Experience reviewing business specs, assessing technical feasibility, and providing high-level estimates — partnering closely with PM and product to keep engineering output aligned with product goals.
