ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE TRAVEL, TRANSPORTATION AND HOSPITALITY TEAM
- The Travel, Transportation and Hospitality (TTH) supports some of the largest airlines, hotel chains, rental car brands, cruise lines and travel tech companies in the world. Our customers are pioneers in the travel space and are true thought partners in shaping our platform, helping reinvent what hospitality looks like in this new era. Our customers rely on us not only to deliver exceptional customer experiences, but also to drive meaningful growth for their businesses.
- Our TTH team is constantly pushing the bounds of what is possible within this industry and beyond. We help support our customers in the moments that matter — whether that’s proactively encouraging new bookings to prepare for exciting events, or helping guests rebook their flights or stays during times of distress. We help our customers maximize the lifetime value of their guests and build products to delight guests at every touchpoint.
- We’re a small and scrappy team, and we support each other with any deliverables we have to meet. Every engineer on TTH is also a product-led thinker; every PM on TTH is tinkering and developing tangible prototypes; and every strategist on TTH is capable of owning an agent end to end. As a part of this team, you’ll set the standard for what it means to go beyond your role, and help build the travel industry of the future.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai, you own how Sierra’s AI agents come to life for our customers — from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer’s thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it’s the best version of itself in the real world. You’ll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers’ executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there.
- Partner with the customer’s working teams day to day. Run working sessions, troubleshoot the agent as issues come up, and make the calls that keep the build on track for launch.
- Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:
- Scope and launch a subscription-retention agent for a large telecommunications or media company that consistently outperforms human agents at saving at-risk customers.
- Stand up an agent for a commerce customer that troubleshoots a broken device end-to-end and personalizes product recommendations in the same conversation.
- Redesign the conversation flows for a financial services agent so it can handle complex, regulated interactions — and convert a pilot into a multi-team production deployment. See our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services for examples.
- Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner.
- Define the evaluation and quality bar for a new agent, then use those metrics to drive a measurable lift in outcome https://sierra.ai/blog/outcome-based-pricing-for-ai-agents week over week.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts - reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion.
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- You’ve been a founder, founding team member, or operator — you know how to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family

BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Most merchants don't find Checkout.com http://Checkout.com through an ad. They find us because someone they already trust told them to look at us, whether that’s their ecommerce agency, their billing platform, their fraud provider, their consultant. We view partnerships as a core growth engine for Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, and this role exists to turn that trusted relationship into a repeatable, scalable revenue channel through disciplined execution, strong commercial instinct, and relentless ownership.
We're looking for a high-ownership self-starter who can originate, structure, and close partnerships that drive measurable revenue impact. Our ideal candidate is an operator with strong drive and bias for action — they move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and are recognized for the impact they deliver.
You'll own a portfolio of partners and the merchants they bring us. This is a builder role: you won't inherit a book that carries you to your number — you'll go and find it. At Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, ambition and quality work get met with opportunity, and growth is in your hands.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Source new partners from a blank list — agencies, systems integrators, ISVs, fintechs and consultancies. Cold outreach, events, referrals, whatever gets you in the room.
- Win the commercial case: get partners to recommend Checkout to their clients ahead of the incumbent, built on the outcomes their clients care about — acceptance rates, market coverage, revenue.
- Win the technical commitment: make the case for a partner investing engineering time in building with Checkout, then coordinate Partner Engineering to deliver it and keep the integration current as our product evolves.
- Activate signed partners into producing partners — map their client base, train the solution architects and account directors who influence recommendations, and keep opportunities registered early.
- Structure and close referral, reseller and embedded models, negotiating across commercial, legal and operational dimensions.
- Own your number: net revenue, total processed volume, product penetration and conversion. You're recognized on partnerships converting into live merchants and revenue — not on signed logos or pipeline.
- Act as the single owner across Sales, Legal, Product, Partner Engineering and Marketing, removing blockers and driving launches to go-live.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales.
- Payments or fintech experience, processor or merchant side — gateway, acquirer, PSP, orchestration, fraud and risk, or a software platform where you sold payments to existing customers.
- Track record of closing Enterprise or complex, multi-stakeholder deals is a plus
- Experience structuring commercial models (rev share, reseller, embedded partnerships)
SKILLSET
- Strong commercial acumen - understands what drives revenue and margin
- Solid negotiation skills - can hold ground while progressing deals
- Ability to operate in cross-functional, high-ambiguity environments
- High attention to detail - no room for approximation
- Resilience for genuine cold outreach. Most of your first six months is finding partners who have never heard from us
MINDSET
- Owner mentality - accountability without excuses
- Performance-driven - focused on outcomes, not activity
- Low ego, high standards - direct, constructive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable being challenged - and challenging back when needed
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience working inside or alongside an agency, systems integrator or ISV — you'll already know how partners decide which vendor to put in front of a client.
- Exposure to embedded payments, payfac or marketplace models.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

TEAM
Our Corporate teams support the company's performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo's Corporate function is composed of three teams: HR, Legal and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo's success.
We are looking for a Procurement Manager - FinOps with a solid background in cloud cost management and vendor negotiations. You will be part of a high-performing Procurement team and will have direct impact on one of Voodoo's largest cost lines: cloud and data infrastructure.
ROLE
Your main challenges will be to:
- Own all IT indirect procurement: SaaS tools, software licences, data platforms, observability tooling, and any tech vendor relationship
- Lead global negotiations on IT spend and drive subsequent savings, running benchmarks to ensure Voodoo pays the right price
- Own cloud cost visibility (GCP, AWS) by maintaining billing data and dashboards (BigQuery exports, BI tooling) and leading monthly cost reviews with Engineering and Finance
- Build data-driven cost reduction strategies through unit economics by product and workload (cost per user, per event, per training run)
- Prepare and run cloud vendor negotiations: GCP committed-use discounts, enterprise agreements, AWS Savings Plans, renewal calendars, and price benchmarks
- Challenge internal needs and partner with Engineering on cloud optimization opportunities, including rightsizing, storage tiering, egress, and query-cost reduction
- Drive renewals to successful completion and put in place contracts and MSAs, working closely with Legal
- Track realized savings against joint targets and forecast IT and cloud spend in collaboration with FP&A
- Own procurement processes and drive strategies that deliver efficiency and ROI across the full IT scope
PROFILE
- 5 to 8 years of experience in FinOps, cloud cost management, procurement, or data-heavy analytics, ideally within a scale-up, hyperscaler, or cloud consulting environment
- Able to open a raw billing export and extract meaningful insights autonomously
- Solid working knowledge of cloud pricing mechanics: committed-use discounts, savings plans, spot instances, storage classes, egress pricing, and BigQuery pricing models
- Commercial mindset with the ability to build fact-based negotiation cases and drive vendor negotiations
- Credible with technical audiences: able to defend analyses in front of senior engineers and translate findings for Finance stakeholders
- Result-oriented, autonomous, and problem-solving oriented
- Willing to evolve in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
- FinOps Certified Practitioner or GCP certification is a plus
- Experience with gaming or adtech data stacks (streaming pipelines, ML workloads) is a plus
BENEFITS
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family
- Wellness activities in our Paris office
- Remote Fridays
