ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Productions is the “done for you” managed services wing of ElevenLabs, built for creators and media businesses. We bring together our AI audio tools and human experts in linguistics, mixing and post-production to deliver human-edited dubs, audiobooks and more in 15+ languages, directly on the ElevenLabs platform. Our customers include global media broadcasters, publishers, gaming companies and major film studios.
We’re hiring engineers to build the systems behind it: the platforms that let human expertise and AI work together at the quality our clients expect, and the labelling tools our research teams use to improve our models. You’ll own a scope in one of these areas:
- Human data platform: the labelling and evaluation platform research uses to continuously improve our models. You’ll ship new task editors, improve reliability, catch misuse and build the metrics behind higher-quality data pipelines.
- Core productions engine: the backend machine nobody sees but everybody relies on. You’ll build and maintain the services that run our production workflows, with room to lead projects.
- Editor platform: the professional editing tools our production teams work in. You’ll build in Rust, combining UI systems with a deep understanding of the underlying system.
We’re building professional tools and core infrastructure, not consumer features. The work is mostly building, with little hand-holding. You’ll carve out your own scope and own the outcome.
Requirements
- Strong backend engineering experience, ideally in functional programming languages like Rust, with a full-stack focus on designing UI systems. You’ve shipped and run production systems end to end.
- Experience making systems reliable and scalable, such as internal platforms, workflow or task engines, or data pipelines. You take pride in the infrastructure nobody sees but everybody relies on.
- Comfortable switching between building a new tool or editor and hardening the platform underneath it, and keen to lead projects when the opportunity arises.
- Opinionated and able to defend your ideas, but know when to just grind. You’re happy doing the unglamorous work, and you’re hungry.
Bonus:
- Experience building editor or UI-heavy professional tools, with a systems-level understanding of what sits underneath.
- Experience with data labelling or annotation platforms, or managing crowdsourced workforces.

Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of paid social acquisition for one of our products. Meta, Snapchat and TikTok are key channels for our product, alongside other paid social networks. This is a senior, hands-on media buying role with end-to-end ownership. You will own the whole paid social acquisition process: strategy, account structure, bidding, budget allocation, creative testing, measurement, scaling and account health. You decide what to test, what to scale and what to cut, and you are accountable for the results. We need someone who has scaled paid social at volume, who knows how to grow in a policy-sensitive niche, and who can operate independently on large budgets.
You will manage performance against real revenue data (CPA, ROAS, payback, LTV and cohorts), not surface-level platform metrics. We also work AI-first, and we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the process end-to-end: take full ownership of paid social acquisition across TikTok, Meta, Snapchat and other paid social networks: planning, launch, optimization, scaling, reporting and documentation.
- Lead on TikTok: own and scale TikTok as the primary acquisition channel, including account structure, campaign types (including Smart+ / automated formats and Spark Ads), bidding, optimization events and creative strategy.
- Scale spend profitably while holding payback, ROAS and CPA targets based on real revenue and customer-value data.
- Build and optimize account structure, conversion events, value-based bidding and budget allocation across paid social networks.
- Decide budget allocation across TikTok, Meta, Snapchat and other paid social networks, and find new scaling levers: audiences, formats, placements, campaign types and additional networks.
- Run a structured, high-velocity creative testing process with the creative team on all networks, with clear hypotheses and kill/scale rules.
- Manage signal quality: conversion events, event value, purchase optimization and attribution.
- Operate in a policy-sensitive niche: run acquisition within each platform's rules. Keep ads compliant, handle disapprovals, appeals and restrictions, and build prevention-first processes so issues are caught before launch.
- Protect account health: manage ad account structure, backups and recovery plans.
- Work with platform reps on betas, new campaign types and escalations.
- Diagnose drops and spikes quickly and act on them.
- Document tests, learnings and playbooks, and use Claude and automation to speed up builds, QA, reporting and optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of hands-on paid social / user acquisition experience.
- Large-scale experience running paid social acquisition.
- Proven experience working in policy-sensitive niches and keeping accounts healthy while scaling.
- Strong hands-on TikTok, Meta and Snapchat Ads experience, scaling them profitably.
- Working experience across other paid social channels is a plus.
- Direct ownership of large budgets, ideally $1M+/month hands-on.
- Strong understanding of subscription / app economics: LTV, ROAS, payback windows, cohorts, high-value-user dynamics and value-based optimization.
- Deep policy and account health experience: disapprovals, appeals, restrictions, ad account bans and how to recover from and prevent them.
- Strong creative testing discipline and measurement rigor.
- Ownership mentality: you run channels end-to-end with minimal supervision and take responsibility for outcomes.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Software Engineers, Subscriptions - Backend
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, one of the largest online food ordering and delivery platforms in the world. As part of this role, you'll join one of our Subscriptions teams in London, focused on the core proposition and working across our three subscription programmes - DashPass, Deliveroo Plus, and Wolt+. You'll work closely with engineering teams across the US and Europe, as part of the Global Subscription organisation, to build and evolve the shared subscriptions capabilities that power loyalty and membership experiences for millions of customers worldwide.
We're hiring backend engineers who want to be at the front line of what engineering looks like in the age of AI.
💡 Why Subscriptions?
An AI-first team by design. We don't use AI as a productivity add-on - we treat agentic coding as a core engineering discipline. We expect our engineers to build with AI agents, to challenge what's possible when the human-in-the-loop is a multiplier rather than a bottleneck, and to push the boundaries of what a small, focused team can ship.
Real ownership, real impact. Our subscription programmes are touching millions of users daily. You'll own features end-to-end - from the idea through production - and see your work matter at scale.
Cross-org engineering at the frontier. Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt are working together in order to align subscription experiences across three of the world's leading delivery platforms. This is engineering at the intersection of product ambition and international complexity.
A small team that punches above its weight. We're a cross-functional team: Backend, Mobile, Web, Product, Design, and Data - all in the same room. No handoff theatre. You'll move fast, ship iteratively, and be around people who take craft seriously.
🤖 AI-First Engineering - What This Means Here
We're building teams at the forefront of agentic coding. This isn't about using Copilot to autocomplete boilerplate. We mean engineers who:
Design workflows where AI agents handle entire task loops, from spec to PR.
Think in terms of orchestration: what does a human review, what does the agent own?
Build internal tooling and abstractions that make AI-assisted development faster and more reliable for the whole team.
Stay curious and ahead of the curve - trying new models, agents, and tools as they emerge, and forming strong opinions about what's genuinely useful vs. hype.
If you find yourself naturally asking "can an agent do this?" before reaching for the keyboard, you'll fit right in.

Strong engineering fundamentals - you've built and shipped software that runs at scale, and you understand what that entails: testing, observability, reliability, and maintainability.
Genuine enthusiasm for AI-first development. You use AI tools daily and have formed real opinions about how to get the most out of them.
Ownership mentality: you drive projects forward, communicate clearly across teams and time zones, and don't wait to be told what to do.
Collaborative instincts - the Subscriptions domain sits at the intersection of consumer mobile, web, backend, and data. Cross-functional work is the norm, not the exception.
🙌 About You
You've built and shipped real software - products, platforms, APIs, apps - and you know what it takes to keep things running reliably in production. You have opinions about architecture but hold them lightly. You write tests. You read the alerts. You don't leave loose ends.
What sets you apart right now is that you're genuinely excited about where engineering is going. You've been experimenting with AI agents and agentic coding workflows - not because someone told you to, but because you couldn't help yourself. You think about how to redesign your development loop from first principles, not how to bolt AI onto the way you already work.
You communicate well, collaborate easily across disciplines, and care about the product as much as the code. You're the kind of engineer who asks "what's the best way to..." and then actually follows through.

The Role
We’re looking for a QA Manager to own end-to-end quality across hardware, firmware, PlayOS, and game experiences for Nex Playground. This is a role for someone who enjoys hands-on testing and debugging while also shaping test strategy, release criteria, and the overall quality bar.
Your mission is to ensure every hardware revision works seamlessly with PlayOS and our games—delivering a stable, responsive, compatible, and delightful experience in real-world conditions. You’ll partner closely with the engineering team and game cells to identify risk, prevent regressions, and support confident release decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Hardware compatibility & system validation
Own validation for hardware bring-up and ongoing compatibility across hardware revisions, PlayOS versions, and game builds.
Develop and maintain risk-based test plans across EVT, DVT, and PVT—or equivalent development stages—including:
boot, update, rollback, and recovery flows
input, tracking, peripherals, and connectivity
long-session stability, power cycles, and intermittent failures
storage integrity and save-data behavior
Maintain a clear compatibility matrix covering hardware revisions, PlayOS versions, firmware versions, and game builds.
Partner with engineering teams to isolate hardware–software issues and verify fixes.
Firmware quality & release gating
Own the test strategy for firmware and PlayOS updates, including upgrade and downgrade paths, interrupted updates, failure scenarios, sleep/wake behavior, backgrounding, resume, and recovery.
Define manual validation and integrate automated checks into OTA release workflows where appropriate, covering installation, staged rollout, rollback, interruption handling, and recovery.
Establish quality gates, entry and exit criteria, and evidence-based go/no-go recommendations for hardware and firmware releases.
Assess release risk, track critical issues, and ensure regressions are understood before rollout.
Performance, reliability & real-world readiness
Validate system compatibility across PlayOS and game releases, including input, tracking, performance, save data, and update-related regressions.
Define and validate measurable quality targets such as frame-rate stability, responsiveness, latency, memory usage, thermal behavior, and crash-free sessions.
Execute long-run, stress, and recovery testing to identify memory leaks, degradation over time, and intermittent failures.
Test representative user environments, including network variability, display configurations, device states, user flows, and edge conditions.
Automation & tooling
Build and maintain reliable automated regression coverage across device, firmware, OTA, system-integration, and game-compatibility workflows where appropriate.
Integrate high-value automated checks into release workflows and make failures easy to diagnose.
Develop lightweight tools and scripts that accelerate setup, validation, data collection, and troubleshooting.
Communication, vendor management & cross-functional leadership
Produce actionable bug reports with clear reproduction steps, environment and build details, logs, impact, and supporting evidence.
Drive defect triage and prioritization with engineering and product partners, particularly during release cycles.
Manage external vendors, including scope, capacity, priorities, deliverables, acceptance criteria, quality standards, and performance.
Communicate quality status and release risk clearly, helping teams make informed tradeoffs and decisions.
Champion consistent testing practices and raise the quality bar across teams through influence and collaboration.
Key Requirements
Strong hands-on QA experience in system-level testing, firmware or OS validation, or hardware–software integration.
Demonstrated ability to design risk-based test strategies and execute thorough exploratory testing.
Experience validating firmware or OTA update flows, including failure handling, rollback, and recovery.
Experience investigating performance, reliability, and intermittent issues using logs, traces, crash data, and other diagnostic evidence.
Ability to create maintainable automated tests, tools, or scripts in at least one programming or scripting language.
Experience coordinating external QA partners or vendors and holding deliverables to clear quality standards.
Clear written and verbal communication, sound judgment, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Nice-to-have
Experience with consumer electronics, hardware bring-up, EVT/DVT/PVT, or manufacturing test concepts.
Experience with game or platform QA, graphics and performance profiling, input or motion-tracking systems, or observability tooling.
Familiarity with Android or Linux debugging, ADB, CI/CD systems, device logs, traces, and crash dumps.
Experience building test infrastructure, managing device labs, or validating staged software rollouts at scale.

Competitive compensation package.
Flexible working hours and vacation policy.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🐼 WHO WE ARE
You. Better. With Alan.
Alan's vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all. Our mission is to help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers feel proud, turning health benefits from a cost center into their most valuable investment.
We're building a vertically integrated health partner that seamlessly unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system.
By connecting all aspects of care - private, public, and direct to consumer - we create the most member-centric healthcare experience. Through deep engagement, we empower everyone to overcome day-to-day health obstacles and live healthier lives.
We partner with 35K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached 770M+ in ARR.
Our team of 700 people (still growing) operates across France 🇫🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, Belgium 🇧🇪, and Canada 🇨🇦.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You would join the product team that builds the AI agents answering our 1M+ members' questions about their health insurance - reimbursements, coverage, claims, account changes and more - instantly and without waiting for a human.
Our AI agents already fully resolve more than 50% of members' questions. Your mission is to push that number further, increase the quality of answers and the trust members place in them, and make our agents work with the other AI agents at Alan, such as Mo our health companion.
Concretely, you will:
- Design and ship LLM-powered agents that understand a member's request, reason over their contract, claims and history, and take real actions on their behalf - building the tools, retrieval and context pipelines that give them the right information at the right moment
- Make our agents interoperate with other AI agents across Alan, such as Mo: handing off conversations, sharing context and calling each other's capabilities, so members get one seamless experience
- Bring automated resolution to new channels, starting with AI phone support: real-time voice conversations with the same quality bar as written ones
- Own evaluation: build datasets, automated evals and quality monitoring so we know an agent is right before members see it
- Measure and improve resolution rate, answer quality and member satisfaction in production, iterating fast on prompts, models and architecture
- Work hand in hand with care experts and product to identify the next topics the AI can fully resolve
⚡ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Direct Impact: Every point of automated resolution means members get help instantly, when they need it the most - and directly drives Alan's scaling, growth and profitability.
- Applied AI at scale: You won't build demos. You'll ship AI agents that handle hundreds of thousands of real conversations per month in a regulated, high-stakes domain, where accuracy truly matters.
- Frontier problems: Agentic workflows, tool use, evaluation, safety and guardrails, cost and latency trade-offs - you'll tackle the hardest open questions in production LLM systems.
- Ownership & Growth: Influence product direction, mentor other engineers, and lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access.
🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Technical Requirements:
- 5+ years building scalable software systems
- Strong backend experience (Python is a plus)
- Hands-on experience building products with LLMs (agents, tool calling, RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation) - ideally shipped to production
- An evaluation mindset: you know how to measure whether an AI system is actually good, and how to make it better
What we value:
- You love turning complex problems into elegant solutions
- You care about the "why" behind what you build, not just the "how"
- You stay on top of a fast-moving AI landscape and are pragmatic about what really works
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority)
Mission Alignment:
- Healthcare technology excites you
- You understand that insurance isn't just about money - it's about access to care
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of product interaction.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.
Our stack is React, Python/Flask, PostgreSQL in a monorepo. If you are not familiar with this stack but are a keen learner, it is totally fine. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.

About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager, Platform Experience to own the customer-facing experience across the Ondo Finance App — the single interface through which users discover, understand, buy, sell, trade, and manage Ondo's products (Stocks, Treasuries, Portfolios, and more).
This role owns the quality and coherence of the end-to-end user experience, with a particular focus on retention, usability, and long-term customer value. You'll turn complex financial and blockchain infrastructure into simple, intuitive, and trustworthy product.
This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other Product leaders to define strategy, prioritize opportunities, write clear requirements, and ship meaningful improvements. Our product management function is young and fast-moving — you'll help define it from the ground up, which makes this a high-ownership, high-visibility role.
Target Outcomes
A cohesive, high-quality core experience: Ondo’s customer-facing surfaces feel like one unified platform across products and workflows, with a consistent and intuitive experience across web and eventually mobile.
Simple, intuitive investing and trading workflows: Users can confidently buy, sell, trade, and manage their portfolios across experiences like limit orders, order books, DCA, notifications, transaction history, reporting, and tax workflows.
Financial complexity made accessible: Sophisticated concepts such as order books, bid/ask pricing, settlement, and onchain transactions are translated into clear, low-friction experiences without sacrificing the functionality sophisticated users expect.
Stronger retention and long-term customer value: The core product gives users compelling reasons to return, manage more of their financial activity through Ondo, and deepen their engagement over time.
Measurably better product performance: Clear metrics and feedback loops are established around usability, retention, adoption, and customer satisfaction, with insights consistently translated into product improvements.
Customer-informed product decisions: Qualitative research and quantitative signals shape prioritization, ensuring the roadmap addresses meaningful customer problems rather than relying on internal assumptions.
Reliable end-to-end execution: High-impact product initiatives move effectively from discovery and problem definition through launch, measurement, and iteration, with strong coordination across Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
A scalable foundation for Ondo’s product ecosystem: Core experiences and patterns are built to support new products and capabilities as Ondo expands, without creating a fragmented or increasingly complex customer experience.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, including owning customer-facing products from concept through launch.
A track record of building and shipping high-quality consumer or prosumer products, with a sharp instinct for intuitive, low-friction UX.
Experience with fintech, brokerage, investing, trading, payments, crypto, or other sophisticated financial products.
A working understanding of capital markets and financial product mechanics — trading, order books, execution, settlement, and liquidity.
Genuine, hands-on familiarity with crypto and DeFi products; a working knowledge of onchain financial primitives.
Strong analytical skills — able to define metrics, evaluate performance, and use data to drive prioritization.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write sharp, well-reasoned PRDs and explain tradeoffs to both engineers and executives.
High ownership, strong organization, and comfort operating independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment — able to get the right people in a room, ask the right questions, and move things forward without top-down direction.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority.
US-hours based (preference per current team structure).
Nice to have
Experience building brokerage, investing, trading, neobanking, or wealth-management products.
Experience with tokenization, real-world assets (RWAs), or onchain financial infrastructure.
Familiarity with decentralized exchanges, wallets, smart contracts, or blockchain transaction flows.
Experience designing for both sophisticated and first-time financial users.
Experience working closely with Legal, Compliance, Operations, or market-structure teams.
Experience in a strong product and design culture.
What we offer
Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO)
Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices
A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, Pinterest, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap, Phantom
Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures
