About the Opportunity
AI is not a feature at OKX. It is the next fundamental layer of how we serve users, operate at scale, and maintain trust in a regulated, global market.
We are hiring a
Senior Directort of Product, AI & Agent (Chatbot)
to own OKX's full AI product agenda — outward, through a crypto-native AI assistant that transforms how users experience our platform; and inward, through agentic systems that make our operations intelligent, auditable, and scalable. This is a single role with a unified mandate: building the AI layer that defines OKX's next decade.
What You’ll Be Doing
User-Facing AI
Lead the strategy and execution of OKX's conversational AI assistant — an experience that lets users onboard, trade, stay informed, and get support through natural language. You will define what this product is, how it earns user trust, and how it deepens over time.
Operational AI & Agent Systems
Own the agentic AI roadmap for OKX's internal functions — compliance, risk, fraud, and operations. You will identify the highest-leverage workflows, lead their systematic transformation into agent-driven systems, and ensure every output is traceable and regulatorily defensible.

Own the product design of shared infrastructure that powers both mandates — orchestration, evaluation, safety architecture, and the governance layer that makes AI products configurable and auditable across all markets.
What We Look For In You
12+ years in product & tech, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role owning technically complex products at scale
Proven track record shipping conversational AI or agentic AI products — as the owner, not a contributor
Deep familiarity with LLM product architecture: multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and safety design
Experience operating in regulated environments where auditability and explainability are hard requirements
Strong consumer product instinct alongside operational product rigor
Fluency in financial markets and what it takes to earn user and institutional trust
Executive-level communication in English and Mandarin
Nice-To-Haves
Background in crypto, fintech, or financial services at global scale
Graduate degree in a technical field
Experience with successful Conversational AI or Agentic AI products
Why this role
OKX operates at a scale where the gap between what AI can do and what we have built is still enormous. This role exists to close that gap — on both sides of the platform, simultaneously. If that is the kind of problem you want to own, we want to talk.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Caitlin, Senior Manager, Technical Support at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for an Email Deliverability Specialist to join our deliverability program within Technical Support. You'll help customers reach the inbox by diagnosing sending issues, advising on best practices, and guiding senders through an email ecosystem that keeps changing.
You'll be one of several deliverability experts on a team that shares knowledge across Technical Support, so your work reaches well beyond your own queue. You'll partner with Customer Success, Technical Support, and Engineering: taking customer calls, equipping CSMs for customer conversations, working through complex technical cases alongside Engineering, and turning what you see in tickets into documentation, training, and better processes.
You'll thrive here if you think about the health of the whole program, enjoy improving how work gets done, and are equally comfortable digging into a detailed case and having a direct conversation with a customer about acceptable use.
What we value
Empathy and curiosity:
You approach every customer with patience and a desire to dig deeper, especially when a conversation gets uncomfortable.
Clarity:
You explain complex technical concepts simply and help others do the same.
Collaboration:
You build strong partnerships across Support, Customer Success, and Engineering, and you treat customer outcomes as a shared goal.
Thinking at scale:
You look at how we do things today and see what could work better for the whole organization, then you help make it happen.
Continuous learning:
You stay ahead of evolving standards and see change as a chance to improve how we work.
What you'll do
Act as a trusted deliverability advisor to customers, handling complex cases through to full resolution and leading customer calls when a conversation needs it
Audit sender setup and monitor reputation across IPs and domains, using authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and BIMI, DNS configuration, and provider tools like Google Postmaster Tools, Yahoo Sender Hub, and Microsoft SNDS to diagnose blocklists, spam traps, and engagement drops
Work through highly technical issues with Engineering, taking ownership of the investigation first and sharing trends from customer cases with Product and Engineering
Identify acceptable use policy violations and spam complaints, hold clear and direct conversations with customers about compliance, and keep up with evolving standards (Gmail and Yahoo sender requirements, CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
Equip CSMs and Technical Support with the knowledge to handle deliverability conversations, through coaching, documentation, and training
Improve processes, tools, and one-to-many resources, such as help content, Academy course and proactive customer guidance, so deliverability support scales across the organization
What we're looking for
2-4 years of experience in email deliverability at a mid-size or large ESP, B2B SaaS company, or marketing automation platform, with exposure to deliverability at scale
Deep understanding of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI) and infrastructure (SMTP, MTAs, DNS), with the technical comfort to work through complex issues with Engineering
Proficiency with provider data feeds (Google Postmaster Tools, Yahoo Sender Hub, Microsoft SNDS) and third-party deliverability monitoring tools like Everest, MXToolbox, or similar, and the analytical skill to turn bounce, engagement, and blocklist data into clear recommendations
Working knowledge of email compliance and acceptable use standards, and comfort having direct conversations with customers who are sending outside of them
Experience building or improving processes, documentation, or training that help a support or deliverability team scale
Excellent written and verbal communication, including comfort leading customer calls and simplifying technical concepts for any audience
Located in the United States or Canada
Bonus: participation in deliverability communities (M3AAWG, ESPC, or similar) and experience partnering with Customer Success teams
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $102,000 - $110,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we're committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including
100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family
. We also offer
16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO
, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

The Requirements
Essential
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, growth, and overall health of a book of 8–12 of Ramp’s largest and most strategic customers. - Lead frequent customer conversations (status calls, roadmap discussions, upsell conversations, and QBRs) to ensure customers are achieving strong outcomes with Ramp
- Own end-to-end execution of renewals and expansions, from discovery and solution design through commercial negotiation and close
- Serve as a Ramp product expert, proactively uncovering workflow gaps and recommending solutions that save customers time and money, while guiding them toward deeper platform adoption
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, CSMs, and Solutions to coordinate customer initiatives and deliver tailored, enterprise-grade solutions
- Provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams, translating customer needs and patterns into recommendations that shape Ramp’s Strategic and Enterprise roadmap
- Navigate and align internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives, investors, partners, and cross-functional teams
- Use data and analytics to inform your strategy, monitor account performance, and communicate impact and opportunities in a clear, grounded way

ABOUT US
Launched in 2019, Constructor is an AI-first e-commerce search and discovery platform that helps shoppers find the right products at the right time and enables leading global e-commerce brands to drive meaningful revenue and conversion gains.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The SABR team owns the top layer of request processing for product discovery. We own the service that first receives product discovery requests (autocomplete, search, browse & recommendations) & executes the entire business logic that drives product discovery. That service also functions as a gateway to parse incoming user requests, orchestrate calls across the internal services that do the ranking and retrieval, interpret their responses, and assemble the final response the customer sees. We also own the public configuration APIs customers use to control how discovery behaves, and the MCP layer that exposes all of it to AI agents.
Our team owns both platform & product components: Because of the positioning of our services, we take part in every architectural decision of our core product offering. At the same time, our goals are heavily influenced by direct customer feedback, because all product discovery-related features are either implemented in or integrated with our services.
All of our services are public APIs, so interface design and backward compatibility are a constant part of the job. But most of our attention goes to keeping them fast and up: we serve up to 15k RPS, fan out to many internal services on every request, and are expected to stay available and degrade gracefully when any of them fails or slows down.
The work is distributed systems in practice rather than in theory: request orchestration, failure isolation, caching, latency budgets, capacity planning, and the observability to know what is actually happening in production. The team is small enough that engineers own problems end to end, from design through on-call.
ABOUT YOU
You're a staff-level engineer who wants to own systems, not tickets. You've built high-traffic, low-latency Python services and carried the pager for them. You think in trade-offs: latency versus cost, flexibility versus a public API that customers can't afford to see break, the fix that ships this week versus the architecture that has to last two years. You can lead work that spans several engineers and several quarters, you enjoy mentoring others, and you're fine when a problem shows up half-defined. You don't mind being the one who reads the spec for some unfamiliar protocol, works out how it fits, and designs an integration that holds up at scale. You change your mind when someone has a better argument, you make the people around you better, and you still care about your code long after it merges.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the technical direction of one or more of our services - architecture, performance, and reliability.
- Lead design of new systems and public APIs, and the evolution of existing ones as traffic and feature scope grow.
- Raise the engineering bar through design and code review, and mentor mid and senior engineers into owning bigger scopes.
- Partner with product, other engineering teams, and solutions/support to shape what we build and to represent search constraints and trade-offs honestly.
- Take part in on-call for the systems you own, and lead incident response and follow-through when things break.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
TECHNICAL
- Substantial experience building and operating high-traffic, low-latency backend services in production.
- Extensive Python knowledge (our primary language).
- Experience with observability and performance work in live systems.
- Experience designing and evolving public APIs that external customers depend on.
- Experience designing & implementing scalable service-oriented architectures.
BEYOND THE CODE
- Track record of leading projects that span multiple engineers and quarters.
- Influence without authority, and willingness to change your position when someone has a better argument.
- Clear written communication - design docs, RFCs, postmortems.
- Good judgment about trade-offs and scope.
- Comfort with ambiguity and loosely defined problems.
- Ownership that extends past merge, to how the system behaves in production.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with AWS
- Background in search, ranking, information retrieval, or e-commerce product discovery.
- Exposure to AI/LLM-facing infrastructure (MCP, agent tooling, or similar).

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As a Senior Analyst, Travel & Expense, you will run the day-to-day financial controls, audit program, and executive reporting behind Anthropic's T&E function. T&E touches every employee, every legal entity, and every executive, and it runs on Navan, Brex, and negotiated supplier agreements. Spend and transaction volume have grown several-fold in the past six quarters, and the controls need to scale to meet a public-company standard.
You will report to the Head of Travel & Expense in Finance Operations and work daily with Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Talent, Security, Legal, Finance Systems and Administrative Business Partners.
Responsibilities
Controls & SOX Compliance
Own the day-to-day operation of key T&E controls, including approvals, card issuance and spend limits, segregation of duties, and policy exceptions, within the control framework set by the Head of T&E, who owns the overall T&E process
Maintain the T&E process narratives and risk and control matrix, and keep them current as systems and policies change
Ensure correct GL coding and complete, accurate month-end reconciliations across Navan, Brex, and Workday, and support close, flux analysis, and accruals
Act as the preparer for T&E controls and the day-to-day contact for internal and external auditors: gather and retain evidence, support walkthroughs and sample requests, and track remediation, escalating significant issues to the Head of T&E
International Expansion Controls
Set up and maintain entity-level coding and approval flows in Brex and Navan as new legal entities and countries come online
Document and operationalize country-specific rules for per diems, VAT reclaim, non-USD cards, receipt requirements, and local tax treatment
Partner with Tax, Payroll, and Global Mobility to ensure compliance
Support accurate intercompany treatment of T&E costs across entities
T&E Audit Program
Help design, build, and run a risk-based audit program covering sampling, anomaly detection, misuse escalation, and remediation tracking
Define and monitor pre-spend rules, duplicate and split-transaction checks, and receipt and 30-day submission compliance
Build dashboards and reporting on policy compliance, exceptions, and control performance for Finance leadership
Partner with the Head of T&E to deploy Claude to review transactions, flag policy exceptions, and automate recurring reporting
Program Operations
Own day-to-day T&E operations, supporting the growing volume of travel and expense activity and platform configuration and automation, so operations keep running without pulling focus from controls
Own transaction-level review and receipt follow-up, and help shape what should be automated rather than staffed
Partner with Benefits, Payroll and Legal to ensure the T&E program is compliant with relevant local and country requirements
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of experience in travel and expense, corporate accounting, internal audit, or finance operations, ideally at a high-growth technology company
Hands-on SOX or internal-controls experience: writing process narratives, testing or operating key controls, and working with external auditors
Strong accounting fundamentals, including GL coding, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close support
Deep platform expertise in Navan and/or comparable TMC platforms, plus Brex or equivalent expense management tools, and working knowledge of ERP integrations (Workday preferred)
Strong analytical skills: comfort with large transaction datasets, sampling methods, and anomaly detection
Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to work credibly with senior executives and their support teams
Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain a control or an exception to Finance leaders, auditors, and employees
An AI-curious, builder mindset: experience automating finance workflows with AI tools, or real enthusiasm for doing so, and comfort creating structure where none exists
CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification
Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency environments, including per diem rules, VAT reclaim, and cross-border tax considerations
Experience with pre-IPO or newly public company readiness
M&A integration experience a huge plus

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
About the Role
We're looking for an IT Solutions Engineer who thinks like a systems builder - someone who doesn't just run internal infrastructure, but engineers it away where it shouldn't need a human at some point. This is a build-focused role on our IT Operations team. As we scale past 600 employees, our biggest lever is no longer closing tickets faster - it's removing the work that generates them.
You'll own the automation and integration layer that connects our identity, HR, device, and SaaS-governance systems, so that provisioning, deprovisioning, and access lifecycle events happen reliably and automatically instead of by hand. You'll pair closely with our Solutions Engineer, help set the technical standard for how automations are built and documented, and work cross-functionally with Security, People Ops, and DevOps to design end-to-end solutions rather than point fixes.
A DevOps and API background is exactly what this role is built around: you're comfortable reading API docs, wiring 2-3 systems together, scripting from scratch when a no-code tool won't cut it, and thinking about reliability, edge cases, and security from the first line. Above all, you're curious - about the systems you build, the people who depend on them, and how your engineering decisions impact the business.
What You'll Do
Build the access lifecycle automation layer:
Own the design, build, and maintenance of automated provisioning and deprovisioning across our top applications by ticket volume. Implement birthright roles for our highest-volume employee profiles and HiBob-driven trigger events (joiners, movers, leavers) that flow through to downstream systems without manual intervention.
Integrate our core systems:
Build and maintain the integrations that tie HiBob → JumpCloud → Tequipy (and Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and the wider SaaS estate) into one coherent, event-driven lifecycle. Use REST APIs, SCIM, and our self-hosted n8n instance to create complex, reliable workflows.
Manage identity and access at the backend:
Configure and debug SSO/SCIM and SAML flows in JumpCloud as our Identity Provider. Own SSO app integrations end to end, troubleshoot complex provisioning and authentication issues, and keep access governance clean and auditable.
Deliver the Security controls programme:
Build the automations behind our security and compliance initiatives - local admin removal, least-privilege enforcement - contributing directly to DORA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 efforts. Security is embedded in every config and every script, not bolted on afterward.
Administer and optimize business-critical platforms:
Manage the technical backend of Jira Service Management as our ITSM platform - configuring workflows, request types, forms, and automations to streamline internal processes - alongside the wider Atlassian Suite, Slack, and Notion.
Own endpoint automation:
Build and test JumpCloud MDM device policies, profiles, and scripts for zero-touch deployment across Windows and macOS endpoints (via Apple Business Manager), handling software deployment and OS-level configuration at scale.
Drive SaaS and budget optimization:
Monitor system logs, performance, and SaaS usage to identify waste and cost-saving opportunities, and implement the technical changes that reclaim them (e.g. license reclamation flows).
Document everything you build:
Proactively create and maintain technical documentation configs, automation flows, API maps - so that what you build can be run, understood, and extended by the rest of the team. Reliable, documented, alerted workflows are the standard, not the exception.
Lead technical projects:
Lead smaller technical projects end to end a new SSO app integration, a JSM form build-out, a new integration between systems - owning them from requirement to delivery, and providing technical guidance to the team as you go.
Who You Are
At least
3 years in IT support
, systems administration, or IT/DevOps engineering, with hands-on expertise across Windows and macOS environments.
Strong IAM experience: JumpCloud (or a comparable IdP) for SSO, SCIM, and SAML - including configuring integrations and debugging complex provisioning and authentication issues.
Strong MDM / UEM experience: endpoint management via JumpCloud MDM (or Intune / Jamf), including profiles and scripts for zero-touch deployment.
An automation-first mindset with real scripting skills - PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar - to build reliable, scalable solutions from scratch, not just wire up templates.
API fluency: comfortable reading API documentation and integrating multiple systems (REST APIs, webhooks, SCIM). Experience with n8n or a comparable automation/iPaaS platform.
Proficiency administering Google Workspace (or M365) and experience with ITSM tools - ideally Jira Service Management (workflows, request types, automations).
Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences - able to explain configs and tradeoffs to Security, People, and Engineering alike.
Advanced use of AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, draft automations, and continuously raise the bar on operational efficiency.
Strong Plus
Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2) and SaaS governance / management tooling.
Experience with HRIS-driven automation (HiBob or similar) and hardware lifecycle tooling (Tequipy or similar).
Experience in high-growth, modern infrastructure environments.
ITIL 4 Foundation and JumpCloud Core Certification (or willingness to certify).
What We Offer
As a growing fintech with ambitious goals, we offer you the chance to make a real impact on the infrastructure that powers Finom's teams and products. You'll work with genuine ownership, autonomy, and the freedom to shape how we build and operate our internal systems.
This is a role for a curious builder - someone who wants the internal platform to be a product, engineered to be reliable, automated, and secure by design. If the idea of deleting an entire category of manual work by building the right integration is what gets you out of bed, this is your team.
What You Will Get In Return

Find and fix cloud misconfigurations and security risks before they cause problems
Set up security logging and monitoring, and investigate suspicious activity

Help teams build secure products from the start by joining architecture reviews, threat modeling sessions, and risk assessments
Explain security findings clearly and work with engineers until the issues are fixed
Handle security incidents of different kinds (application, infrastructure, user-related): investigate, triage, contain, and write post-mortems
Prepare for SOC 2 and CASA audits and external assessments together with product and compliance teams
Configure and monitor our CDN
Work alongside a small, experienced, and proactive team that solves complex problems together
What we expect from you:
4+ years of professional experience in information security, application security, or a related field
Hands-on experience securing AWS and/or GCP
Practical experience with SAST, DAST, and SCA tools, including choosing, setting up, and integrating them into CI/CD
Experience in security testing of web, mobile, or network applications
Experience in incident response, from investigation to post-mortem
Good knowledge of secure development practices across the SDLC, including threat modeling
Working knowledge of Bash, Python, Go, or Terraform
Clear communication skills and the ability to explain risks so that teams act on them
English at B2 level or higher, written and spoken
What helps you rock:
Experience preparing for compliance audits such as SOC 2, CASA, PCI DSS, or NIST CSF
Previous experience as a DevOps engineer or developer

In this role, you will become the region’s go-to Subject Matter Expert, bridging the gap between global product innovation and local market reality. Acting as a localized specialist, you will focus on two critical areas: Product Expertise and Market Intelligence. You will drive the adoption and revenue of our product suite among our merchants, ensuring our stack aligns perfectly with local needs. Simultaneously, you will be our eyes and ears on the ground, analyzing macro trends and emerging growth areas to help steer our regional roadmap.

- Drive Product-Market Fit: Act as the filter and feedback loop between the local market and our global Product teams. You will ensure we are shipping the right solutions for the region and help tailor our value proposition to win local market share.
- Own Market Intelligence: Develop a granular understanding of the macro trends shaping the [Region] payment landscape. You will identify exactly what is growing within the market and which emerging verticals or technologies are gaining traction, allowing us to capitalize on new growth vectors ahead of the competition.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor competitor activity and emerging trends to ensure Checkout.com http://Checkout.com remains a market leader. You will provide actionable insights to commercial leadership on where the market is heading and how we can capitalize on new growth vectors before they become mainstream.
- Lead Product Commercialisation: Define and lead the regional Go-To-Market strategy for a targeted portfolio of Services. You will ensure the local sales force is equipped to effectively position, sell, and support these solutions to maximize merchant adoption.
- Build Revenue & Backbook Pipeline: Proactively build and manage a pipeline of merchants who can benefit from specific products we are shipping. You will forecast and track Net Revenue (NR) impact, focusing on cross-selling chargeable products to deepen our commercial footprint.
About You
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in Commercial Strategy, Product Management, Management Consulting, or a complex B2B Sales environment.
- High Learning Agility: You are intellectually curious and a fast learner. You have the ability to absorb technical concepts quickly and can effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Commercial Strategy: You are comfortable working with data, forecasting revenue, and building commercial pipelines. You understand how to identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within an existing client base.
- Market Researcher: You have a natural ability to analyze market trends and macro-economics. You can look at a region and identify "what's next" before the competition does.
- Cross-Functional Execution: You are comfortable actively partnering with global Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and regional Commercial stakeholders to turn market insights into deployed solutions.
- Data-Driven: You base your decisions on data. You can look at market numbers, usage stats, and financial metrics to derive clear, actionable strategies.
- Desirable: Experience in FinTech or Payments is a plus, but not required. We are more interested in your ability to grasp complex ecosystems than your current industry knowledge.

Administer and support managed endpoints through MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf, including device enrollment, configuration, compliance, policy deployment, and troubleshooting.

Support Hong Kong office moves, expansions, build-outs, and other local technology initiatives, coordinating with global IT teams, Facilities, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed.
Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing for the Hong Kong office, including readiness for local disruptions such as typhoons, power outages, and ISP or connectivity failures.

Maintain clear local documentation, runbooks, support procedures, and knowledge articles so common issues can be resolved consistently and efficiently.
Identify opportunities to improve support workflows and reduce repetitive work through scripting, automation, self-service, or better tooling.
Communicate clearly with local office leadership and key stakeholders during incidents, major changes, office initiatives, and recurring problem areas.
Participate in the global IT Support 24/7 emergency on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays, responding to critical incidents and urgent support needs by phone or remote access as required, as well as planned maintenance or project work.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in technical support, including significant deskside support experience in a professional, financial services, trading, or similarly high-performance environment.
Demonstrated experience acting as a senior escalation point, local IT owner, team lead, or equivalent role with responsibility beyond individual ticket resolution.
Proven ability to deliver white-glove support to executives and responsive support to business-critical users in fast-paced environments.
Strong working knowledge of both macOS and Windows operating systems at an administrative level, with hands-on experience supporting iOS/mobile devices.
Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf, including device management, configuration profiles, policy enforcement, compliance, and provisioning.
Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and related productivity tooling.

Experience using ITSM or ticketing platforms and working within SLA-driven support processes; able to prioritize effectively across competing requests.
Strong ownership mindset with a track record of seeing issues through end-to-end and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Proactive approach to support: able to identify patterns, improve processes, prevent recurring issues, and raise the quality of the overall support environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the judgment and professionalism required to support executives and senior stakeholders.
