BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We’re looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join Kraken’s Finance Data Eng & Analytics team within Data Platform. You’ll build trusted financial data products, using automation and AI to reduce manual work and improve the close process.
Working at the intersection of data engineering and accounting, you’ll turn complex financial data into reliable pipelines, models and automated reconciliations. You’ll use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and investigations, keeping financial outputs tested and traceable.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- You’ll work closely with Data Engineers, Finance and Platform Accounting to improve reporting and decision-making. Clear communication and collaboration will help you agree priorities, explain findings and drive adoption.
- Partner with Finance to understand workflows, identify pain points and translate business needs into practical data and automation solutions.
- Build and maintain automated workflows for data preparation, reconciliations, reporting and follow-ups, with clear controls, monitoring and exception handling.
- Build intuitive dashboards and visualizations that help stakeholders understand performance, investigate issues and make decisions.
- Resolve finance data issues and reconciliation breaks with Finance, Product and Engineering, addressing root causes and communicating progress.
- Build scalable, reliable pipelines to collect, transform and curate data from internal platforms and external systems.
- Support the design and rollout of a trusted finance data lake, with clear definitions, ownership and quality checks.
- Improve data timeliness, enabling near-real-time insights where they add business value.
- Evaluate new technologies, including AI-assisted automation, and prototype solutions to Finance needs that can be reliably supported in production.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics and data management within financial services or a regulated industry, working directly with Finance teams.
- Strong SQL and Python skills, including writing, debugging and maintaining production code.
- Solid experience with Git, merge requests, and code reviews, supported by strong software engineering practices, including testing and documentation.
- Hands-on experience building and operating pipelines and models using dbt, Spark, Airflow or comparable tools.
- Direct experience with finance or accounting data, such as reconciliations, subledgers, cost basis or month-end close, including investigating discrepancies and validating outputs with accounting stakeholders.
- A track record of owning pipelines end to end, making sound technical decisions and improving reliability as requirements and systems evolve.
- Judgment and autonomy to lead complex work, navigate ambiguity and remain accountable for production outcomes.
- Experience supporting recurring financial close activities, combined with a proactive approach to identifying manual processes and replacing them with reliable, sustainable automation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across Engineering and Finance, explain complex technical issues, articulate financial implications, and recommend actionable solutions.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with cryptocurrency transaction data and how digital-asset activity flows into financial records and reconciliations.
- Experience processing large volumes of financial transactions using distributed frameworks such as Spark or PySpark.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
In West Africa, people wait for symptoms to get worse, wait months for an appointment, and depend on a health system stuck in paper and manual processes. We exist to end that wait.
Founded in 2022 in Senegal, Tanel is the first digital health insurer in francophone West Africa, operating in Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire. With 30,000+ members, a network of 1,200+ health facilities and 400+ pharmacies, and revenue multiplied by 7 in 2025, Tanel has proven real product-market fit.
In 2026, Alan, Europe's prevention-first health insurer (€950M+ revenue, 1M+ members in France, Belgium, Spain and Canada), acquired Tanel to accelerate its expansion in Africa. Together, we are building the reference health insurer in francophone West Africa, aiming for $200M in revenue by 2030.
🚀 WHY JOIN NOW?
Care is our members' first point of contact, and today it runs on the energy of a small, committed team: about 5 people across Dakar and Abidjan, answering members, HR admins and providers on WhatsApp, phone, email and the app.
What got us here will not get us to the next stage:
- Scale: our member base is set to grow several times over in the next 3 years.
- Expansion: after Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire, we plan to open new countries in the coming years.
- Integration: we are moving Care Africa onto Alan's ways of working (KPIs, rituals, playbooks) and, in 2027, onto Alan's tools and platform.
- Performance: we need to structure our KPIs: what we measure, why, and how we act on it, from response times to member satisfaction.
This is a rare chance to shape a Care organization from the ground up, with the backing of a Care Ops team that has already done it in several countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada).
⭐ THE ROLE
As Care Ops for Alan Africa, you are the most senior Care person on the ground. You do not manage the team directly: our crew lead does. You own the transformation: how the team is organized, how it grows, how it performs, and how it converges with the rest of Alan. You are part of Alan's global Care Ops team, and you bring local reality into global decisions as much as you bring global practices to Africa.
Your missions include:
1/ Design and roll out the target operating model
- Turn Alan's Care model into a version that works for Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire: how agents split their time between members and improvement work, opening hours, weekends, service levels we commit to.
- Define the team structure for the next 3 years: roles, tiers, one team or one per country.
- Set up outsourcing where it makes sense, and manage the performance of our external partners.
- Build the hiring plan with the crew lead and take part in recruitment, including final-round validation.
2/ Lead the integration with Alan
- Bring Alan's KPIs, rituals and playbooks to the local team, and make sure they stick through training and follow-up.
- Help the crew lead grow the team and coach agents into Care Experts who own improvement projects.
3/ Own operational performance, quality and tools
- Structure our KPIs and reporting: what we measure, why, and how we review it every week, including member satisfaction on WhatsApp and phone.
- Diagnose root causes behind delays, backlogs and member pain points, and turn them into concrete actions.
- Make sure our tools (ticketing, WhatsApp, phone) are set up and fully operational, and lead the transition to Alan's stack with Product, so local needs are built in.
- Provide the inputs (volumes, hours, productivity) that feed our staffing model and budget, and challenge the outputs.
4/ Be the bridge between local and global
- Represent Care Africa in Alan's Care community: share what works, raise what doesn't, contribute to global projects.
- Contribute to Care's strategic plan, for Africa and at global level.
⭐ YOU WILL EXCEL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of experience in customer service or customer experience operations, including structuring, scaling or turning around a team.
- Have led change in teams or functions you did not manage, and know how to earn buy-in rather than impose a playbook.
- Are data-fluent: you set and track the right KPIs, read and challenge an analysis, and use numbers to make decisions. You do not need to build forecasting models.
- Are fluent in French and work comfortably in English, written and spoken.
- Know the West African context and adapt your approach to the people and the market you work with.
- Are structured, autonomous and at ease with ambiguity: much is still to be defined, and you will help define it.
- Care deeply about access to healthcare and want to have a real impact on members' lives.
Strong pluses: experience in health, insurance or assistance; managing outsourcing partners; leading a CRM or tooling migration; running WhatsApp or phone-heavy support; speaking Wolof.
🎁 WHAT WE OFFER
- Permanent contract, full time, based in our Dakar office, with regular trips to Abidjan.
- A central role in a fast-growing African healthtech, backed by Alan's global Care team.
- Comprehensive health insurance through Alan for you and your family.
- All the tools you need to do your best work.
- Learning and training opportunities: a flexible policy, budgets for books and conferences.
- For this role, we are hiring within the C to E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity (pay scale to confirm).
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES
If this role excites you but you don't tick every box, we would love to hear from you. Everyone, including people from underrepresented groups, should feel free to apply: either we succeed, or we learn.

Little more about the team:
The team builds observability for AI in Honeycomb. We help customers see what their agents are doing, what those agents cost, and where errors happen. We also give them insight into individual conversations so they can debug them. We're bringing LLM and agent observability together, and we own both the data foundation and the product experiences built on top of it. You'll work in a small, cross-functional group of engineers with a dedicated product manager and designer, shipping features customers use in production. If you want to define how people understand and debug AI systems, this is the team for you.
What you’ll do in the role:
Deliver AI observability capabilities end to end, from ingestion to in-product visualizations.
Contribute to the data model and infrastructure that let us observe agents and their ecosystems across the Honeycomb product.
Build systems that analyze and surface AI-specific signals, such as cost, token usage, errors, and anomalies.
Collaborate with product and design partners to make sure what we build is usable, intuitive, and unlocks meaningful user workflows.
Share what you learn about exploring and understanding AI system behavior across conversations and workloads.
Iterate through fast feedback loops and experimentation, and share both wins and failures.
What you’ll bring to the role:
3+ years of software engineering experience.
Experience shipping customer-facing features at a SaaS company, beyond internal tooling.
Full-stack range, with proficiency in backend development (Go and/or Python) and frontend development (TypeScript and React).
A track record of working with product managers and designers.
Regular, hands-on use of AI tools in your day-to-day engineering work.
Experience being on call. You'd join our rotation after about 90 days.
A track record of navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving field where requirements shift and experimentation is a core part of the job.
Bonus: Experience building LLM or agent-powered features in production.
Bonus: Hands-on experience with observability tooling, such as OpenTelemetry.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be a front-line manager to a group of Account Managers who are responsible for hunting, pitching, and expanding the existing customer base at Ramp.
You'll lead a group of 6-8 Account Managers, each carrying a book of 60-70 Enterprise customers with real latitude over how they grow it. This is a build role, not a maintain role: the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance bar you set are the ones this team runs on next year. Your ceiling is set by how well you turn individual AM judgment into a repeatable, scalable motion that grows the segment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and run a high-performing team of 6-8 Account Managers - setting the bar for culture, morale, and daily execution.
- Get embedded in the relationships that matter. Engage directly with key customers and top accounts alongside your team, building trust and long-term partnership.
- Own the number. Manage quota performance and pipeline generation across your team to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals.
- Forecast and report team performance to senior leadership with clear-eyed visibility into what's working and what isn't.
- Hire and develop the next generation of AMs - training on product, buyer personas, competition, and tooling through role-plays, game film, and real deal work.
- Coach relentlessly. Run daily 1:1s, dissect call feedback, lead enablement sessions, and build career paths for every rep on your team.
- Turn what works into a system. Continuously refine team processes and tooling to improve output and efficiency as the segment scales.
- Represent Account Management cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 5 years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years building and leading account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding goal (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or AI companies
- A genuine passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to talent development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including C-Suite and executive leaders
- Strong track record negotiating, structuring, and executing complex agreements
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and a bias toward using data to drive decisions
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, backed by excellent communication and presentation ability.
- High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change
- A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems for the good of the business.
Great to Haves
- Experience at a high-growth, top SaaS/AI startup
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

An overview of this role
As a Senior Partner Solutions Manager, Strategic Partnerships, you'll own the technical strategy and validation of joint work with GitLab's strategic partners: hyperscalers, artificial intelligence (AI) labs, AI-native companies, and development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) vendors. You'll work with partners, Product, and Research and Development (R&D) to turn partner and customer needs into integrations, influence product design, and build the business case for each joint effort, from the first architecture review to a shipped integration. In this role you will also own the AI model evaluation process with our model partners, working closely with our R&D teams to assess new models ahead of release and ensure GitLab is built on the best-performing models for our customers. Unlike a customer-facing Solutions Architect role focused on adoption, you'll work with partners to make GitLab better. This role has no sales quota or variable pay.
At GitLab, our mission is simple: to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. Our platform doesn't just bring people together-it unites teams and organizations, breaking down barriers and redefining what's possible in software development.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end technical strategy for assigned strategic partners, connecting technical requirements with joint business objectives.
Turn partner technology and roadmaps into integration, architecture, and product opportunities across the GitLab platform, from planning to monitoring and AI agents and model integrations.
Resolve complex technical issues across GitLab and partner systems, including cloud architecture, tool integrations, and AI model and agent evaluation and integration. Build working prototypes to validate concepts with partners.
Manage the end-to-end AI model evaluation process with our model partners, coordinating with R&D to secure early access, align on evaluation criteria and timelines, and translate results into partnership and product roadmap decisions.

- You work well in a team environment with positive communications amongst a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You’re adaptable and resilient, thriving in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Rust and/or Golang, or a demonstrated ability to pick up new languages quickly.
- Experience conducting security code reviews, design architecture guidance, threat modelling
- Practical or hands-on experience with web application security topics, including but not limited to topics in OWASP Top 10.

- Work with cross functional partners across Security, Product Engineering, Marketing, CX and more on the security parameters of new features across 1Password’s product suite
- Design, build, integrate and scale new agentic AI capabilities to enable secure product development activities
- Enhance and maintain existing security tools in a variety of areas including static analysis, dynamic analysis, code scanning, and more.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting metrics around our security risk program, tailored to different audiences (technical, non-technical, compliance, senior leadership, etc.)

This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part.
THE TEAM
Kraken's Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Our disciplines cover performance ad creative, brand design, motion design, AI video creative and web design. We turn growth strategy into creative that converts across paid, owned and organic surfaces. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, and we hold the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Staff Brand Designer, you come to the table with a strong design vision and set the visual standard for Kraken. You design static work for launches, campaigns and always-on activity, and you make sure it looks like one brand wherever someone meets it. You can take a brief or proactive idea to a finished, approved asset set, and you're comfortable building a clean, systemized layout in Figma. If you can also model and render a hero 3D asset in Cinema 4D, that's a real bonus.
You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and ownership: you set the bar for brand quality on the team, you build systems others can work from, and you're the person colleagues come to with design questions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design static creative for Kraken across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
- Apply and extend the Kraken Consumer brand across surfaces, from organic social, lifecycle and web to illustration and foundational projects like key visual updates, keeping everything cohesive and recognizable without making it repetitive.
- Design initiative-specific work, including a distinct look and partner-branded assets for launches such as IPOs, and purpose-built illustration for go-to-market and product moments.
- Build scalable systems: Figma component libraries, marketing templates and modular campaign kits with localization-ready layouts, so other designers, other teams and our automated workflows can produce on-brand work quickly.
- Use AI-assisted production as a core part of how the brand gets made, and know when it speeds the work up and when it doesn't.
- Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Push back with a point of view when a brief is unclear or the idea can be stronger.
- Version and localize work across markets, languages and formats, with layouts that hold up under translation and market-specific requirements.
- Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea.
- Collaborate closely with our motion, web, performance and AI video designers so work travels well across formats.
- Hold a high craft bar on your own work and give clear, constructive feedback on others'.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 7+ years of brand and static design experience at a high-volume in-house team or agency, ideally in fintech, crypto or another regulated category (a competitor or similar company is a big plus).
- A portfolio that proves it, submitted with your application. Include the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you're able to share it. We'd like to see brand and static work, an example of work you adapted for multiple formats or markets, and an example of a system or template set that other people built from. If you have 3D work, include a piece with a short note on your process.
- Expert-level Figma: components, auto layout, variables, and files that are easy to hand off and build on.
- Strong layout, hierarchy, type and composition that hold up at small sizes and in multiple languages.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted production tools, and good judgment about where they belong in a workflow.
- Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, including layouts that accommodate risk warnings, disclaimers and market-specific requirements without compromising the design.
- Working fluency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for light motion).
- Speed without sloppiness. You're comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes.
- A solid instinct for plain language and clear communication: value first, no hype, no jargon.
- Curious about investing and crypto at a minimum, and able to make the space legible to others.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

People Programs at Ramp builds the programs that shape how employees experience the company day to day; from someone's first week to the moments that define Ramp's culture company-wide. As Ramp scales, we need someone dedicated to building that function and taking our foundations to the next level.
In this role, you'll own programs like onboarding, manager enablement, engagement surveys, and the company-wide culture and recognition programs that shape how Ramp works, to name a few. You'll work closely with People Business Partners, People Operations, and Comms to make these programs land and thrive.
This work is high impact and high visibility. This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role for someone with strong judgment who owns things fully.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build your own roadmap by pulling signal from engagement survey results, PBP and manager input, and People Ops, then make the call on what to build, improve, delegate, or stop.
- Own onboarding effectiveness — from pre-start through the first week — so every new hire's first experience of Ramp reflects how we work and our culture, partnering with People Ops and IT on day-to-day logistics
- Own the performance review cycle's program design — timeline, tools, and the manager/employee experience — partnering with PBPs on calibration and outcomes
- Build and own manager enablement as a standalone program: design the content, frameworks, and moments that help managers lead well, in partnership with PBPs on delivery
- Conceive, build, and run company-wide culture-building programs, fully owning logistics and content end-to-end
- Own recognition programming: how we surface and celebrate what's worth celebrating across the company and the rituals/milestones that make Ramp's culture tangible day to day
- Own the biannual engagement survey: design, run, and work with People Business Partners to translate results into action
- Be the trusted voice on what we should build in-house versus buy (tools, vendors, platforms) for people programs, grounded in judgment about what's worth the investment, not a default toward either
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years owning people/culture programs end-to-end at a high-growth company - from ideation through hands-on execution
- A builder's track record: you've created programming that didn't exist before, not adapted someone else's playbook
- Strong facilitation and executive presence. You’re comfortable being the face of a program in front of the whole company, not just behind the scenes
- Comfortable with data: you can read engagement survey results and program metrics and turn them into a point of view, not just a report
- Proven ability to partner across functions (PBPs, Comms, Enablement, leadership)
- First-principles thinker who can turn ambiguity into a scalable framework: you don't need a rule book, but you can build one when it's missing
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
