Douro Labs is the core development team behind the Pyth Network. We're looking for a Market Analyst to track the crypto markets, specifically prediction markets and perpetual futures, and turn that understanding into business opportunities for Pyth.
This role is for an analyst who can read the market and explain why it matters to us: someone who can pull on-chain and venue data to quantify a new trend one hour and write the report that convinces the team to act on it the next. You will serve as our eyes on two of the fastest-moving areas in crypto, covering the market side (monitoring events, trader conversations, volumes, and new venues across prediction markets and perps) and the product side (translating that research into a clear picture of our users and concrete opportunities for Pyth).
- Location: Remote (US or Europe)
- Type: Full-time
- Reports to: Head of Technical Operations
About Our Team and Your Role
We are a well-rounded team: half of us are tech whizzes, while the other half excel in building partnerships with institutional clients, prime brokers, and the global financial infrastructure community. Curiosity and rigor are key to how we operate.
Remote Work: Our team is spread across the globe, from the US and South America to Europe and Asia. We are a digital-first organization where remote work is the norm.
Startup-level Speed: We thrive in the dynamic DeFi space and need an analyst who can go from question to answer quickly, without waiting for direction.
The Mission: You will be shaping how Pyth grows in prediction markets and perpetual futures. As these markets expand and new venues launch, your research will inform where we build next and how we serve the teams building on our data.
About the Role
This is a hybrid research/strategy role. At the outset, you'll monitor prediction markets and perps day to day and connect what's happening to our business. Over time, your research is expected to directly shape product decisions and new opportunities across Pyth.
We want research that leads to action: every piece of work should end with a clear view on what it means for Pyth and what we should do about it.
Responsibilities
Market Monitoring
- Track news, launches, and structural shifts across prediction markets and perpetual futures
- Monitor the conversations where traders are active, including X, Discord servers, Telegram groups, and other trader communities, to spot sentiment shifts and emerging trends early
- Follow volumes, open interest, funding rates, and market share across major venues
- Connect recent events to their impact on Pyth and share timely takeaways with the team
- Maintain a current view of the competitive landscape, including oracles and data providers serving these markets
User Research
- Research prediction market and perps protocols to understand how they use price data
- Map who our users are, what they need, and where current solutions fall short
- Build dashboards and datasets the team can use to follow these markets
Product Opportunities
- Turn research findings into concrete product ideas for Pyth
- Size opportunities using market and on-chain data
- Work with product, engineering, and BD to prioritize and pressure-test ideas
- Track how launched initiatives perform against the original thesis
Research and Reporting
- Write clear, convincing research reports for internal and external audiences
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership
- Build a repeatable research process the team can rely on
About You
- Background as an analyst at a crypto research firm or in a research/data role at a perps exchange or prediction market
- Deep understanding of prediction market and perpetual futures market structure
- Active in trader communities and comfortable picking up signal from X, Discord, and Telegram
- Proficient with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Dune or similar)
- Strong writer with a track record of research that drives decisions
- Analytical and a self-starter, comfortable owning a research agenda independently
- Comfortable with startup pace and evolving scope
Think you've got what it takes to build the most talented team in the world? We'd love to meet you.

● Handle individual cases for relocation and onboarding, including the preparation of local employment contracts and country-specific documentation.
● Manage local third-party HR providers in your assigned country to effectively address employee needs.
● Manage the local practicalities of offboarding to ensure all legal requirements and exit procedures are met.
● Act as the first point of contact for standard ER cases, handling practicalities while consulting with HRBPs and Global HR Operations on complex issues.
● Audit payroll data in the HRIS and ensure accurate local processing in collaboration with our in-house team and local payroll vendor.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and other relevant systems, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with local and global data privacy regulations.

● Act as the go-to person for the local CEO on HR matters, escalating complex issues to the Global HR team when necessary.
● Provide local logistics and individual support for global HR initiatives such as Wellbeing, Performance Management, and L&D.
● Actively participate in or lead the development and communication of local HR programs and policies in accordance with team priorities.
REQUIREMENTS
● Strong working knowledge of Japanese labor law, local benefits and market HR best practices, with a track record of creating compliant HR policy documentation and internal knowledge base pages.
● A "hands-on" approach with high attention to detail in contract management, local onboarding experience, and the management of local third-party providers (e.g., benefit brokers).
● Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between global standards and local needs, influencing both local leadership and the global HR team.
● Strong analytical skills and high emotional intelligence to act as the "1st Line of Defense," handling sensitive "individual case" employee relations with the wisdom to escalate complex issues to the Global HR Operations team.
● Exceptional communication skills in English and Japanese, with the ability to bridge global ICEYE standards with local needs while influencing both local leadership and the global team.

You'll also take part in incident response and help keep the team's on-call work sustainable.
What you’ll do
Lead, hire, onboard, and develop a distributed engineering team working asynchronously.
Set priorities with Site Reliability Engineering, Product Engineering, and GitLab Dedicated teams, and help the team deliver observability services iteratively.
Own the reliability, scalability, and cost of the team's metrics, logging, alerting, and capacity planning platforms.
Reduce noisy or missing alerts and telemetry gaps, and use SLOs, error budgets, and self-service instrumentation to help engineers maintain the health of their services.
Guide technical decisions about time-series storage, high-cardinality metrics, log pipelines, and distributed tracing.
Participate in the Incident Manager On Call (IMOC) rotation, coordinating the response to high-severity incidents affecting

.
Keep the team's on-call rotation sustainable through coverage across time zones, useful runbooks, better alerts, and follow-through on post-incident actions.
Use AI tools and agents to support engineering workflows and incident triage, reviewing their output while engineers retain responsibility for decisions.
What you’ll bring
Experience leading an observability, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering team operating at scale, including supporting people in a distributed, asynchronous environment.
Technical knowledge of metrics systems such as Prometheus and long-term storage, logging platforms such as Elasticsearch or cloud-native services, and alerting design.
Experience using SLOs, error budgets, and capacity forecasts to make reliability and investment decisions.
Experience operating a large software-as-a-service platform and investigating production issues such as telemetry gaps, ingestion limits, or noisy and missing alerts.
Experience participating in and improving production on-call rotations, including incident coordination and balancing operational load with project work.
The ability to explain technical tradeoffs to engineering partners and other stakeholders.
Experience using AI tools or agents in engineering or management work; you can describe how you would apply them to operational problems such as incident triage.

About Osano
Osano is an innovative B-Corporation built around a simple belief: privacy is a fundamental right. Since day one, we’ve been focused on giving modern enterprises the ability to innovate quickly, stay competitive, and earn customer trust by respecting data privacy and complying with consent guidelines. Our products help organizations operate confidently in a rapidly evolving regulatory and technological landscape.
About the Role
Osano is looking for a
Demand Generation Manager
to help build and execute programs that create awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and ultimately drive revenue growth.
This is a
hands-on individual contributor role
for someone who enjoys both the strategic and executional sides of demand generation. You'll own campaigns from idea through execution and measurement, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to reach the right audiences with the right message at the right time.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable digging into performance data, experimenting with new approaches, and continuously improving how we generate and convert demand. You'll have meaningful ownership over your programs without direct people-management responsibilities.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns and programs end to end to drive qualified pipeline against Osano's revenue goals.
Build multi-channel programs across email, paid media, content syndication, sponsorships, webinars and events, content, organic channels, and account-based marketing.
Own Osano's in-house paid media program across core and emerging channels like Google/Bing search, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and ChatGPT
Partner closely with Sales to ensure campaigns align with target accounts, pipeline priorities, and the needs of the go-to-market organization.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content to develop compelling campaign messaging, offers, and assets for key audiences and stages of the buyer journey.
Work with Revenue Operations to ensure campaigns, lead flows, attribution, and reporting are set up accurately within our marketing and CRM systems.
Monitor campaign performance and pipeline contribution, using data to identify what's working, what isn't, and where we should invest next.
Analyze funnel performance across lead generation, conversion, pipeline creation, and revenue to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop audience segments and targeted programs based on industry, persona, account characteristics, intent, and buyer behavior.
Test and optimize messaging, channels, creative, audiences, and conversion paths to continually improve campaign performance.
Help develop and refine Osano's account-based marketing strategy and execute programs targeting high-value accounts.
Manage campaign budgets and make recommendations on how to allocate spend based on performance and business priorities.
Partner with Marketing Operations to maintain strong campaign tracking, reporting, and attribution.
Stay current on demand generation trends, channels, and tools, bringing new ideas and experiments to the team.
Share campaign insights and results with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders, translating performance data into clear recommendations and next steps.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, integrated marketing, or a related B2B marketing role, preferably within SaaS or technology.
Demonstrated experience building and executing integrated campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue.
Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how marketing programs influence prospects from initial awareness through opportunity creation.
Experience working across multiple demand generation channels, including email, paid media, content, webinars/events, and ABM.
Hands-on experience running paid search and LinkedIn campaigns in the platforms yourself, not through an agency, with a track record of scaling spend efficiently.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and funnel data and turn insights into action.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
Familiarity with campaign attribution, funnel metrics, lead management, and pipeline reporting.
Comfortable owning projects independently and moving between strategy and hands-on execution.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities at once.
Collaborative mindset and experience partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Content.
Curious and experimental approach—you enjoy testing ideas, learning from the results, and continuously improving performance.
Clear communicator who can explain both campaign strategy and performance to stakeholders across the organization.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success isn't measured simply by the number of campaigns launched or leads generated. You'll help Osano build a demand generation engine that consistently reaches the right audiences and translates marketing investment into meaningful business results.
You'll be successful when you're:
Generating qualified pipeline that supports company revenue goals.
Improving conversion throughout the marketing and sales funnel.
Building repeatable, scalable campaigns rather than relying on one-off tactics.
Giving the team clear visibility into campaign and channel performance.
Using data and experimentation to continually improve marketing effectiveness.
Building strong alignment between Marketing and Sales around audiences, campaigns, and pipeline.
Who You Are
You're equal parts
marketer, operator, and problem solver
. You can zoom out to think about campaign strategy and the buyer journey, then zoom in to build, launch, analyze, and optimize the program yourself.
You're comfortable with numbers but don't lose sight of the people behind them. You understand that great demand generation isn't just about producing more leads—it's about creating the right engagement with the right buyers and turning that engagement into sustainable pipeline and revenue.
Most importantly, you're someone who likes to own your work. You don't need a large team beneath you to make an impact; you're energized by rolling up your sleeves, collaborating across the business, and seeing your ideas translate into measurable results.
Why Us
A well-defined career path that’s not just “climbing the ladder” - learn different competencies, skills, and concepts as you progress and get recognized for it.

We’re looking for a Principal Brand Designer to define the brand design system that takes Ramp into new futures. You’ll turn our strategy into design, lead our most important brand projects, and help the team do its best work.
This is a leadership individual contributor role. You can take any idea from zero to one. You understand the business fundamentals, the product value, the channels that perform best, and you know where brand design amplifies and improves the work. You understand each XFN’s accountability and outcomes, from product, marketing, GTM, growth and beyond. You can speak their language.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set creative direction. Turn business goals and audience insights into clear ideas for the brand.
- Lead company-defining projects. Take campaigns, launches, and other brand experiences from an open question to finished work.
- Set the bar for quality and taste. You are the go-to expert for typography, imagery, layout, and brand design. You are the champion for this standard.
- Build the brand system. Evolve our visual identity over time. We believe in coherency over consistency. We built our brand system to behave like jazz.
- Connect brand and product. Work with product, marketing, and engineering so the company feels coherent wherever people experience it.
- Raise the quality of the team’s work. You are a player-coach that can mentor others and develop a culture of collaboration, creativity, and trust.
- Tell stories to drive alignment. Help partners understand the thinking, agree on a direction, and make practical choices about scope and timing.
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
- You’re already using AI tooling and agents to explore faster, iterate sooner, and develop ideas that you couldn’t before.
- You have both agency and in-house experience.
- You have side hobbies exploring design and creativity. We want to see side projects that show a desire for learning, a student-like mindset, and above all, enthusiasm for where the future is headed.
- You’re humble, thoughtful, and self-aware.
- Your portfolio reveals a story about how you’ve grown as a person, your interests, and curiosities.
- You understand that execution is how good ideas win.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- A deep portfolio of brand identities, marketing campaigns, bringing brand into product experiences, and digital applications, with a clear explanation of your contribution.
- Excellent design fundamentals and the ability to carry an idea through to finished work.
- Experience leading complex projects independently and making good decisions when the brief is still taking shape.
- The ability to negotiate, compromise, or understand trade-offs with executives and XFN partners.
- The ability to connect creative choices to the audience, the product, and the business.
- A record of helping other designers improve and working well with people across disciplines.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
You will serve as a founding Sales Development Representative for Ramp’s Strategic segment. You drive outbound prospecting and pipeline generation within a critical growth segment for Ramp.
You’ll partner with Account Executives, Leadership, Marketing, and Product to drive the Top-of-Funnel strategy and execute against business goals.
What You'll Do
- Help build the strategic account motion at Ramp — sourcing deals, bridging introductions, and progressing sales opportunities in the pipeline.
- Own a named book of Strategic Enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees), building durable coverage and pipeline across a smaller, higher-value set.
- Develop account plans with your AE: prioritize accounts, map the buying group, identify the "why now," and align on a path to engagement.
- Research and engage finance leaders through personalized, multi-channel outreach; qualify prospects through consultative discovery.
- Coordinate with AEs, Marketing, Partnerships, and Events to use warm introductions, executive programs, and customer stories effectively.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to strengthen research, prioritization, and personalization — validating outputs before using them.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce; use performance data to improve outreach quality.
What You'll Need
- Proven SDR/BDR, closing, or equivalent quota-carrying experience, with measurable evidence of attainment or overachievement.
- Experience working a named-account or account-based motion — prioritizing accounts and tailoring outreach to senior or complex buyers.
- Proven ability to partner with Account Executives on account strategy, meeting prep, and deal progression.
- Strong discovery, objection-handling, and written/verbal communication skills.
- A builder mindset: diagnose results, form a point of view, adapt, and turn what works into repeatable practice.
- Ability to operate independently in an evolving motion — creating structure, managing ambiguity, and raising issues early.
- Interest in building a long-term sales career and taking on the scope of a Strategic SDR role.
Nice to Haves
- Experience selling into large, complex, or enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders and longer buying cycles.
- Experience selling into finance, accounting, or operations teams, or familiarity with finance workflows (expense, AP, procurement, ERPs).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, or account research/intent tools.
- Prior experience scaling a new team or motion, or working with partner ecosystems and field events.
