Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Atlas gives teams a way to build and use internal software with AI, with the infrastructure to connect company tools, manage access, and share what they build.
We're hiring a Product Manager to help take Atlas from a new product to something teams rely on every day. You'll identify the most valuable problems to solve, work closely with engineering and design to ship, and figure out what turns early interest into adoption. This role spans product discovery, launch, and the work that comes after: learning from real usage and deciding where to go next.
The product team at WorkOS works closely with developers and technical buyers who have strong opinions and high standards. Our engineers bring sharp product instincts, and you'll be a close partner in deciding what to build and why. You'll have room to shape the product, make decisions with incomplete information, and move quickly as you learn.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own product direction and outcomes for Atlas, from identifying customer problems through discovery, delivery, launch, and iteration.
- Work directly with early users to understand what they're trying to build, where they get stuck, and what would make Atlas useful in their everyday work.
- Turn those insights into a clear roadmap, making deliberate choices about which use cases to pursue and what to ship first.
- Partner closely with engineering and design to turn technical capabilities into a product people can understand and use.
- Define success metrics for activation, adoption, and continued use, and use customer feedback and product data to guide your next decisions.
- Work with marketing, sales, and other go-to-market partners to bring Atlas to market and communicate its value clearly.
- Follow how people are building with AI and agents, and use what you learn to identify new product opportunities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience building products for developers or technical B2B users, with the technical fluency to work closely with engineers and understand customer workflows.
- A track record of taking a new product from an early idea to launch and adoption. You can explain the decisions you made, what you learned from users, and how the product changed as a result.
- Strong product judgment: you can find a useful starting point in an ambiguous problem and decide what matters most.
- A habit of talking to customers and using what you learn to shape the product.
- The ability to move quickly, make decisions without perfect information, and adjust as new evidence comes in.
- Clear communication and strong partnerships with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
ESPECIALLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Shipping agentic products, or working directly alongside teams building them. Recent experience with how people use agents to get work done is a strong plus.
- Bringing a new developer tool or technical B2B product to market and building its early adoption.
- Working on pricing, packaging, or a product-led growth motion.
Benefits and Perks (US Only) 💖
At WorkOS, we offer resources that emphasize personal and familial well-being. We offer healthcare coverage for you and your family, including medical, dental, and vision. We offer parental leave, paid-time off and fully remote working arrangements.
- 401k matching
- Competitive Equity
- Healthcare, dental and vision coverage
- FSA, ST/LT Disability, Voluntary Life
- Carrot fertility benefits
- 20 days paid vacation + 10 holidays + unlimited sick leave
- 12 weeks fully paid parental leave
- Fitness: Monthly stipend for gyms, yoga classes, race registrations or whatever keeps you active
- Wellness: Monthly stipend for a massage, meditations class, therapy, or activities that enhance your well-being
- Commuter benefits for hybrid employees in SF/NYC
- Unlimited token usage!

As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a GTM Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on engineering role embedded in our GTM org. You'll own the systems that power how we identify, enrich, score, and engage prospects at scale: a custom built enrichment pipelines leveraging Cargo, the campaign sync tooling that feeds our events and outbound plays, and the code that ties it all together.
You'll work at the intersection of GTM strategy and software engineering by writing production TypeScript/Python, shipping PRs, designing schemas, and building internal tools that the whole GTM team depends on daily. Think of it as being the engineer who makes the rest of the GTM team unreasonably effective.
You don't need to have done this exact job before. You need to care about the craft. The best GTM Engineers at WorkOS are the ones who spot a broken workflow in Slack at 11pm, open a PR the next morning, and ship the fix before the standup. They're the ones who, when the sales team complains about bad data, don't just route it to RevOps, they dig into the Snowflake schema and find the upstream issue. If that sounds like how you work, we want to talk.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enrichment infrastructure: You'll maintain and improve our core enrichment pipeline: the workflows that take a new signup or a conference attendee list and return a fully enriched, scored, and Salesforce-upserted record. Today that involves Cargo, Clay, Snowflake, and a growing set of data providers (Apollo, Linkup, Exa). You'll own the reliability, fill rates, and schema consistency of these systems.
- Account scoring: You'll work on the fit scoring pipeline: the logic that evaluates every company flowing through our stack against our ICP and writes results to Snowflake and SFDC. This includes batching optimization, retry logic, logging and observability, and continuously improving the underlying signals.
- Campaign and event tooling: You'll build and maintain the systems that sync event attendee lists (Luma, conference CSVs) through enrichment and into Salesforce campaigns. When a BDR asks "who came to our event last night?", your tooling answers that question automatically and routes the right records to the right owners. You’ll also propose and prioritize growth experiments, validate the approach, own implementation, measure results, and iterate.
- Custom Tooling integration: You'll build and maintain enrichment tooling accessible via Wallaby, WorkOS's internal AI agent that the GTM team uses to look up prospects, run ad-hoc enrichments, and surface account intel on demand. You’ll design the underlying tools so they’re clean, effective, and composable, using AI and automation across research, enrichment, routing, and engagement workflows.
- GTM data infra: You'll work closely with the data engineering team to keep our Snowflake schema in sync with the tools that consume it, track downstream pipeline impacts when schemas change, and ensure the data flowing into SFDC is accurate and up-to-date. Own and maintain lead and conversion tracking across the funnel, including lifecycle stages and campaign attribution. Keep the underlying data and tracking reliable so we can measure conversion and identify where prospects drop off.
- Code: You'll ship real code. PRs go through review. You'll debug production incidents (Salesforce API rate limits, Cargo timeouts, enrichment failures). You'll instrument logging, add observability, and think carefully about batching, concurrency, and idempotency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering foundation: You're a capable software engineer. You write clean TypeScript or Python, understand async patterns, know how to design a database schema, and can debug a production incident from logs alone. You don't need to have worked at a software company, but you need to be able to write and ship code.
- GTM domain knowledge: You've worked with the tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Cargo, Apollo, or equivalents. You understand how leads flow through a CRM, what enrichment providers actually return, and why data quality degrades over time. Ideally you've had a BDR or AE background that gives you intuition for what the sales team actually needs.
- Systems thinking: You think in pipelines, not one-off scripts. When you build something, you think about what happens at 10x volume, when an API goes down, or when the same company gets submitted five times simultaneously.
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a closely adjacent technical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

Role Overview:
We're hiring a Robotics Safety & Compliance Lead to own safety, risk, and compliance across our robotics operations — and to lead the function as it scales. This is a builder-leader role: you'll set the standard, establish the frameworks, and grow the program (and eventually the team) that keeps our labs and data collection environments safe, compliant, and audit-ready.
You'll be the senior voice on safety in the room with operations, engineering, and EHS — setting direction rather than waiting for it, and building practical frameworks that support both speed and control.
What You Will Do
Own safety and compliance end to end across robotics labs and data collection environments.
Set the safety strategy and roadmap as programs scale across sites, and define what "good" looks like for the function.
Develop and implement safety standards, SOPs, and risk mitigation frameworks.
Conduct risk assessments across different lab setups (humanoid, teleoperation, motion capture, etc.).
Serve as the escalation point and decision-maker on safety risk — including the authority to pause work when conditions require it.
Lead incident response processes, reporting, and root cause analysis.
Conduct regular audits and maintain audit readiness across sites.
Build and lead safety training, onboarding, and a safety champion network across lab teams.
Influence senior stakeholders and report on safety posture, risk trends, and program maturity to leadership.
Hire, mentor, and grow safety and compliance support as the program expands.
Partner with engineering on safe system design — cell layout, e-stops, guarding, interlocks, and operating envelopes.
Balance operational speed with safety and compliance requirements.
What Good Looks Like
Clear, practical safety frameworks that teams actually follow.
A safety culture the is owned by the organization, not one that depends on one person policing it.
Strong risk awareness without slowing down execution.
High audit readiness and clean compliance posture.
Proactive identification and mitigation of safety risks.
Credibility with engineering — seen as a technical partner, not a gate.
Strong partnership with operations and engineering teams.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in safety, compliance, or EHS roles (technical or lab environments preferred).
Demonstrated leadership experience — owning a program, leading cross-functional initiatives, or managing/mentoring others.
Experience developing and implementing safety programs or frameworks from the ground up.
Strong understanding of risk assessment and incident management.
Ability to translate standards into practical, operational processes.
Clear communication and proven ability to influence senior and technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., ISO frameworks such as ISO 10218, ISO/TS 15066, ANSI/RIA R15.06).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in robotics, manufacturing, industrial, or lab-based environments.
People management experience, or experience building a function and its first hires.
Software or technical background as a plus — comfort with ROS, robot control software, teleoperation and motion capture systems, or scripting (e.g. Python) to analyze incident and sensor data.
Experience building or automating compliance tooling — audit tracking, incident dashboards, or safety checklists integrated into lab workflows.
Experience supporting high-growth or rapidly scaling operations.
Background working with cross-functional technical teams.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Onsite lab environment (robotics lab, warehouse, or similar setup).
Must be able to stand for extended periods during audits and inspections.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Fast-paced environment with evolving operational needs.
Why This Role Matters
As robotics programs scale, safety and compliance become critical to sustainable operations. This role leads how we operate responsibly, reduce risk, and build systems that scale without compromising safety.
Benefits Included in the Offer:
- Friendly Working Environment
- IT Equipment
- Social Activities
- Global Mobility Policy
- Employee Referral Program
- Employee Assistant Program
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- HSA & FSA
- 401(k) retirement
- Short & Long Term Disability Insurance
- Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity Insurance
- Telemedicine Benefit
- Annual Leave
- Paid Public Holidays
- Maternity/Paternity Leave
Hourly Pay: $65-$75/hr.

How we build at seQura
🤖
AI-assisted development is how our engineers work every day. We use AI agents to think through problems, write, review and iterate on code, and we're looking for engineers who already work this way, or are actively making the shift.
What matters to us isn't whether you know the syntax and idioms of your preferred programming language or tech stack by heart. It's whether you understand the problem you're solving, can explain the business logic behind it, and own every line you ship, no matter who (or what) wrote it first.
AI helps you move faster, challenge assumptions, explore different approaches and improve your solutions. But knowing which questions to ask, making sound technical and product decisions, and taking responsibility for the outcome is always up to you.
Our technical interviews reflect this approach: you'll use your own AI tools, and we'll ask you to walk us through your solution, both the business reasoning and the code.
If you're only interested in technical challenges without engaging in the product decisions behind them, or you'd rather not work with AI, this probably isn't the right role for you.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Be passionate about solving meaningful product problems and delivering simple, clean, and maintainable solutions, leveraging AI to improve both your thinking and your code.
Be proactive, accountable, analytical, and pragmatic.
Contribute with close attention to detail/product ownership.
Work as a strong team player and communicator.
Arrive with motivation to learn and grow.
Be passionate about driving change and efficiency with partners from different disciplines.

Japan will be your core focus and primary revenue responsibility, while you will also support the role of our Japanese business as a strategic hub for broader expansion within Asia. You will collaborate with other teams within the Solutions LoB to help shape our product strategy and service model for this important market.
You will operate at the intersection of ICEYE’s agile, high-growth global culture and the complex, trust-based environment of Japan’s leading enterprises, while selectively contributing to regional growth initiatives across APAC.

We’re a growing international team of builders. Join us.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
Grow ICEYE’s Solutions business in the Japanese insurance and banking markets by originating and closing new contracts with new customers, and extending the scope of use of ICEYE solutions within our existing customer base.
Develop the end-to-end Go-To-Market strategy for Japan, identifying and capturing new market opportunities with ICEYE’s innovative solutions
Contribute to a regional GTM strategy, grounded in structured market intelligence to inform ICEYE’s global commercial strategy, prioritize target accounts, and guide product development and resource allocation
- Take full ownership of a designated strategic anchor account within the Japanese insurance market, with end-to-end responsibility for relationship development, revenue growth, and long-term partnership success. This is a long-standing ICEYE customer and account
- Build and execute account plans that position ICEYE as a mission-critical partner to this anchor client, expanding across business units and use cases
- Grow and develop a multi-year opportunity pipeline (2026–2028), establishing a sustainable foundation for long-term growth and recurring partnerships across the insurance sector
- Establish ICEYE as a recognized leader and trusted partner within the Japanese financial services ecosystem through consistent engagement with insurers, reinsurers, brokers and banks, and through industry events
- Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers across major Japanese enterprises
- Act as a bridge between ICEYE’s global teams and local customers, aligning expectations and translating business needs into technical and commercial solutions
- Drive collaboration with ICEYE’s Missions, Data, and Solutions teams to identify and close integrated opportunities, ensuring coherent positioning and value creation across product lines
- Support and contribute to GTM strategy and sales execution across APAC, leveraging Japan as a reference market while selectively developing regional opportunities
- Identify opportunities for disaster-resilience and catastrophe-related solutions, leveraging Japan’s unique risk landscape to pilot and scale new SAR-based offerings
- Act as an internal advocate to productize locally developed solutions and integrate them into ICEYE’s global roadmap.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- 10+ years of sales experience, preferably within the insurance industry
- Strong experience selling to insurers/reinsurers or banks (ideally both), in Japan
- Proven track record in complex, consultative, and strategic enterprise sales, including ownership of large, strategic accounts
- Deep understanding of the Japanese sales cycle, including trust-based relationship building, consensus-driven decision-making, and long-term account development
- Strong cultural fluency with the ability to operate effectively in high-context Japanese business environments while bridging to a fast-paced, low-context global organization
- Experience working with or within large Japanese corporations, or selling high-value solutions into them
- Existing network within the Japanese P&C insurance ecosystem (insurers, reinsurers, brokers, or industry bodies), ideally similar in the Japanese banking sector
- Experience in geospatial data, analytics, catastrophe modeling, or related solutions is a strong advantage
- Ability to operate with high autonomy—building strategy from the ground up and adapting quickly based on market feedback
