At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
Summary: You'll own ClickUp's social strategy and build the systems to execute it at scale. You deeply understand what wins on each platform: the formats, the hooks, the timing, the tone. But you're not just a strategist who hands off a plan. You build AI-powered workflows and automation to operationalize your strategy so it runs continuously, learns from data, and scales beyond what any team could do manually. You're a social-native operator who builds systems, not an engineer who dabbles in social.
Responsibilities:
- Own platform-native social strategy across X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels: define what ClickUp's voice, format, and engagement approach looks like on each, tailored to what works on that platform
- Develop and execute content and engagement strategies that drive measurable growth in reach, engagement, and audience quality
- Identify trends, conversations, and cultural moments worth engaging with, and move fast enough to capitalize on them
- Build AI-powered systems and automated workflows to execute social strategy at scale: monitoring, engagement, response, and content distribution
- Create feedback loops between social performance data and strategy; use signal to iterate what gets made and how it gets distributed
- Own proactive engagement: identify and engage relevant conversations, mentions, and opportunities using AI-powered monitoring and automated response workflows
- Develop automated systems that handle routine engagement while escalating high-value or brand-sensitive conversations to humans
- Own execution end-to-end: strategy through measurement, with clear accountability for outcomes
- Partner with content creators, influencer team, and brand to ensure systems amplify their work
- Establish and report on social growth KPIs with clear attribution
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years in social media strategy with demonstrated expertise in platform-native content and engagement strategy (you know what works on X vs. LinkedIn vs. TikTok and why)
- Proven track record of growing social presence with strategic intent: not just posting more, but understanding the mechanics of each platform and exploiting them
- Strong creative taste and editorial instinct for what resonates on social: you can look at a piece of content and know whether it'll hit before it goes live
- 2+ years building AI-powered systems and automated workflows to scale social execution (monitoring, engagement, response, distribution). Using ChatGPT to draft captions is not sufficient.
- Technical fluency: comfortable with APIs, automation platforms (Zapier, Make, custom), and can deploy integrations between systems without an engineer
- Strong strategic thinker who takes things from 0 to 1 independently: vision to execution, measurable outcomes, zero hand-holding
- Data-obsessed: builds dashboards, runs experiments, iterates based on signal not gut

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for a threat intel manager to build and run our CBRN-E & Advanced Weapons team within Threat Intelligence. This team detects, investigates, and disrupts attempts to misuse Anthropic's AI systems for chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosives threats and for the development of advanced or novel weapons.
You will mature this from a promising start into a rigorous program, hiring investigators with real CBRN-E, weaponization, and counterproliferation expertise, sharpening detection beyond broad harm screens into threat-specific capabilities, and personally leading the cases where scientific judgment determines whether we're seeing curiosity, legitimate research, or a genuine weapons-development attempt. The area carries significant engagement with government, biosecurity, and scientific stakeholders.
Important context: In this position you may be exposed to explicit content spanning a range of topics, including those of a sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing nature. This role may require responding to escalations during weekends and holidays.
Key responsibilities
Own strategy, priorities, and outcomes for the CBRN-E & Advanced Weapons mission area; mature it from an emerging function into a rigorous investigative program
Hire, manage, and develop a team of investigators with deep domain expertise across biological, chemical, and weapons-development threat areas
Personally lead investigations into attempts to use our systems to develop, enhance, or disseminate CBRN-E weapons, or advanced weapons capabilities
Evolve detection from broad harm screens toward CBRN-specific signals and methodologies tailored to dual-use research concerns, in partnership with our collections engineers
Set the analytic quality bar: cross-platform threat analysis grounded in real threat actor behavior, open-source research, and publicly reported weapons programs
Own escalation and enforcement decisions with policy and enforcement teams for the highest-severity misuse category we handle
Lead external engagement with government agencies, biosecurity and chemical-security research communities, and scientific organizations
Inform safety-by-design and capability-evaluation strategies by forecasting how threat actors will leverage frontier AI for CBRN-E purposes
Serve as a liaison to government partners, educating stakeholders on AI-enabled threats through regular reporting and briefings.
Minimum qualifications
Are an intelligence analyst, policy expert, or researcher with deep domain expertise in biosecurity, chemical defense, weapons non-proliferation, dual-use research of concern (DURC), or related CBRN-E threat domains
Have led investigative or analytic teams and are a senior domain expert with demonstrated mentorship and program-building experience ready to lead
Have experience with threat actor profiling, threat intelligence analysis frameworks, and collection frameworks
Have hands-on experience with large language models and how AI could be misused for CBRN-E threats
Have excellent stakeholder management skills across researchers, policy experts, legal teams, government, and external partners
Can present analytical work to technical and non-technical audiences, including government stakeholders and senior leadership
Preferred qualifications
Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in biological sciences, chemistry, biodefense, biosecurity, or a related field
Real-world experience countering weapons of mass destruction or other high-risk asymmetric threats in the intelligence community or defense organizations
Experience working with government agencies, defense/national security organizations, or in regulated environments handling sensitive CBRN-E programs, counterproliferation and threat analysis.

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Enterprise at Baseten means the companies with the most to gain from AI and the most complexity in getting there: large digital natives running products at massive scale, and category leaders in software, financial services, healthcare, and beyond. They have the data, the distribution, and the budget. Most are still deciding what to build, what to run themselves, and what it should cost.
That makes this a consultative sale. You'll spend as much time helping a VP of Engineering pressure-test their AI strategy as you will selling against an alternative, mapping use cases, framing build-vs-buy, and giving clear recommendations grounded in what you've seen work at the frontier. Then you'll do the enterprise work: multithreading across a buying committee, navigating security and procurement, and turning a first workload into an eight-figure relationship.
You'll work alongside our founders, forward-deployed engineers, and GTM leadership, in a seat where the playbook is still being written.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a revenue target end to end, from prospecting and outbounding through closing Tier 1 accounts in your verticals
- Act as a strategic advisor on AI adoption: identify use cases, shape architecture decisions, and lead with clear, opinionated recommendations
- Multithread across large organizations, from the engineers running evals to the executives funding the program to security, legal, and procurement
- Win lighthouse customers that become references for their entire industry
- Partner with forward-deployed engineering on technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews
- Feed signal back to product and engineering. What enterprises need next is a roadmap input we don't get anywhere else
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in technology, ideally infrastructure, API/platform, or developer tooling
- A track record of closing seven- and eight-figure deals by navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees and long, complex cycles
- Demonstrated ability to run a consultative sale. You've helped customers define a strategy, not just evaluate a product
- Strong technical acumen: you can hold your own on model serving, GPU infrastructure, latency, and API architecture
- Experience selling into large digital natives or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, insurance, government)
- Excellent communication and comfort with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience selling AI/ML infrastructure, cloud compute, or model deployment platforms
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

An Overview of this role
We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to serve as an internal PM embedded within this team. This is not a traditional external-facing product role—it is an internal platform product leadership position. You will own the roadmap for our enterprise systems, act as the strategic voice of the business within engineering, and bring senior product craft to a team of Analysts and engineers who build and operate GitLab's revenue infrastructure.
This role is ideal for a seasoned product leader who has deep Quote-to-Cash or Finance domain knowledge, thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, and is energized by mentoring high-performing teams through complex, multi-program environments.
What You’ll Do
Internal Product Roadmap Ownership
Define, own, and maintain the multi-quarter internal product roadmap for QTC and Finance Systems, covering Salesforce CPQ, Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, NetSuite, and the CDot metering platform.
Translate business strategy from Finance, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and Sales into sequenced, prioritized system capabilities with clear outcomes and success metrics.
Balance competing program demands—stabilization, net-new capability delivery, and technical debt reduction—with transparent trade-off frameworks.
Drive quarterly and annual planning ceremonies, partnering with Engineering Managers and Business Systems Analysts to align capacity with roadmap commitments.
Stakeholder Partnership & Requirements Translation
Serve as the primary internal product voice for all QTC and Finance Systems initiatives, partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and Legal.
Lead discovery, requirements workshops, and business process design sessions to translate complex financial and commercial requirements into actionable system specifications.
Own the decision layer between "what the business needs" and "what engineering builds," resolving ambiguity with structured frameworks and documented decisions.
Navigate cross-functional stakeholder dynamics including SOX compliance, audit controls, and revenue recognition governance (ASC 606/IFRS 15).
Team Mentorship & Capability Building
Act as a product craft mentor and senior thought partner for the BSA team, actively upskilling analysts in product thinking, requirements structuring, acceptance criteria definition, and roadmap communication.
Model and instill product management best practices—user story writing, prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW), sprint review discipline, and outcome tracking—across the team.
Partner with leadership to evolve the operating model of the team from project-execution-focused to product-thinking-led, raising the bar for how ETA delivers business value.
Provide structured feedback and growth coaching to BSAs on career development, helping analysts grow toward senior and lead levels.
Program Strategy & Delivery Oversight
Lead product strategy for major multi-quarter programs (e.g., consumption-based billing iterations, CLM/Order Forms, Zuora Product Catalog refactors, ERP optimization) from discovery through go-live.
Define and maintain program-level dependency maps across concurrent workstreams, surfacing risks early and driving cross-team resolution.
Own UAT strategy and acceptance criteria in collaboration with BSAs, ensuring system changes meet business requirements before production release.
Support post-launch stabilization and continuous improvement cycles, prioritizing defect resolution and incremental enhancements based on business impact.
Systems Architecture Collaboration
Partner with Enterprise Architects and Engineering Managers to evaluate build-vs-buy-vs-configure decisions for new capabilities.
Bring informed opinions on QTC platform architecture trade-offs (e.g., billing model design, middleware integration patterns, revenue recognition rule configuration) based on deep domain knowledge.
Stay current on platform roadmaps for Salesforce, Zuora, and NetSuite, identifying opportunities to leverage native capabilities before custom builds.

You love finding order in operational chaos. If you look at a broken process and immediately start mapping a better way, you belong here. This is a chance to bridge the gap between legal constraints and practical, technical solutions.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Our Legal team is scaling, and we need someone to help optimize how we operate. Your work will connect the legal, technology, operations, and project management functions. The role involves removing friction, reducing risk, and making the Legal team more efficient. You’ll take ownership of operational projects, map out workflows, and turn complex business requirements into practical solutions. Working closely with the Legal Operations Manager, you’ll partner with the Legal, Procurement, IT, and Security teams to make sure the right tools and processes are in place – and that people actually use them.
Day to day, you will:
Map current workflows and build better, more efficient alternatives.
Run legal operations projects from the discovery phase straight through to implementation.
Talk to stakeholders to understand their challenges and translate them into clear requirements and action plans.
Manage legal technology vendors, handling onboarding, renewals, and ongoing evaluations.
Track operational data to figure out what’s working, what’s not, and where we should focus next.
Help the team adopt new tools and processes.
What you’ll bring
A sense of ownership. You’re comfortable taking responsibility, figuring things out, and moving work forward without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
Structured problem-solving. You know how to make sense of ambiguous situations and turn them into practical, realistic solutions.
Clear communication. You build relationships easily and can communicate clearly with everyone from legal experts to software engineers.
Precision. You care about the details and take pride in producing high-quality work.
Good judgment. You ask the right questions before trying to solve problems.
A continuous improvement mindset. You naturally look for ways to make things cleaner, faster, and easier for others.
What you’ll need
A proven background in leading operational or process-improvement projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Experience in legal operations, business operations, project management, consulting, product operations, process improvement, or a similar operational role.
Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements.
A track record of turning business needs into structured implementation plans.
Hands-on experience mapping out processes and driving continuous improvement.
Experience managing vendor relationships or implementing new technology platforms.
Familiarity working in cross-functional environments, particularly alongside legal, compliance, IT, or risk teams.
What success looks like
Within your first year, you’ll take full ownership of key legal operations initiatives. You’ll have set up structured ways to gather requirements and deliver projects, making priorities clear to everyone involved. By improving our processes and managing our legal tech stack effectively, you’ll help the Legal team work faster, make better decisions, and dedicate their focus and time where it matters.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work schedule. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.

WELCOME TO OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
Join Our Team as an AI-native Staff Backend Engineer!
Join one of our cross-functional teams in Motors, Real Estate, OLX Classifieds, or Platforms, working remotely from Poland.
Are you someone who is craving scalable problems and dealing with optimizations?
You'll work with a creative, critical, and well-organized team from the comfort of your house, but as close as we have ever been!
You will play a key role in enabling our organisation to scale efficiently.
Who we are looking for:
You can use agentic workflows (Claude Code, Cursor Agent, or equivalent) as your default, not as a novelty.
You practice context engineering, not just prompt engineering; you design the full information architecture an AI agent needs to succeed: repo structure, CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md configs, relevant code context, memory, and tool access.
You understand model routing trade-offs (e.g., when to use Haiku vs. Sonnet vs. Opus) and multi-agent orchestration.
Strong ownership instinct: AI output is a first draft, not a deliverable; you validate, refactor, and take full accountability.
You have strong Coding and Computer Science Fundamentals. Roughly ⅔ of your time will be hands-on technical work: designing solutions, steering and reviewing AI-generated code, developing new ideas, and reviewing others' contributions. The rest goes to cross-team influence, mentoring, and strategic alignment.
Strong background experience in Golang, Java/Kotlin (preferred technologies), and able to work with PHP. Flexible and capable of adjusting to changing project requirements, roles, and backend technologies as needed.
Scalable Systems Expertise. Experience with large-scale web applications, an economic-thinking mindset, and being able to design well-bounded future-proof domain systems, aligned with the business objectives.
Deep expertise in scalable distributed systems, CI/CD, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, AWS, and relational + NoSQL databases.
Big-picture thinker: aligns technical decisions with business strategy, influences without authority.
Clear communicator in English across engineering, product, and leadership audiences.
Self-starter who identifies what needs doing and takes initiative without waiting to be asked.
Skilled Technical Leader and Mentor: Guide and support engineers by setting a strong example. As a Staff Engineer, you are a role model, leading by example and through your expertise.
What you will be doing:
Architect context pipelines for AI agents: curate what enters the context window (repo boundaries, domain knowledge, test outputs, CI feedback) so agents produce reliable, mergeable code, not just plausible code.
Prepare task specifications that are agent-actionable (clear acceptance criteria, referenced modules, explicit constraints)
Design and maintain agent-ready systems: well-bounded repos, comprehensive test suites as guardrails, CI/CD pipelines with structured output agents can parse and act on.
Serve as an AI Champion: join and strengthen our growing AI Champion community, contribute to workshops, curate effective agentic workflows, and mentor engineers on AI-assisted practices. Contribute to org-level AI tooling evaluations and OLX AI practices repositories.
Drive active migration from a legacy monolith to microservices, owning decisions on bounded domain decomposition. Working on making agentic workflows effective across a codebase whose boundaries are actively being redefined.
Set the bar for GraphQL API design, RESTful contracts, database schema, and CI/CD quality across the tribe.
Work with product and engineering leadership to identify high-value problems, propose initiatives, and drive impactful technical direction without direct authority
Guide senior engineers in managing and reducing technical debt with AI as an accelerator, not a shortcut.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build the third-party event portfolio: Own Sierra's strategy for industry conferences and sponsorships across our key verticals. Decide where we show up and why—evaluating each opportunity against pipeline goals, audience fit, and brand impact—and shape a portfolio of third-party events that builds our presence in the industries that matter most.
- Program high-impact event experiences: Design the formats that drive real conversations with enterprise buyers—executive roundtables, panels, fireside chats, dinners, and field events—and define the content and messaging behind them. Develop our booth content and on-site narrative so every touchpoint reflects our brand and clearly tells the Sierra story.
- Own sales enablement for events: Partner closely with Sales to make events a true pipeline engine. Build the pre-event targeting and outreach, equip the field with talk tracks and materials, and develop the post-event templates, follow-up sequences, and handoff motions that turn conversations into meetings and opportunities.
- Think in integrated campaigns: Treat events as one channel in a larger story rather than standalone moments. Connect each event to the broader marketing campaign—content, demand gen, social, and ABM—so our presence builds toward a coherent narrative and compounding results.
- Measure and iterate: Track event performance, gather attendee and sales feedback, and turn it into reusable playbooks. Compile post-event reporting that captures what worked, what didn't, and how we make the next program sharper.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of event marketing experience planning and executing corporate events, ideally in-house, though agency experience will also be considered.
- A strategic track record building event programs that drive measurable pipeline—not just well-run logistics, but a clear point of view on which events to invest in and why.
- Experience designing and programming event formats (roundtables, panels, fireside chats, field events) and developing the content and messaging that make them land with senior audiences.
- A strong partnership instinct with Sales: you understand how events feed pipeline and can build the targeting, outreach, enablement, and follow-up that convert attendees into opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage producers, agencies, vendors, and conference/sponsorship relationships—directing execution to a high bar without owning every logistical detail yourself.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple events, timelines, and partners at once without missing a beat.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate plans, campaign logic, and post-event insights to all levels of the organization.
- Enthusiasm for managing events nationwide or internationally, with the flexibility to accommodate a dynamic event calendar that requires regular travel.
EVEN BETTER…
- Integrated campaign experience: A history of connecting events to broader demand gen, content, and ABM programs so they reinforce a single, compounding narrative.
- Enterprise and field marketing experience: Familiarity with creating targeted, high-impact initiatives designed specifically for enterprise customers, aligned closely with sales teams and strategic business objectives.
- A proactive attitude: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations. You are resourceful and calm under pressure, willing to roll up your sleeves and solve challenges on the fly.
- Passion for Sierra's mission and brand: A creative flair for designing event experiences that embody our values and leave a lasting impression. You take pride in building an events portfolio that showcases Sierra's innovation and company values.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

You'll work hand-in-hand with Sales throughout the full lifecycle: qualifying technical requirements, designing and proving out architectures, running proofs of concept, and guiding customers from first evaluation through to production at scale. You'll be the trusted technical voice in the room, translating ClickHouse's architecture and capabilities into solutions that solve real business problems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Act as the technical advisor for prospects and customers evaluating or scaling ClickHouse, from discovery through production deployment.
- Design reference architectures, data models, and ingestion/query patterns tailored to each customer's use case, scale, and existing data stack.
- Own and run technical proofs of concept and benchmarks, demonstrating ClickHouse's performance, scalability, and cost advantages against incumbent solutions.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to build technical account strategy, navigate procurement/security reviews, and close complex deals.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and workshops to audiences ranging from individual engineers to VP/C-level stakeholders.
- Advise customers on schema design, query optimization, cluster sizing, replication, and migration strategy from other databases (e.g., Postgres, Elasticsearch, Snowflake, Druid, Spark).
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, feeding product and engineering teams structured feedback on gaps, feature requests, and competitive positioning.
- Build reusable assets, demos, and technical content (blog posts, reference architectures, sample apps) that scale your impact across the field team.
- Contribute to team best practices, tooling, and onboarding materials.

Anthropic is growing fast, and recruiting is one of the highest-leverage functions in the company. We’re constantly investing in systems and processes to support our rapid scale and enable our recruiters and hiring teams to be more efficient. The current technology stack is built and operated by several teams across third-party platform configuration, custom internal tooling, analytics and forecasting, core people systems, and an AI tooling layer.
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to own the planning and execution rhythm that connects these teams, drive the technical interconnection of the systems, and give Recruiting leadership a single coherent view of priorities, dependencies, and progress.
You’ll help evolve how recruiting functions through the use of Claude, connecting that work to where the broader company is going. That includes building the bridge between recruiting and company-wide roadmap and headcount planning so we're staffing proactively rather than reacting.
This is a first-of-its-kind role at Anthropic. It sits within the centralized Technical Program Management organization and partners directly with Recruiting and People leadership. Part of the job will be to help us figure out the right long-term model for TPM support for the People org.
Responsibilities
Build and run the cross-team planning and operating cadence for recruiting technology: a shared roadmap, clear DRIs, sequenced dependencies, and a single source of truth on priorities and status for Recruiting leadership
Drive the highest-priority cross-team programs end to end, from scoping and tradeoff decisions through delivery, across teams that don't share a reporting line
Lead the technical interconnection work: integration across third-party platforms, internal custom tooling, and the data and analytics layer so information flows cleanly end to end
Partner with engineering and AI teams to bring Claude deeper into the recruiting workflow, balancing speed of adoption with the controls and human-in-the-loop design that make it trustworthy
Connect recruiting to company-wide planning: build the link to roadmaps across the business so headcount needs are visible early and recruiting can staff proactively
Own build-vs-buy and vendor evaluations where they cross team boundaries, including the security, contract, and integration tradeoffs that come with them
Establish the program infrastructure: governance, status reporting, risk tracking, and the escalation paths that let leadership make tradeoffs quickly
Help define the durable model for TPM support in the People organization, including scope, headcount, and reporting structure
You may be a good fit if you
Have 6+ years of technical program management experience, with a track record of building cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments
Have driven planning and execution across teams that don't share a reporting line, and are comfortable influencing without authority
Have technical depth in systems integration: APIs, data flows between SaaS platforms, and the tradeoffs between configuring third-party tools and building custom
Have worked with or close to recruiting, people, or HR technology and understand how an ATS, HRIS, scheduling, and analytics stack fit together
Can build trust with engineers, recruiters, analysts, and executives, and translate between them
Are genuinely excited about using AI to change how a core business function works, and curious about what recruiting looks like when frontier AI is in the loop on every step
Thrive when the role itself is still being defined and see shaping it as part of the job
Strong candidates may also have
Background in recruiting operations, people analytics, or HR tech product management
Experience integrating AI or LLM-based tooling into operational workflows
Familiarity with headcount planning, workforce planning, or connecting business roadmaps to hiring plans
Experience teaching partner teams how to work with technical program management when the function is new to them
