And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What’s the opportunity?
We are seeking a commercially-minded engineering leader to build and lead our Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) New Business team. This role is pivotal in helping Fin scale its AI-first platform to the world’s most complex organizations.
You will own both the technical execution and the business value outcomes, ensuring that our high-stakes deployments result in tangible success for our customers.
About this Role
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will lead a Forward Deployed Engineering team that focuses on winning complex, large deals and navigating ambiguous customer engagements.
Unlike traditional engineering management roles, this position demands high commercial fluency and a tight feedback loop with our R&D teams. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions and Product to not only deliver customer transformation but also to translate field experience into sharp, actionable feedback that shapes our roadmap. You will be responsible for codifying what works in the field into tools and playbooks that create leverage for the wider organization.
What will I be doing?
Lead, coach, and nurture a high-performing FDE team while operating under pressure in high-stakes customer engagements.
Own end-to-end outcomes through clarity in communication, speed of execution, tight coordination, and technical quality.
Operate as a player-coach, actively engaging in strategic deals while developing team capabilities. We value leaders who are in the details, and “show, not tell”.
Support complex, seven-figure opportunities with technical guidance, architecture, demos, and product evaluation support, as well as sales expertise.
Codify successful deployments into reusable tools, playbooks, and inputs to the product roadmap, and create leverage for Fin and our customers.
Champion a customer-obsessed culture, noticing early indicators of success or failure in customer engagements and raising and correcting them with urgency.
Lead discovery, design, and delivery of tailored technical solutions, including PoCs, evaluations and business value assessments.
Represent Fin and the FDE function externally through executive meetings and strategic events.
What skills do I need?
5+ years of technical experience in roles such as Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, Applied AI or related technical roles.
Having 3+ years of experience leading technical customer-facing teams, with a proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams.
Experience selling and deploying AI, data, or highly technical products in complex enterprise environments.
Comfortable with a problem space that is ambiguous in nature, and capable of translating that ambiguity into clear signals for Product and Engineering and for positive customer outcomes.
Ability to flex working hours to partner with global teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
This is a commercially fluent technical leader who can run enterprise deployments and shape how FDE operates at scale.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Anthropic Platform Org’s mission is to help builders build. Our vision is to be the premier platform for businesses to transform themselves and their products with AI. This org is responsible for our APIs, self-serve developer experience, multi-cloud integrations, and agentic infrastructure. We serve a wide array of users from startups to large scale enterprises.
The platform team is comprised of three key areas:
Enterprise fabric
– where we are building multi-cloud integrations at extreme scale across our entire stack to meet businesses wherever they are and in the most demanding of requirements.
Frontier capabilities
– where we are building developer experiences and features that enable users to get the most out of the model and build at the very frontier of intelligence.
Agentic platform
– where we are inventing the next generation of agentic infrastructure for production-grade use and building new products to enable businesses to solve problems with agents.
Responsibilities:
Customer Understanding & Advocacy
Deeply engage with enterprise developers and technical leaders to understand their integration needs and pain points
Run regular feedback sessions and technical reviews with key enterprise customers
Build strong relationships with enterprise development teams to understand their workflows and challenges
Transform customer insights into actionable product requirements and priorities

Define and execute the enterprise API strategy, balancing security requirements with developer experience
Develop a clear roadmap for enterprise API features including authentication, rate limiting, and compliance capabilities
Identify and prioritize key enterprise integration patterns that drive organizational value
Enterprise API Development
Partner with engineering to build enterprise-grade API features, security controls, and deployment tools

Partner with sales and customer success to understand enterprise requirements and support technical evaluations
Work closely with security and compliance teams to meet enterprise standards
Collaborate with platform teams on API architecture and scalability
Engage with marketing to develop enterprise API positioning and technical materials
Minimum Qualifications
You may be a good fit if you:
Have built or shipped products
with
a hyperscaler as a partner — you know how to align goals and deliver impact across that boundary.
Have owned a revenue number, a margin target, or a channel P&L — not just a product roadmap.
Operate with high autonomy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Are an excellent written communicator and able to drive clarity out of complexity.
Excel at cross-company stakeholder management and can build trusted relationships at every layer of an organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong candidates may also have:
Have 10+ years of experience in high-scale, high-reliability developer-facing software.
Have 5+ years of product management experience.
Experience as a founder, GM, or early-stage operator where you owned commercial outcomes, not just product outputs.
Direct experience as a PM at AWS, GCP, or Azure — or at an ISV that ships through one of their marketplaces.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$305,000
—
$460,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

team turns insight into action. We uncover customer, product, and business insights and translate them into tools and decision systems embedded directly into GTM workflows.
AI has unlocked an entirely new generation of internal tools for our GTM teams. We’re evolving from static dashboards to LLM and agent-powered workflows that

What You’ll Do
Design, evaluate, and ship AI-powered internal tools
for GTM use cases - including account research & summaries, next-best-action recommendations, renewal propensity, pipeline risk detection, QBR/autobrief generation, and post-call summarization & follow-ups.
Work end-to-end:
Own the full lifecycle, from problem definition and data modeling to building production-ready tools, including writing Python backends and React frontends.
Prototype fast, ship to learn:
Rapidly build with users, then productionize quickly to iterate and deliver impact.
Instrument for adoption and outcomes:
Define success through real usage and measurable business impact (e.g., improved win rate, conversion, expansion).
Evangelize and enable:
Document playbooks, run enablement sessions, and help leaders operationalize new tooling across teams.
What You Bring
Proven track record of applied data science with measurable GTM impact - you’ve shipped models or tools that moved metrics like conversion, cycle time, or retention.
LLM/ML application experience - familiarity with RAG, prompt and tool design, vector search, evals and have leveraged AI for development.
Excellent SQL skills and fluency in Python or R, with experience applying analytical and statistical methods to business problems.
Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., DBT, Airflow) for deploying reliable data workflows.
Strong communication and empathy - ability to translate complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborative
product mindset
- comfort working closely with Sales and Success teams to turn ambiguity into clear deliverables.

Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where the product, technology, and priorities evolve quickly.
Experience designing complex functional interfaces.
A willingness to dive into complex topics related to programming.
The ability to prototype, verify, present, and provide reasoning for your UI/UX solutions.
Diligence and attention to detail.
Spoken and written English at a level sufficient for everyday communication and writing documentation.
Proactivity, independence, and strong time-management skills.
The ability to work in a team and seek feedback to improve your solutions and processes.
We would be especially thrilled if you have experience:
Designing for developer-focused products or technical environments.
Designing complex functional interfaces.
Programming and working with AI.

Built natively for stablecoins and trusted by more than 100 organizations worldwide, Rain delivers secure, scalable infrastructure that makes money move freely and instantly around the world.
You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, Galaxy Ventures, FirstMark, Lightspeed, Norwest, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Engineering Lead, you’ll manage the customer-facing arm of our engineering org. Working with our existing solutions team, you’ll coordinate process and policies with the post-sales org, spanning implementations, partner success, and account management. We’re looking for a player-coach: you’ll need to get your hands dirty on the frontlines to understand where the gaps and inefficiencies are. Armed with that experience, you’ll grow this function to meet the needs of our global, always-on customer base.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Hands-on from day one: answer technical support tickets, debug partner integrations, and work directly with partners to resolve issues
- Own the technical escalation path from support through engineering, serving as the primary customer advocate within engineering discussions
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to increase operational efficiency - whether that's streamlining ticket triage, accelerating troubleshooting, or enabling the team to handle higher volume without sacrificing quality
- Define and maintain customer engineering artifacts such as documentation, guides, runbooks, and recipes
- Help establish the operating model and collaboration framework between product and post-sales to ensure tickets are resolved within SLAs and gaps are covered
- Partner with platform and product to translate patterns from support tickets, implementation friction, and feature requests into actionable product insights
WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or a related technical partner-facing role, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Excited by a player-coach role - you're comfortable being in the queue, solving problems directly, while simultaneously building the team and processes around you
- An engineer by trade: you’re comfortable reading and contributing to an enterprise codebase while meeting a high bar of technical excellence
- Excellent communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences - and vice versa
- Experience defining and implementing SLAs and escalation processes, especially cross-functionally to and from engineering teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you'll need to balance building for scale with solving immediate partner needs
- You lead with empathy and understand that great customer engineering is a competitive advantage
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a card issuing platform or payments infrastructure company
- Familiarity with card network operations, BIN management, and transaction processing
- Experience building customer engineering teams and functions

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Growth team's job is to keep Anthropic on the exponential by getting more people and companies using and paying for Claude. Growth Data Scientists partner closely with growth product managers, engineers and marketers on experimentation, opportunity sizing, strategic analysis, metrics and personalization.
We're hiring for two focus areas within this posting. Tell us in your application which one fits you best, or if you're excited about both:
Growth generalist:
a strong generalist across marketing and product who drives experimentation, opportunity sizing, marketing measurement and strategic analysis.
Personalization:
building and evaluating the models and experiments that pick the right message, offer or product experience for each user, across lifecycle marketing, onboarding and in-product experiences.
We work in an AI-native way. Much of our analysis, reporting and experiment work is done with Claude as a collaborator, and we expect you to push that further.
Responsibilities
Across both focus areas, you will:
Design and analyze A/B tests and quasi-experiments across activation, retention and monetization, and turn the results into a clear call on what to ship
Define systems of metrics and guardrails that tie short-term wins to long-term value
Present analyses and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, leading with the decision and keeping the numbers in support
In the Growth generalist focus, you will also:
Size opportunities and make the case for what Growth should work on next
Measure the incrementality of paid and lifecycle marketing with holdouts, geo experiments and other causal methods, and turn the results into budget and channel recommendations
Tie acquisition and lifecycle programs to long-term value (LTV, CAC and payback)
In the Personalization focus, you will also:
Build and ship targeting and personalization models that decide which users get which message, offer or experience, working closely with growth product managers and engineers
Design the tests that evaluate and iterate on our personalization strategy, including holdouts, bandits and off-policy estimates where A/B tests aren't practical
You may be a good fit if you have
7+ years of experience in data science, with significant time on growth, marketing, lifecycle or personalization problems
Deep expertise in experimental design and causal inference, including A/B testing at scale, holdouts and quasi-experimental methods when randomization isn't available
Experience analyzing growth funnels: acquisition, activation, retention and monetization
Proficiency with Python and SQL
Clear written communication, and a track record of recommendations that changed priorities or what a team built
A bias for action and comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
An interest in Anthropic's mission of building safe and beneficial AI
For the Growth generalist focus, we're also looking for:
Experience measuring marketing: incrementality testing, holdouts or geo experiments, and LTV/CAC for paid or lifecycle programs
For the Personalization focus, we're also looking for:
Hands-on experience building and shipping machine learning models that drive user-facing decisions (targeting, ranking, recommendation or personalization)
Strong candidates may also have
Experience defining activation metrics and lifecycle measurement for a product-led business
Experience with experimentation platforms and meta-analysis across experiment portfolios
Background at consumption-based, multi-product companies serving both consumers and enterprises
Experience using LLMs or coding agents in your own analytical workflow
Experience with marketing mix modeling, geo experiments or synthetic controls
Experience running contextual bandits, uplift models or similar decision systems in production
Experience with lifecycle or CRM personalization (email, push, in-product messaging) and its measurement problems, such as global holdouts and interference between campaigns
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Annual Salary:
$285,000
—
$380,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience

Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

About the Team
We sit on the front lines of OKX's security and compliance mission. Our charter is to build the flexible, scalable, and intelligent AI systems that detect and prevent identity fraud, account takeover, and large-scale organized abuse — in real time and at the scale of a global financial platform. We own the core identity-risk capabilities that decide, millions of times a day, whether an account can be trusted: identity trust signals, behavioral risk modeling, relationship and cluster intelligence, and face, liveness and document verification. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering to turn the hardest adversarial problems in crypto into production-grade defenses that protect good users and the open financial system.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and own key identity-risk and trust models at OKX. You will build models that combine identity verification results, device and geo data, and user behavior into trust and risk signals, and use graph and clustering methods to uncover organized, industrialized fraud. This is an end-to-end, research-to-production role: you will own algorithms in your domain and ship models into real-money, high-risk, large-scale production environments.
You will be a hands-on technical contributor who works closely with Product, Risk, and Compliance, and who helps raise the technical bar of the team. Your domains span:
Identity trust & risk modeling
— fusing verification scores, device, geo, and behavioral data into identity-quality and trust signals.
Cluster & relationship intelligence
— graph and clustering methods to identify account farms, mass registration, and coordinated attacks.
Behavioral risk modeling
— behavioral features and sequence models for account takeover and abnormal-session detection.
Biometric & multimodal signals
— face embeddings, liveness/anti-spoofing, DeepFake and injection defense, document forgery and AIGC detection, used as inputs to identity trust and the risk layer.
AI agents
— applying agentic AI to scale investigation, detection, and operational defense.
What You'll Be Doing
Build identity trust & risk models:
Design and ship coarse-to-fine risk models that fuse face/liveness/document verification scores, device, IP and geo signals, and behavioral data, for high-concurrency real-time decisioning.
Uncover organized
fraud
with graph & clustering:
Build entity graphs across accounts, devices, faces, documents and templates, and apply community detection, clustering, and GNN methods to detect fraud rings and large-scale abuse.
Develop behavioral features & sequence models:
Engineer real-time and offline behavioral features, and build sequence models to detect account takeover, bot/script behavior, and abnormal sessions.
Leverage biometric & multimodal signals:
Turn biometric features (face embeddings, face quality, liveness and anti-spoofing results) and document-forgery and DeepFake signals into reliable identity-trust inputs for risk decisions, including biometric similarity for cross-account linkage and duplicate-identity detection. Work with the face, liveness, and document teams, or build models yourself.
Drive execution & collaboration:
Deliver measurable results while managing ambiguity; partner with backend, product, infrastructure, risk, and compliance teams to integrate models into the production decision chain. Own metric definitions, the balance between false positives and missed fraud, pass rate, monitoring, and drift handling.
Advance applied R&D:
Experiment with graph learning, multimodal fusion, and AI agents; stay current with academic and industry advances and translate them into practical defenses.
Raise the technical bar:
Contribute to design reviews, share applied-AI best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
What We Look For
5+ years
of hands-on experience building risk-control, fraud-detection, or identity-trust models, including significant experience deploying ML systems into production.
Graph & clustering expertise:
Experience applying graph mining, community detection, clustering, or GNN methods to fraud or abuse detection.
Behavioral modeling:
Solid experience with behavioral feature engineering and sequence modeling, including real-time feature pipelines.
Deep AI/ML expertise:
Strong proficiency with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow, and solid experience with production ML systems.
Strong technical & coding skills:
Strong coding ability (e.g., Python, SQL) and the system-level thinking to design end-to-end solutions with high availability and low latency.
Adversarial mindset:
Understanding of how fraudsters adapt, and how to evaluate and iterate defenses against evolving attacks.
Collaboration:
Strong communication skills, with experience working across engineering, product, and risk teams.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in identity verification, KYC/KYB, AML, face-payment or payment risk control, or biometric security.
Hands-on experience with face recognition, liveness/anti-spoofing, OCR, document parsing, fake-ID detection, or media forensics.
Experience with graph databases or graph computing (e.g., Neo4j, GraphX) and real-time graph features.
Knowledge of data and AI/ML infrastructure (e.g., Spark, Flink, Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake).
Familiarity with MLOps best practices: monitoring, retraining, and continuous improvement of production models.
Experience with LLMs and AI agents.
Experience working in fast-paced technology companies or security-critical environments.
Research publications, patents, or open-source contributions in relevant AI fields.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
