About Huzzle
At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team.
Role Type: Full-time
Engagement: Independent Contractor
About the company
Our client is a specialist marketing and lead generation agency dedicated to the renewable energy sector across the UK and US markets. With over three decades of collective experience in sales and consultancy, the team focuses on bridging the gap between renewable energy providers—specialising in solar, EV charging, and carbon reduction schemes—and the customers who need their services most. They leverage a proprietary business suite and advanced marketing automation to deliver high-quality, data-driven results for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Built on a foundation of transparency and performance, this fast-growing company is an industry leader in precision targeting and automated sales pipeline management. The team thrives on innovation and a "done-for-you" service model that maximises impact for the green energy revolution. Candidates will join a collaborative, performance-oriented environment that values trust, technical expertise across Meta and Google platforms, and the mission of accelerating the global transition to sustainable energy.
Job Summary
We are looking for an elite Media Buyer to take full ownership of ad performance across a growing portfolio of insulation and home improvement businesses. This is not a "maintenance" role—we need a performance-driven specialist who understands high-ticket lead generation and the nuances of the home services vertical. You will be responsible for driving qualified applications and booked inspections while managing the end-to-end client relationship. As the company scales, this role is designed to evolve into a leadership position where you will oversee junior media buyers and shape the agency’s internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns for a portfolio of 10+ active client accounts.
Build, test, and iterate on high-converting lead gen funnels, VSLs, and booked call structures.
Own the client relationship directly, leading weekly strategy calls and reporting on performance with clarity and confidence.
Monitor budgets, pacing, and delivery to ensure efficient cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA).
Collaborate with the founder to develop and test aggressive ad creatives, hooks, and messaging.
Proactively identify underperforming metrics and implement fixes before they impact the client’s bottom line.
Document and systematize media buying processes to ensure scalability for future hires.
Requirements
Proven experience managing $30k–$100k+ in monthly Meta ad spend across multiple accounts.
Specific expertise in the home services, home improvement, or contractor verticals.
Deep understanding of high-ticket, considered-purchase sales cycles and how to optimize for lead quality rather than just volume.
Extreme ownership mentality: you are someone who flags opportunities and solves problems without being asked.
Mastery of performance metrics, including the ability to maintain a minimum 2x ROAS (at 30% profit margins) for clients.
Highly structured testing methodology with a focus on data-driven experimentation over ad-hoc changes.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead client-facing calls independently.
Ability to work within or have significant overlap with EST/CST business hours.
Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior media buyers.
Experience with CRM integration and lead tracking for local service businesses.
Deep knowledge of funnel building software and landing page optimization.
Benefits
💻 Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams
🤝 Peer Community: Connect with high-performing sales professionals in our network
🧭 Ongoing Support: Receive guidance from Huzzle before and after placement
💰 Tailored Compensation: Salaries vary by client and candidate preference — we’ll match you with options that fit your goals

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Design at Ramp looks very different than it did a year ago: we’re building tools and agents, designing memory, shipping PRs, and rethinking the process every few months as new capabilities unlock. A few things have not changed, the role of design is to distill problems to their essence, obsess over craft and delight where it matters most, know customers deeply and advocate for them, lead with creativity and storytelling, and keep it fun, because a product built with joy always wins.
We're looking for a Director of Product Design to lead a team of builders across some of our highest-priority bets. This role is for you if you’re excited by:
- Leading through craft, setting vision and unlocking customer impact: you will define where a product should go, then jump into the details with the team to unblock, teach, and ship. You raise the bar through product judgment, design craft, and your ability to make everyone around you better.
- Actually shipping and demonstrating real impact: You'll start by owning a product area and team to build trust and get your bearings at Ramp, with room to take on broader leadership over time. You'll stay close to customers and ship meaningful work alongside your designers, product managers and engineers.
- Building the environment where great work comes from: clear roles, high standards, low ego, and just enough structure to keep the bar high without slowing people down. That means building a caring yet demanding structure, investing deeply in people — coaching, feedback, growth — so designers can do the best work of their careers and develop in this new age of Design.
It’s never been a more interesting time to build.
Please note that this role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) at least 3 days/week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of product designers
- Own product vision and design direction across critical product areas
- Partner with product and engineering to shape strategy and deliver customer impact
- Stay close to customers and use their feedback to guide product decisions
- Jump into the work when needed to unblock teams and accelerate progress
- Create clarity, raise quality, and help teams ship faster
- Raise the bar for product thinking, interaction design, systems thinking, and craft
- Coach designers through clear feedback, high standards, and strong mentorship
- Help define how design works in an AI-native world
- Build strong partnerships across product, engineering, data, and design
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience leading and developing high-performing product design teams
- Strong product judgment, design craft, and systems thinking
- Track record of shipping products with meaningful customer and business impact
- Deep customer empathy and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Ability to influence across functions and develop exceptional talent
- Curiosity that borders obsession over how AI changes the nature software and how we work
NICE TO HAVES
- Founder or early-stage startup experience
- Experience designing AI-native, automation, or agentic systems
- Experience building workflow or operations tooling
- Experience leading managers or multi-layered teams
- Comfort working closely with technical teams on implementation details
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Security Risk team is responsible for how Anthropic identifies, prioritizes, and drives treatment of its most important security risks. We are rebuilding risk management to operate as an engineering function through automation and AI-native platforms to enable decision making. The systems we assess span Anthropic’s full security landscape, from authorization primitives to cryptographic foundations, so the team needs breadth across domains and the ability to go deep in any of them. Security Risk, in deep partnership with Security Engineering, will help define the security program to shape how both engineers and non-engineers build and ship software.
The conventional GRC playbook was not built for a company shipping frontier AI. You will help define what replaces it, with a direct line to CISO-level decisions and the mandate to build the AI-native platform underneath. You’ll work across a breadth of areas from identity and secrets management to infrastructure security, with your focus shaped by your strengths, ability to learn quickly, and the team’s priorities. This is largely greenfield work, and you will help define the architecture and discipline.
Key responsibilities
Take ownership of Anthropic’s most complex security risk problems and drive them end to end with minimal oversight, turning ambiguous signals into a defensible view of severity and likelihood and seeing them through escalation, treatment decisions, and remediation
Build the systems that make risk measurable and let risk work scale, including quantification tooling, automated intake and triage, and the observability that partner teams use to understand their own risk posture
Work alongside Security Engineering as a calibrated technical peer who pressure tests architectures and treatment plans, translates findings into prioritized remediation roadmaps, and makes the investment case for what to fix now, what to accept and track, and what to defer
Mentor engineers and risk practitioners across Security and the broader engineering organization, and help build a risk engineering culture in which teams own their risks and our team provides the visibility and judgment that supports the
Security risk engineering
Work across the breadth of Anthropic’s security landscape, spanning areas like identity and secrets management, developer security and supply chain, infrastructure security, and secure frameworks, and build the context needed to reason about risk credibly in each
Go deep where a risk demands it, understanding how these systems are built and how they fail so that assessments and treatment plans reflect engineering reality rather than abstraction
Risk assessment and quantification
Identify systematic risks through threat modeling and structured assessment, then drive the severity calibration and escalation conversations that follow, bringing leadership a defensible position and a clear recommendation that holds up under pointed questions
Contribute to the team’s quantitative risk work, applying methods such as calibrated estimation and Monte Carlo simulation where they meaningfully change a resource or treatment decision
Risk platform and automation
Design and build AI-native risk tooling that uses Claude to classify incoming risks, augment triage, and continuously sense changes in our risk landscape as teams ship
Create the dashboards and data pipelines that give engineering and product teams real-time visibility into their risk posture and make distributed ownership of risk practical
Remediation strategy and investment
Partner with Security Engineering and risk owners to design remediation roadmaps that are explicit about sequencing, ownership, and the investment required
Measure outcomes rather than activity, focusing on decisions made and risk reduced
Minimum qualifications
At least 8 years of software engineering or security engineering experience, including leading and remediating complex security risks independently
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Strong programming skills in Python or at least one systems language such as Go, Rust, or C/C++
Broad knowledge across the core security engineering domains, with depth in at least one, including identity and secrets management, developer security and supply chain, infrastructure and cloud security, and secure frameworks
Calibrated risk judgment, meaning you can put a defensible severity and likelihood on an ambiguous problem and change your position when the evidence changes
Experience leading cross-functional security initiatives and navigating complex organizational dynamics
Outstanding communication skills, translating technical concepts effectively across all levels of the organization
A track record of bringing clarity and ownership to ambiguous technical problems and driving them to resolution
Low ego and high empathy, with a history of growing the engineers around you and supporting diverse, inclusive teams
Passion for AI safety and the role security and risk management play in building trustworthy AI systems
Preferred qualifications
Owned a named security risk and driven it from discovery through remediation across multiple teams
Briefed executives on risk decisions and defended accept, remediate, or transfer recommendations under challenge
Built security automation, detection, or risk platforms adopted across an engineering organization
Shipped LLM or agent-powered tooling and workflows that automate security or risk activities
A security engineering, detection engineering, or offensive security background with a risk-based prioritization mindset
Built or operated a quantified security risk program (FAIR-style decomposition, Monte Carlo simulation, loss exceedance analysis) whose outputs changed real resource decisions
Enough familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP to know what compliance does and does not buy you
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the team
The Legal, Compliance & Finance Data Team builds the data infrastructure powering OKX's compliance operations globally — TMS, KYC/EDD, CMS, and regulatory reporting across 100+ markets. The compliance data domain is broad but learnable. We expect senior engineers to build deep domain knowledge quickly using AI tooling and structured onboarding.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to work as a core execution partner to our Compliance Projects. This is a hands-on technical role with real domain ownership — you will own sub-domains end-to-end, not just execute tickets. Strong performance creates a direct route toward the Compliance domain's technical leadership layer as the team scales.
Responsibilities:
Pipeline Ownership:
Own end-to-end pipelines from ODS ingestion through CDM to downstream marts serving TMS, KYC, CMS, and regulatory reporting. Design, build, and maintain production-grade pipelines with reliability, auditability, and regulatory correctness as first-class requirements.
Full-Stack Compliance Coverage:
TMS: transaction monitoring feeds, rule feature engineering, Scila/TME platform data integration, TME/ARS features
KYC/CRR/EDD: KYC refresh pipelines, remediation datasets, CRR scoring features, Worldcheck integration
CMS: case management data, transaction analysis tooling, bulk search, KYB operation data
Regulatory reporting: recurring compliance reports for global and jurisdiction-specific requirements
Data Quality:
Design proactive DQC checks into pipelines. Own monitoring and reconciliation; build alerting that catches issues before downstream systems or regulators do.
AI-Accelerated Domain Building:
Use AI tooling actively to ramp on compliance domain knowledge. Apply LLM-assisted development to accelerate pipeline development, DQC design, and documentation.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Compliance Project Lead as a trusted technical partner — take sub-domain ownership to expand his effective bandwidth. Mentor junior engineers as your domain confidence grows.
Requirements:
4+ years in data engineering with strong production pipeline experience (ETL/ELT, SQL, Python, orchestration)
Demonstrated ability to own a data domain end-to-end — business logic, quality, and incident handling
Strong data modelling skills for compliance or financial data (auditability, lineage, immutability)
Fast domain learner with evidence — can point to a time they ramped up in an unfamiliar domain quickly, ideally using AI tooling
Comfortable working in ambiguity: turns underspecified compliance requirements into scoped engineering tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in compliance, AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, or financial crime data domains
Background in crypto, fintech, or regulated financial services
Familiarity with Scila, Unit21, World-Check, or equivalent TMS/CMS platforms
AI/LLM tooling applied to data engineering in practice — concrete examples preferred
Perks & Benefits:
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About the team
The Finance Data Team is responsible for the data infrastructure that powers OKX's compliance, regulatory, and financial reporting operations globally. Our Finance Data domain covers everything from raw transaction ingestion to consolidated group financials — supporting statutory reporting, board-level financials, and audit readiness across 100+ markets.
This is a team that treats data correctness as a non-negotiable. We operate at the intersection of engineering rigour, financial domain knowledge, and regulatory accountability.
About the role
We are looking for a
Staff Data Engineer
to be the technical anchor for Finance Data at OKX. You will define how Finance data is architected, validated, and delivered, and set the standard for how the team operates in an AI-native way.
You will work directly with Finance, Accounting, and Treasury stakeholders to ensure that financial data is complete, reconciled, traceable, and audit-ready. You will also be the domain's primary escalation point and the technical voice of Finance Data within the broader engineering organisation.
This role suits someone who has operated as a de facto domain lead before — someone who has built financial data systems that have been reviewed by auditors, regulators and who knows what "good" looks like in a regulated financial data environment.
Responsibilities:
Domain Architecture & Technical Direction
Own the end-to-end Finance data architecture: from ODS ingestion through CDM transformation to reporting mart, with clear data lineage documented at every layer
Define and enforce data modelling standards for Finance: period cut-off immutability, multi-entity consolidation logic, revenue recognition alignment, and audit trail completeness
Lead the design of scalable pipelines supporting trading data, asset positions, P&L, and cost accounting across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions (SG, EU, US, and others)
Make architectural decisions independently and articulate trade-offs clearly to both engineering peers and non-technical Finance stakeholders
Financial Reporting & Audit Readiness
Partner with Accounting, Finance PMO, and Treasury to deliver datasets for month-end close, statutory reporting, and board-level financials on time and to audit standard
Ensure every financial figure is traceable back to the source system with full transformation history — no black boxes
Build the data foundation that supports OKX's regulatory reporting obligations and long-term financial reporting maturity
Data Quality & Controls
Design proactive, self-validating DQC frameworks — reconciliation logic, SLA monitoring, and anomaly detection built into pipelines, not bolted on after incidents
Own incident response for Finance-critical pipeline failures; conduct structured post-mortems and drive permanent fixes
Define "done" for financial correctness in partnership with Accounting; hold the line on data quality standards even under delivery pressure
AI-Native Finance Data
Lead the team's adoption of AI-assisted engineering: LLM-assisted development, automated anomaly detection, intelligent reconciliation, AI-generated reporting summaries
Evaluate and introduce AI tooling into Finance data workflows with production evidence — not POC demos
Set the bar for what an AI-native Finance data team looks like, and bring junior engineers along
Technical Leadership & Influence
Be the go-to escalation point for Finance data domain questions across the team
Mentor and grow engineers working in the Finance domain; translate domain complexity into learnable patterns
Represent Finance Data in cross-team architecture discussions, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews
Document domain knowledge that outlasts any individual — data dictionaries, pipeline specs, onboarding guides
Requirements:
6+ years
in data engineering, with at least
3 years owning a Finance, Accounting, or financial reporting data domain
end-to-end
Deep understanding of financial data fundamentals: period close and cut-off rules, revenue recognition, multi-entity consolidation, reconciliation, and audit trail requirements
Demonstrated experience building data systems that have been reviewed in a
statutory audit
or
regulatory review
Strong SQL and Python; proven ability to design and maintain complex production pipelines at scale
Experience designing for immutability and lineage — financial data that can be rolled back, re-run, and traced without manual intervention
Track record of operating with significant autonomy: defining requirements from ambiguous stakeholder input, not just executing tickets
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience at a
crypto exchange, fintech, or company that has gone through IPO preparation or public company financial reporting
Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions (MAS SG, SEC, FCA, or equivalent)
AI/
LLM
tooling applied to data engineering workflows in production
— concrete examples required; "exploring" does not count
Experience with Spark, Airflow, or equivalent orchestration at scale
Prior experience as a de facto domain lead or tech lead without formal people management title
Background working with Accounting/Controllership teams as a technical counterpart
Perks & Benefits:
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

- Investigate issues related to game logic, mathematical validation, monitoring, and engine behaviour.
- Participate in minimal on-call responsibilities related to the systems owned by the team, mainly around monitoring, alerts, and domain-specific incidents.
- Take ownership of a highly specialised area where quality, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering experience, ideally in backend, game engine, gaming, gambling, betting, or simulation-heavy environments.
- Strong background in C++ and experience working with legacy C++ systems.
- Good understanding of software architecture, code quality, testing, debugging, and maintainability.
- Experience with mathematical models, probability-based systems, simulations, random generators, or RTP-related logic.
- Experience reviewing complex code and providing clear technical feedback.
- Ability to understand domain-specific logic and work with technical systems where business rules, mathematics, and engineering are closely connected.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex, non-standard technical challenges.
- Experience working with production systems where reliability, accuracy, and correctness are critical.
- Understanding of backend systems, APIs, data flows, and service-to-service communication.
- Ability to collaborate closely with non-engineering technical experts, especially mathematicians or domain specialists.
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to become a key expert in a narrow but highly important technical domain.
- Product-oriented thinking, with an understanding that games are the core product and engineering decisions directly affect delivery, quality, and compliance.
- English communication skills sufficient for working in an international environment.

We're looking for a Principal Program Manager to join the Strategic Program Management team in San Francisco. This is a senior individual contributor role where you shape how Fin’s highest-priority objectives get set up for success and delivered. Reporting to Senior Manager, Strategic Program Management, you'll work directly with senior leaders across every org to turn ambiguous, high-stakes company goals into programs that deliver on their goals. You'll also raise the bar for how program management works at Fin, building the systems and practices that make the whole team, and those that work with you, better.
What will I be doing?
Partner directly with execs and senior leadership to define programs of work that enable Fin to hit its highest priority company objectives
Take a holistic view across programs, connecting the dots back to company strategy and surfacing gaps, misalignment, or opportunities to streamline
Take ambiguous, high-stakes problems and drive them to clarity - defining the right structure, roles, and decision-making frameworks, often from scratch
Drive cross-functional decision-making by identifying the right stakeholders, surfacing the information they need and recommendations
Proactively identify program risks and anticipate change before it happens, driving action to course-correct and maintain momentum
Set and raise the bar for how program management works at Fin - creating new frameworks, challenging existing processes that aren't working, and feeding learnings back into how the team operates
Hold people accountable at every level, from workstream drivers to exec sponsors, ensuring progress and ownership across complex, cross-functional programs
Mentor and develop teammates, making the people around you better and faster
Evangelize program management across the company - shaping how other teams and orgs think about execution, collaboration, and ways of working
What skills do I need?
You have 8+ years of experience in program management with a track record of leading large, complex, cross-functional programs in a fast paced AI/SaaS B2B environment with an evolving strategy
Proven experience working directly with senior level leadership, you’re comfortable engaging with and influencing senior executives and leadership to get to the right outcome
High ownership and agency, with the ability to manage multiple high-profile, high-visibility programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
A strategic thinker who connects execution to company strategy, spots gaps across programs, and understands how mission, product, and financial plan tie together
You are solutions oriented and proactive when it comes to taking action to solve problems and mitigate risks
You have strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills with a track record of bringing together senior-level viewpoints and driving alignment
You’re an excellent self-starter with a track record of seamless execution on complex programs with minimal guidance
You've built and significantly improved program management practices, frameworks, or ways of working at a previous company
Excellent communicator who can flex between an exec room and a cross-functional working group, adapting style and depth to the audience
Experience mentoring or developing others, whether direct reports or peers - you make the people around you better
