This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
It's Your Turn.
You've landed on the best square on the board. At Hasbro, we've been making the games that end up on family tables, dorm room floors, and game night wish lists for over 100 years. Monopoly. Scrabble. Clue. Risk. Battleship. Connect 4. Trivial Pursuit. Candy Land. Avalon Hill. You probably played them growing up. Now imagine being the lawyer who helps protect, grow, and shape them.
We're looking for an Attorney to join our Global Games Legal Team supporting Hasbro Games. If you've got great legal instincts, a collaborative spirit, a sense of humor, and a genuine love for the way games bring people together, read on!
As part of our legal team, you'll be a trusted advisor to the people building the next generation of Hasbro's most iconic game brands. That means working across product development, licensing, marketing, emerging tech, entertainment and AI - all in service of games that millions of people around the world know and love. You'll work fast, think on your feet, and never be bored.
This role is hybrid out of our new Boston, MA headquarters (onsite Tuesday–Thursday). Until we open that location, you'll work out of our Pawtucket, RI HQ or our temporary Boston space.
What You’ll Do As An Attorney:
Be the go-to legal advisor for the Hasbro Games business - counseling partners on IP, licensing, advertising, promotions, privacy, regulatory compliance, AI, and emerging tech.
Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements: IP licenses, game concept submissions, talent and consulting deals, tech and AI agreements, marketing and promotion contracts, and NDAs.
Navigate the fast-moving world of AI tools, digital platforms, and data-enabled products — from IP ownership questions to responsible AI adoption and translate the complexity into clear, practical guidance for business teams.
Guide game and product development, packaging, and campaigns across TV, print, digital, and social including sweepstakes, contests, and consumer promotions.
Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to anticipate issues, manage risk, and make great ideas happen without getting stuck in Go Directly to Jail territory.
Support licensing deals that extend beloved Hasbro game brands into new worlds - digital experiences, mobile games, live events, collaborations, and beyond.
What You’ll Bring:
J.D. from an accredited law school, active bar membership in good standing, and 4 - 8 years of legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house - bonus points if that experience touches games, toys, consumer products, or entertainment.
Strong chops drafting and negotiating IP, commercial, and technology agreements.
Real experience with AI-enabled tools and advising on AI and emerging tech including risk and clear communication to non-legal partners.
Solid grounding in copyright, trademark, and rights of publicity; working knowledge of digital, data, and privacy law.
Excellent judgment, clear communication, and creative problem-solving - the kind that finds the “yes and” rather than just the "no."
The ability to manage a full docket in a fast-moving environment - juggling multiple games at once, so to speak.
Patent licensing experience: nice to have. An actual love of games? That'll take you far.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- GTM technical expert: Design and demo Sierra’s incredible Agent product, offering technical solutions to solve for our customer’s needs, and answering technical questions about our solutions.
- Cross-functional work: You will work directly with our Sales, Product and Agent Engineering teams to both drive our GTM function, as well as continuously improve our Agents through our customer-driven product development philosophy.
- Lead & support our customers: As a GTM and technical leader in the earliest conversations with our future customers, you will both understand and anticipate their needs to continue our industry-leading AI solution.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5-7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
- Past experience in demo building, and presenting, and working with customers or clients in the GTM function.
- Experience in relationship-building with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders.
- Experience in leading the sales process with Enterprise customers.
- Ability to connect a prospect’s specific business problems and Sierra’s solutions and explain them to both a technical and non-technical audience
- Ability to leverage AI tools efficiently as a regular part of your technical sales motion — discovery prep, solution design, demo and prototype building, technical proposals. With that, you know where these tools can help and where human judgment still is required. Importantly, you own the accuracy of anything you put in front of a customer, whether or not AI helped you build it. This ownership looks like us not saying "[AI tool of choice] built this", but "I built this with [AI tool of choice]."
- Bachelor's Degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience translating code, technical logic and user requirements to product and engineering requirements.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

About the job
As a member of our AI model team, you will drive innovation in model serving and inference architectures for advanced AI systems. Your work will focus on optimizing model deployment and inference strategies to deliver highly responsive, efficient, and scalable performance across real-world applications. You will work on a wide spectrum of systems, ranging from resource-efficient models designed for limited hardware environments to complex, multi-modal architectures that integrate data such as text, images, and audio.
We expect you to have deep expertise in designing and optimizing model serving pipelines and inference frameworks as well as a strong background in advanced model architectures. You will adopt a hands-on, research-driven approach to develop, test, and implement novel serving strategies and inference algorithms. Your responsibilities include engineering robust inference pipelines, establishing comprehensive performance metrics, and identifying and resolving bottlenecks in production environments. The ultimate goal is to enable high-throughput, low-latency, low-memory footprint, and scalable AI performance that delivers tangible value in dynamic, real-world scenarios.
Responsibilities
Design and deploy state-of-the-art model serving architectures that deliver high throughput and low latency while optimizing memory usage. Ensure these pipelines run efficiently across diverse environments, including resource-constrained devices and edge platforms. Establish clear performance targets such as reduced latency, improved token response, and minimized memory footprint.
Build, run, and monitor controlled inference tests in both simulated and live production environments. Track key performance indicators such as response latency, throughput, memory consumption, and error rates, with special attention to metrics specific to resource-constrained devices. Document iterative results and compare outcomes against established benchmarks to validate performance across platforms.
Identify and prepare high-quality test datasets and simulation scenarios tailored to real-world deployment challenges, specifically those encountered on low-resource devices. Set measurable criteria to ensure that these resources effectively evaluate model performance, latency, and memory utilization under various operational conditions.
Analyze computational efficiency and diagnose bottlenecks in the serving pipeline by monitoring both processing and memory metrics. Address issues such as suboptimal batch processing, network delays, and high memory usage to optimize the serving infrastructure for scalability and reliability on resource-constrained systems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate optimized serving and inference frameworks into production pipelines designed for edge and on-device applications. Define clear success metrics such as improved real-world performance, low error rates, robust scalability, optimal memory usage and ensure continuous monitoring and iterative refinements for sustained improvements.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an engineer to drive the evolution of OrioleDB https://www.orioledb.com and its collaboration with the upstream PostgreSQL community. OrioleDB is a next-generation storage engine for PostgreSQL, and this role sits at the intersection of database internals, open source community work, and Supabase's managed Postgres platform.
This role requires strong working overlap with Americas time zones due to production support and on-call responsibilities.
What you'll work on
- New OrioleDB features. Design and implement new capabilities in OrioleDB — for example, native index access methods (GiST, GIN, HNSW for pgvector), disaster recovery tooling, and other storage-engine-level features that expand what OrioleDB can do.
- Stability. Strengthen OrioleDB's reliability through deeper test coverage, fault injection, crash and recovery testing, and improvements to CI infrastructure. Ensure regressions are caught early and that OrioleDB behaves predictably under stress, replication, and failure scenarios.
- Upstream collaboration. Contribute changes directly to PostgreSQL core. Part of OrioleDB lives as a patch on top of PostgreSQL — moving the right pieces upstream shrinks what we maintain ourselves and benefits the wider community. This happens through PostgreSQL's open development process: the pgsql-hackers mailing list, public code review, and commitfests.
- Supabase integration. Work with Supabase's Postgres team to ensure OrioleDB fits naturally into Supabase's managed offering and roadmap.
YOU WILL:
- Design, implement, and test new OrioleDB features and integrate them cleanly with PostgreSQL's planner, executor, and surrounding subsystems.
- Build out and maintain test infrastructure: regression suites, fuzzing, randomized testing, crash and recovery testing, and CI pipelines.
- Identify and prepare patches suitable for upstreaming to PostgreSQL core.
- Improve performance, resilience, monitoring, and operational tooling for production use.
- Debug and resolve complex issues in low-level C code, including in storage, replication, indexing, and query execution paths.
- Participate in design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews — both inside Supabase and in the PostgreSQL community.
- Write clear technical documentation, design notes, and upstream proposals.
- Contribute to troubleshooting, analyzing, supporting and maintaining OrioleDB in production deployments. This can include answering support ticket requests, an on-call rotation, and supporting our team members in troubleshooting and fixing live customer production databases.
YOU ARE:
- An existing PostgreSQL core contributor or have equivalent experience in Database internals.
- An expert C programmer with 8+ years of production experience with focus on low-level systems programming
- Deeply familiar with PostgreSQL’s codebase, build system, and extension APIs.
- Have experience designing or implementing database storage engines, index structures, or query execution components.
- Comfortable contributing to community‑driven, upstream open source projects.
- Proficient in debugging and profiling complex C code in a database context.
- Able to write clear technical documentation and explain design trade‑offs.
- A strong communicator, committed to an open and collaborative development process.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.
