COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.

- Promotion & Audience Engagement: Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive event registration and attendance using digital marketing channels, social media, email campaigns, and partnerships. Engage with key partners and industry leaders to maximize event visibility and reach.
- Post-Event Analysis & Reporting: Conduct post-event debriefs to analyze the success of events, gather insights, and identify areas for improvement. Report on event performance, including attendee engagement, lead generation, and overall impact on business objectives.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for all event-related inquiries, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of experience in event marketing, with a proven track record of planning and executing events that left a lasting impression while driving actual outcomes.
- Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple events simultaneously while meeting deadlines and without breaking a sweat.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Beneficial Deployments
Beneficial Deployments ensures AI reaches and benefits the communities that need it most. We partner with nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations to deploy Claude in education, global health, economic mobility, and life sciences. We prioritize opportunities to make AI more accessible and raise the floor of what is possible in a given domain while also partnering with leaders to help expand the use of AI to new tasks that raise the ceiling of what is possible.
About the role
We're looking for a Partnership Manager to grow our
AI for Science Program
. You'll build and manage partnerships with individual labs from around the world. This program is the primary way that Anthropic’s life sciences efforts work with individual labs that have new and innovative ideas for how Claude can contribute to a growing set of scientific domains.
In this role, you'll help build our approach to deploying Claude for Life Sciences across domains of research including the biomedical sciences, chemistry, and materials science. You'll work with incredibly interdisciplinary partners from academia as well as early stage companies. Your goal will be to develop relationships and goal directed partnerships that demonstrate or expand the capabilities of Claude in the sciences. You will focus both on individual projects but also building communities of practice that bring together scientists with similar interests or objectives. The right person will combine genuine curiosity and grounding in the sciences with an entrepreneurial and experimental drive to build something new at the frontier of AI.
Responsibilities:
Execute Anthropic's AI for Science API credit program, managing day-to-day partnerships with academic labs, small start-ups, and potentially foundations
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners via our API credit application calls as well as targeted relationship building
Serve as the primary relationship owner for AI for Science, coordinating with Anthropic’s Applied AI, product, and GTM teams to deliver impact

An entrepreneurial mindset: you're excited to build programs from scratch, and may have early experience doing so at a startup, in a lab, or through a side project
A genuine drive to maximize impact for underserved communities
High agency and comfort with ambiguity; you thrive when you're building the plane while flying it
Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage a high volume of partnerships and opportunities
Willingness to travel for occasional partner visits and conferences
Strong candidates may also have:
Experience managing external partnerships, grantmaking, or multi-stakeholder initiatives

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the role
Anthropic is building AI compute at a scale and pace that outruns what off-the-shelf data center equipment was designed for. Much of the power and cooling equipment behind our next campuses — battery energy storage systems (BESS), grid-forming and grid-following inverters, solid-state transformers (SST), E-STATCOM and other power-quality devices, medium-voltage switchgear, UPS, and liquid-cooling systems — is either new to the market, new to the supplier, or being built at a volume the supplier has never shipped before.
The NPI Engineer owns the path from "the supplier has a design" to "the equipment is qualified, manufacturable at rate, and running reliably on site." You sit between our electrical and mechanical design teams, our supply chain and quality teams, and the supplier's engineering and factory organizations, and you make sure every new product or major variant clears the gates — EVT, DVT, PVT, FAT, SAT — before it is trusted with production load. This is a hands-on role: you will spend real time on supplier factory floors, in test labs, and at site commissioning.
What you'll do
Own the NPI program for each new power or cooling product
(BESS, inverters, SST, E-STATCOM, MV switchgear, UPS, CDUs, chillers) from concept selection through ramp, including the gate schedule, exit criteria, and risk register.
Drive early supplier design engagement:
translate our site requirements (fault current, grid interconnection, harmonic and ride-through requirements, thermal envelopes, footprint, serviceability) into product requirements and specifications the supplier can build to, and negotiate trade-offs with their engineering teams.
Lead DFM/DFT/DFx reviews
with suppliers so designs are manufacturable at the rate we need, testable in the factory, and serviceable in the field.
Plan and run prototype and pilot builds:
define EVT/DVT/PVT scope and sample counts, witness builds, own test plans (type testing, HALT/HASS, thermal, EMC, protection coordination, functional and integration tests), and drive root cause and corrective action on every failure.
Qualify the product for deployment:
define and execute first-article inspection, factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and integrated system testing with the rest of the electrical and cooling chain, and sign off on production readiness.
Hand off to steady state:
transfer qualified products, control plans, test procedures, and known-issue lists to the Manufacturing Quality and Supply Chain Delivery teams, and support them through the first production ramps.
Build the reliability picture:
run FMEA/DFMEA with suppliers, define reliability targets and burn-in requirements, and feed field failure data back into the next revision.
Coordinate cross-functionally
with design engineering, construction, commissioning, utilities/interconnection, safety, and sourcing so NPI schedules are integrated with campus delivery schedules.
Keep suppliers honest:
track readiness and risk with clear metrics, escalate early, and hold technical reviews that resolve issues rather than admire them.
You may be a good fit if you have
8+ years of engineering experience in power electronics, electrical equipment, or industrial energy systems, with at least 4 years in an NPI, product development, or product engineering role that owned a product from prototype through production ramp.
Direct, hands-on experience with at least two of: BESS, utility- or data-center-scale inverters, medium-voltage transformers or switchgear, UPS, STATCOM/power-quality equipment, or liquid cooling systems (CDUs, chillers, hydronics).
Working knowledge of the relevant standards and how they get applied in qualification: UL 9540/9540A, UL 1741 and IEEE 1547, IEEE 2800, IEC 62477 / IEC 62909, IEEE C37 and C57 series, NFPA 70/855, UL 1778, and comparable IEC equivalents.
Experience defining and executing structured qualification programs (EVT/DVT/PVT, FAT/SAT, type testing, reliability testing) and closing failures with disciplined root cause analysis and CAPA.
Familiarity with supplier factory environments — production lines, test bays, quality systems — and the ability to assess a supplier's real readiness to ship at rate.
Fluency in design-for-manufacturing and design-for-test principles and the supplier ECO/change-control process.
Strong systems thinking: you can reason about how an inverter, a battery, a transformer, and a cooling loop behave together at a site, not just in isolation.
Clear written and verbal communication, and comfort driving decisions across engineering, supply chain, and executive audiences.
A bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or power engineering, or equivalent experience.
Willingness to travel 30–40% to supplier factories and data center sites, including internationally.
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with solid-state transformers, grid-forming inverters, E-STATCOM, or other emerging power-conversion equipment being introduced to data center or utility applications for the first time.
NPI or product engineering experience at a hyperscaler, a large utility-scale developer, or a Tier-1 power equipment OEM.
Background in grid interconnection studies, protection coordination, or power-system modeling (PSCAD, ETAP, PSS/E, or similar).
Liquid cooling product introduction experience — CDU, rear-door heat exchanger, direct-to-chip, or immersion systems.
Reliability engineering credentials (CRE, Six Sigma) or experience running HALT/HASS programs.
Firmware and controls validation experience for power conversion equipment (inverter control loops, BMS, EMS, PLC/SCADA integration).
Experience standing up or scaling new supplier manufacturing lines, including contract manufacturing and international sites.

Provectus is a Premier AWS Partner and an Anthropic partner, featured in Forrester's AI Technical Services Landscape. We are roughly 420 engineers building production AI for enterprise clients in Financial Services, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Retail, and Entertainment. We build custom systems on live client data, not off the shelf products and not demos.
We are opening a Solution Owner seat on our Delivery team in Colombia and Costa Rica. This is an early career seat, but it is not a training seat. You will sit between the client and the engineering team on a real engagement, own a slice of scope, and be expected to figure out the next step yourself.
The profile we are looking for is specific: you started technical, as a software, data, or ML engineer, and you have already moved toward the business side of building products, or you are ready to make that move now. You are the person on the team who automates their own work with AI tools before anyone asks.
What You Will Do:
Own a defined slice of a client engagement, from use case framing through backlog, release, and result
Run discovery sessions and workshops with client stakeholders, and turn what you hear into written scope engineers can build against
Translate technical constraints into business language, and business goals into technical requirements
Maintain a groomed backlog with sized, technically specific stories, and drive sprint planning and release cadence
Prototype rapidly on live client data using our delivery stack, including Claude, Claude Code, MCP servers, and Skills
Work alongside GenAI and agentic AI builds, including RAG, agent workflows, and LLM integrations, closely enough to judge quality and explain trade offs
Define success metrics for your slice of scope and report progress honestly, including when something is not working
Build reusable artifacts, demos, and documentation so the next engagement starts faster than yours did
Partner with Principal Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and account teams across US and LATAM time zones
What You Will Bring:
2 to 4 years of total professional experience, including hands on engineering time as a software, data, or ML engineer
At least 1 year in a product, delivery, or client facing role such as Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, Delivery Lead, or equivalent
Daily use of GenAI tools in your own workflow, Claude and Claude Code preferred, with concrete examples of workflows you redesigned
Ability to read code and technical documentation well enough to hold a real conversation with senior engineers
Practical Agile and Scrum experience: backlog, sprints, planning, retrospectives
Written and spoken English at B2 or above, comfortable leading a client call without a manager in the room
Self direction as a default. You are given a goal and ambiguity, not a task list, and you move anyway
Based in Colombia or Costa Rica
Nice to Have:
Exposure to Financial Services and Insurance or Healthcare and Life Sciences clients
Working understanding of GenAI concepts: prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agentic patterns
Familiarity with AWS, especially Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, or S3
Experience shipping an LLM or RAG feature that reached real users
Experience building your own automations, scripts, MCP integrations, or internal tools
Consulting or professional services background
Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or AWS Cloud Practitioner
What We Offer:
Real client delivery on frontier AI from month one, not shadowing
Direct access to Principal Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers as your working peers
Anthropic and AWS partnership work, with early access to tooling and premium AI subscriptions
Internal training programs and full support for AWS and Claude certifications
A clear growth path toward Senior Solution Owner or Solutions Architecture
Remote work with flexible hours across US and LATAM overlap
Long term B2B collaboration
Equipment budget and all the tooling you need
Location: Paris, France
Workplace: Hybrid
HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. As part of the Design team, the Brand designer plays a large role in cementing our brand, creates visually compelling assets to support our messaging, and uses their experience to grow a strong brand design practice.
Your missions will include:
- Define and evolve Alan's visual identity and brand systems, and make sure they hold up across every touchpoint.
- Own briefs end-to-end: understand the business problem, help shape the strategy, then explore, prioritize, and ship the solution.
- Create and art-direct campaigns and assets across the web, including our landing pages, email, advertising, and social channels, bringing the brand to life through art direction, motion, and video.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Brand to translate business objectives into visuals that convert.
- Extend brand design work into our Health & Prevention area, alongside our core Marketing & Brand responsibilities.
- Scale production to deliver high volumes of assets without losing quality or brand consistency.
- Leadership & mentoring:
- You lead through influence by shaping roadmaps, aligning stakeholders around well-reasoned proposals and trade-offs, and proactively communicating progress and plans.
- You raise the bar for others by coaching and mentoring designers and non-designers, and helping Alaners grow through thoughtful feedback and technical or creative leadership.
OUR CURRENT DESIGN PRIORITIES 🌟
Our Design community red thread is to grow our brand design practice and ensure consistency in order to build an established and memorable brand.
To succeed in this mission, we currently:
- Consolidating and scaling our visual identity across every touchpoint: web, email, ads, social, and increasingly our own landing pages, where brand expression and conversion design meet.
- Growing our motion and video capability: it's a big plus for this role, not a nice-to-have.
- Creating impactful physical and event experiences that bring the brand to life beyond screens.
- You are at the cutting edge of AI-enabled design and creative workflows, actively experimenting with emerging models and tools and turning them into practical ways to improve the quality, speed, and impact of your work.
- Extending brand identity into our Health & Prevention area, alongside our core Marketing & Brand responsibilities.
- Shaping how Alan's mascot and visual universe show up, used deliberately, not everywhere.
IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT 👯♀️
- 4+ years' experience, ideally in a product company or startup, we're hiring at a Senior level.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are an experienced user of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere is a plus).
- Comfortable with generative AI tools, and keen to experiment with new approaches as you push creative boundaries within brand guidelines.
- A deep understanding of growth, campaigns, and conversion-focused design, with a strong sense of how visuals drive business outcomes.
- Able to scale and deliver high volumes of assets while keeping quality and brand consistency intact.
- Understands business objectives and audiences, and can turn a brief into impactful visuals autonomously.
- Experienced designing for online platforms: websites, social media, email marketing, and display ads.
- You excel at communicating and articulating creative choices in a compelling way.
- You're structured, and understand that goals and constraints need to be clarified before executing.
- A portfolio showing real product/company work (not just agency spec work), illustration capability, and range across formats.
- Based in (or open to relocating to) Paris (preferred), or Marseille, Bordeaux, Madrid, Brussels, or Barcelona.
Nice to have:
- You are familiar with concepts like target audience, branding, user experience (UX), and conversion optimization.
- You possess great 3D skills

ABOUT MATTER LABS
Matter Labs builds private settlement infrastructure that lets regulated institutions settle directly with each other without exposing data, ceding control, or waiting days. Global finance moves $4 quadrillion a year on systems designed for paper and telex. The institutions that built them - from clearing houses to exchanges to the world's largest banks, institutions are now actively replacing them. We're building what comes next.
Our core product, Prividium, gives each institution its own private settlement environment (a Prividium Zone) with independent governance and built-in interoperability across counterparties, asset classes, and jurisdictions. Settlement happens through zero-knowledge proofs: one party proves a transaction is valid without revealing any underlying data to the counterparty. The only private settlement infrastructure built on zero-knowledge cryptography.
Founded in 2018. Backed by a16z and Union Square Ventures. A fully remote team of around 90 with eight years of production zero-knowledge infrastructure behind us, now pointed at the biggest problem in institutional finance.
THE ROLE
You will build Prividium's business across the United States. The pipeline you create and the strategic agreements you close will set the pace at which the US institutional market opens for us. The role owns target-account strategy, pipeline creation, deal execution, and closed agreements with US banks, asset managers, market-infrastructure providers, and payment firms. It is a hands-on individual contributor role with no people-management responsibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own US revenue. Deliver agreed pipeline, bookings, and revenue outcomes across the US institutional market, from first engagement through negotiation and close.
- Set the account strategy. Build a clear view of where Prividium can win: which institutions, use cases, and stakeholders to pursue, and in what order.
- Create pipeline. Originate opportunities through executive relationships, direct prospecting, and market knowledge. Inbound demand exists but will not carry the number.
- Run deep discovery. Understand customer workflows, constraints, and economics across tokenised deposits, payments, settlement, collateral, funds, and asset issuance.
- Navigate institutional buying. Coordinate long processes spanning business leadership, product, technology, architecture, security, risk, compliance, procurement, and legal.
- Close strategic agreements. Build mutual action plans, keep deal discipline, and lead commercial and contractual negotiation with support from Legal and the executive team.
- Feed the company. Bring structured customer, competitor, and regulatory evidence into product, positioning, and go-to-market decisions.
Over time, the role can grow into leadership of a US team as the market proves out.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Each of these is a demonstrated capability, shown through work you have done:
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales or strategic-account work, with closed six- or seven-figure agreements.
- Selling software, data, SaaS, or infrastructure into banks, capital-markets firms, or other regulated financial institutions.
- Originating pipeline through executive relationships and direct prospecting, with named examples of accounts you opened.
- Leading multi-stakeholder buying processes across security, risk, compliance, procurement, legal, and executive approval.
- Discussing enterprise architecture, APIs, integration, deployment models, and data privacy credibly with senior technology stakeholders.
- Selling an emerging or category-defining product while the sales motion was still being refined.
NICE TO HAVE
Working knowledge of blockchain, tokenisation, or institutional digital assets. Proven institutional-sales performance matters more.
WORK MODEL & PAY
- Competitive base salary
- Performance-based variable compensation and a long-term token incentive are additional. Both are paid in ZK tokens. New-hire token grants vest over four years with a one-year cliff.
- Freedom & ownership culture: no time tracking, minimum bureaucracy-only results matter.

It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.

- Support Alan's positioning in business conversations with a sound understanding of the regulatory landscape.
- Contribute to compliance projects across Alan's markets (primarily France, with growing international scope).
Product excellence and member protection
- Help identify the best ways to meet regulatory requirements within our products while improving the member experience (pricing, options design, UX, complaints management).
- Contribute to protecting Alan's competitive positioning on key regulatory topics.
Internal legal autonomy
- Help build internal legal frameworks, templates, and decision-making guidelines.
- Identify which matters can be handled in-house versus with external counsel.
- Actively use AI tools to improve efficiency and scale legal operations within your scope.

- Taken end-to-end ownership of defined legal workstreams (compliance analysis, product review, regulatory reporting, complaints management) with reliable quality.
- Earned the trust of internal partners (Sales, Care, Product) as a pragmatic legal partner.
- Contributed to internal tools or frameworks that increase Alan's legal autonomy.
