What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports To: VP of Product
Location: Remote US
Compensation: $230,000 to $250,000
base plus bonus and equity
About the Role:
We are building a product management organization to own and drive our product strategy and are looking for an experienced product manager to join this growing team. As a Staff Product Manager at Huntress, you will assist the CTO in driving the success and expansion of our SIEM product launched in October 2024. We are not building yet another SIEM that intends to replicate what every other SIEM already does. We are building a SIEM that focuses on what really matters to our Small Enterprise and SMB partners. They don’t need a SIEM with all the advanced features and the costs that come with that; they need a SIEM that keeps the relevant data, reduces the noise, makes it easy to find what they need, doesn’t require full-time employees to manage, and works at a cost that fits their budget. This is an opportunity to upend the existing SIEM market for everyone who wants or needs a SIEM but whose current solutions don’t work.
This position offers the chance to help scale the vision of an already wildly successful company past $200M and beyond, sustaining and building on a remarkable existing growth rate. You will make an impact on the vision, goals, and, in partnership with other functions, execution of a SaaS offering (like other Huntress products) that keeps SMB and mid-market customers safe and secure with cutting-edge capabilities currently only found in the largest enterprises. You will work very closely with the company founders, product leaders, engineering leaders, support, sales, and marketing teams, as well as other Product Managers.
To be successful in this position, you must possess a combination of strong business acumen and technical skills to bridge customer business requirements with trends in the threat landscape. You’ll be asked to frequently interact with customers, prospects, and industry analysts to articulate our value proposition.
What You’ll Do:
Work with the Portfolio Leader and relevant stakeholders to assist in setting the SIEM product vision and strategy, and clearly articulate the business value so that everyone understands where we are headed
Analyze market trends and perform competitor analysis and research in order to drive strategy as well as pricing and the product roadmap
Demonstrate an ability to decipher and articulate potentially ambiguous client needs and mold them into successful, innovative solutions that surprise and delight the customer
Work with designers, engineers, and architects to create detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories that will be used to shape product specifications and architecture
Prioritize features by assessing their alignment with the broader product strategy and initiatives, as well as unmet market needs
Participate as a key contributor in all phases of product development, from discovery to launch
Drive and manage product roadmap and go-to-market strategy by working closely with marketing, sales, and executive leadership teams
Collaborate with marketing and other key stakeholders to drive and execute product launches to market
Derive feedback and insights from customers through face-to-face interaction and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle
Serve as the intermediary between engineering and senior management and other non-technical stakeholders, with the ability to break down and translate highly technical information into layman's terms and vice versa
Drive high-level strategic initiatives and execution while possessing a willingness to dig into the weeds
Work with design and engineering teams to produce mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to assess the validity and strength of a new product or feature idea.
Manage and drive results from user experience testing and gain crucial insights into how customers use (or don’t use) the platform
In partnership with product operations, provide product metrics, including conversion rate, churn rate, and monthly recurring revenue, etc., to track and evaluate the success of the product strategy
What You Bring To The Team:
7+ years of experience in a product management role with past responsibility for SIEM products; bonus for SOAR Products
Demonstrated success driving longer-term vision and strategy that resulted in outperformance
Experience leading product innovation, feature ideation, delivery, and launch
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering products utilizing artificial intelligence tools and technologies, such as Claude or similar
Experience working in an agile development environment using agile development tools
Leverage excellent written and verbal communication skills to create epics and stories for engineering that align engineers with intended outcomes
Experience with products delivered from AWS or other cloud environments
Strong creative and critical thinking abilities
Experience building products for the SMB is a significant benefit
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans

all
full-time employees
One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
$75 USD/month digital reimbursement
Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the role:
You will own the inference backbone behind QVAC's local AI stack: the C++ systems layer that makes models run fast, reliably, and predictably on real user hardware. The role is centered on engineering quality at runtime level, including startup behavior, memory pressure, throughput/latency balance, and long-session stability. You will define and evolve the core abstractions that inference features depend on, so new capabilities can be added without sacrificing performance or maintainability. This is a role for someone who enjoys low-level problem solving, clear technical ownership, and building infrastructure that other teams trust in production. Your work directly enables private, on-device AI experiences and helps set the technical foundation for QVAC's next generation of peer-to-peer AI products.
About the job
You'll work on the C++ layer that powers local AI, porting and enhancing inference engines like llama.cpp or similar, to run efficiently on edge devices. Your focus is on the runtime: making models load faster, run leaner, and perform well across different hardware. You'll ensure that the inference layer is stable, optimized, and ready for integration with the rest of the stack.
This role is for engineers who want to work close to the metal, enabling private and fast on-device AI without relying on cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Work on deploying machine learning models to edge devices using the frameworks: llama.cpp, ggml
Collaborate closely with researchers to assist in coding, training and transitioning models from research to production environments
Integrate AI features into existing products, enriching them with the latest advancements in machine learning

Demonstrated ability to rapidly assimilate new technologies and techniques
A degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field, complemented by a solid track record in AI R&D
Bonus points if:
You know how to train/fine-tune a LLM
You have productionized models
You have research experience in new model architectures
You have experience with distributed systems
Javascript experience

Our mission: Make moonshots possible for everyone.
Our vision: Make a world where life-changing financial outcomes are within everyone's reach.
Everyone on our team is both a decision-maker and an implementer—united by a sense of urgency and driven by the conviction that our work can transform global finance. This role is full-time, preferably located in NYC. Open to remote for the right candidate.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Staff Backend & Platform Engineer at Moonshot, you’ll own some of the most critical systems in our stack: identity and access, funds movement and ledgering, and the blockchain infrastructure that powers our on-chain trading. This role is similar to staff engineers at leading crypto wallets and exchanges who own authentication stacks, key management, and high-scale financial backends. You’ll design, build, and operate systems that must be both highly reliable and extremely secure, enabling product teams to move quickly on a solid foundation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, build, and operate Identity & Access Management services:
- Authentication flows, sessions, device trust.
- Authorization and entitlements (roles, permissions, policies).
- Security controls such as MFA and key management (working with security teams).
- Own financial operations systems:
- Transfers and payments orchestration.
- Ledgering and reconciliation flows.
- Limits, risk controls, and transactional correctness.
- Build and maintain blockchain infrastructure:
- Node and RPC management.
- Transaction submission, monitoring, and retry logic.
- Indexing and streaming of on-chain data into internal services and data stores.
- Define and uphold reliability and observability standards:
- SLOs and error budgets for core services.
- Dashboards, alerts, runbooks, and incident management practices.
- Lead large, cross-functional technical projects from design through rollout, collaborating with Product, Security, and Ops.
- Mentor and guide other engineers, contributing to engineering standards, design reviews, and documentation.
- Stay close to industry best practices in auth, key management, and secure infrastructure for crypto and trading.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU
- 5–12+ years of backend or product or platform engineering, including experience with high-scale, high-availability systems in fintech, crypto, or similar domains.
- Deep expertise in at least one of:
- Identity & access / security engineering
- Financial systems / ledgering / payments
- Blockchain infrastructure / on-chain data
- Strong experience designing and operating distributed systems (datastores, queues, streaming, background workers).
- Track record driving architecture decisions and seeing them through implementation and adoption.
- Strong operational mindset: monitoring, on-call, incident response, and postmortems.
- Excellent collaboration skills, especially with Product, Security, and Ops.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with Flutter, React Native, React, Headless CRMs
- Experience with Go, Rust, Solana
- Experience with Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services
- Experience with crypto wallets, exchanges, or onchain protocols including DeFi, L2s, ZK
- Exposure to data warehousing and analytics for financial reporting.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
LOCATION
- NYC preferred (with periodic in-person sprints).
- Remote-friendly within the United States and Canada; travel ~1wk/quarter
COMPENSATION & PACKAGE
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity.
- 5% 401(k) match.
