At JetBrains, code is our passion. Ever since we started, back in 2000, we have strived to make the strongest, most effective developer tools on earth. By automating routine checks and corrections, our tools speed up production, freeing developers to grow, discover, and create.
We are looking for a product designer to work on
Air
, the company's new agentic development environment. Air is a new kind of developer tool: a workspace where multiple AI agents run tasks in parallel while the developer stays in control. The product includes a native desktop app and a web-based experience, with cloud execution and collaborative workflows in the works. AI is fundamentally changing how software is built, and our goal is to design an environment that makes this shift feel natural, for both solo developers and entire engineering teams.
We’re looking for someone who can lead design initiatives, own key product areas, and bring clarity and usability to complex technical workflows. Design plays a critical role in these products by helping developers stay in flow, reduce their cognitive load, and work more confidently across tools.
In this role, you will:
Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces by creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Lead large-scale initiatives from vision and strategy to execution.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and researchers to define problems, align on goals, and ensure design solutions meet user and business needs.
Communicate design concepts and decisions to the team to promote alignment and comprehension.
Collaborate with the UX Research and Analytics team to validate ideas and create design solutions grounded in real user needs and behavioral data.
Work closely with the development team to implement and review your UI/UX solutions.
Improve design processes together with the UX team, helping with the development of our design system to maintain visual and functional consistency across the product while enabling flexibility and scale.
We will be happy to have you on our team if you have:
At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where the product, technology, and priorities evolve quickly.
Experience designing complex functional interfaces.
A willingness to dive into complex topics related to programming.
The ability to prototype, verify, present, and provide reasoning for your UI/UX solutions.
Diligence and attention to detail.
Spoken and written English at a level sufficient for everyday communication and writing documentation.
Proactivity, independence, and strong time-management skills.
The ability to work in a team and seek feedback to improve your solutions and processes.
We would be especially thrilled if you have experience:
Designing for developer-focused products or technical environments.
Designing complex functional interfaces.
Programming and working with AI.
We are an equal opportunity employer

Built natively for stablecoins and trusted by more than 100 organizations worldwide, Rain delivers secure, scalable infrastructure that makes money move freely and instantly around the world.
You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, Galaxy Ventures, FirstMark, Lightspeed, Norwest, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Engineering Lead, you’ll manage the customer-facing arm of our engineering org. Working with our existing solutions team, you’ll coordinate process and policies with the post-sales org, spanning implementations, partner success, and account management. We’re looking for a player-coach: you’ll need to get your hands dirty on the frontlines to understand where the gaps and inefficiencies are. Armed with that experience, you’ll grow this function to meet the needs of our global, always-on customer base.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Hands-on from day one: answer technical support tickets, debug partner integrations, and work directly with partners to resolve issues
- Own the technical escalation path from support through engineering, serving as the primary customer advocate within engineering discussions
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to increase operational efficiency - whether that's streamlining ticket triage, accelerating troubleshooting, or enabling the team to handle higher volume without sacrificing quality
- Define and maintain customer engineering artifacts such as documentation, guides, runbooks, and recipes
- Help establish the operating model and collaboration framework between product and post-sales to ensure tickets are resolved within SLAs and gaps are covered
- Partner with platform and product to translate patterns from support tickets, implementation friction, and feature requests into actionable product insights
WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or a related technical partner-facing role, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Excited by a player-coach role - you're comfortable being in the queue, solving problems directly, while simultaneously building the team and processes around you
- An engineer by trade: you’re comfortable reading and contributing to an enterprise codebase while meeting a high bar of technical excellence
- Excellent communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences - and vice versa
- Experience defining and implementing SLAs and escalation processes, especially cross-functionally to and from engineering teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you'll need to balance building for scale with solving immediate partner needs
- You lead with empathy and understand that great customer engineering is a competitive advantage
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a card issuing platform or payments infrastructure company
- Familiarity with card network operations, BIN management, and transaction processing
- Experience building customer engineering teams and functions

Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
We are looking for an engineer with strong experience in machine learning and solid foundations in math and computer science to join our growing Post-Training team at Baseten.
THE ROLE
Custom models are instrumental to the success of Baseten customers. By inference volume, the overwhelming majority of traffic at Baseten is to and from models that have been post-trained in some way, whether that be through reinforcement learning, supervised finetuning, a recent technique from the literature, or an in-house research technique from Baseten. The Post-Training team is responsible for the success of our customers’ post-trained models, and we employ a wide array of techniques to produce models that are more efficient and higher quality than even the biggest closed source models for the customer’s specific needs.
Your role as a research engineer is to build the in-house tooling to support all of this. We care about training a wide spectrum of different model architectures with a variety of techniques efficiently and at scale. At times this involves zooming deep into a particular technical topic, but more often it involves working across the stack as a whole - systems-level concepts like Kubernetes, cgroups, storage systems, and networking topologies, as well as PyTorch distributed tensor computation, and GPU kernels.
The Manifesto: https://labs.baseten.co/manifesto
RECENT RESEARCH
- Dense, on-policy or both? https://www.baseten.co/research/dense-on-policy-or-both/

- Distillation without the dark – replicating black-box on-policy distillation on Baseten https://www.baseten.co/research/distillation-without-the-dark/
We don’t have a rigid set of skills, but here’s some of what we’re looking for:
- A deep understanding of modern ML techniques and tools for training transformers
- Advanced experience in a tensor/array computation library like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Jax, or similar
- A detailed understanding of transformer training parallelism strategies like data parallelism, sharded data parallelism, tensor parallelism, pipeline parallelism, context parallelism
- The experience and knowledge to profile and improve the performance of a distributed GPU program in PyTorch or a similar library
- The ability to perform roofline analysis on a transformer training setup
- A willingness to dive into messy problems, work with researchers, derive specifications by asking important questions, and execute
- Familiarity with HPC and distributed computing platforms like Slurm, Ray, Kubernetes, and Dask
- Familiarity with cluster networking technology like Infiniband, RoCE, GPUDirect
- Solid fundamentals in operating systems concepts like processes, files, kernel drivers, containerization, and networking protocols

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Growth team's job is to keep Anthropic on the exponential by getting more people and companies using and paying for Claude. Growth Data Scientists partner closely with growth product managers, engineers and marketers on experimentation, opportunity sizing, strategic analysis, metrics and personalization.
We're hiring for two focus areas within this posting. Tell us in your application which one fits you best, or if you're excited about both:
Growth generalist:
a strong generalist across marketing and product who drives experimentation, opportunity sizing, marketing measurement and strategic analysis.
Personalization:
building and evaluating the models and experiments that pick the right message, offer or product experience for each user, across lifecycle marketing, onboarding and in-product experiences.
We work in an AI-native way. Much of our analysis, reporting and experiment work is done with Claude as a collaborator, and we expect you to push that further.
Responsibilities
Across both focus areas, you will:
Design and analyze A/B tests and quasi-experiments across activation, retention and monetization, and turn the results into a clear call on what to ship
Define systems of metrics and guardrails that tie short-term wins to long-term value
Present analyses and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, leading with the decision and keeping the numbers in support
In the Growth generalist focus, you will also:
Size opportunities and make the case for what Growth should work on next
Measure the incrementality of paid and lifecycle marketing with holdouts, geo experiments and other causal methods, and turn the results into budget and channel recommendations
Tie acquisition and lifecycle programs to long-term value (LTV, CAC and payback)
In the Personalization focus, you will also:
Build and ship targeting and personalization models that decide which users get which message, offer or experience, working closely with growth product managers and engineers
Design the tests that evaluate and iterate on our personalization strategy, including holdouts, bandits and off-policy estimates where A/B tests aren't practical
You may be a good fit if you have
7+ years of experience in data science, with significant time on growth, marketing, lifecycle or personalization problems
Deep expertise in experimental design and causal inference, including A/B testing at scale, holdouts and quasi-experimental methods when randomization isn't available
Experience analyzing growth funnels: acquisition, activation, retention and monetization
Proficiency with Python and SQL
Clear written communication, and a track record of recommendations that changed priorities or what a team built
A bias for action and comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
An interest in Anthropic's mission of building safe and beneficial AI
For the Growth generalist focus, we're also looking for:
Experience measuring marketing: incrementality testing, holdouts or geo experiments, and LTV/CAC for paid or lifecycle programs
For the Personalization focus, we're also looking for:
Hands-on experience building and shipping machine learning models that drive user-facing decisions (targeting, ranking, recommendation or personalization)
Strong candidates may also have
Experience defining activation metrics and lifecycle measurement for a product-led business
Experience with experimentation platforms and meta-analysis across experiment portfolios
Background at consumption-based, multi-product companies serving both consumers and enterprises
Experience using LLMs or coding agents in your own analytical workflow
Experience with marketing mix modeling, geo experiments or synthetic controls
Experience running contextual bandits, uplift models or similar decision systems in production
Experience with lifecycle or CRM personalization (email, push, in-product messaging) and its measurement problems, such as global holdouts and interference between campaigns
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Annual Salary:
$285,000
—
$380,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles: We Before Me, Do the Right Thing, and Get Things Done. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Team
We sit on the front lines of OKX's security and compliance mission. Our charter is to build the flexible, scalable, and intelligent AI systems that detect and prevent identity fraud, account takeover, and large-scale organized abuse — in real time and at the scale of a global financial platform. We own the core identity-risk capabilities that decide, millions of times a day, whether an account can be trusted: identity trust signals, behavioral risk modeling, relationship and cluster intelligence, and face, liveness and document verification. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering to turn the hardest adversarial problems in crypto into production-grade defenses that protect good users and the open financial system.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and own key identity-risk and trust models at OKX. You will build models that combine identity verification results, device and geo data, and user behavior into trust and risk signals, and use graph and clustering methods to uncover organized, industrialized fraud. This is an end-to-end, research-to-production role: you will own algorithms in your domain and ship models into real-money, high-risk, large-scale production environments.
You will be a hands-on technical contributor who works closely with Product, Risk, and Compliance, and who helps raise the technical bar of the team. Your domains span:
Identity trust & risk modeling
— fusing verification scores, device, geo, and behavioral data into identity-quality and trust signals.
Cluster & relationship intelligence
— graph and clustering methods to identify account farms, mass registration, and coordinated attacks.
Behavioral risk modeling
— behavioral features and sequence models for account takeover and abnormal-session detection.
Biometric & multimodal signals
— face embeddings, liveness/anti-spoofing, DeepFake and injection defense, document forgery and AIGC detection, used as inputs to identity trust and the risk layer.
AI agents
— applying agentic AI to scale investigation, detection, and operational defense.
What You'll Be Doing
Build identity trust & risk models:
Design and ship coarse-to-fine risk models that fuse face/liveness/document verification scores, device, IP and geo signals, and behavioral data, for high-concurrency real-time decisioning.
Uncover organized
fraud
with graph & clustering:
Build entity graphs across accounts, devices, faces, documents and templates, and apply community detection, clustering, and GNN methods to detect fraud rings and large-scale abuse.
Develop behavioral features & sequence models:
Engineer real-time and offline behavioral features, and build sequence models to detect account takeover, bot/script behavior, and abnormal sessions.
Leverage biometric & multimodal signals:
Turn biometric features (face embeddings, face quality, liveness and anti-spoofing results) and document-forgery and DeepFake signals into reliable identity-trust inputs for risk decisions, including biometric similarity for cross-account linkage and duplicate-identity detection. Work with the face, liveness, and document teams, or build models yourself.
Drive execution & collaboration:
Deliver measurable results while managing ambiguity; partner with backend, product, infrastructure, risk, and compliance teams to integrate models into the production decision chain. Own metric definitions, the balance between false positives and missed fraud, pass rate, monitoring, and drift handling.
Advance applied R&D:
Experiment with graph learning, multimodal fusion, and AI agents; stay current with academic and industry advances and translate them into practical defenses.
Raise the technical bar:
Contribute to design reviews, share applied-AI best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
What We Look For
5+ years
of hands-on experience building risk-control, fraud-detection, or identity-trust models, including significant experience deploying ML systems into production.
Graph & clustering expertise:
Experience applying graph mining, community detection, clustering, or GNN methods to fraud or abuse detection.
Behavioral modeling:
Solid experience with behavioral feature engineering and sequence modeling, including real-time feature pipelines.
Deep AI/ML expertise:
Strong proficiency with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow, and solid experience with production ML systems.
Strong technical & coding skills:
Strong coding ability (e.g., Python, SQL) and the system-level thinking to design end-to-end solutions with high availability and low latency.
Adversarial mindset:
Understanding of how fraudsters adapt, and how to evaluate and iterate defenses against evolving attacks.
Collaboration:
Strong communication skills, with experience working across engineering, product, and risk teams.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in identity verification, KYC/KYB, AML, face-payment or payment risk control, or biometric security.
Hands-on experience with face recognition, liveness/anti-spoofing, OCR, document parsing, fake-ID detection, or media forensics.
Experience with graph databases or graph computing (e.g., Neo4j, GraphX) and real-time graph features.
Knowledge of data and AI/ML infrastructure (e.g., Spark, Flink, Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake).
Familiarity with MLOps best practices: monitoring, retraining, and continuous improvement of production models.
Experience with LLMs and AI agents.
Experience working in fast-paced technology companies or security-critical environments.
Research publications, patents, or open-source contributions in relevant AI fields.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package

About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
Own product strategy and roadmap for the
DEX
Trading
product, covering Token Market, Swap (Aggregator), Bridge, Limit Order, and emerging trading primitives.
Partner closely with the
Growth & Operations
team to ship initiatives that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and trading volume, turning growth hypotheses into PRDs, prototypes, and launched features.
Identify and prototype
new product opportunities
in DEX, evaluating emerging protocols, narratives, and paradigms (intent-based trading, MEV protection, new L1/L2s, etc.) with
AI-augmented research and competitive scanning
to move faster and broader than manual analysis allows.
Lead end-to-end execution: drive PRDs, prototypes, and supporting documentation with
AI in the loop
for higher velocity and quality, then partner with R&D, UI/UX, QA, and Marketing through to launch.
Define, instrument, and monitor core product KPIs (Volume, MAU, retention, route quality, etc.); run your own data analysis with
AI-assisted
SQL
, exploratory queries, and insight synthesis
to continuously optimize performance.
What We Look For In You
3+ years in product management, with 2+ years on consumer-facing crypto or DeFi products. Strong DeFi experience as a power user or contributor may substitute for part of the PM tenure.
Deep understanding of the DEX stack:
AMMs, order books, aggregation & routing, cross-chain bridges, perpetuals, MEV
, and the trade-offs between them.
Strong data fluency: comfortable writing your own SQL / Dune queries instead of waiting on an analyst.
Power user of modern AI tools
(e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, AI coding/data agents) : actively integrates them into daily PM workflows for research, writing, prototyping, and data analysis. Able to demonstrate concrete examples of how AI has accelerated your output.
Strong individual contributor ownership, able to drive projects end-to-end across cross-functional teams without people-management leverage.
Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
