About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Marketing Manager (Fixed-term 18 months)
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity, and earnings to neighborhoods around the world. From restaurant food to retail, we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything — and we’re just getting started. We’re now looking for a
Marketing Manager
to join our local Marketing team in Vienna, Austria. In this role, you’ll bring Wolt’s story to life in your market by leading local commercial and content/social media marketing efforts. You’ll report to the

You’ll work at the intersection of creativity and strategy: managing local partnerships, building campaigns that resonate with customers, and driving meaningful community engagement. This is your chance to shape how Wolt shows up locally — building brand love and loyalty, one campaign at a time.

You’ll turn insights into creative campaigns, partnerships, and experiences that strengthen our local presence and drive growth across all business lines. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get to blend strategic thinking with creative execution, while collaborating closely with local teams and regional marketing partners to make an impact that truly resonates.
Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:
Lead and manage local marketing campaigns from concept to execution — ensuring they’re engaging, effective, and true to Wolt’s brand.
Build strong relationships with local partners and merchants to co-create marketing initiatives that drive visibility and mutual growth.
Develop and implement the local social media strategy, crafting authentic, relevant, and community-driven content.
Collaborate with local influencers to produce creative, high-impact content that connects with our audience.
Activate both organic and paid hyper-local initiatives such as events, guerrilla marketing, and partnerships with community brands.
Partner with the regional marketing team to ensure that local campaigns align with broader business goals and brand guidelines.
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance — translating insights into actionable improvements.
Support campaign planning for new city or area launches, helping to build excitement and awareness in new markets.
Our humble expectations
Experience managing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social, partnerships, events, influencer).
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, ideally across commercial, operations, and content teams.
Strong analytical mindset — confident in using data to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Hands-on experience managing social media content and community engagement.
Comfortable juggling both strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in food delivery, on-demand services, or e-commerce is a plus.

About Eneba
At Eneba, we’re building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for the gamers of today and tomorrow. Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
About the team
This is a newly formed team within Payment Operations, built to give Eneba end-to-end visibility into the payment funnel that supports our 20m+ active users across 17+ payment service providers. Today, there is no single, reliable view of funnel health — this team exists to build one: the alerting, dashboards, and reporting needed to identify issues early, quantify their business impact, and route them to the right owner for resolution, whether the root cause sits with us or with a provider.
As a newly established function, the team operates with a strong bias toward action and iteration — validating ideas quickly through small, working proofs of concept rather than long planning cycles, and building up from there.
About You
You bring hands-on experience working within a payment funnel and are comfortable navigating a complex, multi-provider environment — you understand concepts like decline codes and 3DS flows, not just in theory but in practice. You take initiative to investigate issues independently rather than waiting to be assigned a defined task, and you can communicate technical findings clearly to stakeholders without a deep payments background. You're equally comfortable building something from first principles and operating without an established playbook.
Responsibilities
- Take diagnostic ownership of checkout funnel health — surfacing alerts, insights, and defects before they become business-critical.
- Lead root-cause investigations that distinguish engineering defects from user-behavior patterns, and communicate findings clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the funnel's reporting cadence to cross-functional teams, translating data into insights that drive measurable improvements in authorization rate and conversion.
- Analyze authorization-rate, decline-code, and multi-PSP performance to identify the highest-impact bottlenecks in the funnel.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Fraud on the diagnostic work behind funnel issues and processor outages.
- Develop into a trusted point of contact for payment funnel health within the team.
Requirements
Must-have
- Payments funnel literacy: interchange, decline codes, FX, tokenization, 3DS, fraud fundamentals.
- Demonstrated root-cause analysis on funnel drop-off or decline patterns — technical vs. behavioral.
- Able to translate complex data and customer-behavior insights for audiences without deep technical or domain context.
Nice-to-have
- Self-serve BI/dashboard tool familiarity for personal investigation speed.
- SQL fluency for independent investigation.
- Experience navigating ambiguity in a fast-changing or high-growth environment.
- Multi-PSP comparative analysis experience.
Salary ranges may vary. We're seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.
We're an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- GTM technical expert: Design and demo Sierra’s incredible Agent product, offering technical solutions to solve for our customer’s needs, and answering technical questions about our solutions.
- Cross-functional work: You will work directly with our Sales, Product and Agent Engineering teams to both drive our GTM function, as well as continuously improve our Agents through our customer-driven product development philosophy.
- Lead & support our customers: As a GTM and technical leader in the earliest conversations with our future customers, you will both understand and anticipate their needs to continue our industry-leading AI solution.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5-7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Past experience in demo building, and presenting, and working with customers or clients in the GTM function.
- Experience in relationship-building with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders.
- Experience in leading the sales process with Enterprise customers.
- Ability to connect a prospect’s specific business problems and Sierra’s solutions and explain them to both a technical and non-technical audience
- Bachelor's Degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- AI-related experience (or experience in a similarly modern and highly technical industry).
- Experience translating code, technical logic and user requirements to product and engineering requirements.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager, Sales to join our Finance team. You will be a key partner to Sales and RevOps leadership, helping shape metrics-driven decision making across Sales budget and headcount, commissions, SLG bookings, quota planning, capacity, and productivity. This role will have high cross-functional visibility and will be central to building the financial discipline, operating cadence, and scalable reporting needed to support Vercel’s next stage of growth.
What you'll do
Serve as the trusted Finance partner for the CRO by delivering actionable insights through forecasting, scenario analysis, business reviews, and resource allocation recommendations
Own Sales budget and headcount planning, including bottoms-up workforce models that connect hiring plans, ramp timing, productivity assumptions, commissions, and compensation costs to bookings and revenue goals
Support SLG bookings and quota planning by partnering with Sales and RevOps on quota capacity, ramp, attainment, coverage, territory design inputs, and productivity assumptions
Support commissions planning, forecasting, and reporting in partnership with Accounting, RevOps, and Sales leadership, including commission expense, accruals, plan changes, and performance insights
Lead Sales BvA reviews and operating cadences, translating financial results into clear variance narratives, risks, opportunities, and recommendations
Improve Sales Finance reporting and tooling by building scalable dashboards, templates, and processes that reduce manual work, improve forecast accuracy, and surface key risks earlier
What you need
Commercially sharp and analytically rigorous
– You understand how Sales and RevOps teams operate and can connect SLG bookings, quota planning, pipeline, capacity, attainment, productivity, commissions, headcount, and spend to the company’s financial plan.
Anti-bureaucracy, pro-speed
– You streamline workflows, remove drag, and make decisions with clarity. You believe a 3-bullet Slack post with a clear recommendation is better than a 20-slide deck.
Tech-forward operator
– You go beyond Excel. You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to automate, clean, and generate insights. You treat Finance like a product—always shipping improvements.
Detail-obsessed
– You know that a single error in quota capacity, ramp timing, commission logic, or start dates can swing the forecast by millions. You sweat the details so the CFO and Sales leaders don’t have to.
Strong cross-functional partner
– You can build trust with Sales leadership while maintaining financial discipline, communicating tradeoffs clearly, and driving decisions with data.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.

We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
