How you'll make an impact
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including payment processing agreements, platform agreements, partner and referral agreements, technology licensing agreements, data sharing and data processing agreements, and vendor contracts.

What we are looking for
- JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New York (or eligibility to register as in-house counsel in New York).
- A minimum of [three] years of legal experience, combining time in private practice (ideally at a top-tier or recognised specialist firm) and in-house counsel experience, preferably within the technology, fintech, or financial services sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements independently and to a high standard.
- Experience advising on commercial matters in a regulated industry is strongly preferred; familiarity with payments, card network rules, banking relationships, or financial services regulatory frameworks is a significant advantage.
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives, providing advice that is both legally sound and practically useful.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with both legal and non-legal audiences.
- A proactive, self-starting approach and the ability to manage a demanding and varied workload with competing priorities and drive projects from inception to execution as the primary legal point of contact.
- Demonstrated experience using AI-enabled legal and productivity tools to improve the quality, efficiency, and consistency of legal work is an advantage, together with sound judgment on appropriate use, confidentiality, and legal risk.
- Experience managing and partnering effectively with external counsel, including scoping instructions, supervising deliverables, and ensuring commercially practical, cost-effective advice aligned with business objectives.
What we offer
- A key, visible role within a high-performing legal team, with direct access to and partnership with senior business leadership.
- The opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value commercial matters in a business that is growing rapidly across domestic and international markets.

About

Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Diep Nguyen, VP of Finance here at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for a Director, GTM Finance to own our go-to-market P&L end-to-end as we scale from $100M+ ARR today to $1B+ ARR in the future.
We're hiring for strategic finance horsepower first: someone who builds models from a blank page, challenges assumptions, and earns trust with senior executives. Deep GTM fluency matters just as much — but for a strong finance generalist, that business partnership often shows up in the work rather than the title. You'll own our GTM P&L spanning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and build the team behind it.
We're an AI-forward company: this role requires someone energized by using AI to reinvent how finance operates, not someone who merely tolerates the tools we hand them.
What we value
Financial rigor over title-matching
— we care more about how you've built and defended models than whether "GTM Finance" was ever your title.
AI as genuine practice, not a buzzword
— we want concrete stories of AI changing an outcome, not familiarity with the tools.
Ownership from day one
— you'll build and lead a team, not just execute analysis handed to you.
Directness with data
— you challenge top-down assumptions with account-level evidence, even in uncomfortable conversations.
What you’ll do
Own the GTM P&L end-to-end — revenue, gross margin, and opex across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success — not just a spend-efficiency lens.
Drive unit economics and the growth funnel model — CAC, LTV/CAC, payback, magic number, and cohort/retention analysis across self-serve and sales-assisted motions.
Own the ARR roll-forward, bookings, and revenue forecasting — auditable, reconcilable, and independently stress-tested against top-down assumptions.
Partner with Sales and RevOps on capacity planning, deal economics, and pricing — protecting margin and ARR quality without slowing deal velocity.
Build and own the monthly/quarterly GTM reporting package for the exec team and Board, with variance analysis that explains root cause.
Champion AI-enabled finance workflows and build the GTM finance team as
Customer.io
scales past $250M+ ARR.
What we're looking for
10+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles at complex, scaled orgs; a first-principles modeler who builds from a blank page rather than inheriting assumptions
Deep GTM business-partnering experience with Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success — regardless of whether "GTM Finance" was ever the title
Comfortable with subscription/SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV) or able to get there fast
Concrete, demonstrated track record driving AI adoption in finance workflows — not just familiarity with the tools
Proven people leader — has managed and developed finance professionals
Strong Excel skills (with experience using Snowflake a plus) and experience with planning/GTM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Gong, Drivetrain)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus
Compensation & Benefits

We know our people are what make us great, and we’re committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including
100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

ABOUT THE TEAM AND ROLE
Scaled Customer Activation owns the onboarding, activation, and early growth of Ramp’s self-service customers. We are placing a big bet on the belief that there is significant untapped potential in our self-service accounts. As an early member of the team, you will have the opportunity to help build and refine Ramp’s International Customer Success team and define the scaled customer implementation motion to drive activation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Become an expert in the full range of integration and configuration options for Ramp’s suite of products, and in turn drive efficient, thorough, and complete onboarding of new Ramp customers at scale
- Directly own micro-SMB and SMB accounts 1:1, ensuring they can fully onboard onto Ramp in 60 days and <2 calls
- Balance priorities and multiple tasks supporting implementation, follow-up, and proactive outreach
- Partner closely with the Product team to ensure customer feedback and pain points are heard, reviewed, and prioritized when needed
- Identify areas of opportunity where we could automate and scale the onboarding process to cover more clients
- Help us maintain an industry-leading satisfaction rate with our customers
- Have the ability to grow, develop, and learn in a fast-paced, start-up environment
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or product operations in a B2B organization
- Exceptional project management and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desire for ownership and growth in the role over time

Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
As Fin becomes mission-critical for our most strategic customers, we’re growing a team of Forward Deployed Engineers to help bridge the gap between customer needs and product innovation. These roles can be based out of our San Francisco or Chicago offices.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work hands-on with strategic customers, partnering closely with our R&D and Go-to-Market teams to design and deliver high-impact solutions. You’ll go beyond implementation - helping shape product direction, influence roadmap decisions and ensure Fin delivers real, measurable business outcomes in complex, real-world environments.
If you’re excited by ownership, creativity and solving ambiguous problems, and want to work at the frontier of applied AI while collaborating with Product, Engineering and Go-to-Market teams, this role offers a rare opportunity to combine technical excellence with real customer impact.
What will I be doing?
Drive adoption of Fin by helping customers unlock the power of our AI capabilities to automate and scale their support operations.

Interest in AI and machine learning, and the ability to quickly build an understanding of novel problems, capabilities and architectures - including their trade-offs and limitations.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate organisational boundaries and bring people together to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.
Deep knowledge of at least one high-level programming language, such as JavaScript, Python or Ruby. It doesn’t need to be a language we use today - great people learn quickly and can introduce us to better ways of working.
The ability to prototype and ship software quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality and a clear focus on business goals and outcomes.
Proficiency using and writing REST APIs to integrate systems effectively.
Strong communication skills. You can comfortably discuss the same topics with engineers and non-technical audiences, adapting the depth and detail as needed.
Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers to build strong relationships and deeply understand their needs.
*Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
About The Role:
We're an advertising company that lives or dies by how well we connect to the outside world. We integrate with the major social and ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snap, and more) and wire them into our internal systems for billing and reporting. Data moves constantly and in both directions, at scale, and a meaningful part of our estate is legacy. You'll own the technical direction that keeps all of this coherent, resilient, and evolvable — and you'll stay close enough to the code to prove it.
This is the top of our individual-contributor ladder. You won't have direct reports; your leverage comes from setting direction, building the hard parts yourself, writing the decisions down, and getting engineers and leadership to build behind them. This is not a role that only draws diagrams — you'll ship production code on the riskiest paths, cut the spike that de-risks a migration, and go deep in the incidents nobody else can crack. We work across PHP, Go, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript; PHP and Go are both first-class and here to stay, and the right tool for a problem can land in either. You'll be the person who decides where new capability lands, how legacy gets retired, and how we absorb the constant churn of third-party APIs without breaking delivery.
What You'll Own:
The integration architecture for ingesting from and pushing to external ad/social platforms — versioning, rate limits, backfills, idempotency, webhooks, and graceful degradation when a partner API changes underneath us.
The data architecture for information flowing between platforms and internal systems: pipelines, reconciliation, contracts between services, and the path from operational data to reporting.
A pragmatic strategy for modernizing the legacy estate — strangler-fig migrations, clear service boundaries, and sound judgement about which language and pattern fit each problem — carried far enough into code that teams can follow the pattern.
The engineering bar for integration and data work: the reference implementations, patterns, and standards the org builds against, ratified through the technical committee.
What You'll Do:
Set the technical direction for new products and major changes, and stay the technical decision-maker through build and post-launch — with the authority to course-correct when implementation drifts, and the habit of being in the codebase to catch the drift early.
Build the hard parts yourself.
Write production code on the riskiest, highest-leverage paths; prototype the uncertain approach to turn an argument into evidence; build the reference implementation others extend.
Turn intangible trade-offs — partner API risk, team capability, long-term scalability, cost of change — into clear, written decisions (ADRs) that leadership and the technical committee can sign off on.
Define service and data contracts, integration patterns, and resilience strategies that survive third-party API deprecations and outages.
Go deep when it breaks: lead diagnosis on the gnarliest production incidents and performance regressions, and land the fix and the systemic follow-up.
Identify the infrastructure (compute, data, messaging, observability) needed to meet current and near-future goals.
Raise the bar through others:
mentor engineers and tech leads, set the standard in code review, and drive cross-functional decisions across engineering, product, security, and operations — through influence, not line management.
Evaluate third-party and vendor solutions against our integration and data requirements.
Monitor systems against performance and business benchmarks and escalate with concrete recommendations.
What We're Looking For:
Substantial experience as a staff/principal engineer (or equivalent) on
integration-heavy, data-heavy systems
— ideally where you didn't control the external APIs.
Still hands-on.
You lead by building, and you're demonstrably strong in production code, not only in design.
Depth in at least one of
PHP, Go, or Python
, and comfort across a polyglot estate (TS/JS on the front).
A track record of
modernising legacy systems incrementally
without halting delivery.
Fluency in integration and data patterns: idempotency, eventual consistency, rate limiting, queuing, backfills/reconciliation, API versioning.
A history of
driving technical decisions through influence rather than authority
— getting senior leadership and peer engineers to commit to a direction, and backing it with working code.
Nice To Have:
Experience with ad/martech platform APIs (Meta Marketing, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
Data warehouse / analytics pipeline experience (e.g. BigQuery).
Multi-region, multi-currency, or high-volume billing/reconciliation backgrounds.

Staff/Senior Java Engineer, OKX Wallet (Web3)
Who We Are
OKX Wallet is OKX's self-custody wallet, built for users worldwide to securely and conveniently store, manage, and use their on-chain assets. The wallet backend operates in a multi-chain, multi-asset, high-concurrency environment shaped by on-chain state uncertainty and strict fund-security requirements — combining the complex-systems challenges of traditional internet backends with the transaction, signing, and on-chain interaction problems unique to blockchain.
We're looking for a Senior Java Engineer with roughly 5–10 years of backend experience: someone with strong engineering fundamentals who can independently own core modules, exercise sound judgment on complex problems, and proactively coordinate across upstream and downstream teams to drive work to completion.
What You'll Do
Own core wallet backend modules.
Build and continuously improve address management, asset synchronization, transaction construction, broadcasting, on-chain confirmation, gas estimation, nonce management, and transaction-state tracking. Understand each module's role in the full wallet flow, and keep stability, performance, and maintainability front of mind. For complex requirements, break the problem down before choosing an implementation rather than stacking code or reusing old designs.
Build transaction and on-chain interaction scenarios.
Work on transfers, token approvals, contract interactions, cross-chain, swaps, DApp connections, and signature-request handling. Understand a transaction's full lifecycle — from initiation through construction, signing, broadcasting, on-chain confirmation, and final state update — and diagnose issues like stuck transactions, duplicate submissions, state inconsistencies, and on-chain success that isn't reflected in the business system, using logs, on-chain data, and call traces.
Support multi-chain and new-chain integration.
We already support EVM, Tron, and Solana, and continuously onboard new public chains, Layer 2 networks, and asset standards. Contribute to technical research, integration design, and feature development, accounting for differences in address models, account systems, transaction structures, signing methods, fees, and confirmation mechanisms — as well as node stability, asset sync, exception compensation, monitoring, and security boundaries.
Ensure stable operation.
Contribute to day-to-day stability work — monitoring, alerting, rate limiting, graceful degradation, retries, compensation, data reconciliation, and troubleshooting. When incidents occur, help investigate, narrow scope, and fix root causes; for recurring issues, drive systemic fixes such as added monitoring, stronger fallbacks, or design improvements.
Drive your projects to delivery.
Take ownership of the modules and projects you're responsible for. On work spanning product, QA, frontend, infrastructure, or other backend teams, proactively sync information, surface dependencies and risks, and drive issues to resolution. When requirements are unclear or opinions diverge, lay out the context, offer your own judgment, and help build consensus.
Continuously raise engineering quality.
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and system optimization. Spot unreasonable designs, duplicated logic, and latent risks, and propose actionable improvements. Document technical decisions, post-incident learnings, and best practices, and help less-experienced teammates.
Apply AI in daily development.
Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.) to assist with code comprehension, scaffolding, unit tests, code review, troubleshooting, refactoring, and documentation — validating AI output for correctness, project conventions, performance, and security rather than using it unchecked.
What We're Looking For
Solid Java backend fundamentals.
~5–10 years of Java backend experience with a strong grasp of collections, concurrency, thread pools, the JVM, network communication, and common performance issues. Proficient with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis, or comparable stacks, able to independently design and build medium-to-large backend modules and reason about the mechanics behind the frameworks you use.
Strong system design ability.
Experience with complex or high-concurrency systems; comfortable with idempotency, retries, compensation, caching, message queues, distributed locks, data consistency, rate limiting, and service degradation. Able to own module- or service-level design and clearly explain the core flow, failure scenarios, and key trade-offs.
Cognitive ability and judgment.
Able to understand context and goals on ambiguous problems, separate symptom from root cause, and choose a fitting solution based on business value, user experience, stability, cost, and security — rather than reflexively adding complexity.
Drive and ownership.
Able to independently own a module or project end to end, from design through development, testing, and launch. Proactively communicates and resolves dependencies, risks, and blockers, and follows through on launch outcomes rather than stopping at code merge.
Blockchain or wallet experience.
Experience with wallets, blockchain, trading platforms, on-chain data services, or related systems. Understands addresses, public/private keys, mnemonics, transaction signing, broadcasting, on-chain confirmation, gas, and nonce; familiar with the transaction mechanics of at least one of EVM, Tron, or Solana, and with token standards such as ERC-20 and TRC-20. (Strong backend fundamentals and fast learning can offset gaps in blockchain coverage.)
High security awareness.
Sensitive to private-key, signing, permission, and user-asset security; familiar with replay protection, API authentication, tamper resistance, sensitive-data protection, and least-privilege principles. Actively considers malformed input, duplicate requests, privilege bypass, and data-leak risks when building transaction features.
Independent production troubleshooting.
Able to diagnose live issues via log analysis, metrics monitoring, distributed tracing, and thread/memory analysis; can form hypotheses and narrow scope even with incomplete information. Hands-on experience with performance degradation, timeouts, message backlogs, data inconsistencies, memory issues, or unstable third-party services.
Engineering in the AI era.
Willing to use AI coding tools to improve daily efficiency and able to judge whether AI output meets real business requirements before shipping it. Has a basic understanding of prompts, context management, RAG, AI agents, and MCP, or a genuine willingness to keep learning — treating AI as an engineering tool, not requiring an algorithm/model-training background.
Nice to Have
Integration work on new public chains, new asset standards, or cross-chain protocols
Familiarity with WalletConnect, DApp Browser, or signature-request handling
Knowledge of MPC, multisig, hardware wallets, or TEE-based key-security schemes
Experience with Swap, staking, cross-chain bridges, or DeFi aggregation
Address risk detection, allow/deny lists, anti-fraud, or wallet risk-control experience
High-concurrency transaction systems, blockchain node services, on-chain data indexing, or transaction-state-tracking systems
Familiarity with RPC calls, block scanning, chain reorgs, transaction compensation, and reconciliation mechanisms
JVM performance tuning, stability governance, or complex production-incident experience
Cross-team collaboration with a track record of driving projects to delivery
Real projects built with AI — e.g. AI code review, development agents, MCP servers, intelligent troubleshooting, or knowledge bases
Follows developments in AI coding assistants and LLM applications and shares practical takeaways with the team

Licensed by the MAS, OKX SG is focused on providing Singapore users with a secure and user-friendly platform for trading digital assets. Our mission is to become the leading exchange in Singapore, offering seamless and efficient trading experiences to our clients and partners.
We are seeking a Senior Business Strategy & Growth Manager to help solve some of the Singapore business's most important and ambiguous growth problems.
This is not a traditional strategy role where the work ends with a recommendation, nor an operations role where established playbooks already exist. You will be given problems where the answer — and sometimes even the path to finding it — is unclear.
You might be asked to determine how we acquire a new high-value customer segment, redesign the end-to-end sales lifecycle, understand why customers are not adopting a product, or test a completely new growth channel. You will be expected to figure out what data matters, develop hypotheses, design the solution, and personally drive implementation until we know whether it works.
The environment is closer to a startup within a global company: high autonomy, significant resources to leverage, but few predefined answers. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, challenges conventional approaches, and is equally comfortable thinking at a strategic level and getting into the operational details required to make something work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Solve Ambiguous Growth Problems
Take loosely defined commercial problems, determine the right questions to ask and data to analyse, and develop clear hypotheses and recommendations grounded in evidence.
Identify and size new growth opportunities across customer segments, acquisition channels, product adoption and monetisation, translating insights into experiments and executable business plans.
Design and test new approaches quickly, using results to decide whether to iterate, scale or stop rather than relying on established playbooks.
Build & Optimise Commercial Engines
Design and continuously improve end-to-end sales and customer lifecycles, from segmentation and lead prioritisation through outreach, conversion, activation and ongoing engagement.
Work closely with Relationship Managers and Commercial teams to identify funnel leakage, improve coverage and outreach models, develop practical sales enablement tools, and increase conversion and customer value.
Build the data, metrics and operating mechanisms required to understand what is working, diagnose problems and systematically improve commercial performance.
Drive Product Adoption & Customer Growth
Identify why different customer segments adopt (or fail to adopt) OKX products, combining behavioural data, customer insights and market intelligence to uncover barriers and opportunities.
Design and execute initiatives that improve product discovery, activation, engagement and cross-sell across the customer lifecycle.
Develop differentiated approaches for priority segments.
What We Look For In You
Exceptional structured problem-solving and commercial judgement,
with the ability to take ambiguous problems, determine what matters, develop hypotheses, and arrive at practical answers from first principles.
-Strong ownership and execution orientation.
You stay attached to problems from initial analysis through solution design, implementation, and measurable outcomes, and are willing to personally step into execution gaps rather than hand work off.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working hands-on with data
to size opportunities, diagnose problems, test hypotheses, and measure results.
- Demonstrated ability to design and improve commercial or operational systems,
rather than simply execute within established processes.
- Creative and intellectually curious,
with a willingness to challenge assumptions, experiment with new approaches, and operate effectively without an established playbook.
- Strong communication and influencing skills,
with the ability to drive outcomes across senior and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Direct experience working in or closely with Sales/Commercial teams, including customer segmentation, pipeline management, sales effectiveness, or revenue growth, is strongly preferred.
Experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services is a plus.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!
