COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Product Marketing Manager at Tennr, you'll shape how we bring our products to market across the business. You'll work across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to translate what we build into messaging that lands with healthcare buyers who've never heard of us and healthcare buyers who already have three vendors pitching them something similar.
You'll know you're right for this if you can move fluidly between big-picture, strategic positioning and the actual sentence-level writing that makes a sales deck or launch email land. You like owning things end to end, and you're comfortable in a fast-moving team working with a lot of stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Positioning & Messaging: Own the day-to-day execution of Tennr's positioning and messaging across the business, delivering high performance narratives that cut through the noise and resonate with our target audience.
- Product Launches: Run point on launches for new products and features, in partnership with the Product team. Develop a deep understanding of our product value and how to communicate it to our audiences.
- Audience Understanding: Be an internal expert on our target audiences, including what they care about and how to talk to them.
- Sales Enablement: Build key sales assets (e.g., one-pagers, decks, battlecards) and train the Sales team to leverage them to help drive growth of the business.
- Competitive Intelligence: Track the competitive landscape and lead the development of guidance for how we compete.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of product marketing experience, or equivalent experience in a GTM role, ideally at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
- Strong writing that sets you apart from a flood of AI slop. You can point to specific examples of short-form and long-form content you've written and can explain the thinking behind it.
- High agency and results-oriented. Able to drive projects from planning to completion with limited oversight.
- Comfort with ambiguity. Like any startup job, this role’s priorities will shift as we grow. You should be energized by that, not unsettled by it.
- Cross-functional credibility. You've worked closely with Sales and/or Product before and can speak to a specific example of influencing what they did based on your input.
- Low ego, high energy. Willing to admit mistakes and work to fix them.
A PLUS IF YOU…
- Have healthcare or healthtech industry experience.
- Have built AI automations to support product marketing responsibilities.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role sits within the AWS partnership team and drives Supabase's and AWS's joint co-marketing and GTM motion in support of segments like gaming, enterprise, startups, and AI.
As Supabase drives investment into gaming, enterprise, and startup segments, each motion needs co-marketing execution and enablement content to land with AWS field teams and partners. This role owns that work directly: producing the content, case studies, and campaign support tied to AWS co-owned initiatives.
You'll work closely with the segment leads driving each motion and with the Alliances Lead, translating segment strategy into the campaigns and content that actually reach AWS field teams and partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Produce co-marketing content and enablement assets (case studies, campaign materials, partner-facing documentation) for our gaming, enterprise, startup, and AI segments
- Plan and execute joint campaigns with AWS field and marketing teams, from initial concept through launch
- Support AWS-funded marketing engagements and executive-facing events with content and coordination
- Build and maintain enablement materials that keep our partner-facing teams and AWS contacts current on Supabase's story
- Identify the right audiences and contacts for campaigns, partnering with RevOps and marketing tooling as needed
WHO YOU ARE
- 3-5+ years in partner marketing or co-marketing, ideally with experience working alongside a major cloud provider like AWS or similar strategic partner
- Strong writer and communicator, able to turn technical products and partnerships into clear, compelling narratives
- Execution-oriented. This role is about shipping campaigns and content, not managing a mature, fully-staffed program
- High degree of autonomy and external credibility. You lead your own workstreams, close loops, and represent Supabase in high-stakes partner discussions independently
- Experience with AWS Partner Central, ACE, and Marketplace mechanisms is a plus
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

THE ADVENTURE AHEAD 🚀
As a Senior Product Engineer II, you bring deep expertise in either backend or frontend engineering alongside strong working competency across the full stack. You own complex features and technical initiatives end to end, working across customer facing applications, services, APIs, and integration boundaries to deliver complete solutions.
Your primary strength may be building cloud native backend systems and event driven architectures, or architecting complex frontend applications and customer experiences. In either case, you understand how the broader system fits together and can confidently work across boundaries when needed.
Beyond your individual technical output, you function as a technical anchor within your squad. You help drive technical direction, mentor peers, coordinate dependencies, and ensure the team can consistently deliver high quality software without creating unnecessary knowledge silos.
THE DAY-TO-DAY ⚒️
- Own complex initiatives end to end Drive multi sprint technical initiatives from architecture through implementation, production deployment, and ongoing evolution.
- Build across the stack Navigate frontend applications, APIs, backend services, data layers, and platform integrations to deliver complete outcomes.
- Set technical direction Bring deep expertise in your primary discipline while shaping architecture decisions and engineering patterns across the broader system.
- Make durable technical decisions Evaluate complex tradeoffs, manage technical risk, and balance immediate delivery with long term scalability and maintainability.
- Anchor the squad Break down complex work, coordinate technical dependencies, unblock others, and help the team maintain delivery momentum.
- Drive engineering excellence Raise the bar for testing, CI/CD, observability, architecture, code quality, and pragmatic technical debt management.
- Partner across functions Work with Product, Design, QA, SRE, platform teams, and engineering groups to translate customer problems into reliable solutions.
- Level up the team Mentor engineers through architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS⚡️
- Engineering depth and breadth Six or more years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in either backend or frontend engineering and strong working competency across the broader stack.
- End to end ownership A proven record of owning complex technical initiatives from architecture through production deployment and operation.
- System design expertise Strong understanding of scalable application architecture, APIs, distributed systems, cloud services, and maintainable production software.
- Technical leadership The ability to guide engineers through uncertainty, establish effective architecture patterns, and raise engineering standards.
- Integration fluency Comfort navigating unfamiliar systems and safely changing frontend, backend, and integration boundaries.
- Engineering excellence Strong experience with automated testing, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and pragmatic technical debt management.
- Collaborative communication The ability to explain tradeoffs, challenge assumptions constructively, and align Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and platform stakeholders.
BONUS POINTS 🌟
- Cloud and event driven systems Cloud native AWS applications using serverless services, asynchronous workflows, distributed systems, or event driven architecture.
- Infrastructure and delivery Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, or production operations.
- Frontend architecture Angular, React, or comparable frameworks, including application architecture, state management, design systems, performance, or accessibility.
- Backend breadth Node.js and TypeScript services or polyglot environments that include Go, Python, PHP, or other backend technologies.
- Production observability Monitoring, tracing, logging, metrics, incident diagnosis, and production operation.
- Technical growth Experience acting as a technical lead or clear progression toward broader Staff level leadership.
OUR STACK 🛠️
Our product teams work primarily with TypeScript across frontend and backend development. Frontend applications include Angular and modern web technologies. Backend and platform systems span Node.js, TypeScript, Go, PHP, Python, AWS, REST APIs, event driven architectures, relational and NoSQL databases, CI/CD, and modern observability tooling.
You do not need deep expertise in every technology we use. We are looking for deep expertise in a primary discipline, strong software engineering fundamentals, and confidence working across frontend, backend, and integration boundaries.

Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders

- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
Location: Remote — Europe or US East Coast (Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Florida only)
🎯 Your main goal will be to build n8n's global revenue enablement engine — installing one enterprise selling methodology across every region, compressing ramp for every revenue team worldwide, and turning our community-led momentum into repeatable 7–8 figure enterprise revenue.
You'll report directly to our senior commercial leadership, inherit a small enablement team with basic onboarding in place, and have the mandate (and explicit VP trajectory) to build the function from the ground up: for a remote-first company selling across EMEA, the US, and beyond.
To do so, here are your responsibilities:
METHODOLOGY & ENTERPRISE SELLING EXCELLENCE
- Own the global install of one enterprise methodology (MEDDICC / value-selling framework): selection, rollout, certification, and continuous reinforcement across every rep and manager, in every region.
- Build the PLG-to-enterprise playbook: teach sellers to convert community and self-serve signals into qualified 7-figure pipeline.
- Partner with PMM and Product to arm the field with AI-led narratives, competitive plays, and launch enablement.
RAMP, ONBOARDING & MANAGER DEVELOPMENT
- Build one global onboarding engine, pre-boarding through certification to first-deal support, and compress time-to-quota for hiring waves in every region.
- Develop frontline sales managers: coaching frameworks, deal inspection, and forecast rigor that make the methodology stick.
- Define enablement's scorecard in revenue terms: ramp time, win rate, forecast accuracy, not course completions.
BUILDING THE GLOBAL FUNCTION
- Lead and grow the enablement team (starting with 1–2 ICs) across sales, SDR, CS, and partner enablement.
- Stand up the enablement infrastructure: tooling, content systems, certification tracking, and measurement with RevOps.
- Operate as a trusted peer to regional sales leaders across EMEA, the US, and future markets: in deal rooms, QBRs, and forecast reviews.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🚀 Hypergrowth pedigree: You built enablement at a developer-tool, open-source, or technical B2B SaaS company as it scaled enterprise.
- 📈 €xm→€1bn scaling: You grew the function through a major GTM headcount wave and constant evolution of sales maturity. You've solved ramp at volume, not maintained steady-state.
- 🧠 Methodology implementation owner: You've run a company-wide MEDDICC / Command of the Message-style install end-to-end, with certification and reinforcement that stuck.
- ⏱️ Ramp engineer: You've built onboarding programs with measurable time-to-productivity compression.
- 📊 Revenue-outcome mindset: You measure enablement in deal size, win rate, ramp time, and forecast accuracy.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🎖️ Methodology-firm pedigree: Force Management, or similar as a consultant or a certified in-house champion.
- 💼 Carried a bag: You sold enterprise deals yourself, so reps and leaders trust you in deal conversations.
- 🌱 PLG-to-enterprise: You've enabled teams converting community/self-serve momentum into enterprise revenue.
- 🤖 AI narrative: You've positioned AI/ML-driven products in enterprise settings and think of an AI first solution to solving problems.
Why join us?
At n8n, your work won't disappear into an LMS. You'll build the global enablement function at the exact moment we scale from community-led momentum into 7–8 figure enterprise deals - the moment enablement leaders at MongoDB or HashiCorp will tell you was the best of their career. You'll install the methodology worldwide, set one ramp standard across regions, develop managers on every continent we sell in, and grow the team, with a direct line to senior commercial leadership and an explicit path to VP. You'll join a fast-growing, remote-first team that values autonomy, experimentation, and continuous learning.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.
Our company language is English.
You care about diversity and inclusion? We do too! Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Aleph is seeking a strategic, high-energy Client Partner to represent Spotify in Peru. We are not just looking for a sales professional — we are looking for a true music and culture enthusiast who understands how music, podcasts, and digital audio shape the way people feel, think, and buy.
In this role, you will be the bridge between Spotify's world-class advertising platform and the peruvian advertising ecosystem. You will drive revenue by showing brands how to authentically connect with millions of engaged listeners — people who choose to be there.
But we are also entering a new era of sales — one where individual productivity is amplified by AI in ways that were unthinkable two years ago. A great salesperson with the right mindset and tools will do the work of three. That is the profile we are building.
What you'll do
Revenue Growth:
Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management, and growth targets for the peruvian market.
Agency Relationships:
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key media agencies, positioning Spotify as an invaluable strategic partner — not just a vendor.
Multi-stakeholder Selling:
Work across agency departments — buying, strategy, comms planning, audio, digital, branded content, and innovation — to build holistic solutions.
Consultative Selling:
Understand clients' business objectives and challenges deeply. Respond with tailored advertising solutions that genuinely move their business forward.
Cultural Storytelling:
Create persuasive narratives that translate Spotify's audience data and audio formats into compelling business growth stories. Make clients feel the platform, not just see the numbers.
Portfolio Selling:
Sell the full Spotify ecosystem — audio, video, display, branded experiences, and programmatic — with fluency and confidence.
AI-Augmented Workflow:

- Partner with Product Managers, Staff Engineers and other technical leaders to shape a clear, feasible roadmap and deliver against squad OKRs.
- Define and steer the technical direction of your squad, helping the team make pragmatic trade-offs across speed, quality, scalability and long-term maintainability.

- Run regular 1:1s, provide clear and actionable feedback, and support engineers through development, performance conversations and growth planning.
- Stay close to the code and contribute hands-on to our Ruby on Rails monolith, using practices such as automated testing, observability, A/B testing and feature flags.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Design and Data to deliver and iterate on features that have a meaningful impact on our users’ financial health.

- Strong technical judgement, with the ability to balance delivery speed, technical quality, scalability and longer-term investment
- Comfortable delivering with agile methodologies and practices like automated testing, observability, A/B testing, and feature flags
