Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages

Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We're looking for a Head of Exchange Infrastructure to own the layer every Kraken product is built on: the matching engine, core infrastructure, third-party custody, the algo engine and the API engine. Kraken grew up as a set of vertically integrated products, each with its own engine and its own APIs. This role consolidates them into a single exchange stack that serves every product and every interface. You will lead a team of four to five product managers, partnered with an engineering manager. It is a senior, independent team, which means you get leverage quickly and you are expected to stay close to the work.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the exchange layer: matching engine, core infrastructure, third-party custody, algo engine and API engine
- Lead and grow a team of four to five product managers, and set the bar for product craft across the layer
- Lead the consolidation of multiple matching engines into one, starting with US derivatives, then international derivatives, then spot
- Build interface-agnostic, so every product team and every interface can build on the same platform rather than their own
- Define success metrics (p99 latency, throughput, uptime, resiliency) and hold teams accountable to them
- Partner with engineering leaders across exchange and core infrastructure to sequence the migration without disrupting live markets
- Partner with Risk and Credit Infrastructure so a client can hold one account and trade every product against it
- Anticipate industry shifts and shape our platform to stay ahead
- Align cross-functional teams (product, engineering, risk, compliance) around the exchange strategy
WHAT YOU BRING
- Senior product leader with experience in exchange, trading, or high-performance platforms
- Experience managing and developing product managers, on a team senior enough to run without you in the room
- Happy to be a player-coach. This team is independent, so you will own roadmaps and write specs yourself at times, not only review them
- Proven ability to set product vision and translate it into a long-term roadmap
- Strong understanding of matching engine and market data architecture, and the tradeoffs low latency forces
- Experience building platforms for internal customers, with the judgment to tell a platform from a series of bespoke builds
- Excellent communication skills — can influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A passion for crypto markets, market structure, and building the next generation of infrastructure
NICE TO HAVES
- Engineering background before moving into product, so you've built or operated high-performance systems yourself and not just specced them
- Experience across both spot and derivatives venues, with the market structure differences that come with each
- Time at a crypto exchange operating at comparable scale, volume and uptime expectations
- Track record building platform roadmaps that interlock with adjacent product orgs rather than running in isolation
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

This role exists to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and real-world usability, ensuring our agents are both capable and seamlessly integrated into Mistral’s broader product ecosystem.

- Strong technical fluency to navigate trade-offs and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- A relentless focus on solving real user problems, backed by data and qualitative insights.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for executives, teams, and users.
- Adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments where priorities shift rapidly.
- Low ego, high EQ, and a collaborative mindset to build trust and drive decisions through clarity.
- A builder’s mindset, with experience turning 0→1 ideas into products users love, and the autonomy to own outcomes end-to-end.

Our Solutions Architecture team understands high-level business strategy and translates it into technical requirements for our customers. We love figuring out ways to stretch the limits of what is technically possible. Our job is to provide technical leadership and guidance to customers, prospects, and partners, helping them visualise the steps to achieve their business objectives, and then delivering the outcome with them.
This role spans the whole customer journey. Before the sale, you are the technical lead alongside our Sales team, shaping the solution and earning the technical win. After the sale, you stay with the customer and deliver it, owning the hands-on work that turns a signed contract into a working, adopted capability. You own the outcome, not just the design. When a customer asks a question, you answer it.
As a Solutions Architect, you'll develop a deep understanding of Chainalysis' solutions and offerings, explaining complex topics to a variety of audiences in a compelling yet understandable way. You'll directly impact some of our most strategic private sector customers, and throughout all of these activities you'll provide feedback that improves the value and experience customers have with Chainalysis' solutions.
In this role, you'll:
- Partner with the Sales team as the technical lead, running discovery, demonstrations, and proofs of value, and leading the discussions on value creation and solution development that achieve the technical win
- Design customer-specific solutions for the deployment and integration of Chainalysis products, and give guidance on technical challenges ranging from high-level architecture to code implementation
- Own the post-sale customer experience end to end, configuring, deploying, and tuning our products yourself rather than coordinating others who do it, and working alongside customer teams so they become self-sufficient
- Drive sustained adoption and measurable value, from fast onboarding through to the ongoing work of monitoring usage, reviewing product health, tuning rules and alerts, and intervening when adoption slips
- Map customer workflows to capabilities across the product suite, including investigations, compliance, security, and data analysis solutions
- Investigate using Chainalysis tooling to a competent standard, tracing, attributing, and analysing on the platform, so you can surface actionable insights and integrate Chainalysis into the customer's compliance and risk workflows
- Be the person customers look to for answers, resolving technical, compliance, analytical, and operational questions directly, and owning time-sensitive decisions by validating signals quickly and moving the right matters through the correct escalation path
- Communicate and translate complex technical requirements to our Product and Engineering teams, including data gaps such as unclustered or unattributed services that you find in the field
- Become a trusted technical advisor to both internal and external customers, identifying business opportunities and substantially increasing our foothold with private sector customers and prospects
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Worked in or directly with our private sector customer types: banks, cryptocurrency exchanges, payment processors, and blockchain developers
- Practical understanding of compliance, investigative, and risk workflows, and can speak credibly from practitioner experience in investigations, compliance, fraud, risk, or security
- A technical generalist background, comfortable with REST API integrations and familiar with how data is structured in SQL, and always interested in learning more
- Experience of account or customer management for an enterprise SaaS business, including commercial awareness and partnering with sales counterparts on renewals and expansion
- The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and executive audiences
- Curiosity, fast learning, and motivation to solve difficult customer problems
- A collaborative approach and generosity with knowledge
- Fluency in English
Nice to have experience:
- Financial compliance and anti-money laundering obligations
- Proficiency in Python, REST API integrations, and SQL databases
- Hands-on use of AI tooling to improve delivery quality or speed
- Experience handling sensitive data and proprietary methods, and protecting them while using them effectively
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis
Chainalysis is the blockchain data platform, making it easy to connect the movement of digital assets to real-world services. Powered by deep blockchain data and AI, organizations can investigate illicit activity, manage risk exposure, and develop innovative market solutions built on the industry's most trusted blockchain intelligence. Our mission is to build trust in blockchains, blending safety and security with an unwavering commitment to growth and innovation.
You belong here.
At Chainalysis, we believe that diversity of experience and thought makes us stronger. With both customers and employees around the world, we are committed to ensuring our team reflects the unique communities around us. We’re ensuring we keep learning by committing to continually revisit and reevaluate our diversity culture.
We encourage applicants across any race, ethnicity, gender/gender expression, age, spirituality, ability, experience and more. If you need any accommodations to make our interview process more accessible to you due to a disability, don't hesitate to let us know. We help midsize and large organizations run customer workflows in the AI era. With a global team and a large ecosystem of partners, Creatio serves thousands of customers in over 100 countries and automates tens of millions of workflows daily. Genuine care for our clients and partners is at the heart of our DNA.
We're proud to be recognized by top industry analysts as a Leader and Strong Performer in multiple Gartner and Forrester reports.
In 2025, Creatio was named to Inc.'s Best Workplaces list, recognizing our commitment to employee wellbeing and a strong workplace culture.
Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for an
Engineering Manager
to lead Creatio's Platform & Cloud Operations domain - 17 engineers across four teams who own the foundation the entire engineering organization runs on and our customers live on:
the CI systems and development environments that set the pace for every product team
the automation behind the cloud environment hosting our product servers and customer instances
the upgrade pipeline through which every release reaches customers
the internal tooling that multiplies the output of all our engineering teams
This is one of the widest spans of ownership in our engineering organization. CI speed is product release speed. The reliability of our cloud is what Creatio looks like to customers every day. The quality of the upgrade pipeline determines how quickly the value of each release reaches the market. Decisions made here scale across the whole company.
Your customers are Creatio's engineering teams and the customers running on our cloud. Success is measured in build reliability and CI lead time, cloud availability and cost, upgrade success rate and time-to-upgrade, and how much faster our engineers ship because of what your teams built.
You will work at the system level: growing Team Leads, holding the architectural integrity of the domain and the quality bar on every release, and deciding where four teams put their focus. Planning, decomposition, and day-to-day delivery stay with the teams - your leverage is in making those teams stronger.
Responsibilities:
Delivery and commitments
Own delivery timelines and timeline trade-offs across the domain, and partner with engineering leadership team on scope and priorities
Own ways of working across four teams with genuinely different operating models - two infrastructure teams carrying on-call duty, one release and upgrade team carrying direct customer risk, one internal-product team whose users sit two desks away
Architecture and technical quality
Be accountable for the architecture of the domain and for its critical architectural decisions, working alongside Architects who drive the design
Own the domain's technical debt strategy - what gets paid down, when, and at what cost to delivery
Step personally into complex and critical technical problems
Release and operational quality
Be accountable for release quality readiness , you assess it, and you hold the authority to block a release when the quality risk warrants it
Own post-release quality analysis, and the operational health of the customer cloud: incident ownership, on-call practice, and the discipline that has to follow an outage
People and organization
Line management, performance management, 1-on-1s, development plans, and onboarding for 17 engineers
Workload, capacity, and resource allocation within the domain
Hiring and exit decisions, compensation recommendations, and building the Team Lead bench
Coach Team Leads on leadership and systems thinking in a domain this size, that is the primary lever, not a side responsibility
Requirements:
Experience managing software engineering teams, including working through Team Leads
Strong engineering background in platform, infrastructure, or cloud operations: CI/CD systems, infrastructure as code, cloud architecture, observability, and release engineering
Experience running production infrastructure under availability commitments: incident management, on-call practice, and post-incident follow-through
Proven ability to drive delivery, engineering quality, and organizational effectiveness across more than one team
Comfort making timeline trade-offs under pressure and defending them with data
Experience partnering with Product, Architecture, and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and people management skills
Ability to make pragmatic decisions and operate effectively in fast-paced environments
Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
What You Should Expect From Us:
Growth & Development:
Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.
Flexibility & Well-Being:
We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.
Recognition & Impact:
A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.
Innovative Culture:
Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.
Benefits & Rewards Package:
We provide competitive compensation and benefits designed to support you and your family. Our rewards approach goes beyond salary, recognizing your contributions and commitment. The exact package may vary depending on your country of residence and employment type.
