At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer (L1) to support our Team in Madrid!
You'll provide frontline human support for customers using a global card issuing and embedded finance solution, covering onboarding, day-to-day product support, chatbot-to-human hand-offs and ownership of cases requiring escalation to specialist internal teams or external financial partners. When the chatbot hits its limit, you're the one customers actually talk to and every case you take on, you see through to the end. Reporting to the Customer Service & Customer Success Team Lead.
What is AlephPay?
AlephPay is the business card built for digital advertising and designed to become your primary card for all business spend. It combines flexible credit, reliable payments, spend control, and rewards in one solution, covering everything from media spend to everyday expenses, so your campaigns keep running without interruption.

AlephPay also simplifies expense management and reconciliation, making it easier for finance teams to manage all business spend in one place.
And because it's built around advertising, AlephPay rewards the way you already spend: eligible ad spend earns media rewards you can reinvest into your campaigns, while everyday business purchases unlock additional benefits that help your business grow.

Walk new customers through setup, so they understand how the product works and how to use it day to day
Answer questions about cards, transactions, currency exchange (FX), payments and how the product works
Take over from the chatbot when customers need a real person, replying to chats and messages from the client dashboard
Case Management & Escalations
Solve most customer questions yourself (first-line support) and recognise when a case needs a specialist
Escalate complex cases (second- and third-line support) to our banking, card-issuing and payment-processing partners and to colleagues in other teams
Follow each case until it is resolved, chase for updates and keep the customer informed along the way
Keep clear, accurate case records and flag problems that keep coming up, so we can fix them at the source
Continuous Improvement
Collect customer feedback and use it to improve our FAQs, chatbot answers, onboarding guides and support processes
Help us hit our service targets: fast replies, quick resolutions and happy customers
What You Need For This Role
Customer Service, Operations or customer-facing experience, ideally in payments, fintech, banking or e-commerce

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
We’re looking for Senior Product Manager & Product Sales Lead in Madrid!
This is a rare mandate: full product ownership and commercial ownership and sales leadership of a global card issuing, working capital and embedded finance solution — with P&L accountability and a clear path to scale from Europe into the Middle East, APAC and beyond. You won't just build the roadmap; you'll own the revenue outcome and lead how it's sold into two very different buyer worlds: Treasury & Finance, and Media & Marketing.
If you want a senior PM seat where product strategy and commercial performance are the same job, not two separate ones, this is built for that.
What is AlephPay?
AlephPay is the business card built for digital advertising and designed to become your primary card for all business spend. It combines flexible credit, reliable payments, spend control, and rewards in one solution, covering everything from media spend to everyday expenses, so your campaigns keep running without interruption.
You can create dedicated virtual cards for clients, campaigns, teams, or other business needs while keeping full visibility and control over company spending.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Expansion
Own product strategy, roadmap, value proposition and lifecycle
Shape expansion strategy and evaluate build, partner or hybrid models by capability, market and region
Develop card-based embedded finance propositions across spend management, T&E, corporate spend, working capital and financing
Lead international expansion across Europe, Middle East, APAC and other priority markets
P&L & Commercial
Own product P&L, business cases, revenue targets and commercial performance
Define and optimise pricing, revenue streams and product economics
Lead the Product Sales Specialist team and align product revenue execution with Media Sales
Monitor key performance drivers and act to improve revenue and margin
Sales & GTM
Act as senior SME for card issuing and embedded finance in strategic account discussions with Treasury, Finance, Media and Marketing stakeholders
Develop sales toolkits, value propositions, use cases and competitive positioning
Lead GTM coordination across Sales, Marketing, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology and external partners
Own strategic relationships with issuers, processors and embedded finance partners
What You Need For This Role
Strong experience in card issuing, commercial cards and/or embedded finance.
Product management and commercialisation of payment or financial products with P&L responsibility.
Experience with working capital or financing solutions linked to B2B payments.
Strong knowledge of issuing ecosystems, payment flows, pricing, interchange, FX and corporate payment processes.
International market expansion and complex partner management experience.
Experience in digital media, advertising, adtech or media buying is a strong plus.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.
What You’ll Love About Us
We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position
Learn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertising
Be part of a company with a truly global footprint, working with leading brands, platforms, and publishers across 90+ markets.
We foster a dynamic environment where creativity, collaboration, and bold ideas are encouraged and celebrated.
Join a diverse, multicultural team that values and embraces different perspectives, experiences, and talents.
At Aleph, your work directly contributes to connecting brands and consumers in meaningful ways, shaping the future of digital advertising.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile app growth and monetization, challenging the status quo of adtech by redefining how apps acquire users and generate revenue. Our two products, Playtime Arcade and adjoe Ads, sit at opposite ends of the mobile advertising spectrum: rewarded engagement and programmatic in-app advertising. Together they run on 13% of the world's smartphones, connecting advertisers, publishers, and hundreds of millions of users, with one goal: making mobile advertising work better for everyone in the ecosystem.
Next-Gen Machine Intelligence for Scalable Discovery & Engagement
The Data Science Research team builds foundational ML representations and advanced AI capabilities that enhance both Playtime and adjoe Ads. Operating as a horizontal deep-tech layer, the team leverages advanced AI and deep learning approaches—specifically generative approaches —to deliver critical systems such as high-dimensional user embeddings, general content understanding and sequential recommendation. These frameworks scale adjoe's products beyond standard industry limitations, utilizing behavioral and transactional data from over 770 million users.
The team operates at the intersection of bleeding-edge R&D and high-scale production engineering, acting as the company’s internal science bar raiser and primary consulting layer for complex ML bottlenecks. The stack is optimized for deep learning and heavy data throughput: PyTorch and [Ray/Hugging Face] for training and fine-tuning foundation models, Trino and Athena for querying massive user-behavior data lakes, and dedicated GPU infrastructure for heavy workloads. The full lifecycle of these AI capabilities is owned by the team—from academic paper translation and offline prototyping to deploying core algorithmic frameworks built to sustain high-throughput, realtime production environments.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- PhD or equivalent research depth, with a production track record. You have a PhD in CS, Statistics, Math, or Physics, or an MSc with extensive industry research, and publications in top-tier venues like SIGIR, KDD, NeurIPS, or ICLR. You've spent 4+ years building large-scale recommender systems in high-throughput environments: AdTech, e-commerce, or social.
- You translate research into production, not just prototypes. You distill SOTA research into robust, production-ready code optimized for sub-millisecond latency. At adjoe, that means architecting multi-stage recommendation pipelines, Generative Retrieval, Deep Ranking, and Re-ranking, serving millions of requests across a stack built on 770 million users' behavioral data.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch and large-scale model optimization. You have hands-on experience with high-concurrency optimization, model quantization, and distillation, the engineering side of getting large generative models to run under extreme production constraints, not just in research environments.
- Content understanding and embeddings are core to your work. You research and develop information-rich user and ad embeddings using unsupervised and generative approaches, directly improving the quality of predictions across both Playtime and adjoe Ads.
- Raises the technical bar around them. You lead architectural debates, mentor junior scientists, and drive the team's research direction without needing a roadmap handed to you.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

When pipeline volume declines, you'll coordinate targeted sourcing interventions and ensure the execution team has sufficient pipeline. You'll proactively coordinate blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR, and local operations.
You'll identify recurring friction and work with the Platform Hiring Manager and PM Team on scalable improvements, automation, and AI adoption. You'll own market and business exceptions that require context beyond the standard platform workflow and maintain clear stakeholder communication and portfolio documentation.
You're excited about this opportunity because ..
Own the business partnership for Wolt Market hiring across the North region.
Collect, validate, and translate hiring demand against workforce strategy, timing, and cost expectations.
Set up approved headcount and role requirements in the active hiring platform.

Use historical funnel performance to establish the sourcing and application volume required for delivery.
Activate roles with the Platform Hiring team and maintain clear handoffs, service expectations, and priorities.
Monitor pipeline health, conversion, drop-off, and hiring dates and provide proactive business updates.
Advise business leaders on hiring strategy, attraction, market conditions, location, timing, quality, and delivery trade-offs using funnel and talent-market evidence.
Deploy targeted sourcing interventions or coordinate specialist sourcing support when pipeline volume declines.
Partner with low-volume recruiting teams and business leaders where work crosses operating-model boundaries.
Coordinate blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR, and local operations.
Own market and business exceptions that require context beyond the standard platform workflow.
Support approved candidate-facing exceptions, including local-language communication, offer delivery, or low-volume work, while maintaining the standard platform workflow wherever possible.
Escalate recurring friction with evidence, volume, impact, and a recommended path to resolution.
Identify automation and AI use cases, adopt approved solutions, and track their effect on manual work and decision speed.
Maintain accurate portfolio documentation, decisions, risks, and source-of-truth reporting.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the Platform Hiring operating model through practical feedback and evidence from the Wolt Market portfolio.
We're excited about you because
You have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, high-volume hiring, recruiting operations, or a consultative program role.
You have 3+ years of experience working with, managing, and influencing stakeholders across functions.
You have experience translating hiring demand into practical hiring plans and coordinating sourcing, conversion, offers, and onboarding dependencies.
You are comfortable owning a defined business portfolio and proactively managing its hiring risks and priorities.
You have confidence using hiring data and funnel performance to challenge assumptions and recommend action.
You communicate clearly and proactively, with strong business judgment and a focus on candidate experience.
You can coordinate effectively across Operations, HR, Workforce Planning, Marketing, Employer Brand, and Learning and Development.
You're comfortable with Fountain, Greenhouse, dashboards, workflow automation, continuous improvement, and light program management.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

About the Project
Project Hydrus is a scripted and conversational audio data collection project. We're looking for native-level speakers who can deliver natural, everyday-sounding speech — recordings that hold up whether you're reading a script or speaking spontaneously.
Please note: the recordings you produce may be used to create synthesized, AI-generated voices for conversational AI products. Full details on how your data is collected, used, shared, and retained are set out in a Consent Form, which you'll review and sign before any paid session recording begins.
What You'll Do If Selected:
- Two supervised sessions of approximately 4 hours each, guided in real time by a Session Director on a separate recording platform.
- Record scripted material in a natural, conversational tone — faithfully, without a polished, performed, or “announcer” delivery.
- Record unscripted, spontaneous speech on a given topic, matching the same warmth and pace as your scripted takes.
- Set up and manage your own recording space and equipment for session recording.
- Deliver all recordings entirely in the required language (with specific dialect), without code-switching into other languages or dialects.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Experience as a voice actor, actor, or theater performer, or a comparable performance background.
- Native or native-equivalent fluency in the required language (with specific dialect).
- Access to a quiet recording space, free of echo and background noise (acoustically treated for session recording, if selected).
- Owns or will acquire a dedicated, professional-grade microphone for the audition (e.g. RODE NT-USB Mini, Blue Yeti), upgrading to a qualifying USB condenser or XLR mic + audio interface for session recording if selected. Built-in laptop mics, AirPods, earbuds, and headsets are not accepted at any stage.
- Owns closed-back monitoring headphones (required for session recording if selected).
Comfortable both self-directing for the audition and taking live direction from a Session Director in guided sessions.
Preferred (nice to have, not required)
- Professional voice-over experience (dubbing/ADR, audiobook, podcasting) in a conversational rather than commercial/announcer register.
- Baseline audio hygiene: comfortable setting mic distance and catching noise, clipping, or distortion yourself.
- An existing home recording setup already treated for sound.
Commitment & Compensation
- Estimated time: Approximately 8 hours calibration, plus supervision across two recording sessions of ~4 hours each per participant
- Work Type - Freelance Remote
- Rate: $20.00 USD per hour
Your Data & Privacy
Before any session recording, you'll be asked to review and sign a Consent Form covering how your voice recordings are collected, used (including to train synthesized/AI voice models), shared with approved partners, retained, and how to exercise your data rights (access, correction, deletion, and more, depending on where you live). If you'd like to review these terms before applying, contact us and we'll share a copy in advance.
