WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $700M in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to be the technical-creative weapon behind our enterprise business.
This role is part cinematic director, part AI production engineer, part educator. You build the demos and proofs of concept that show Fortune 500 brands what's possible, then make those customers succeed in production: broadcast-grade cinematic work, repeatable workflows on the Higgsfield stack, and trained client teams that keep creating after the engagement.
The bar for this role is insanely high-quality cinematic knowledge and taste. You know why a shot works: lensing, lighting, blocking, camera movement, pacing, edit rhythm. And you know how to get that out of generative models, reliably, at commercial quality, on deadlines measured in days.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
SET UP ENTERPRISE CUSTOMERS FOR SUCCESS
- Convert client briefs into tailored, visually stunning demos and proofs of concept.
- Own the technical-creative side of pilots from kickoff to production rollout.
- Track the generative AI model landscape constantly so our work stays ahead of anything the client has seen.
DELIVER CINEMATIC WORK
- Direct and produce cinematic AI campaigns end-to-end for enterprise customers: creative direction, shot design, character and asset consistency, generation, edit, delivery.
- Set and defend a broadcast-grade quality bar that makes the platform look world-class in public.
BUILD PRODUCTION WORKFLOWS
- Turn one-off wins into repeatable pipelines: model chains, presets, prompt systems, automation (APIs, MCP, agentic workflows).
- Reverse-engineer reference ads, film looks, and visual styles into reproducible Higgsfield workflows.
EDUCATE AND ENABLE
- Train customer teams hands-on: live workshops, demos, documented workflows they actually use.
- Become a trusted creative-technical advisor to CMOs, creative directors, and production leads.
FEED THE PRODUCT
- Bring what you learn in the field back to Product, Engineering, and Research: gaps, failure modes, feature requests, new use cases.
YOUR MUST HAVES
- A portfolio of cinematic AI work at commercial quality. Portfolio first, we review every single one, and it matters more than your CV.
- 5+ years in commercial, film, or creative production; 2+ years hands-on with generative AI.
- Deep, current fluency across the generative stack: image and video models, consistency techniques, VFX and motion workflows. You can name the models, the pipelines, and exactly how you got each shot.
- Real cinematic craft: shot design, lighting, composition, storyboarding, editing. You can explain why a frame works, not just generate it.
- Proven client-facing delivery: pilots, PoCs, or commissioned productions taken from brief to finished high-end results on the client's timeline.
- Comfortable presenting to executives and running live demos under pressure.
- Ability to teach: you can make a non-technical creative team dangerous with these tools.
- High sense of ownership, drive and startup, can-do mentality. You are expected to get running on the ground from Day 1.
- High agency. Excellent English.
NICE TO HAVES
- Background in film, advertising, fashion, or e-commerce content production (director, DP, editor, creative director).
- Expert-level familiarity with each AI model, including Higgsfield's proprietary models, tools, plugins and skills
- Scripting or automation experience (Python, APIs, ComfyUI, MCP, agent pipelines).
- Prior forward deployed, solutions engineering, or sales engineering experience at an AI or creative platform.
- An existing audience or community in the AI creative ecosystem.
- Experience working with enterprise stakeholders and Fortune 500 brands.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD.
- On-site role in our Almaty office.
- Relocation to Almaty from anywhere: we sponsor and process your work permit, cover your flights, and provide temporary housing while you settle in.
- Full-time position.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for Render's first Forward Deployed Engineer to work hands-on with our most strategic customers. Our largest contracts and fastest-growing AI startups are scaling on Render, and this role provides them with a dedicated, concierge-level technical partnership. You will balance two motions: white-glove engagement with our top accounts, where you work closely with the customer's engineering team as a trusted technical partner, and scoped onboarding intensives that get high-growth startups confidently building on the platform. As the first FDE in our Field Engineering organization, you will define the playbook for this function, prove the model, and shape how it scales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work closely with Render's top accounts as their dedicated technical partner, providing concierge service across architecture reviews, migration planning, and hands-on delivery.
- Run scoped onboarding intensives for high-growth startups, from intake and success criteria through hands-on-keyboard execution.
- Lead the database side of customer engagements, including Postgres architecture, performance tuning, and complex data migrations from Heroku, AWS, and other cloud providers.
- Drive activation and expansion in strategic accounts: turn major credit grants into durable production adoption, surface expansion signals from your technical work, and partner with the account team to convert them into revenue.
- Own the ongoing technical relationship for your accounts: proactive architecture and health reviews, collaborative roadmap sessions, incident follow-up and RCA, and escalation point for hard technical problems, working closely with the account team.
- Build the FDE playbook: qualification criteria, engagement templates, success metrics, and reference architectures that make the program repeatable.
- Act as a high-signal feedback channel to product and engineering, translating customer friction into prioritized product input.
- Partner with Account Managers and Customer Engineers to ensure smooth handoffs after each engagement and durable long-term coverage.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years in a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role: forward deployed, solutions, customer, or professional services engineering.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals; you can write production-quality code and work hands-on-keyboard inside a customer's codebase.
- Deep experience with cloud infrastructure: containers, CI/CD, networking, autoscaling, and running real workloads in production.
- Deep Postgres and database expertise: schema design, performance tuning, replication, and production data migrations. Our largest engagements consistently turn on this skill set.
- AI fluency: you work with AI tools daily to accelerate your own delivery, and you understand LLM application architectures well enough to guide the teams building them.
- Excellent communication with everyone from startup founders to enterprise platform teams, including executive-level conversations.
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity; you can stand up a new function without an existing playbook.
- Commercial instincts: you understand how technical wins connect to expansion, renewal, and revenue.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Migration experience from Heroku, AWS, or other clouds onto modern platforms.
- Hands-on experience shipping AI and LLM applications (RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, inference workloads); many of our fastest-growing accounts are AI-native.
- Prior experience as the first hire in a role or a founding member of a new program.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.

Type: Full Time Internship (June 1, 2027 - August 31, 2027)
The Role
Help build the technology behind Nex Playground—where games, computer vision, consumer hardware, and cloud services come together to get families moving.
The Platform Software Engineering (PSWE) team owns the core platform powering every Playground experience. As a Platform Software Engineer Intern, you’ll own a meaningful project, make real technical decisions, and ship software with visible impact. A dedicated mentor and engineers across the Nex team will support you from design through launch.
What You'll Build
Your project will match your strengths and interests while solving a real team need. You may:
Ship a new capability for PlayOS, Play Services, or the cloud platform.
Build an API, service, developer tool, or delivery automation used by other teams.
Improve performance and reliability using testing, logs, metrics, and telemetry.
Debug problems across device, network, backend, and cloud boundaries.
Take your work from idea to launch: design, build, test, document, and measure it.
Should Have
Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university.
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and a learning mindset.
Experience with at least one language or runtime such as Kotlin/Java, C/C++, Go, Python, TypeScript/Node.js.
Clear communication, collaboration, and care for software quality.
Nice To Have
Experience with Android, Linux, embedded systems, or device software.
Familiarity with backend services, APIs, databases, distributed systems, or Google Cloud Platform.
Exposure to CI/CD, containers, release automation, monitoring, testing, or performance optimization.
Genuine interest in building platform software that connects devices, cloud services, and player experiences.
Curiosity about one or more of these areas: Android or embedded systems, backend and distributed systems, developer infrastructure, games, or technology that helps people be active together.
Enthusiasm for learning across technical boundaries and understanding how a feature works end to end.
Why You’ll Love This Internship
Real Ownership: Ship a production-ready project—not a throwaway intern exercise.
Dedicated Mentorship: Learn through regular 1:1s, design reviews, debugging, and code feedback.
Broad Exposure: See how device software, cloud services, infrastructure, privacy, and security work together.
Future Opportunity: High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time role at Nex.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Corporate Security at Ramp owns the security of our internal environment: the device fleet, the identity and access layer, and the AI tools employees use for their work. We are hiring a Systems Engineer to build and operate the controls across these systems.
The role is hands-on, writing code and building agentic loops wherever possible rather than solving problems manually. You will help manage device configuration and patching via configuration-as-code, authentication and authenticator policies in Okta, network and gateway enforcement in Cloudflare, and the controls around our enterprise Claude and OpenAI deployments. These systems overlap heavily in practice, and the work is largely about integrating them and automating what would otherwise be manual administration.
You will report to the Corporate Security lead and work closely with IT, Security Engineering, and AI DevX.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Maintain update policies for both OS and software, and monitor the fleet so that newly introduced applications are brought into the patching cadence
- Build automation for endpoint security agent remediation across EDR, DLP, VPN, and similar tooling — detecting missing, stale, or unhealthy agents and bringing devices back into compliance
- Maintain device configuration baselines as code, including drift detection and hardening standards
- Configure authentication and authenticator policies in Okta: SSO, MFA and authenticator enrollment, device trust, and conditional access
- Remediate identity posture gaps surfaced by ISPM tooling: stale accounts, orphaned service principals, over-scoped OAuth grants, MFA gaps, and excess privileges
- Implement and operate controls for enterprise AI usage, including identity-aware access, logging and retention, DLP where appropriate, and enforcement
- Automate across these platforms using their APIs, build reporting on control coverage, and document how the controls you build are operated
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3–5 years of experience in Client Platform Engineer/Endpoint Engineering, Identity Access & Management, or Corporate Security
- Hands-on macOS management at scale: MDM (Jamf, Fleet, Kandji, or equivalent) and macOS update mechanisms
- Working knowledge of an identity provider (Okta or similar): SSO, authentication and authenticator policies, SCIM provisioning, and conditional access
- Scripting ability in Python, Go, or Bash, and experience automating against platform APIs
- Experience with EDR and endpoint vulnerability management (CrowdStrike or similar)
- Ability to evaluate tradeoffs between technical enforcement, policy, and user friction, and to explain those tradeoffs clearly
NICE TO HAVE
- osquery and Fleet, or other query-based fleet visibility tooling
- Identity posture management (ISPM) tooling, or access review and governance platforms
- Cloudflare Zero Trust, or other proxy, DNS, or network-layer enforcement, including TLS inspection
- Exposure to AI and LLM security concerns: agent authorization, tool calls, model gateways, data leakage through AI tooling
- Infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD experience (Terraform, GitHub Actions)
- Windows fleet management alongside macOS
- Compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI) as they apply to endpoints and access
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
