Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We're looking for an Education Business Development in Madrid!
About Digital Ad Expert by Aleph
Digital Ad Expert (DAE) is Aleph's global education initiative, opening access to digital skills for people across 170+ high-growth markets. Recognized by UNESCO's Global Education Coalition, DAE has reached over 900,000 learners with certifications, platform badges, and expert-led masterclasses spanning digital marketing, AI, analytics, and entrepreneurship.
DAE is entering a new chapter. Behind it sits a full education infrastructure — a multilingual learning platform, a content engine, instructional design standards, and a global learner community — built over five years and ready to be leveraged further. We're building the commercial model that lets that mission scale: partnering with corporate partners, international cooperation organizations, and private capital to fund and grow both the business opportunity and the social impact initiative.
As Education Business Development, you'll be the driving force behind that commercial model — building and closing partnerships with universities, companies, and associations to bring DAE's programs to new markets and new learners. You'll co-define and execute DAE's B2B commercial strategy, turning five years of education infrastructure into sustainable, scalable growth.
What You'll Do
Shape the strategy
, working closely with DAE's Education Lead, on which markets, verticals, and partnership models DAE should pursue — and how its offering should be commercially structured.
Own execution
, leading the full sales cycle to close a small number of high-value, strategic agreements and deals with corporate partners, government opportunities, and/or private capital.
Build and manage a pipeline
of prospective partners — universities, corporate learning teams, associations, and public-sector bodies — qualifying opportunities against DAE's strategic priorities rather than pursuing volume for its own sake.
Represent Education
commercially to internal and external stakeholders, including senior decision-makers at partner institutions
Maintain a feedback loop between sales and content
: flag where the market is asking for programs or skills DAE doesn't yet offer well.
Identify and pursue strategic alliances
, including partnerships with consortia positioned to guarantee external financial support for education-related programs.
What You Need For This Role
6-8 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development, with a track record of closing large, long-cycle deals with complex institutional stakeholders
Demonstrated experience helping shape commercial strategy — not only executing a model designed elsewhere, but having a real voice in deciding which markets and partnership types to pursue
Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor's degree or academic equivalent in International Business, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field (MBA with focus on Business Development or Sales is a plus)
Commercially-minded and proactive
, with a genuine drive to identify and generate new business opportunities.
Consultative, solution-selling approach
— comfortable
operating in ambiguity,
moving away from a fixed catalogue to build custom offers for each client, including designing and negotiating bespoke commercial agreements (structure, pricing, scope) from scratch.
Strong communication skills
, both verbal and written — able to adapt tone and content for different audiences (corporate decision-makers, government stakeholders, academic partners).
Fluent English and Spanish, French or Arabic is a plus.
Confident working independently.
Prior experience in education, edtech, corporate training, or professional certifications.
Experience working with international cooperation organizations, development banks, or impact-oriented capital and pursuing external funding for social-impact/ESG initiatives.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.
What You’ll Love About Us
We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position
Learn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertising
Be part of a company with a truly global footprint, working with leading brands, platforms, and publishers across 90+ markets.
We foster a dynamic environment where creativity, collaboration, and bold ideas are encouraged and celebrated.
Join a diverse, multicultural team that values and embraces different perspectives, experiences, and talents.
At Aleph, your work directly contributes to connecting brands and consumers in meaningful ways, shaping the future of digital advertising.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 48,000. In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.

Thousands of creators across our partner agencies post about Picsart's AI tools every week, and we're scaling that many times over. In this role, you decide what they make: the concepts, hooks, angles, scripts and briefs. You build rough examples in Picsart's own tools so creators and editors can see the idea instead of reading about it, and you run the tests that show which creative turns a viewer into someone who generates, spends credits and pays. You’ll be working across all our social platforms: TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Youtube, X, and Reddit.
You work through AI, because nobody can watch that much content by hand. You'll use it to read everything the network publishes, to draft briefs and variations for every agency and creator, and to spot winners early, then you make the call and make the example. The best agencies now publish their playbooks; your edge is running that discipline across every agency at once, with the one dataset no agency has: what happens after the click.
How success looks like for this role within a year: conversion per view rising while volume rises, and winning creative replicating across markets in days.
Please note that this is a
Full-Time Contractor (12-month contract) role.
How You'll Make an Impact
Decide what creators make.
The concepts, hooks and scripts they film each week. Agencies bring local ideas; you pick what the whole network runs.
Write briefs creators can follow.
Not documents they skim, clear direction, plus rough cuts and examples you make in Picsart's own tools, so nobody has to guess what you meant.
Test the creative.
Hook against hook, format against format, market against market. The results decide what runs next, not anyone's taste.
Get content finished.
Work directly with creators and editors to turn concepts into posts, and give feedback specific enough to act on.
Find out what converts.
Look at what thousands of videos actually did, and point the network at the audiences and use cases that bring in paying users.
Spread what wins.
When a hook works in one market, get it into every other market and language fast, and into templates users can remix themselves.
Own launch content.
Every new model and feature goes out through the creator network within days. You decide what day one looks like.
Tell product what to build.
You see what people want from AI tools before product does. Turn that into concrete asks: which presets, templates and models to build or promote next.
Keep it fresh and safe.
Stop the whole network from copying last month's winner. And when a platform changes its rules or a theme crosses a trust-and-safety line, the network hears it from you first.
What You'll Bring
A portfolio, not a résumé:
social accounts you've grown.
Your own or a client's. Send the links and tell us what the numbers did while you ran them.
Creator networks you've directed.
How many creators, what you taught them, what came out of it.
Content you made yourself.
Rough cuts, scripts, hooks, examples, not just feedback on other people's work.
Comment-to-DM and link funnels.
You've set them up, watched them break, and fixed them.
Short-form content that worked in more than one market or language.
You know which hooks travelled and which ones didn't.
Real use of AI creation tools.
You've made things with them, not just read about them.
Creative testing.
You've run hook against hook, format against format, and let the results decide.
Clear writing.
A brief a creator can follow, and a short update an executive can read.
Great communication skills in English.
Any other languages are a plus.
#LI-MS1
What we seek and value most in our candidates
Professionalism in both soft and hard skills; motivation to grow, learn and share, positive attitude, flexibility, transparency, ownership and the most important - passion and commitment.

Own and manage day-to-day treasury operations, ensuring accurate and timely execution across SeQura’s markets.
Perform bank transfer reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor and reconcile cash flows, providing analysis and visibility over cash movements.

Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and improve treasury and finance processes.
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives from idea through implementation, working with teams such as IT, Product, Legal and Operations where required.
Continuously look for ways to improve data quality, reduce manual work and make financial operations more scalable.

In addition, we are very proud of the unique office we have, which offers a comfortable and inspiring environment to work in with everything you need.
23 vacation days + 2 days of free disposal per year.
Professional development workshops or seminars.

Each area will include various activities, and you'll be able to choose from 34 different activities that best meet your needs to configure a plan that best works for you.
What you’ll need 🤝
Genuinely curious and relentless; someone who actively questions existing processes, experiments with new tools (including AI), and has a track record of finding better ways to do things without being asked. We're not looking for someone who waits for permission to improve.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in treasury or similarly analytical role in a high-growth fintech, SaaS, lending, or other complex environment.
Strong bias for action, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear structure, decisions, and adopted solutions.
Systems thinker with strong analytical rigor and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear business insight.
Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work, not just awareness, but genuine integration into how you work. Someone who has already replaced manual tasks with automation and who keeps looking for the next one.
Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus.
Strong Excel and financial systems skills; experience with NetSuite, Abacum, and Embat is a plus.
We kindly ask that you submit your
CV in English,
as it is the official language of our community.

Your Purpose
We're looking for a resourceful, analytical, and execution-obsessed B2B Growth Marketing Specialist to become the operational backbone of our marketing team. This is a hybrid role that spans demand generation, event operations, campaign execution, and marketing ops, all with a relentless focus on pipeline growth and efficiency.
You'll own programs end-to-end: from building the strategy and managing vendor relationships to tracking budgets, analyzing results, and iterating fast. Events are an important part of the mix, but so are ABM plays, content-driven lead gen, partner marketing, and everything in between.
We need someone who doesn't wait for instructions. You see a gap, you fill it. You use AI tools daily to multiply your output. You're as comfortable building a campaign report in HubSpot as you are negotiating a venue contract or writing a landing page brief. If you thrive in fast-paced, "do more with less" environments, this role is for you.
Reports To
Senior Marketing Manager for Bitso Business -
Ingrid Carraro
Who You Are
4+ years of experience
in B2B marketing, ideally in roles that combined demand gen, events, and marketing ops.
A genuine
growth mindset
— you're metrics-driven, experiment-happy, and always looking for the next lever to pull.
Solid experience
managing events and marketing budgets
, vendor contracts, and multi-vendor logistics.
Hands-on proficiency with
HubSpot (Marketing Hub & CRM).
Strong analytical skills
: you're comfortable in spreadsheets, dashboards, and data. You make decisions with numbers, not gut feeling.
Heavy, daily user of AI tools:
you already use AI to write, analyze, automate, and create. This is non-negotiable.
Exceptional
organizational skills:
you manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders without dropping balls.
Excellent written and verbal communication in
English and Spanish.
Based in
Mexico City
with availability for occasional travel.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in fintech, financial services, or enterprise SaaS B2B environments.
Familiarity with ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, HubSpot ABM).
Experience with paid media management (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta).
Knowledge of SEO/SEM fundamentals and content marketing strategy.
Experience with analytics and BI tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau).
Experience with event platforms (Whova, Cvent, others).
What You Will Do
Event Marketing & Field Programs
Manage the end-to-end logistics of B2B marketing events: trade shows, hosted dinners, executive roundtables, webinars, virtual summits, and partner activations.
Source, negotiate, and manage external vendors (venues, A/V, catering, booth production, swag, event platforms) and own all related contracts and payments.
Build pre-event, during-event, and post-event engagement strategies to maximize pipeline impact from every event dollar spent.
Capture and repurpose event content (recordings, insights, testimonials) into downstream marketing assets.
Budget, Vendor & Project Management
Own and manage marketing budgets across events and campaigns: forecasting, PO tracking, invoice reconciliation, and ROI reporting.
Manage multiple vendor and agency relationships simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and on brand.
Maintain rigorous project management practices across all workstreams — timelines, briefs, status updates, and stakeholder alignment.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
Be able to manage workflows, lead scoring, email automation, campaign attribution, list segmentation, and reporting dashboards on HubSpot.
Ensure data hygiene across the CRM: proper UTM tagging, lead source tracking, duplicate management, and lifecycle stage accuracy.
Build and maintain performance dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue.
Analyze campaign and channel performance to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the team.
AI-Powered Productivity & Automation
Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, Notion AI, etc.) daily across the workflow — content drafting, data analysis, creative production, vendor research, reporting, and process automation.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to eliminate manual, repetitive work across marketing operations.
Stay on top of emerging AI-powered martech tools and proactively bring recommendations to the team.
Be a force multiplier — consistently deliver the output of a much larger team by working smarter with technology.
Content & Creative Collaboration
Collaborate with content and design teams (or lead directly when needed) to produce campaign assets: landing pages, emails, social content, one-pagers, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
Write clear, compelling briefs for creative and content requests, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand standards.
Support thought leadership efforts by coordinating webinar content, blog topics, and industry POV pieces with subject-matter experts
Cross-Functional Alignment
Work closely with Sales to ensure marketing programs/events are aligned with pipeline goals, territory plans, and target account lists.
Partner with Product Marketing to translate product narratives into demand gen campaigns and event messaging.
Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.
