OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). About Paired
Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent!
We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job opportunities for professionals around the world.
Our Client
AI powered ecommerce agency. They have worked with 500+ DTC and ecommerce brands, managed $250M+ in media spend and delivered $2B+ in client revenue. They run paid social, paid search, email/SMS, CTV, TikTok Shop, Amazon, UGC and CRO for a portfolio of DTC brands.
Their team is lean and works in pods. Each pod has a pod lead who owns strategy and client relationships, a media buyer who owns execution and performance, content managers, and creative support. They use AI throughout our workflow, from account audits to landing page builds to creative reporting, so one strong media buyer can do the work of three.
This is a fast environment. If you are ambitious and hard-working, it will move your career faster than most agencies can. If you need a lot of structure or prefer a slow pace, it is not the right fit.
The Role
You will be the media buyer in one of our pods, managing Meta campaigns (with TikTok as a secondary channel) across a portfolio of ecommerce accounts. You own the ad accounts: budgets, pacing, structure, launches, testing and optimization. Your pod lead owns the client relationship and overall strategy. You own the numbers and the execution behind them.
The role combines hands-on buying with media buying strategy. You will analyze performance data, find where accounts are leaking (pre-click or post-click), and propose the fix: new creative angles, landing page tests, budget shifts or structure changes. You will also join client calls and present paid social performance alongside your pod lead.
What Success Looks Like
Every account is paced to its monthly budget, with no overspend and no surprises
Spend moves to the highest-leverage products and campaigns, and comes off losers quickly
No ads run on sold-out products, broken links or outdated offers
Accounts are never starved of creative: you flag gaps early and get new assets live fast
Landing page and creative tests launch on schedule and produce clear winners
Your pod lead walks into every client call with accurate numbers and a clear plan from you
Seasonal moments (Prime Day, BFCM, brand sales) launch on time with approved assets
What You’ll Do
Campaign Management
Build, launch and optimize Meta campaigns daily, with secondary management of TikTok Ads
Own daily budgets and monthly pacing per account, and reallocate spend based on performance, frequency and inventory
Manage campaign structure, bidding, audiences, exclusions and frequency controls
Upload and traffic new creative, and run structured creative and angle testing
Run weekly account sweeps: check every live ad for stock availability, link destination, offer accuracy and copy errors, and fix issues the same day
Monitor ROAS, NC-ROAS, MER, CAC and frequency against client targets
Strategy and Analysis
Diagnose performance by separating pre-click problems (creative, audience, fatigue) from post-click problems (landing page, offer, site)
Look past platform ROAS to backend profitability: margins, COGS and blended results
Build landing page test plans and work with our team to get new pages designed, approved and live
Audit ad copy and creative across accounts and recommend what to refresh, cut or scale
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, including Prime Day, BFCM and client sales
Spot and escalate tracking issues (pixel, CAPI, attribution discrepancies) before they distort decisions
Creative Collaboration
Work with content managers, designers and the creative team to source, brief and review ad creative
Identify winning hooks, formats and angles, and turn them into creative requests
Push for authentic assets (real people, raw clips, UGC) that improve performance
Reporting and Client Communication
Prepare performance reports and creative performance reports for client calls
Join client calls with your pod lead and present paid social results, trends and next steps clearly
Keep internal Slack channels and Jira tickets updated so everyone knows what changed and why
AI and Process
Use AI tools (Claude and others) daily to run account audits, generate landing page concepts, draft copy and build reports
Help turn repeated work into reusable AI workflows that make the whole pod faster
Requirements
Must have
3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience for ecommerce brands (not lead gen or boosted posts), with at least one account at $100K+/month in spend
A proven record of scaling DTC ecommerce brands through Meta, at an agency or in-house
Deep understanding of Meta campaign structure, auction dynamics, pixel/CAPI tracking and creative performance
Strong command of ecommerce metrics: ROAS, NC-ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, contribution margin
Precision with budgets: you pace spend to the dollar and catch problems before the client does
Strong ownership: you act without waiting to be told, and you close the loop on every task
Clear, confident communication, written and on calls
Comfort using AI tools in your daily workflow, and curiosity about using them more
Humility to do the detailed work and ambition to grow into a strategist
English C1-C2 fluency for conversation level since this is a client-facing role
Nice to Have
TikTok Ads Manager experience
Triple Whale, Northbeam or other attribution tools
Working knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo, and how paid and retention channels work together
Experience building or testing landing pages
Background in creative strategy, UGC or performance creative
Experience with Jira or similar task management tools
Benefits
What You’ll Get
Fully remote work; USD payment up to 6k/month
Direct ownership of your ad accounts and the results they produce
Training on AI-powered media buying workflows most agencies do not have yet
Access to Triple Whale, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Claude and more
A clear growth path from media buyer to media buying strategist as the agency grows
Hiring Process
Short video pre-screen: a few questions so we can see how you communicate on camera
Intro interview with our team
Paid media assessment: a practical exercise based on a real client scenario
Final conversation with agency leadership

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
ROLE OVERVIEW
We're seeking a senior product leader to own Cohere's Inference as a Service business end to end. The product is sovereign, self-serve inference: a mid-market or enterprise buyer picks a model, a region and a GPU size, and is running the same afternoon with no procurement cycle and no infrastructure of their own. You'll decide which open-weights and first-party models we serve, in which regions and on which hardware, set the rate card they sell at, and carry the revenue and margin that follow from those calls. You own the platform around that endpoint as well, from the console and dashboards a customer administers their deployment through to the catalog of first-party and third-party models behind it.
You'll set the strategy and run the execution, which means choosing where to spend across serving efficiency, the self-serve console and regional capacity when all three want the same budget, and shipping the deployment framework that removes infrastructure barriers while holding the line on data residency, compliance and operational confidence. You'll do that across engineering, serving, finance, legal and GTM without formal authority over most of it, and you'll be accountable for the outcome rather than for the roadmap.
The timing is most of the opportunity. Every serious company is deciding where its models will run and what it costs to keep them running, serving demand is climbing faster than anyone can rack hardware for it, and very few of those buyers are willing to hand their data to an operator who can read it. We are starting this business from a standing start, with the models, the silicon and the encryption already in place and almost no one else able to offer the combination. You would be taking a product to market in the window where that advantage is still ours, building one of Cohere's major revenue lines from its first customer onward, and shaping how a generation of companies buys AI it can actually trust.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the P&L for Inference as a Service: carry the revenue number, set the rate card, and keep blended margin above the floor as the catalog and the fleet grow.
- Own the inference platform itself: the console and dashboards where customers see usage, spend, API keys, access control and attestation, and the value-add tooling that makes a managed endpoint worth more than a raw one.
- Own the model inventory across first-party and third-party models: what enters the catalog, how it is grouped by provenance, what it is priced at, and when something is quantised, replaced or retired.
- Set the roadmap and the investment case across serving efficiency, the self-serve surface and regional capacity, and make the call when those three compete for the same budget.
- Build the commercial motion with GTM from the ground up: self-serve acquisition for the mid-market, a sales-led motion for enterprise, and the partnerships that monetise capacity we would otherwise leave idle.
- Stay close to the market: talk to customers and developers about integration friction and unmet needs, track competitor pricing, catalogs and launches, and follow where models and hardware are heading, then turn that into a clear view of where we should place our bets and what it would take to win.
- Define the metrics that tell us whether this is a business, including revenue, margin, win rate, time to first token and self-serve share, and lead the work that moves them.
- Partner with engineering, research, legal, finance, technical writing and developer relations to ship the platform and clear the licensing, pricing and capacity decisions behind it.
- Represent the business to the executive team with a recommendation, the evidence behind it and the trade-off it implies.
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of product management experience, including meaningful time owning a B2B infrastructure or platform product at the scope of a business rather than a feature area.
- Experience operating in a GM-like capacity: you have carried a revenue line or a P&L, set pricing, and been held to margin as well as to shipping.
- Background at a neocloud such as Together AI, Baseten or Fireworks, or at a hyperscaler such as AWS, Azure, OCI or Google Cloud, with a working view of how inference capacity is priced, packaged and sold, and a point of view on where the segment goes next.
- A track record of thinking about infrastructure as a product, with the ability to translate system-level capabilities into clearly differentiated, customer-facing features.
- Entrepreneurial, with experience taking a new product to market and building the commercial motion around it rather than inheriting one.
- Experience with deployment models such as multi-tenant and dedicated infrastructure, and ownership across the full product lifecycle, from problem definition through launch, iteration and eventual migration or deprecation.
- Analytical by default: you define success metrics before you build, instrument thoughtfully, and use data alongside qualitative feedback to make decisions.
- Able to set direction and earn alignment across engineering, infrastructure, finance, legal and GTM without formal authority, and to put a clear recommendation and its trade-offs in front of an executive audience.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience owning a model serving or inference platform, including self-serve infrastructure and metered inference offerings.
- Exposure to data residency, sovereignty, or regional compliance requirements as they apply to AI or cloud infrastructure products, particularly in the inference-as-a-service context.
- Familiarity with the AI developer ecosystem and open standards, including orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex, model serving frameworks such as vLLM, and an awareness of de facto interoperability standards and how they shape developer adoption and integration patterns for inference workloads.
- Experience with GPU infrastructure and cloud deployment models across both neocloud and hyperscaler environments.

About Global University Systems (GUS)
Global University Systems (GUS) is an international education group that empowers students to transform their lives through education. We believe education drives careers, lives, and society forward, enabling a brighter future for all. Our network of 30 institutions offers the broadest range of industry-relevant skills through inclusive, accessible, and digital-first learning. We currently educate around 122,000 students on campuses worldwide and have 20M+ unique subscribers to our courses. Our global ecosystem powers accessible digital learning and academic achievement.
About the Role
Landing pages are where our paid media, campaign and lifecycle traffic converts — or doesn’t. This role exists to make sure every page we put behind a campaign is fast, accurate, on-brand and built to convert. Working primarily in Landing, you will turn briefs and designs into live pages at pace, and write the HTML, CSS and JavaScript needed for everything the drag-and-drop editor cannot do on its own. You will also build the dynamic, parameter-driven pages that let us match message to audience at scale, and keep tracking, forms and lead routing working reliably behind them. The role sits within the Global Digital Operations function and supports brands and markets across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Build and delivery
• Build, QA and publish landing pages in Landingi from design files, briefs and existing templates, to agreed deadlines and quality standards.
• Extend pages beyond native editor capability using custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript (bespoke components, form behaviour, interactive elements, layout fixes and third-party embeds).
• Create and maintain reusable templates, sections and component libraries so recurring campaigns can be turned around quickly and consistently.
• Build dynamic landing pages: dynamic text replacement, URL parameter handling, and keyword, audience, location or product-level variants so paid traffic lands on relevant, message-matched pages at scale.
• Ensure responsive behaviour across breakpoints and consistent rendering across browsers and devices.
Tracking, integrations and data
• Implement and QA tracking: Google Tag Manager containers, conversion tags, pixels, event tracking and consent-compliant deployment.
• Configure form logic, validation, thank-you journeys and lead routing into CRM and marketing automation platforms via native integrations, webhooks or APIs.
• Keep page speed, Core Web Vitals and technical SEO hygiene (metadata, canonicals, indexation rules, structured data where relevant) within agreed standards.
• Troubleshoot build, tracking and integration issues quickly when campaigns are live, and escalate clearly when a fix sits outside your control.
Testing and optimisation
• Build and ship A/B and multivariate tests, support the read-out, and roll winning variants into templates.
• Apply CRO and UX best practice to builds (layout, form design, copy hierarchy, CTA placement and page load) and flag friction points rather than building briefs verbatim.
• Contribute to post-campaign reviews and maintain a live backlog of optimisation opportunities.
Governance and ways of working
• Maintain naming conventions, versioning, documentation and an accurate inventory of live pages; archive and redirect retired pages correctly.
• Work to brand, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) and data protection standards across all markets served.
• Manage a multi-brand request queue: scope and estimate work, prioritise against business impact, and keep stakeholders informed on status and timelines.
• Partner with paid media, SEO, brand and content, design, CRM and web/IT colleagues to deliver joined-up campaign journeys.
Experience & Skills
• 2–4 years’ experience building marketing or campaign landing pages in a commercial or agency environment.
• Hands-on experience of Landingi, or a close equivalent (Unbounce, Instapage, Webflow, HubSpot CMS) with the ability and appetite to work day-to-day in Landingi.
• Solid working HTML5 and CSS3: responsive layouts, Flexbox and Grid, and confident debugging in browser developer tools.
• Practical JavaScript for front-end enhancement: DOM manipulation, event handling, form behaviour and safe use of third-party scripts and snippets.
• Experience building dynamic or personalised landing pages and parameter-driven content for paid search and paid social.
• Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and GA4, and the ability to implement and QA your own conversion tracking.
• Demonstrable attention to detail: pixel accuracy, copy accuracy and disciplined QA across devices and browsers.
• Able to manage multiple concurrent requests, stakeholders and deadlines without losing quality.
• A clear communicator who can explain technical constraints and trade-offs to non-technical marketing colleagues.
Desirable
UX experience: wireframing, usability principles, user journey mapping, or involvement in usability testing.
CRO experience, including structured experimentation and behavioural tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or Contentsquare.
Experience in a multi-brand, multi-market or multi-language environment, including localisation workflows.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) and webhook or API-based lead delivery.
Exposure to WordPress or another CMS alongside the landing page builder.
Comfortable working from Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud files, and able to make light design adaptations.
Awareness of consent management platforms, GDPR and accessibility requirements.
Experience in education or another considered-purchase, lead-generation sector.
Other Information
Global University Systems equal opportunity employer. We provide equal opportunities and are committed to the principle of equality regardless of race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, record of offences, marital status, family status or disability.
The post holder may be asked to undertake different or additional duties in line with business requirements at the request of their line manager.
There is an expectation that all employees will maintain the values of the Group and will comply with the code of conduct as well as equality and diversity, health and safety and safeguarding policies.

We're a global organization that thrives on challenging work and doing it alongside exceptionally talented teammates. Our industry evolves rapidly, and our mission is to build a flexible, AI-driven platform that automates entity resolution, optimizes data labeling pipelines, and creates predictive models that identify illicit patterns before they escalate.
Our data and solutions have been used to solve some of the world's most high-profile criminal cases and grow consumer access to cryptocurrency safely. Now, by pairing the industry's most trusted blockchain data with agents that reason, investigate, and act, we help our customers scale their workflows as the cryptocurrency economy becomes increasingly mainstream.
Talent Acquisition at Chainalysis is a small, close-knit team that partners with leaders across the business to hire the people who will carry our mission forward. We share sourcing wins, market learnings, and process improvements openly, and we hold ourselves to a high bar for both results and candidate experience.
We are hiring a Technical Recruiter to own and drive hiring for Engineering & Product roles in our EMEA locations. This is a high-volume, outbound-heavy role: you'll spend a meaningful portion of your time building pipeline through direct sourcing, identifying and engaging top engineering talent across AI, Crypto, and Fintech. You'll manage a full requisition load, move fast, and close strong candidates in a competitive market, with Software Engineering roles among your key hires. You'll work closely with hiring managers across our R&D teams as a talent partner who understands the business and delivers results.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:
- Build pipeline through proactive outbound sourcing, mapping the AI, crypto, and fintech landscape to find where strong Software Engineers work today
- Develop creative sourcing strategies that go beyond LinkedIn InMails, including referral generation, community engagement, and direct outreach campaigns
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for R&D roles, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and close, across a high-volume requisition load
- Deliver a thoughtful, personalised, and transparent candidate experience at every step while moving candidates through the process efficiently
- Partner with R&D leaders to calibrate expectations, share market insights on talent availability and compensation, and flag risks early so hiring plans stay on schedule
- Use data on pipeline health, conversion rates, and channel effectiveness to guide decisions, and champion diversity and inclusion in every search
WE'RE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record of hiring technical talent, such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Researchers, and Product Managers
- Demonstrated outbound sourcing ability: you build your own pipeline through direct outreach and do not rely on inbound applications to fill roles
- High AI proficiency, using it for building pipeline proactively, workflows, processes, and documentation
- Proven experience recruiting technical talent within the SaaS, AI, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity sectors, with a focus on candidates who have worked in fast-paced companies building technically complex products
- Consistently utilised data to inform decision making and advise hiring managers through the hiring process
- Strong organisational skills, sharp attention to detail, and consistent follow-through on every candidate and requisition
- The ability to build credibility with hiring managers quickly, communicate market realities clearly, and guide decisions with data, in a collaborative, low-ego way
YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:
- Experience recruiting for Blockchain companies with a focus on Engineering roles
- A background at a high-growth scale up technology company
- A track record of hiring for technical roles in Denmark, Israel, UK, and the USA

- Ashby ATS
- Sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Nova AI, GitHub)

AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Oyster AI is our assistant for customers and team members, and we want it to be genuinely useful: accurate, fast, reliable and safe with the data it touches. In this role you’ll own complex improvements to it end to end, from defining the problem and designing the solution through evaluation, rollout and learning from production.
Your work will span agent capabilities and tools, knowledge retrieval, answer quality and infrastructure, with real trade-offs between model quality, latency, reliability and cost. This is a hands-on product engineering role, not a research-only or prompt-only position. You’ll also help other product teams build AI features well by sharing patterns, pairing with them and improving the reusable foundations they rely on.
Our backend is Ruby on Rails and our frontend is React. Strong AI engineers from other stacks are very welcome, and Rails experience is a bonus, not a prerequisite.
WHAT YOU’LL BUILD & OWN
- End-to-end AI improvements. Connect user needs to architecture, implementation, evaluation and safe rollout for complex Oyster AI work.
- Reliable agents and tools. Design clear tool contracts, robust error handling and bounded execution, with appropriate human control over consequential actions.
- Better knowledge access. Choose retrieval, embedding, indexing and freshness strategies that improve answers while respecting data access boundaries throughout retrieval and generation.
- Evaluation you can trust. Build evaluation loops with representative datasets, experiments, regression checks and, where useful, automated judges calibrated against human judgment.
- Root-cause fixes in production. Diagnose failures across prompts, retrieval, tools, models and infrastructure, fix the underlying cause and verify the fix with evidence.
- Explicit trade-offs. Choose models and system designs deliberately, and document decisions and rollout criteria.
- AI capability across teams. Support other product teams through technical guidance, code review, pairing and mentoring, so they can deliver AI features independently.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Senior-level engineering judgment and a track record of independently leading complex production work from design through operation and improvement.
- Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered product capabilities to production, with clear personal responsibility for implementation and delivery decisions.
- Real depth in at least some of the following: retrieval/RAG and indexing, evaluation datasets and experiments, LLM-as-judge, or agents and tool calling.
- The ability to tell model, retrieval, tooling and application failures apart, and to validate improvements with evidence.
- Strong fundamentals in coding, debugging, testing, API integration and system design, plus willingness to work in Ruby/Rails and React.
- Sound judgment about sensitive data, access control, model limitations and operational risk.
- Clear communication of trade-offs, effective async collaboration with product and engineering partners, and practical mentoring.
Nice to have
- Production experience with Ruby on Rails, especially integrating AI capabilities into an established backend.
- Full-stack delivery of conversational or assistant experiences.
- Slack or in-app assistant integrations with clear user and permission context.
- Operating retrieval pipelines, agent tools, evaluation infrastructure, or model routing and cost controls at production scale.
- Helping multiple teams adopt reusable AI patterns while balancing shared foundations against local needs.
WHY JOIN US
- Real AI in production. You’ll ship to real users, and success is measured by evaluations and user outcomes, not plausible-looking demos.
- Ownership of hard problems. You’ll work across agents, retrieval, evaluation and infrastructure, where engineering judgment matters at every layer.
- Multiplier impact. Your patterns and mentoring will shape how AI is built across multiple product teams.
- Stack-agnostic hiring. We hire for AI engineering depth, and you’ll have room to grow into Rails and React.
- Thoughtful remote culture. You’ll join a fully remote, async-friendly team that values documentation and clear decision-making.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.
