About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We're looking for an IT Operations Engineer who puts internal users first. You'll be the person Finom employees turn to when something breaks, and you'll make sure they leave every interaction unblocked and well looked after.
You'll join the IT Operations team and work day to day across Windows and macOS devices, identity and access, and the SaaS tools hundreds of Finom employees rely on. The team builds and owns the core platforms; you'll run them, support the people who use them, and spot where things could work better.
About You
You enjoy helping people and it shows. You stay calm under pressure, explain technical issues in plain language, and follow up until the problem is actually solved. You treat every ticket as a colleague who needs help, not a queue item.
You're pragmatic and learn quickly. You don't need to build systems from scratch, but you think like a builder: you notice recurring issues, ask why they happen, and suggest a fix, a script, or a better process. You document what you learn so the next person doesn't have to start over.
What You'll Do
Delivering Excellent Internal Support:
You'll be the first line of help for Finom employees through Jira Service Management and Slack. You'll triage and resolve requests within SLA, keep users updated, and close tickets with clear, friendly communication. You'll own the employee experience of IT, from a quick password reset to a stressful laptop failure before a big meeting.
Troubleshooting Windows and macOS Devices:
You'll diagnose and fix hardware, OS, software, and network issues on both platforms, remotely. You'll handle device enrollment and compliance issues in JumpCloud MDM, software installs and updates, and escalate complex cases with a clear write-up of what you've already tried.
Supporting Identity, Access, and the Employee Lifecycle:
You'll run day-to-day onboarding and offboarding tasks in JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and Torii, handle access requests and SSO issues, and follow our access governance and least-privilege practices.
Administering Everyday Platforms:
You'll handle user-level administration of tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Notion, and help keep JSM request types, knowledge base articles, and workflows accurate and easy to use.
Improving How We Work:
You'll spot trends in tickets and flag recurring issues. Where it makes sense, you'll write a knowledge base article, a small script, or propose an automation to the team. You'll support security and compliance efforts (DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2) by following procedures carefully and keeping good records.
Who You Are
2+ years in IT support, service desk, or a similar user-facing technical role
Hands-on troubleshooting of both Windows and macOS: hardware, OS, applications, peripherals, and network connectivity
A strong customer service track record: patient, empathetic, and clear with non-technical colleagues, including under time pressure
Experience with an ITSM or ticketing tool, ideally Jira Service Management, and working to SLAs
Working knowledge of Google Workspace or M365 user administration
Familiarity with an MDM (JumpCloud MDM, Intune, or Jamf) and an identity provider (JumpCloud, Okta, Entra ID) for everyday tasks like enrollment, password resets, MFA, and SSO issues
Good written documentation habits: clear ticket notes and knowledge base articles
Fluent English, written and spoken
Nice to Have
Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) and a curiosity for automating repetitive work
Confident use of AI tools to speed up troubleshooting and documentation
Exposure to security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2) or SaaS management tools like Torii
Experience with meeting room and AV setups (Google Meet or Zoom Rooms)
Experience in a fast-growing or regulated company
What We Offer
A chance to shape the day-to-day IT experience of a growing fintech. You'll have real ownership of how employees are supported, room to grow your technical skills alongside an experienced IT Operations team, and a clear path toward systems administration and automation if that's where you want to go.

At Eneba, our People team is all about bringing great people together, helping them thrive, and making every step of their journey with us a great experience.
Now, we're looking for a People Operations Coordinator who is excited about discovering fresh talent, spotting potential, and helping the next generation of professionals kick-start their careers.
Your main mission? Make our internship hiring program a success, from the very first application to welcoming our newest Enebians on board.
And when internship season slows down? You'll get to explore the broader world of People Operations, from onboarding and employee experience to improving the processes that keep our People team running smoothly.
It's a role where recruitment meets operations, where no two seasons look quite the same, and where you'll have plenty of room to take ownership, bring ideas to life, and grow.
ABOUT YOU
You are highly organized, proactive and enjoy owning processes from beginning to end.
You are comfortable speaking with candidates, conducting structured interviews and making decisions about who should progress through the hiring process. At the same time, you enjoy the operational side of People work — coordinating stakeholders, keeping systems accurate and making sure things happen when they should.
You are particularly interested in early-career talent and enjoy identifying potential in candidates who may not yet have extensive professional experience.
You take ownership, follow through and are comfortable chasing stakeholders when something needs to move forward.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own Eneba’s internship hiring program end-to-end, from opening roles through successful hires and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand internship needs, hiring plans and candidate profiles.
- Create and publish internship vacancies across relevant channels.
- Review applications and identify candidates who meet the required criteria.
- Conduct structured first-stage interviews with internship candidates.
- Assess motivation, communication, potential, role fit and overall candidate quality.
- Maintain a consistent quality bar and ensure only suitable candidates progress to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure hiring managers provide timely feedback and keep processes moving.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and hiring stages in our ATS.
- Track internship hiring pipelines, conversion rates, candidate quality and other relevant hiring metrics.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to sourcing, assessment and the overall internship hiring process.
- Coordinate internship offers, preboarding and handover into onboarding.
- Build strong candidate experiences throughout the internship recruitment process.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees, including schedules, documentation, equipment and internal coordination.
- Support employee data administration and other People Operations activities when internship hiring demand is lower.
- Help maintain People documentation, trackers and internal process guides.
- Support additional People projects depending on team priorities and capacity.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience in recruitment, People Operations, HR, talent coordination, project coordination or another people-facing role.
- Confidence conducting structured candidate interviews and making first-stage assessment decisions.
- Strong judgment when evaluating junior or early-career talent.
- Ability to recognize potential beyond simply looking at years of experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance a positive candidate experience with maintaining a high hiring bar.
- High attention to detail and comfort working with ATS, HR systems, trackers and data.
- A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to spot when something is stuck and take action to move it forward.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where workload can fluctuate throughout the year.
- Interest in developing a broader career within People Operations and Talent Acquisition.
- Fluent English.
SALARY
21600–28800€/yearly gross
- Please attach your CV in English.
- To find out how we handle your personal data, make sure to check out our Candidate Privacy Notice.
WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK AT ENEBA
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave and personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, with opportunities to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. About Paired
Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent!
We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job opportunities for professionals around the world.
About our Client
Our client runs a fast-growing education and software business, and across their channels, his team and him, have built a platform of more than 1.5 million followers.
His job is to be the face of their content and to think about where the company goes next. That takes about forty hours a week of creating, plus long uninterrupted blocks for strategy. It leaves very little room for anything else.
Which is the problem. Projects need chasing. Follow-ups need sending. Hiring needs running. Reports need collecting. None of that happens on its own, and when he tries to do it, the content and the strategy suffer.
That is what this role is for. You'll protect his time, remove operational drag, and make sure the company actually executes.
The Role
A lot of roles with this title are a dead end: no access to the founder's inbox, no seat in the meetings, just a pile of disconnected projects nobody else wanted. If that is your experience of these jobs, he understands the scepticism.
This is not that. You will see his calendar, his inbox, his meetings, and his numbers. You will watch decisions get made in real time and understand why they went the way they did. Done properly, it is the fastest and most complete training in how to run a company that exists, which is why it comes with a defined path to
Chief of Staff over twelve to eighteen months.
The trade is simple, and he would rather be blunt about it. You get total context. In exchange, you do the work he genuinely does not want to do: the chasing, the reminding, the coordinating, the collecting, the repetitive things that protect my creative bandwidth.
If that trade sounds good to you, keep reading. If you want the access without the admin, this is not your role.
What You'll Own
Calendar, first and above everything else
Protect deep work blocks, batch meetings, enforce priorities
Turn a chaotic week into an intentional one that matches company goals
Gate my time, never my people. You are not a human shield and you will never intercept someone who should be talking to me directly
The follow-up engine
Action items, owners, due dates, reminders, escalation
Nothing dies in Slack, WhatsApp or email because somebody got busy
Draft messages, emails and internal updates so I can approve them fast
Project management and accountability across the company
Build and run the company operating system, whether that lives in Trello, Asana or Notion
Every project carries an owner, a deadline, a next action and a definition of done
Hold department leaders to what they committed to, including when that means a difficult conversation
Hiring operations
Run hiring end to end for key roles: an Organic Content Director, a Senior DR Copywriter, an Instagram Copywriter and others
Pipeline, scheduling, scorecards, assignments, Loom reviews, references
Keep it moving fast without dragging me into logistics
Content operations oversight
You will not create content. You will make sure it ships
Track weekly output, deadlines and approvals across YouTube, Instagram and email so I am not chasing anyone
Metrics and reporting
Collect and analyse the monthly P&L, maintain KPI dashboards, run the weekly reporting rhythm
Review payroll, which means you will know what everyone earns, and come back with specific recommendations on raises, comp structure, inefficiency and where we are carrying people we should not be
Projects that do not fit anywhere else
Sometimes real-world and operational, such as managing the build-out of a home studio in Puerto Rico
Sometimes unglamorous. A real example: three or four hours going line by line through my AMEX statement to find software we are overpaying for, then contacting each vendor to cancel. The right answer is to do it once, then automate it, delegate it or own it monthly
AI across the workflow
Using ChatGPT instead of Google is the floor, not the bar
You should be good enough that you are advising other department leaders on how to use AI in their own work
How you will be trained
Nobody performs on day one in this role, and I do not expect you to. Context is the whole job, and context takes time to build.
Weeks 1 to 4, shadowing.
You sit in on everything: calendar, meetings, comms, priorities. You build your own model of how I think, what I care about and how I decide. You start taking small things off my plate immediately, mostly scheduling, notes and action items.
Days 30 to 60, execution and systems.
You take over the follow-up engine and the task system. You run a short structured weekly planning session with me. You start managing hiring operations and cross-functional projects, and you begin enforcing owners and due dates.
Days 60 to 90, Office of the CEO.
You run the operating cadence: reporting, follow-ups, meeting prep. You own major initiatives. You are my execution arm while I focus on content and strategy.
Months 3 to 18, Chief of Staff track.
As trust and competence compound, the work shifts from execution toward leverage: planning rhythms, decision memos, cross-functional problem solving, running high-priority initiatives. This is performance-based, not automatic.
Requirements
Who this is for
You are an operator. You like execution, structure, and turning mess into order
You have extreme ownership. You anticipate rather than wait
You can make good calls without asking me for permission every day
You are comfortable in the background while I am the one on camera
You are discreet, because you will see everything
You write clearly and in detail
You enjoy running a tight system and holding people to it
Who this is not for
You want a strategy-only role where you bounce ideas around without touching admin or follow-up
You need constant direction, reassurance or step-by-step instruction. You are here to protect my time, not to collect free mentorship from me
You avoid conflict and cannot hold someone accountable when they are late or underperforming
You are uncomfortable with high access and high confidentiality
Unglamorous tasks offend you
Tools
Google Workspace, Slack, Trello or Asana, Calendly, Zoom, Loom.
Benefits
Remote work
Flexible hours
USD compensation around $3k-5k/month (negotiable but dependable on seniority)
Fast-track to Chief of Staff
What success looks like
Twenty or more hours a week of my time handed back within 60 to 90 days
He stops doing project management, follow-ups, appointment setting, internal chasing and hiring logistics
The weekly operating rhythm runs without me pushing it
Projects move faster, with fewer dropped balls
The company gets calmer and more accountable, not more chaotic

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
About the problem space
AI has changed what's possible in go-to-market, support, and business operations. The constraint is no longer "can we build it" — it's "can we deploy it into a real workflow, prove it made things better, and keep it working."
Most companies are stuck at the demo stage: a lot of clever prompting, very little that runs reliably on Tuesday morning without someone watching it. This role exists to get us past that, everywhere outside of engineering.
Little more about the team:
You'll sit on the Data team, which is where this work belongs. Our team already operates at the seam between the business and its systems — we partner daily with RevOps, Customer Success, Sales, and Product, and we own the data infrastructure these workflows depend on. AI-in-the-business is a data problem with a model attached, and you'll have the pipelines, the warehouse, and the domain relationships already in place.
What you'll do
You are a senior individual contributor. Your job is to take business workflows that are slow, manual, or inconsistent, and make them fast, automated, and measurably better — then do it again, and leave behind enough shared scaffolding that the third one is easier than the first.
Ship automated workflows end to end
Partner with department leaders to identify the highest-leverage workflows in their orgs, and go deep enough on how the work actually happens to know where a model helps and where it doesn't.
Define success before you build: cycle time, quality, cost, risk. Instrument it. Report on it honestly, including when the answer is "this didn't work."
Deliver working systems, not prototypes, with evaluation harnesses, human-in-the-loop review where the stakes call for it, and ongoing monitoring.
Iterate on adoption the way a product manager would: user research, documentation, and a real plan for getting people to use the thing.
Build the shared substrate as you go
Establish patterns for model access, orchestration and agents, prompt and tool management, evaluation, logging, and cost control — derived from what real workflows needed, not designed in advance.
Build on the Data team's existing infrastructure rather than standing up parallel systems.
Co-own shared components with your counterpart in Engineering; identify dependencies early and bring them into partner roadmaps collaboratively.
Make the company fluent
Create templates, playbooks, and golden paths: prompt patterns, agent patterns, safety checklists, evaluation patterns.
Run office hours, demos, and community-of-practice sessions that make adoption feel accessible rather than intimidating.
Develop enablement material for distinct audiences — GTM, operations, leadership — from fundamentals through advanced workflows.
Help people build judgment about AI: when to use it, when not to, and how to tell whether it worked.
Keep it safe and governable
Partner with Security, IT, and Legal on access control, data handling, vendor risk, and policy — so that employees have a clear, fast, safe path to experiment.
Work with the Data team to apply our data classification standards to AI use cases: what data can be used for retrieval and context, and what audit trails are required when sensitive data flows through LLM pipelines.
What you'll bring
Deep experience shipping systems into real business workflows — you've owned something end to end, in production, that non-technical people depended on daily.
Hands-on fluency with modern AI stacks: LLMs, retrieval, tool use and agents, evaluation, guardrails — plus the pragmatism to keep things shippable.
The ability to learn someone else's job well enough to improve it. This role lives or dies on understanding how support, sales, or finance actually work.
A track record of leading cross-functional initiatives without formal authority, bringing clarity, momentum, and crisp decision-making.
Comfort navigating security, privacy, and compliance tradeoffs in real organizations: data classification, retention, access controls, vendor risk.
Strong teaching instincts — you explain complex things simply, write clear docs, and meet people where they are.
Demonstrated ability to stay current as the landscape shifts, and to change your mind in public when the evidence does.
Nice to have
SQL fluency and comfort in a modern data stack (dbt, a cloud warehouse, BI tooling).
Experience with workflow automation or enterprise systems: case management, ticketing, CRM, knowledge bases.
Familiarity with observability practices for AI systems: monitoring, quality signals, evaluation pipelines, cost and latency analysis.
Change management experience across a distributed, multi-function company.
Interest in external evangelism — writing, speaking, podcasts, peer groups.
Base Salary based on level of experience
$310,000
—
$360,000 CAD

Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents

Manager, Commercial Operations
We are looking for a Manager of Commercial Operations to build and run the transactional engine of the commercial function inside Revenue Operations. ClickHouse runs on a usage-based pricing model, and every deal – direct, marketplace, or partner – has to land correctly in the system: quoted against the right rules, ordered against the right contract structure, and booked cleanly enough that Accounting can bill and recognize it without rework. As we scale the cloud business and widen the product line, that path has to carry more volume, more products, and more deal structures without adding people to the middle of it. This role designs the systems, automation, and controls that make that possible.
Reporting to the Director, Commercial Strategy & Operations, you will own the quote-to-order path and order management, along with the build behind it: the CPQ and quoting system requirements, the automation, the validation and controls, and marketplace transaction operations across AWS, GCP, and Azure. The goal is a commercial path where the standard deal is self-service for the field, quality is enforced by the system rather than by who touched the deal, and human review is reserved for the cases that genuinely need judgment. You will be measured by how fast and how cleanly a deal moves, how little intervention it requires, and how good the experience is for the rep. You will partner daily with Sales, Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Engineering.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own order management and automate it. Run the intake, review, and processing of quotes, order forms, and bookings to defined SLAs through quarter-end peaks, and continuously engineer the manual steps out of that path.
- Design the quote-to-order flow. Instrument the process, find where it slows or breaks, and redesign it. You own the architecture of the flow, the exception routing, and the automation that makes the standard case hands-off.
- Own the quoting and order management system build. Write the requirements, design the quoting, validation, and approval logic, drive the roadmap with Revenue Engineering, run UAT, and validate every change in production before the field sees it.
- Own the handoff into billing and revenue. Partner with Accounting so that what leaves your process arrives structured, complete, and reconcilable – and build the controls upstream that keep downstream rework from happening at all.
- Build quality in as controls. Validation rules, guided quoting, required-field logic, and automated reconciliation that make an incorrect order hard to submit in the first place.
- Own the field experience of transacting. Treat the rep as the customer: fewer steps, fewer handoffs, shorter quote cycle time, and a standard path that is obvious and self-service. Measure whether it is getting easier.
- Build and run marketplace transaction operations across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Private offers, CSP transactions, co-sell mechanics, and the tooling and automated reconciliation that keep marketplace bookings tied out across the marketplace, Salesforce, and billing.
- Operationalize commercial review. Encode approval rules and guardrails in the system so routine deals route themselves, and escalate the structures that break the system rather than quietly processing them.
- Build the transaction path for new products and acquisitions. Stand up order management, quoting, and the marketplace path for new offerings and newly acquired products, test the flow through to booking before go-live, and be ready to transact on day one.
- Own the integrity of the commercial record. Products, SKUs, pricing, contract terms, and booking attributes in Salesforce, with the controls and monitoring that keep them clean – the forecast and revenue reporting downstream depend on it.
- Instrument and report on the system you own. Cycle time, touch count, SLA attainment, exception and discount volumes, error and rework rates. Use the data to decide what gets built next.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- 6+ years in commercial operations, deal desk, order management, sales operations, or revenue operations, including time owning a high-volume transactional process.
- A track record of building, not just running. You have replaced a manual process with a designed one and can point to the automation, the controls, and the measured result.
- Hands-on depth in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ. You write requirements, design quoting and approval logic, configure and test it yourself, and can tell a configuration problem from a process problem.
- Technical range beyond the admin console: flows and validation logic, API-based and marketplace integrations, and scripting or SQL to reconcile and investigate data at volume. You can partner with Revenue Engineering as a peer on design.
- Experience with usage-based or consumption-based contracts: metering, commits, overages, contract structure, and the downstream billing and revenue recognition implications.
- Experience operating across a shared quote-to-cash process. You know where order management ends and Accounting begins, and you design the handoff so neither side is cleaning up after the other.
- Marketplace operations experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure – private offers, CSP transactions, and reconciliation – strongly preferred.
- Process-engineering instincts. You instrument before you optimize, design for the standard case and route the exception, and measure by throughput and error rate rather than activity.
- A bias toward field experience. You have made a transactional process materially faster or simpler for a sales team and can describe how you knew it worked.
- Comfort partnering with Accounting, Finance, and Legal on order form and contract mechanics.
- Sound judgment under deal pressure. You can hold the line on a structure that breaks the system, and advocate for the field when the exception is justified.
- Clear written and verbal communication. You can explain a commercial rule to a rep in one paragraph and brief leadership on what's at risk at quarter-end.
- Experience managing or mentoring analysts a plus; this role is expected to grow a team as volume scales.
- Bachelor's degree, quantitative or technical field preferred.

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to keep Peec's revenue engine clean, accurate, and running on time. Our sales team is scaling fast across Berlin and New York on a motion that combines product-led signups with outbound, and every forecast, pipeline review, and routing rule depends on the data in HubSpot being right.
You'll own that day-to-day layer hands-on: maintaining HubSpot, building the reports and dashboards sales leadership runs on, and taking manual admin off the GTM team's plate. You'll report to CRO and work daily with AEs, SDRs, and sales leadership. This is a role for someone early in their RevOps career who wants to learn fast inside a company that's growing faster. This is an on-site role in our New York office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Keep HubSpot clean and trustworthy: properties, lifecycle stages, deal stages, duplicates, and the hygiene standards everything downstream depends on
- Build and maintain the reports and dashboards behind weekly pipeline reviews, conversion tracking, and forecast calls
- Manage lead routing and assignment rules so inbound, product signups, and outbound land with the right rep fast
- Build HubSpot workflows and automations that take manual work off AEs and SDRs
- Support territory, quota, and commission tracking with clean data and accurate inputs for Finance
- Onboard new GTM hires onto HubSpot and the tools around it, and keep process documentation current
- Handle day-to-day CRM requests from the sales team and spot the patterns worth fixing properly
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1 to 3 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM administration at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong hands-on HubSpot skills: you've built workflows, reports, and properties, not just logged activity in it
- Detail-oriented with data: you notice when a number looks wrong and dig until you know why
- A clear communicator who can push back on a messy process with reps and sales leaders
- Curious about AI tooling and keen to automate repetitive work
- Based in New York, or ready to relocate, and excited to be in the office five days a week
BONUS POINTS
- HubSpot certifications (Sales Hub, Operations Hub, or Reporting)
- Exposure to Clay, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation tools
- Some SQL for pulling your own answers out of the data
- Experience in a fast-scaling startup or a product-led sales motion
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership as we build our US team in New York
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Regular team events and off-sites
- A collaborative, in-office work environment in the heart of New York

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to own the systems, data, and rhythm behind Peec's global revenue engine. We've grown from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months on a motion that combines product-led signups with a fast-scaling sales team across Berlin and New York, and the operational layer now needs a single owner: one source of truth in the CRM, a forecast leadership can trust across both regions, and automation that lets a lean GTM team punch far above its weight.
You'll report to our CRO and own revenue operations globally from our New York office, working daily with sales leadership in both regions and partnering closely with Growth and Finance. In your first quarter you'll take over the global HubSpot instance, stand up a forecasting cadence that covers North America and EMEA, and ship the funnel reporting that shows us where deals are won, stall, and die. This is a builder role with real ownership: the systems you design become how Peec sells.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- How the revenue team works: territories, account ownership, lead routing and attribution. For example, deciding when an account belongs to a rep and when it goes back to the pool, then making the CRM enforce it
- Reporting: pipeline, forecast and numbers per rep. For example, an outbound pipeline number the sales team can be measured and paid on, without arguments
- Comp and commissions: plans set up in the tooling, monthly runs that match the CRM, and clear answers for reps
- Quote-to-cash: offer, signature, billing and the handover to Customer Success
- Data model: one source of truth across CRM, billing and product
- Tools and roadmap: you choose, run and simplify the revenue tools, and keep a roadmap with owners and dates
- Launch discipline: every change ships with a clear rule, a test, an owner and communication to the people it affects
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You've built or led a RevOps function at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, ideally with both self-serve and sales-led motions, and can teach us how it's done
- You've owned a function, not just worked through a backlog
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot: workflows, data model, reporting, and you still build things yourself
- Strong project management: you turn a loose brief into a plan, bring the right people together and deliver
- Commercial judgment: you understand the sales problem behind a request, not just the ticket
- Comfortable with data: SQL or a BI tool, plus a working understanding of APIs and automations
- Based in New York, or ready to relocate, and excited to be in the office five days a week
HOW YOU WORK
- You finish what you start, without being chased
- High rigor: you check your own work, especially AI-assisted work, and say what you're unsure about
- You propose rather than ask: you find answers yourself and bring structure instead of waiting for it
- You raise problems early, before others find them
- You close loops: a short weekly written update, and every missed deadline gets a new date or is dropped with a reason
- You stand behind your numbers: you present to leadership and finance yourself and can explain every figure
- You build relationships with sales leaders, CX and finance unprompted
- You take fast feedback well and act on it
BONUS POINTS
- Experience building a RevOps function from scratch, or owning a remit that spans regions
- Experience working across time zones with a European HQ
- Exposure to PLG funnels and product usage data in a sales-assist motion
- Familiarity with Stripe, billing, or CPQ workflows and deal desk operations
- SQL skills for pulling your own answers out of the data
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category
