More than 30,000 subscription apps run on Adapty: $5B in revenue tracked, 4B users served, 80B API calls a month. That's one of the richest datasets in the app economy. Our mission is simple: make apps rich.
We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Adapty's Flow & Paywall Builder lets app teams generate onboarding flows and paywalls with AI, test them, and ship without an App Store release. It has its own go-to-market team, budget, and lead target, and content is how app founders and growth leads first hear about it: research built on Adapty data, lead magnets, webinars, case studies.
You'll own that content. The first three months are hands-on: you write and ship every piece yourself, learn the product and the audience, and find out what brings leads. From month four, you run the content plan for the Builder and decide what to scale and what to cut.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Ship a data-led research piece every two weeks and turn it into a lead magnet: a gated report, an interactive tool, a Claude skill. You pull the data from our internal analytics and find the story
- Repurpose every piece for LinkedIn through employee advocacy: posts for the product owner's personal account and the team's
- Turn every webinar into a campaign, not a one-off: you set the angle, write the Luma page and promo, and afterwards cut it into a recap, LinkedIn clips and a follow-up that keep it working as a lead magnet
- Interview customers and write case studies with real numbers
- Track which content brings leads from target accounts and report it weekly
- From month four, own the Builder content plan
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS content, ideally for a technical or data-heavy product
- You've published research or benchmark reports you drove yourself, and you know what they brought: downloads, leads, demos
- You get numbers on your own: dashboards, SQL or AI tools, no waiting on an analyst
- You've packaged a webinar or event from promo to follow-up, not only written the recap
- You've written case studies from your own customer interviews
- You use AI in your workflow, and your copy still doesn't read like AI
- Strong written English for a technical audience
NICE TO HAVE
- Mobile apps, subscriptions, ad tech, MMP or dev tools background
- You know paywalls, onboarding, and A/B testing from the inside
- Worked in a pipeline-driven or ABM marketing team
- SEO basics: keyword research, Google Search Console
- Your own audience on LinkedIn, X, or Substack
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- Strong product with industry-best metrics. Adapty is among the top 5% fastest-growing SaaS companies.
- Exceptional compensation directly tied to your results.
- Direct communication and ownership. No bureaucracy, no politics, just impact.
- Flexible remote work. Join us from anywhere or work onsite in our Belgrade or London offices.
- Professional support. Language learning, sports, health insurance, laptop coverage, and more.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
About LangChain
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We help developers build mission-critical AI applications across the entire agent development lifecycle. Our open source frameworks — LangChain and LangGraph — see over 70+ million downloads per month. Developers rely on LangChain for composable integrations and LangGraph for controllable agent orchestration. Our commercial agent platform, consisting of LangSmith and LangGraph Platform, enables teams to build, test, run, and manage agents at scale across their organization.
Founded in 2023, LangChain powers top engineering teams at companies like Replit, Lovable, Clay, Klarna, LinkedIn, and more.
About the role
We’re hiring a Technical Support Engineer to lead our customer support experience for highly technical users, from AI engineers to infrastructure architects. You’ll be on the front lines helping teams debug production LLM applications and agents, improve AI observability and evaluations, and unblock critical issues. You’ll also help define what world-class technical support looks like for modern AI platforms
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the go-to escalation point for technical support inquiries—diagnosing issues across customer setup, LangChain products, and deployment issues.
- Work directly with engineering, operations, documentation, and product teams to resolve bugs, suggest patches, and advocate for customer needs.
- Partner with Deployed Engineering to support critical enterprise customers.
- Build and refine internal tooling, diagnostics, and runbooks for complex issue triage.
- Lead post-mortems for critical incidents and feed learnings back into product and documentation.
- Help refine KPIs for support health (MTTR, CSAT, bug recurrence) and drive continuous improvement.
- Improve documentation and knowledge articles to improve 1-to-many resources and provide proactive support.
- Mentor and coach other support engineers.
How to be successful in this role
- 4+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, or SRE roles in deeply technical B2B environments (e.g., observability, infrastructure, data platforms).
- Expert troubleshooting skills across APIs, SDKs, distributed systems, and cloud-native stacks.
- Programming experience with Python. Bonus if you have TypeScript experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
- Comfort working with logs, traces, metrics in Datadog, and 3rd-party integrations (e.g., OpenTelemetry, LLM providers).
- Experience supporting enterprise customers and collaborating with engineering on complex escalations.
- A bias for clarity and continuous improvement: you write succinct, helpful, and accurate responses and build a foundation for case deflection.
- High ownership — want to do what’s best for the customer and the company and are relentlessly results oriented
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary and equity stake for role and stage of company. Commensurate with experience.
- Annual salary range: £80,000 - £110,000
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

Workplace: Hybrid
OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're now growing our consumer business and building new services for self-employed people and freelancers. To support that, we're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to run creator campaigns for Taxfix and Steuerbot.
Most people find taxes stressful. Hearing from a creator they already trust that they got money back in one evening is more convincing than an ad. That's why creators are a big part of our marketing. We run the channel in-house with a significant yearly budget and use it both to bring in new users and to build trust in our brands. The hard part is doing both at once: getting new users at a good cost while keeping the content credible for the creator's audience.
This role reports to the Influencer Marketing Lead and focuses at first on our two German brands, Taxfix and Steuerbot.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run and scale creator campaigns from start to finish: find creators, reach out, negotiate, brief them, review content, take it live and report on results.
- Negotiate deals that make sense for both sides. Push back on first prices and agree on terms like view guarantees or performance-based pay.
- Build long-term relationships with creators and their managements, and decide how we work with them across both brands.
- Run frequent hypothesis-driven experiments. We put strong emphasis on asking the right questions, good experiment design, and generating actionable data and interpretations. You own large parts of creator and influencer experimentation.
- You continue to expand our creator database and context layer, allowing you to work very data and insight driven, and enabling AI agents to work alongside or for you equipped with the right data and context.
- Automate the repetitive parts of your job with n8n, Claude Cowork/Code and GitHub, so research, scoring and reporting run on their own and you can spend your time on higher value work with creators, negotiations, content and strategy.
- Seasonal campaign planning across multiple platforms, formats and creator sizes.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience running influencer campaigns on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, at a brand or an agency.
- You’re highly curious about the creator economy and thrive on turning complex, ambiguous challenges into practical solutions in a high-agency role.
- You’re an effective and confident negotiator who always strives to get the best deal and who’s not shy to walk away from a deal.
- You’re highly analytical and very comfortable with processing and critically interpreting data sets, with an eye for detail.
- You are on the path of becoming an AI builder with first basic to advanced workflow automations or other agentic solutions under your belt with measurable impact.
- You’re experienced in general in how to work with LLMs and agentic solutions effectively, including when to critically review their outputs.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder with both, internal stakeholders and external managements and creators. You’re fluent in German and English.
If you come from performance marketing, growth, affiliate or creator operations and have worked with creators, apply anyway. We'd like to hear from you.
WHAT YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS LOOK LIKE
- A creator pipeline where you can explain why each creator is on it.
- Working relationships with the creators and managements you book.
- Two structured experiments, with read-outs that say what failed as clearly as what worked.
- One recurring task automated, with the hours it saves measured.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix https://www.linkedin.com/company/taxfix/life/8684512c-424f-44de-8d07-6e6b516e3319/?viewAsMember=true page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.
Not sure if you meet all the requirements for this role? Please apply anyway. You might bring something special to the team that we hadn't considered previously.

This is a senior individual contributor role and a new motion for us. We need someone who can help define what great account marketing looks like for Majors, while working closely with Regional Marketing and teams across Grafana to bring it to life.
What you'll be doing:
Partner with the Majors team to understand account goals, growth opportunities, product adoption, key relationships, and whitespace.
Build account marketing plans tied directly to the account strategy and what the team is trying to accomplish.
Work across Regional Marketing, Events, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Demand Gen, and other teams to understand what programs and resources already exist that can support Majors customers. Start by connecting customers to the right existing opportunities, then build something new when there is a clear need or gap.
Participate in account planning and EBRs where marketing can add value.
Build high-touch programs based on what the customer needs, including executive engagement, workshops, customer celebrations, peer connections, advocacy, and personalized experiences.
Help account teams build deeper relationships across executives, technical leaders, champions, users, teams, and geographies.
Bring together the right teams and resources across Grafana to support the account. You won’t execute everything yourself, but you’ll make sure the right things happen.
Measure what matters at the account level: Are we reaching new people? Deepening relationships? Increasing adoption? Helping move opportunities forward?
Identify what works and turn those learnings into repeatable plays we can use more broadly.
What makes you a Great Fit:
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise account marketing, ABM, customer marketing, or a similar role.
Experience working with large, complex enterprise customers and supporting growth within existing accounts.
Strong Sales partnership. You know how to work alongside an account team, understand what they’re trying to accomplish, and bring a marketing point of view rather than simply taking requests.
Experience with 1:1 or highly targeted account marketing and working across multiple teams, personas, and geographies within an account.
Global experience and comfort working across regions and distributed teams.
Strong tool proficiency and active use of AI. You’re using AI for more than personal productivity. You’re looking for ways to rethink workflows, uncover insights, make better recommendations, and scale what works, while applying your own judgment.
You’re curious, accountable, adaptable, resilient, and self-motivated. You’re comfortable figuring things out without waiting for a perfect playbook.
You know how to prioritize. Not every account or request needs the same level of investment, and you can focus your time where marketing can have the greatest impact.
What success looks like at:
Success isn’t measured by how many programs you run. It’s whether marketing is helping our Majors customers get more value from Grafana and helping our account teams grow those relationships.
We should see deeper engagement across our customers, stronger executive and technical relationships, increased adoption, new teams and use cases, and marketing helping move meaningful opportunities forward.
Just as important, we should have a strong working model across Majors, Regional Marketing, and our cross-functional teams, with clear ownership and little duplication.
Over time, we should be able to point to what works, why it works, and turn those learnings into account marketing plays we can scale beyond Majors.
Compensation & Rewards:
In the US, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $195,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

Belkins is the most reviewed B2B appointment setting company in the USA, with over 300 5-star reviews, and is ranked among the Top-3 best professional service firms in the world 2024 by Clutch.
Trusted by industry leaders, including General Electric, Nvidia, UC Berkeley, Zendesk, Cloudflare, and over 1,000 other businesses in the USA — from startups to Fortune 500, empowering companies across 50+ industries with a results-oriented full-funnel outreach, boasting a staggering average of $10 return on every $1 spent with Belkins.
We foster long-term partnerships to unlock the full potential of B2B clients, allowing them to scale steadily regardless of market shifts.
The role
Belkins is launching Intake (a new pod that owns every new client's first three months): onboarding, campaign launch, first booked meetings, and the handoff to a long-term account team.
You'll lead the pod and be accountable for one outcome: new clients who see results and stay.
This isn't a role with a comfortable book of long-term accounts. Every client is new, most are demanding, and results are expected from week one.
The pace is high and there's no rigid playbook yet.
If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, we'd like to talk.
What you'll own
Every new client from kickoff to month 3.
That covers onboarding, launch, first results and a clean handoff.
A team of Account Strategists and SDRs.
You'll assign accounts, coach the team, and hire or replace people quickly when someone isn't delivering.
The campaigns themselves.
When a campaign isn't booking meetings, you open it, find the cause (list, copy, targeting or SDR)
and fix it yourself
.
The hard conversations.
You'll join escalation calls with US clients, reset expectations and step in on at-risk accounts.
The numbers.
These include trial-to-long-term conversion, appointments against plan, time to first appointment and onboarding time.
The function itself.
Intake is new. Once you've seen it in action, we expect you to tell us what doesn't work and rebuild it.
What success looks like
Month 1:
You learn the clients and processes alongside our Head of Delivery, take over pod operations and join live onboardings.
Month 3:
You fully own the pod and its metrics, and you've made your first team decisions.
Month 6:
You run Intake on your own and have launched improvements to onboarding, handoff or hiring.
You'll fit if you
Started hands-on (SDR/BDR, AE, CSM or AM) and went on to lead that function. You've done the work and you've managed it.
Know at least one outbound channel from the inside: cold email, calling or LinkedIn.
Have managed a client-facing team, including hiring and letting people go.
Speak advanced English (C1) and stay confident on difficult calls with US clients.
Move fast. You get going in days, not weeks, and make people decisions without dragging them out.
Bonus points
Experience in an outbound or lead-gen agency, SDR outsourcing, or another client-services business of 50–200 people
Experience with US clients
You've built or rebuilt an onboarding, CS or delivery process
You use AI tools in your daily work
Why join
You'll build a brand-new function that leadership sees as a priority.
You'll have real ownership: your decisions shape how Belkins onboards every client.
The role grows as Intake grows, in scope, team size and budget.
Hiring process
Intro call with our recruiter (30 min)
Case review and discussion with our Managing Director -
Alex
: we share real materials in advance and talk them through together
Final interview with CEO
If you’re ready to take on a high-impact challenge, lead a transformation, and be rewarded for aggressive growth, we want to hear from you. At Belkins, we care deeply about our team members, and we prove it through:
Competitive Pay: Your dedication deserves more than recognition; it deserves compensation that matches your expertise.
Remote-First Flexibility: We’ve transitioned to a fully remote environment so you can work where you're most productive. Our flexible hours help you stay agile and focused.
Professional Growth: We’re a launchpad for your career. Through regular feedback, 1:1s, internal mobility, and knowledge-sharing, your growth is enabled and celebrated. We also maintain an internal wiki for insights and a library of the latest business books to keep you sharp.

Recharge Time: We prioritize your rest with 20 paid vacation days, parental leave, fully covered sick days, and unlimited days off for unexpected needs.
Global Sync: We align with U.S. holidays to keep our global teams in sync.
Memorable Team Experiences: Work hard, play hard — even from a distance. Our online team-building events and all-hands gatherings bring humor, memes, and a lively atmosphere that makes teamwork genuinely fun.

TAM coverage is reserved for a select group of accounts, and you will work on them alongside our Account Management (AM) team. - Payment Performance: Monitor acceptance rates, decline patterns and authentication results across your portfolio, find what is costing merchants approvals and fix it.
- Technical Consultancy: Root-cause decline spikes, integration errors and configuration problems using log monitoring and data querying tools, and see them through to resolution. Collaborate with issuers, card schemes and our internal teams that manage those relationships to resolve systemic issues.
- Product Adoption: Lead the rollout of new products, payment methods and technical migrations as merchants expand with Checkout.com http://Checkout.com.
- Account Growth: Spot growth opportunities in your merchants' roadmaps and collaborate with the AM on the best way to position new products and solutions. Strengthen upsell conversations with demos, workshops and technical training on new features.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with many teams across Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, including Product and Engineering, to translate merchant requirements into clear action items that deliver better outcomes for the customer, such as improved payment performance.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, managing internal and external stakeholders up to senior level.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex and unfamiliar technical issues independently and drive them to resolution.
- Comfortable with core technical concepts, such as APIs and how front-end and back-end systems work together, and able to explain them clearly when advising merchants.
- Strong data literacy, with the ability to use query tools and AI to analyse data, extract insights and turn them into improvements.
- Experience with data querying and logging tools such as Datadog and BigQuery.
- Comfortable using AI tools and agents in your day-to-day work to investigate issues faster, automate repetitive tasks and scale your impact.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as required.
- Experience in payments or SaaS (software as a service) is a plus.

Qdrant is an open-source vector search engine powering the next generation of AI applications, from semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to AI agents and real-time recommendations.
Trusted by global leaders like Canva, HubSpot, Tripadvisor, Bosch, and Deutsche Telekom, we’re building the retrieval infrastructure layer for modern AI. Recently raising $50M in Series B funding, we are growing rapidly and committed to transforming how AI understands and interacts with data.
As a remote-first company, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences fuel innovation. Here, you’ll own meaningful work, tackle challenges, and grow alongside passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of AI.
THE TEAM AND YOUR IMPACT
As our Senior Developer Relations Engineer in San Francisco, you'll lead Qdrant's developer engagement in one of the most active AI communities in the world. In this senior individual contributor role, you'll combine hands-on engineering (about 40% of your time) with public speaking, content, and community building (about 60%).
Your impact will show up in two places. Externally, you'll turn your Bay Area relationships with engineers, founders, and event organizers into joint projects and workshops with our ecosystem partners, while your talks at premier conferences and your technical content reach hundreds of thousands of developers worldwide. Inside Qdrant, you'll bring what you hear from developers directly to our core engineering team to shape the roadmap, and you'll raise the bar for the DevRel team by starting new initiatives and mentoring others.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Demos and applied research. Build and maintain open-source demo applications, such as end-to-end retrieval pipelines, recommendation engines, and AI search tools. Prototype new Qdrant use cases by experimenting with emerging patterns like neural sparse encoders, agentic workflows, and AI memory.
- Technical content. Write in-depth technical articles, record video tutorials, and create practical guides that make complex concepts easy to follow.
- Talks, events, and Bay Area partnerships. Give talks and live coding sessions at conferences, and lead Qdrant's presence at hackathons and workshops. Work with our partnerships team to turn local relationships into joint workshops, demos, and speaking opportunities.
- Developer community. Answer technical questions on Discord, X, LinkedIn, and Reddit, and bring what developers need back to our product and engineering teams.
WHO YOU ARE
- Senior DevRel experience. You have 5+ years in software engineering, Developer Relations, or technical marketing, including at least 3 in Developer Relations. You've independently delivered technical talks, workshops, and community programs, and you can share examples of working applications and collaborations you started.
- Technical depth and clear communication. You have strong software engineering skills in Python, Rust, TypeScript, or Go. You can build and debug applications that use vector search, embeddings, and large language models, and explain the "how" and "why" behind them, whether in writing or on stage.
- Ownership of outcomes. You've owned a DevRel program or initiative end to end: you set the goals, chose what to build or say, and measured whether it worked, for example through adoption, community growth, or content reach. You can walk us through what you changed based on the results.
- Influence beyond your own work. You've changed a product or engineering decision based on developer feedback, and you've helped other team members grow through mentoring, reviews, or shared practices.
- Established San Francisco network. You're an active part of the Bay Area developer and AI community, with real relationships among engineers, event organizers, and founders.
- Judgment and empathy for developers. You follow the AI ecosystem closely, test new tools for their practical value, and can tell useful technical work from hype. You understand what developers need and use that to choose topics and create content that respects their knowledge.
NICE TO HAVE
- Search and retrieval depth. You've worked on search or information retrieval systems, or at a search company, and understand how indexing, ranking, and relevance tuning work under the hood.
- Applied research. You go deeper than tutorials. You read papers, run experiments or benchmarks, and turn what you find into something developers can use.
- Video and social reach. You've built an audience through video or social media, for example YouTube tutorials, livestreams, or technical posts on X or LinkedIn.
WHY JOIN US
- A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
- A competitive salary with additional perks.
- Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture.
- High ownership and real impact.
- Open-source, engineering-driven culture.
- Choose your own laptop equipment.
For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy.
Qdrant is an equal-opportunity employer. We believe the best ideas come from diverse teams, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If this role excites you but you don't check every single box, we'd still love to hear from you! We don't want to miss out on great people because of a checklist.
Come build with us!

WHY CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE AT LANGFUSE
Your work will keep Langfuse running — everywhere.
Langfuse processes over a billion trace events per month. When a Fortune 50 company relies on Langfuse in production, they're relying on the infrastructure you operate. You'll own uptime, performance, and cost efficiency across our entire cloud footprint — and you'll make sure every self-hosted deployment runs just as smoothly.
You'll operate Langfuse Cloud on AWS ECS Fargate and ClickHouse Cloud, with Datadog as the observability backbone. You'll also own our public self-hosted infrastructure — including our Helm chart, Docker Compose setup, and everything in between — so that teams from startups to enterprises can run Langfuse on their own terms.
This isn't a "maintain what exists" role. We're scaling fast, and you'll be the person who makes sure the infrastructure grows ahead of demand — not behind it.
Langfuse is now part of ClickHouse, which means the team behind the database at the core of our stack is one channel away. Few infrastructure roles give you that kind of direct access to the people who build your most critical dependency.
YOU WILL GROW AT LANGFUSE BY
Own Langfuse Cloud operations: You'll run our production environments on AWS ECS Fargate and ClickHouse Cloud. You'll manage deployments, autoscaling, capacity planning, and cost optimization — making sure we stay fast and affordable as traffic scales.
Build world-class observability: You'll own our Datadog setup end to end — dashboards, alerts, and SLOs. When something degrades, you'll ensure we know before our customers do. You'll build the monitoring culture that lets the whole team ship with confidence.
Make self-hosting effortless: Thousands of teams run Langfuse on their own infrastructure. You'll own and evolve our Helm chart, Docker Compose configuration, and deployment documentation. You'll turn "works on my machine" into "works on every machine" — from a single-node setup to a multi-region enterprise deployment.
Automate everything: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, automated scaling, zero-downtime deployments. You'll replace manual processes with automation that makes the team faster and the platform more reliable.
Scale for what's next: We're growing fast and new product directions — like complex long-running agent observability and real-time evaluation — push the infrastructure in new ways. You'll be thinking ahead about what breaks at 10x scale and building the foundation before we get there. 10x is always just one quarter away here at Langfuse.
Harden security and compliance: As more enterprises adopt Langfuse, you'll help ensure our cloud and self-hosted deployments meet the security and compliance bar that large organizations require.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong infrastructure or SRE engineer who gets excited about running systems at scale and making them better every day
- Experience operating production workloads on AWS (ECS/Fargate, networking, IAM, S3, etc.) or on comparable hyperscale vendors.
- Comfortable with container orchestration — Kubernetes and/or ECS, Helm charts, Docker
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar)
- Strong monitoring and observability instincts — you've built dashboards and alerts that actually caught problems (Datadog experience is a plus)
- You organize yourself. You have strong opinions about reliability, automation, and how to ship infrastructure changes safely
- Interest in open source software and genuine enjoyment helping users debug their self-hosted deployments
- Thrives in a small, accountable team where your output is visible and matters
- CS or quantitative degree preferred
Bonus points:
- Experience with ClickHouse Cloud or other managed analytical databases
- Background in operating high-throughput event processing or observability infrastructure
- Contributions to open source infrastructure tooling (Helm charts, Terraform modules, etc.)
- Former founder
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.

Sensor Tower’s insights are trusted by more than 2,500 enterprises worldwide across tech, retail/commerce, entertainment/media, gaming, consumer packaged goods and finance.
Our mobile gaming portfolio includes AppMagic and Playliner, which help game developers and publishers understand the mobile games market and how top games run their LiveOps.
We’re looking for an AI Engineer to build LLM-powered prototypes for our gaming analytics products. You’ll turn product ideas into working prototypes on real data, find out quickly which ones are worth building, and then take the successful ones all the way to production together with our engineering teams.
What you’ll do
- Build AI prototypes for game analytics, with a focus on multimodal data: screenshots, images and gameplay video. For example, recognizing LiveOps events from in-game screenshots or extracting what changed in a game update.
- Choose and use the right models for each task (mainly Claude), balancing quality, speed and cost.
- Build data pipelines with our Data Engineer to run models on large volumes of game data.
- Measure quality so we know what works and what doesn’t.
- Build retrieval and multi-step pipelines.
- Turn the best prototypes into real product features together with our engineers.

- Ability to pass technical interview both in Russian & English.
What we’d be particularly excited about

Sensor Tower’s digital intelligence platform provides unparalleled insight into market trends, advertising, competitor’s strategies, and consumer/user audience across mobile, web, and gaming.
Our tech stack
Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, OpenCV, PostgreSQL, S3, Kubernetes, TypeScript, React
What we’re looking for
- Strong Python (TypeScript is a plus).
- Experience with multimodal models: screenshots, images or video.
- Hands-on experience building products on top of LLM APIs, not just chatbots.
- Understanding of RAG and vector search, and when they’re not needed.
- You measure results and can show how well your solution works.
- You can work independently and explain your decisions clearly.
- Ability to pass technical interview both in Russian & English.
What we’d be particularly excited about
- Interest in or experience with mobile games, LiveOps or market analytics.
- Hands on experience in building AI projects
- Experience with LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks, and an opinion on when they’re worth using.
