Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a rare opportunity to partner directly with Replit’s President, Michele Catasta. As Replit leads in making useful intelligence accessible to all, you will serve as the company President's primary operational and strategic force multiplier across these critical organizations.
Your mandate is to own the most complex cross-functional challenges, unblock technical and operational bottlenecks, and ensure that the core product, engineering, and organizational engines operate with speed, coherence, and precision.
This is a high-leverage individual contributor (IC) role, not a traditional management track or team-building post. You will scale your personal leverage through AI workflows, agentic automation, and rigorous analytical judgment, influence, not headcount. You are the operator Michele turns to when an issue spans multiple disciplines such as technical architecture, product execution, support feedback loops, or organizational design and demands a single, decisive owner.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Act as Trusted Advisor & Operational Stand-in: Serve as a direct thought partner and proxy for Michele. Elevate core operational insights, synthesize briefings for high-stakes technical and organizational decisions, and step in as a representative when needed.
- Proactively Clear Cross-Functional Friction: Anticipate blind spots and resolve organizational bottlenecks before they escalate. Bridge natural seams between Engineering, Product, Support, AI teams to ensure high-cadence execution.
- Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for Complex Initiatives: Spearhead high-priority projects that lack a neat functional home such as evolving product unit economics, developer tooling infrastructure shifts, pricing models, or technical re-architectures.
- Scale Impact via AI & Automation: Actively build and deploy AI agents, automation pipelines, and modern operational workflows to multiply your personal bandwidth across status synthesis, metrics tracking, scenario modeling, and operational monitoring.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
- Not a Routine Data / BI Role: You will not be building routine dashboards, running routine SQL queries, or handling standard quarterly analytics. Those belong to Data, RevOps, and Strategic Finance.
- Not Bureaucracy or Process for Process’s Sake: We prioritize momentum, rapid iteration, and decisiveness over heavy governance frameworks or dense slide decks.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- 7+ Years in High-Growth Tech: Proven track record in strategy, operations, product operations, or technical chief of staff roles, with extensive time spent working shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering and Product leadership.
- Cross-Domain Credibility: Strong technical fluency to earn the respect of Staff/Principal Engineers and AI researchers, paired with the operational empathy to partner effectively with Support and People teams.
- Exceptional Execution in Ambiguity: The ability to take ill-defined, sprawling problems, define clean problem boundaries, and drive them to resolution without formal line authority.
- Strong Quantitative & Analytical Toolkit: Deep comfort evaluating unit economics, interrogating technical systems data, building scenario models, and separating actionable signal from noise.
- Executive-Ready Communication: Direct, concise communicator who can deliver unambiguous trade-offs and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and brevity.
- Hands-on AI & Agent Automation: Active, practical experience leveraging LLM workflows, coding agents, and automation frameworks to amplify daily productivity and analytical depth.
- Presence & Proximity: Continual availability is essential. Ability to work in-person (at least) three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) in Foster City, CA, collaborating closely on-site with leadership.
- Scale Experience: Experience navigating rapid organizational scaling while maintaining high cultural and engineering standards.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Deep Developer Tooling Background: Prior experience in developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, AI coding assistants, or developer-focused software ecosystems.
HOW WE’LL KNOW IT’S WORKING
- Decision Velocity Across Functions Increases: Product, engineering, and support initiatives move from scoping to execution faster, with clear alignment and measurable business impact.
- Net-Negative Friction: Teams actively seek your partnership because your involvement removes ambiguity, sharpens priorities, and unblocks progress rather than introducing overhead.
- Integrated Health Sightlines: Replit's President has continuous, high-signal visibility into the operating health, technical execution, and organizational sentiment across all reporting groups.

ElevenLabs moves fast - and behind every high-performing leader is someone who makes sure nothing slips. This is a high-trust, hands-on role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, holds themselves to a high standard, and takes genuine pride in making their lead's life easier - down to the small, considered details that others overlook.
You'll be the operational backbone for senior leadership - managing calendars, coordinating across time zones, handling logistics, and owning the day-to-day administrative tasks that let leadership focus on what matters most.
In this role, you will:
- Manage complex, fast-moving calendars and provide scheduling and coordination support across multiple time zones and geographies
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, acting as a trusted partner in both professional and operational contexts
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal stakeholders across teams, as well as external partners and senior leaders
- Work closely with other EAs across the organisation to align schedules, share context, and keep cross-functional coordination running smoothly
- Anticipate needs before they arise: managing follow-ups, flagging conflicts, and keeping the right people aligned
- Build structure, processes, and systems that scale with a fast-growing AI company
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline repetitive work, using AI tools and productivity tooling to improve quality and speed
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders and their broader teams in a fast-moving environment, including coordinating with other EAs across the organisation
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, shifting timelines, and multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior executives and partners to vendors and office guests
- High emotional intelligence and discretion - trusted with sensitive information
- Comfortable supporting not just an individual but a wider team at times - able to flex between high-priority senior leadership support and broader operational needs as the situation demands
- Personable and easy to work with - someone who builds genuine relationships across the organisation and is trusted by the people around them
- A natural reflex to reach for tooling and automation; fluency with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT and quick to adopt new systems
- High personal standards - the kind of person who cares about the quality of their output and holds the bar
- A valid passport and willingness to travel globally ~40% of the time
- Language requirement: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.

Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Figma employees are among the most AI-active in the industry, and our Internal AI team, part of FTS (our Business Technology org), helps turn that energy into meaningful impact by making it easier for every Figmate, from Sales and Support to Finance, People, and Legal, to safely adopt AI and use it to improve how they work.
We’re a small, high-leverage team organized around three pillars: Platform & Tooling, Infrastructure & Hosting, and Applied AI Builds, and this role is a key member of the Applied AI Builds pillar.
As an AI Engineer, Internal Tools, you’ll work directly with teams across Figma to identify high-value AI opportunities and take them to production, moving from understanding a business workflow, to rapidly prototyping an approach, to evaluating it and integrating it with the systems and data needed to make it useful in the real world.
This isn’t a role focused only on building AI demos: you’ll own solutions through production, help determine where AI adds value and where traditional rules-based software is the right choice, and shape how agents can safely take actions across enterprise systems. As common patterns emerge, you’ll partner with our Platform & Tooling and Infrastructure teams to build reusable capabilities that make future AI builds faster and safer.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Partner directly with teams across GTM, Finance, People, Legal, Support, and other business functions to understand workflows and identify high-value opportunities for AI
Design, build, and productionize AI agents, assistants, and workflow automations that solve real business problems using LLMs, tool calling, RAG, structured outputs, agent frameworks, MCP, APIs, and enterprise data

Build production-ready systems with strong observability, failure handling, security, authentication, authorization, and auditability
Identify reusable patterns across individual AI projects and build them out as shared components and capabilities in partnership with our Internal AI platform teams
Help define how Figma approaches Applied AI engineering and scales AI adoption across the company
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years of software engineering experience building production applications, integrations, backend systems, or AI-powered products
Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs, agents, retrieval-augmented generation, function calling, schema-constrained outputs, or evaluation frameworks
Experience taking an AI application or workflow beyond a prototype and operating it in a production environment
Strong API, integration, and system design fundamentals, with experience connecting applications across multiple systems and data sources and strong engineering judgment about when to apply AI and when a rules-based approach is the right choice, and experience designing reliable production systems with appropriate observability, failure handling, authentication, authorization, and security controls
Experience working directly with non-engineering stakeholders to understand ambiguous business problems and translate them into technical solutions and ability to move quickly from discovery to prototype while understanding what is required to safely and reliably productionize a solution
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
A background building internal AI applications or working in an Applied AI, Forward Deployed Engineering, or AI Solutions Engineering role
Experience with MCP, agent orchestration frameworks, and enterprise tool-calling patterns

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
The Field CTO role is one of Mistral's senior external technical voices; a role for someone who has earned genuine credibility in the AI field and can engage enterprise boards, CIOs, and CTOs as a peer. You will shape how strategic accounts think about their AI strategy, represent Mistral at major industry events, and publish thought leadership that reflects a real point of view on where AI is going.
You will work closely with regional sales leadership across your territory and bring what you learn from executive conversations back into Mistral's product direction. This is an externally-facing, influence-driven role. The output is measured in relationships built, content published, and executive conversations that move.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Executive engagement
Run Mistral's Executive Briefing Center with your regional VP; a selective program for C-level stakeholders at strategic accounts. Build and sustain trusted-advisor relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and VP Engineering across your territory.
Thought leadership
Publish regularly: articles, whitepapers, and analysis of where enterprise AI is heading. Brief Gartner and Forrester on Mistral's roadmap and market position. Track frontier research and bring it into customer conversations.
Conference and event presence
Represent Mistral at major industry events through keynotes, panels, and roundtables. Build a public presence that generates inbound interest from enterprise executives and the wider AI community.
Market feedback
Bring what you hear in executive conversations back into product direction. Patterns across accounts on governance requirements and deployment constraints should reach the people building the models.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Demonstrable credibility in the AI field. A public track record in AI: published papers, articles, or talks that reflect a clear, defensible position. Your work should read as credible next to Mistral's technical brand.
- A stated position on open-weight models and what they change for the enterprises adopting them. Your existing public positions should sit comfortable next to Mistral's.
- You are fluent in European data sovereignty and on-premise deployment, at the level that holds up with a CTO or VP Engineering asking hard questions.
- You are comfortable engaging C-level stakeholders across multiple verticals on technical architecture and business strategy, in the same conversation.
- Cross-vertical fluency, you can credibly engage across financial services, manufacturing, defense, and energy without being a domain specialist in any one of them.
- 10–25 years of experience in enterprise technology. You have held roles such as: Field CTO, Principal Architect, or VP Engineering at a major cloud or AI company, or a founder who built technical credibility and executive relationships through their own company.
- Comfortable with 30-50% travel depending on your region.
NICE TO HAVE
- Existing network of CTO and CIO relationships at enterprise accounts in your region
- Prior Field CTO or equivalent externally facing technical role at a major cloud or AI company

- Fluent in multiple languages spoken across your region

As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
The Role
This is a 0-to-1 role: part strategist, part builder, part entrepreneur, managing a small team. You'll design and launch the next generation of advice experiences, prove they work, and hand off proven playbooks to our sales and service teams to own and scale.
Your scope is the whole of Wealthsimple's advice business, not a single client segment. This role lives at the intersection of sales, service, product innovation, and commercial execution, and it exists to answer one question: what does a truly differentiated, human-centred advice experience look like at Wealthsimple, and how do we prove it works before we scale it?
Your Impact
Define what "5-star" client experiences look like in wealth management. Draw on deep knowledge of premium service (elite financial services) to design client experiences that are differentiated. You'll set the bar for what every advice client can expect from Wealthsimple, and you'll do it by building real things with real clients.
Incubate and personally run new advice services. Take a concept, like a new advice offering, an estate concierge, or a high-touch onboarding experience, and figure out how to deliver the MVP before it's ready to be scaled. The innovation is in designing a client experience that is truly differentiated and, through the use of technology & AI, highly scalable. When it works, you package it into a playbook and hand it to sales or service teams to run at scale. You own the incubation and inform the scaled delivery.
Build the advisor tooling that makes advice better and faster. Work hand-in-hand with product teams and advisors to take advisor tooling from manual to automated. You set the requirements, translate advisor reality into product specs, and work with other leaders to drive adoption.
Stay ahead of where the industry is going. You're plugged into the evolving advice and wealth landscape, the startups, the disruptors, and the best incumbents globally. You bring that intelligence back and help us sharpen hypotheses about what to build next, complemented by a close read of what our own clients value and where they feel under-served.
Prove commercial impact. Every pilot is measured against clear metrics, AUM growth, conversion, and client satisfaction. You design experiments that prove value before we commit to scaling, and you make backed recommendations on what to accelerate, refine, or sunset.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with and senior leadership to shape the future of Wealthsimple's advice offering
- Launch and personally run the first iterations of services that will eventually reach hundreds of thousands of clients
- Shape Wealthsimple's digital advice roadmap from the front line. Our advisors talk to clients every day, you turn what you hear into validated demand signals for product teams.
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Is energized by the messy, creative, manual work of building something from nothing, and doesn't need a large team or perfect infrastructure to get a pilot off the ground
- Has a genuine obsession with how the wealth and fintech landscape is evolving globally, with sharp instincts for real shift versus noise
- Brings deep knowledge of what premium service actually feels like from a client's perspective, and can translate it into a wealth management context
- Thinks commercially: you build experiences, but you always know the business case and how you'll prove it
- Is a natural leader who can bring stakeholders together around a shared vision
- Is tech-forward: comfortable with AI tools, low-code platforms, and lightweight scripting to build functional prototypes that test real concepts in market
- Is the person who notices the detail nobody asked for, and arrives with ideas about what would make a client tell their friends about us
What You'll Bring
- 5-7+ years in service design, strategy, innovation, or premium client experience (ideally with exposure to HNW or complex client segments)
- A proven track record of taking a service concept from idea to live pilot (true 0-to-1 experience)
- Demonstrated ability to use modern technology, AI tools, low-code/no-code, or lightweight scripting, to rapidly prototype and test
- Experience working alongside scaled operational teams and transitioning pilots into standardized processes, with a clear ability to hand off and let go
- Familiarity with the wealth management landscape: how different advice models work, what HNW clients value, and how firms grow AUM
- Comfort working in regulated environments and partnering with compliance teams
- Outstanding communication skills: you can influence executives, inspire advisors, and earn the trust of external partners

Technology & Innovation at Wealthsimple: We move quickly and build thoughtfully. In collaboration with Product and Marketing, you’ll continuously refine the team’s value proposition, sales methodology, and market positioning to resonate with decision-makers across large pharma and biotech.

Key responsibilities

Design and oversee sales strategies tailored to the distinct procurement cycles of pharma and biotech, including R&D and discovery budgets, clinical development and operations, regulatory and CMC investment, commercial budgeting, and enterprise IT and digital transformation programs, translating market and trend analysis into account plans and campaigns that meet and exceed team revenue targets
Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities across target identification and drug discovery, preclinical development, clinical trial design and operations, regulatory affairs and submissions, medical affairs, manufacturing and quality (GxP), pharmacovigilance and drug safety, and commercial functions, partnering cross-functionally to differentiate Anthropic’s offering for pharma and biotech use cases
Run a disciplined pipeline and forecasting cadence across the team, managing an evolving sales process to deliver predictable, coachable performance against quota
Serve as Anthropic’s domain expert across the pharma and biotech value chain, including discovery research, IND-enabling studies, clinical trial operations, NDA/BLA regulatory submissions, tech transfer and manufacturing, post-market safety, and commercial launch, and translate that expertise into repeatable playbooks, frameworks, and go-to-market strategies your team and the broader field organization can scale
Partner directly with C-suite and senior R&D leaders (CEOs, CIOs, CDOs, CSOs, CMOs, Heads of R&D, Heads of Clinical Development, Heads of Regulatory, CCOs) across pharma and biotech organizations to design multi-year AI transformation roadmaps and build long-term trusted advisor relationships
Partner closely with Product and Applied AI to translate feedback from discovery scientists, clinical operations teams, regulatory and quality leaders, and commercial teams into product and roadmap input, strengthening Anthropic’s value proposition across the segment
Build strategic relationships with life sciences-focused system integrators, technology vendors, CROs, CDMOs, and industry organizations to scale go-to-market capabilities

A genuine interest in deploying AI responsibly and motivation to advance Anthropic’s mission of building safe, beneficial AI
Preferred qualifications
Deep understanding of buying cycles, decision-making processes, and key pain points across both large pharma and biotech, and across multiple functions (R&D, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, commercial)
A strategic, analytical approach to assessing the pharma and biotech market, paired with creative, tactical execution to capture opportunities and a willingness to roll up sleeves on deals alongside the team
Experience developing and refining AI use cases in collaboration with customers and channel partners, spanning drug discovery, clinical development, regulatory and quality, pharmacovigilance, manufacturing, or commercial functions
Experience building or scaling a specialized sales team from an early stage
Passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems and their applications in drug discovery and development, with strong conviction around safe, ethical development of AI in these contexts

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
What you'll do
As Sierra’s founding Infrastructure Technical Program Manager, you’ll help define how we bring our AI platform into the cloud environments of some of the world’s largest and most regulated enterprises. Working alongside Agent Engineers, Deployed Infrastructure Engineers, and Agent Strategists, you’ll own the programs & strategy that takes customers from deployment planning to agents live in production, and continue to support the upgrades and expansion that follow. You’ll bring your technical program management expertise to enterprise AI while establishing the playbooks and ways of working that help this new function scale.
- Own the end-to-end program plan for a customer's in-VPC (Bring Your Own Cloud, BYOC) deployment. Translate customer requirements into a clear deployment plan, with clear workstreams, owners, milestones, and dependencies across Sierra and customer teams.
- Drive execution across many customer teams (platform engineering, cloud provisioning, security, networking, model access, observability) and build alignment across customer teams, establish clear commitments, and find creative ways to resolve blockers and keep deployments moving.
- Be the translation layer between our engineers and the customer's: define requirements such as model access, observability, and upgrade cadence, and turn technical discussions into actionable next steps.
- Run the operating cadence for the deployment (standups, weekly status, escalations) so leadership on both sides always knows what's blocked, who owns it, and what it means for the launch date.
- Partner with Sierra's Platform and Deployed Infrastructure teams to feed customer-specific learnings back into our standard deployment offering, runbooks, and tooling, making each subsequent launch more predictable and repeatable.
- Define the TPM function at Sierra as we scale & establish the playbooks, operating rhythms, and standards that future TPMs and customer teams will build on.
What you'll bring
- 4+ years in technical program management, infrastructure or platform program management, deployment or solutions engineering, or a similar role where you were accountable for delivering complex technical projects across multiple teams.
- A track record of bringing structure to complex technical programs, with strong attention to detail and the follow-through to turn plans into results.A strong technical foundation from infrastructure, platform, or complex backend programs. You can work through technical dependencies with engineers, understand how requirements such as networking, permissions, and provisioning affect delivery, and translate those discussions into a clear plan. You’ll deepen your knowledge of Sierra’s architecture and customer deployment environments as you ramp.
- Technical curiosity and slope: You demonstrate the ability to learn new systems quickly, you ask thoughtful questions, build context, and apply what you learn to move programs forward.
- Comfort operating inside large, complex enterprise organizations (change management, security reviews, ownership spread across many teams) with the persistence and resourcefulness to keep teams aligned and deployments moving .
- Clear, structured communication: you make complex technical topics, program status, and decisions understandable to engineers and leaders, and adapt your approach to your audience
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Even better....
- Hands-on engineering background (software, DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure) before moving into program or product management, or direct experience with AWS, VPCs, IAM, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
- Experience deploying software into customer-owned cloud environments (BYOC, VPC, or air-gapped), especially at banks or other regulated institutions.
- Familiarity with LLM infrastructure: model gateways, Bedrock or Azure OpenAI, observability for AI systems.
- Experience at an early-stage company where you built the program-management function from scratch.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

Ensure the desktop and backend areas operate well together, with shared goals and a consistent agile delivery process.
Provide oversight of the team’s agile process, ensuring ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospectives are run well and consistently across both areas.

Ensure the reliability, performance, and maintainability of the backup client and backend services that customers depend on to protect their data.
Champion engineering quality by growing unit testing and other automated test coverage, and by keeping testing a first-class part of how the team builds and ships software.
Take part hands-on in code reviews, architecture decisions, and technical problem-solving across both desktop and server work.
Champion the effective use of AI-assisted development tools, guide the team in adopting agentic coding practices, and help establish norms around AI-augmented workflows.
Continuously improve team productivity by identifying bottlenecks, refining processes, and investing in tooling and practices that help engineers do their best work.

How you can make an impact:
Create high-quality, social-first video content across Aave’s channels
Turn raw footage and ideas into edits with strong hooks, pacing, sound and storytelling
Create content around product launches, campaigns, events, interviews and moments across the Aave ecosystem

Have a strong portfolio that demonstrates both creative taste and editing craft
Are deeply plugged into social media, internet culture and emerging content formats
Understand what makes short-form content compelling — hooks, retention, pacing, sound and payoff
Have strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent
Use AI and new creative tools to improve your workflow without compromising creative quality
Can move quickly, experiment and manage multiple pieces of content at once
Have strong creative judgement and obsessive attention to detail
Are curious about fintech
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!
Equal opportunities statement:
Aave Labs celebrates diversity and views each and every team member as a separate individual with their own unique identity. No matter your race, religion, gender, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation or even the wallet you use, we welcome you at Aave Labs. As an equal opportunities employer, we take accountability and believe in everyone's potential to build, create and inspire changes. With a mission to build a diverse workforce, we are proud to foster a working environment in which everyone can feel safe and valued for who they are.

We are a leading trading platform that is ambitiously expanding to the four corners of the globe. Our top-rated products have won prestigious industry awards for their cutting-edge technology and seamless client experience. We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.
As Senior Operational Risk Analyst, you will be a core member of Capital.com's risk function, reporting to the Head of Risk Management. You will run the operational risk cycle across the Group's Cyprus-regulated investment firms: the risk register, the business-wide risk assessment, the RCSA, the operational risk event register, and relevant reporting. ICT and digital operational resilience under DORA sit alongside that work, with framework direction and regulatory sign-off set by the Head of Risk.
Responsibilities:
Operational Risk Framework and RCSA: Run the risk register, business-wide risk assessment and risk and control self-assessment cycles for each entity: collect and challenge first-line input, score likelihood and impact, assess control effectiveness, and carry each risk from inherent through to residual.
Operational Risk Event Management: Maintain the operational risk event register: capture and classify events against the risk taxonomy, complete root-cause analysis, identify repeat patterns, and track first-line remediation through to closure.
Operational Risk Reporting: Produce the monthly operational risk event report and the operational risk sections of the Risk Committee pack. Monitor key risk indicators against stated appetite and flag adverse trends before a threshold is reached.
ICARA Contribution: Provide the operational risk input to the ICARA for each entity: loss data, scenario analysis, and the operational risk element of the additional own funds and liquidity assessment.
Control Assessment and Testing: Test whether controls work rather than whether they exist: query platform and warehouse data directly to evidence risk positions, assess control performance, and substantiate event impact instead of relying on first-line summaries.
DORA and ICT Resilience: Support delivery of the DORA programme across each regulated entity: maintain the ICT risk management artefacts, prepare the material for the ICT risk workstream, and track remediation actions through to closure, under the direction of the Head of Risk.
ICT Incident Classification and Reporting: Prepare major-incident assessments against the DORA classification criteria.
CT Third-Party and Outsourcing Risk: Carry out vendor and outsourcing risk assessments, prepare critical-or-important-function assessments, and track concentration across ICT service providers.
Assurance Support: Prepare responses to internal audit findings, external readiness reviews and supervisory observations, assemble the supporting evidence, and track action dates with the owners.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Operations, Technology, Information Security, Compliance, Legal and Finance so that risk outputs land in the governance process and escalate on the right trigger.
Requirements:
At least 3 years in risk management within a regulated financial services environment, with a material part of it in operational risk: investment firm, bank, payment institution, or a consulting or audit practice serving them.
Hands-on experience running operational risk framework cycles, including the risk register, business-wide risk assessment and RCSA, with likelihood and impact scoring, control effectiveness assessment and the inherent-to-residual step.
Experience managing an operational risk event register: capture, classification against a taxonomy, root-cause analysis, and remediation tracking with first-line owners.
Experience producing operational risk reporting and governance deliverables that reach a committee, a board or a supervisor, including key risk indicators measured against stated appetite, and readiness to own them as you grow into the role.
Working knowledge of DORA (Regulation (EU) 2022/2554), with exposure to at least one area: ICT risk management artefacts, incident classification and reporting, ICT third-party risk and the register of information, or resilience testing.
An organised approach to tracking regulatory developments across CySEC, ESMA and the EBA, and the ability to set out what a new rule means for the firm.
A degree in a numerate discipline: economics, finance, mathematics, engineering or similar. CySEC Advanced certification, or willingness to obtain it, is an advantage, as is an operational risk, operational resilience or information security certification.
What you will get in return:
• Competitive Salary: We believe great work deserves great pay! Your skills and talents will be rewarded with a salary that makes you feel valued and motivated.
• Work-Life Harmony: Join a company that genuinely cares about you - because your life outside of work matters just as much as your time on the clock. #LI-Hybrid
• Generous Time Off: Need a breather? Our annual leave policy lets you recharge and enjoy life outside of work without a worry.
• Employee Referral Program: Love working here? Share the love! Bring your talented friends on board and get rewarded for growing our awesome team.
• Comprehensive Health & Pension Benefits: From medical insurance to pension plans, we’ve got your back. Plus, location-specific benefits and perks!
• Workation Wonderland: Live your digital nomad dreams with 30 extra days to work remotely from anywhere in the world (some restrictions apply). Adventure awaits!
• Volunteer Days: Make a difference! Take two additional paid days each year to support causes you care about and give back to the community.
Be a key player at the forefront of the digital assets movement, propelling your career to new heights! Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding company that values and rewards talent, initiative, and creativity. Work alongside one of the most brilliant teams in the industry.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses.
What you'll do
As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai Lead, you own how Sierra's AI agents come to life for our customers, from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day. We believe the best leaders stay hands-on and close to the work. You'll sit at the intersection of product, building agents, and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for and the team you lead.
- Lead the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Our leads operate as ICs for their first 2-4 months at Sierra, then evolve into the lead role, all while continuing to take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous iteration in production. You'll both build directly and guide your team through the full lifecycle, coaching strategists to set and maintain the standard for ADLC best practices. You'll ensure agents launch on time, meet customer needs, and measurably move the customer's business.
- Build the team as you build the business. You’ll take on two kinds of leadership: serving as the senior sponsor on our key customer deployments, and managing a team of strategists. You'll drive how the strategist function grows, from hiring and onboarding to defining what success looks like.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers' executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and actively build/shape the AI strategy that gets them there. You'll develop your team to do the same.
- Guide delivery with the customer's working teams day to day. Run working sessions, troubleshoot agents as issues come up, and coach your team to make the calls that keep every build on track for launch. You'll be accountable for delivery quality and customer impact across your team's portfolio.
- Shape the future of the product. Your team's direct work with customers will guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform. You'll surface unmet needs, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to influence where Sierra goes next.
What you'll bring
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers, understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships, plus the ability to develop that muscle in others.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and guide teams through fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- A leadership style that comes from being hands-on. You blend high standards with empathy, fostering both speed and quality across your team.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts (reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion).
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running, as well as leading teams that run, multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
Even better...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production, hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering), working closely with technical counterparts.
- Background as a founder, product or strategy leader, or startup operator with high ownership and urgency.
- Experience managing teams in product, consulting, solutions, or other customer-facing roles.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team.

The Group Transaction Monitoring (TM) L3 Analyst plays a critical role in the detection, investigation, and reporting of financial crime across Capital.com's global entity footprint. The role sits within the Alert Operations pillar of the Group TM function, reporting to the Group Head of Transaction Monitoring, and handles the most complex end-to-end investigations from escalated alert review through to SAR/SMR/STR preparation, entity MLRO liaison, and cross-jurisdictional pattern analysis.
Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience conducting complex TM investigations, drafting SARs/SMRs/STRs to a regulatory standard, and making independent disposition decisions on high-risk cases within a regulated financial services environment.
The L3 Analyst operates with a high degree of autonomy. Where genuine suspicion is formed, the referral pack is submitted directly to the entity MLRO and is not subject to management approval. The Head of TM or Deputy may conduct a quality review before submission; any disagreement with the analyst's assessment is documented and both views are submitted to the MLRO together.
Responsibilities
Conduct complex investigations on escalated alerts: full transaction history review, source of funds and wealth analysis, beneficial ownership checks, open-source intelligence gathering, and cross-entity pattern analysis
Prepare high-quality SAR/STR narratives and supporting evidence packs to a standard suitable for entity MLRO review and regulatory filing, in accordance with regulatory timeframes and internal quality standards
Make independent disposition decisions on the most complex alerts, documenting rationale to an auditable standard — for the highest-risk alert categories, dispositions are subject to QC sampling and senior review
Perform background checks and contextual research on counterparties and entities linked to alerts using public and subscription databases
Maintain clear audit trails ensuring all investigative steps, conclusions, and rationale are accurately captured in the case management system
Liaise with entity MLROs on SAR filings, responding to queries and providing supplementary evidence where required
Liaise with external counsel and regulators where required, under the direction of the Head of TM
Mentor L1 and L2 analysts on investigation techniques and complex typology recognition
Support thematic reviews of specific client segments, typologies, or products as directed by the Head of TM or QA and Governance
Proactively identify process improvements and suggest control enhancements to strengthen detection and reporting capability
Requirements
