Are you passionate about helping others build sustainable fitness habits? Join us as a Virtual Physical Fitness Trainer, guiding clients through short, goal-specific fitness engagements — all from the convenience of your own space. This is a flexible, freelance role: you set your own hours, making it a great complement to an existing job or private practice.
Format at a glance
Engagement type: Freelance, virtual-only, 1:1 (video + in-app chat)
Session length: 30 or 60 minutes
Session volume: Limited credits per presenting issue (per client's employer plan); extensions require a new, distinct goal
Service model: Consultation & education — not physical therapy or medical treatment; not overseen by a medical department
Client relationship: Short-term and goal-focused — expect healthy client rotation, not long-term retention
Why to join us
As part of our community, you'll collaborate with other fitness professionals to expand access to high-quality, structured fitness coaching. You'll help clients make real, focused progress within a defined engagement — and then move on to help the next client.
What you'll do
Provide 1:1 virtual fitness coaching through video sessions and in-app chat, working within each client's allotted credits.
Conduct a baseline assessment (PAR-Q, fitness/injury history, and GP clearance for relevant chronic conditions) before building any plan.
Design personalized or templated workout programs tailored to the client's goals, fitness level, and equipment access.
Educate clients on strength, cardio, flexibility, and recovery principles, and cue proper form via live video.
Track progress and close out each presenting issue with a clear outcome before starting a new one.
Tag each session with the single Main PI that best matches the client's focus, plus up to three Secondary PIs, per the Q3 2026 PI taxonomy (see the Holistics PI Manual).
Recognize when a client's needs go beyond fitness coaching and refer to the appropriate licensed professional or Intellect service.
Respond to in-app chat within the 12-hour SLA and complete session notes within 24 hours.
What's in scope
Personalized/templated training plans and virtual fitness assessments.
Live-session coaching, form cues, and technique demonstrations.
Progress tracking, goal setting, and motivation/adherence support.
General education on warm-up, cool-down, recovery, sleep, and hydration.
What's out of scope
Diagnosing or treating any injury, illness, or chronic condition.
Physical therapy, rehab protocols, or “corrective” treatment.
Recommending or prescribing supplements or performance-enhancing substances.
Meal plans or specific dietary prescriptions (refer to Nutrition).
Counselling on disordered eating or mental health concerns (refer to Intellect's mental health professionals).
Promising specific outcomes, timelines, or guaranteed results.
Requirements
Proven experience as a personal trainer / fitness coach (typically 5+ years of active practice).
Bachelor's in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field, plus a recognized certification (e.g., ACE / NASM / NCSF / NSCA / ACSM / NESTA / ISSA), current or renewal in progress.
Strong communication in English and local language; able to simplify concepts for non-experts.
Language: Must speak Portuguese.
Comfortable working within a structured, credit-based consultation model — even if your background involved longer-term or clinical care.
Clear judgment about when to refer a client out, and willingness to do so even when it means the engagement ends.
Tech-savvy: video conferencing, fitness-tracking tools, comfortable documenting session notes on a platform.

WHO WE ARE
GreenLight.ai http://GreenLight.ai provides global, enterprise-grade workforce infrastructure for enterprise contingent workforce programs and talent platforms. We combine Employer of Record (EOR), Agent of Record (AOR), freelancer management (FMS), and intelligent worker classification with technology that connects directly to our clients’ workforce systems.
Trusted by some of the world’s most highly recognized and innovative companies, we help clients engage and manage their extended workforce across the US and internationally. Compliance is central to our service, our technology, and the trust our clients place in us.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will lead GreenLight’s legal and compliance function and serve as a hands-on member of our leadership team. Your mandate is to protect the business, support growth, and turn complex workforce regulations into practical decisions, scalable processes, and product capabilities.
You will work directly with the CEO and partner with product, engineering, HR, payroll, operations, and commercial teams. You will own legal standards and compliance oversight, support functional leaders in implementing them, and manage our US and international outside counsel. This role combines deep workforce expertise with commercial judgment and the ability to build systems that scale.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead workforce compliance. Own our compliance framework for EOR, AOR, and independent contractor engagements, including worker classification, wage and hour, exempt status, and co-employment risk. Establish clear policies, controls, escalation routes, and audit processes.
- Strengthen classification. Oversee classification assessments, quality review, reassessment triggers, and decision records. Train relevant teams and develop practical guidance for clients and workers.
- Shape the product. Translate regulatory requirements into classification rules, onboarding controls, workflows, and audit trails. Partner with product and engineering on AI-enabled compliance features, including validation, explainability, and human review.
- Manage commercial legal work. Draft and negotiate client, vendor, worker, and international partner agreements. Develop templates and negotiation guidance that support efficient contracting and appropriate allocation of risk, liability, and indemnities.
- Coordinate global compliance. Work with local counsel and partners to assess country requirements, licensing, and engagement restrictions. Strengthen partner diligence and oversight as our international business grows.
- Manage outside counsel. Select and coordinate US and international specialists, set priorities and service expectations, manage legal spend, and turn their advice into clear business decisions and operational actions.
- Handle material legal escalations. Advise HR and delivery teams on significant employee relations matters, disputes, claims, and investigations. Coordinate responses with outside counsel and relevant insurers.
- Build broader compliance controls. Partner with operations and technology on worker identity, fraud prevention, workforce data privacy, and responsible AI use, drawing on specialist advice where needed.
- Make legal knowledge actionable. Monitor regulatory developments and ensure relevant changes reach our policies, platform, and operating processes. Use AI and legal technology to improve research, contracting, and knowledge management, with verification and confidentiality controls.
- Represent GreenLight credibly. Support enterprise diligence, client presentations, and selected webinars and industry events. Review external claims and help develop useful, accurate compliance content.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Relevant legal experience. Typically 8 or more years in employment law, workforce compliance, and related commercial matters, with substantial responsibility for practical business advice. We will consider exceptional candidates with less experience.
- Legal qualifications. A JD or equivalent law degree and active membership in good standing with a US state bar.
- Workforce expertise. Deep knowledge of US employment law and worker classification, including complex multi-state workforces, and experience coordinating international legal advice.
- Commercial and operational judgment. Evidence of negotiating business agreements, implementing compliance processes, and making clear, proportionate recommendations under time pressure.
- Technology fluency. Ability to translate legal requirements into product and workflow changes, plus practical experience using AI or legal technology and evaluating its outputs.
- Leadership and communication. Ability to manage outside counsel, influence colleagues, and explain complex issues clearly to enterprise clients and hiring managers. Willingness to develop a credible public voice in workforce compliance.
- Builder mentality. Identify gaps, recommend solutions, and play an active part in implementing improvements.
Experience in staffing, EOR/AOR services, contingent workforce programs, talent marketplaces, or workforce technology is particularly valuable. In-house experience and experience building a legal or compliance function are strong advantages.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In your first year, you will establish a prioritized compliance roadmap, strengthen classification and international partner controls, improve enterprise contracting, and make regulatory updates actionable across our platform and operations. Teams will understand their responsibilities and know when and how to escalate material risks.
WHY JOIN GREENLIGHT
You will have direct access to the CEO, a meaningful voice in product and business decisions, and the opportunity to shape how leading organizations manage their extended workforce. We offer flexible working arrangements, benefits, and a home office stipend.
HOW WE WILL ASSESS CANDIDATES
We will focus on demonstrated judgment and results: how you have resolved difficult workforce issues, improved processes, managed counsel, and helped a business move forward responsibly. Our process will include discussion of your experience and a short practical case exercise.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
ABOUT THE GROWTH TEAM
Growth Marketing at Alan covers a broad range of opportunities, including acquisition, segment and market growth, partnerships, content, experimentation, and international expansion.
We are looking for adaptable marketers who can take ownership of a defined growth problem, learn quickly, and evolve as our priorities change.
Concretely, our team works on missions such as:
- Shape and scale the go-to-market of Prévenir, the new occupational health service operated by Alan
- Crafting the go-to-market strategy for our different segments (e.g. retirees, freelancers, companies,...)
- Developing our channels: scaling paid acquisition, growing visibility in AI search and LLMs like ChatGPT, or growing our strategic partnerships
YOUR MISSION
As a Senior Growth Marketer, you will own broad and strategically important Growth outcomes. You will challenge the initial framing, make high-impact choices, and build scalable ways of working across teams, segments, or markets.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own broad and strategically important Growth outcomes.
- Challenge the initial framing of complex problems and identify the highest-leverage opportunities.
- Connect Growth decisions to company objectives, market strategy, and long-term business impact.
- Make explicit choices about where the organisation should and should not invest.
- Build repeatable systems for insight, experimentation, measurement, and execution.
- Influence senior stakeholders across teams, markets, and functions.
- Anticipate second-order effects and create leverage beyond your own execution.
- Raise the quality of Growth thinking and execution across the team.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A strong track record of owning broad or strategically important Growth outcomes.
- Experience making complex trade-offs across business priorities and stakeholder groups.
- Ability to challenge the framing of a problem and identify systemic constraints.
- Strong business judgment, including an understanding of economics, measurement, and long-term impact.
- Experience building scalable systems, standards, or ways of working.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
- Strong learning agility and comfort operating in complex, ambiguous environments.
- Ability to create leverage beyond your individual execution and raise the quality of the surrounding team.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the D-E level range https://app.notion.com/p/alaninsurance/Compensation-Alan-9a9fcf8b0cdf497a9c0ac89a11f048a3.
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?

Are you passionate about languages, writing, and quality evaluation? We are launching an exciting language evaluation project and are looking for Chinese-speaking experts to join our team.
What you will do:
Identify realistic search-related failures where an AI model provides inadequate responses. Create search queries, test them, document what went wrong, and write instructions and evaluation criteria for correct answers.
Common issues: local relevance, source quality, outdated information, language mismatches, incomplete answers, and region-specific inapplicability. Testing multiple queries before finding failures is expected.
Project Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing Project.
- Commitment: 20 hours per week.
- Job Type: Freelance contract.
- Location: Remote, Australia
- Rate: $40 per hour.
Requirements:
- Research skills — ability to find and verify information from multiple sources; comfort navigating different websites, databases, and documentation
- Critical thinking — Can spot contradictions between sources, identify outdated information, and recognize when something doesn't apply to a specific locale/context
- Attention to detail — Can catch nuances in language, local variations (prices, regulations, requirements), and edge cases
- Problem-solving mindset — Comfortable iterating and testing when things don't work; doesn't get frustrated by trial- and-error
- Domain knowledge — Ideally someone with background in research, quality assurance, compliance, or similar work that requires precision and source verification
- Writing clarity — Can articulate instructions and rubrics clearly so others understand the logic behind their reasoning
Locale knowledge — Deep familiarity with their specific locale (local regulations, business practices, cultural nuances) is valuable for spotting region-specific failures

Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles
