Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) Inc., the banking arm of Salmon Group Ltd, is a technology-driven challenger bank in the Philippines operating under a BSP license. We combine the trust of a regulated financial institution with the speed and convenience of a modern banking experience.
Here, product, risk, compliance, operations, technology, and customer experience work closely together to build and run a modern bank.
We work with fewer layers, close collaboration, and a culture where every voice can make a difference.
If you want to build reliable financial systems at speed, take on real operational complexity, and help raise banking standards across the Philippines, come build with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll own credit scoring across the full customer lifecycle — from application decisions to behavioral models that drive portfolio profitability.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and improve Application and Behavioral Scorecards that drive underwriting and collections decisions across live credit products.
- Work within a regulated environment — prepare model documentation and defend modeling decisions to internal governance and external reviewers.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering to translate model outputs into strategy changes and implementation specs.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Own the full modeling cycle: data exploration, feature design, model build, validation, deployment specs, and post-production monitoring.
- Track scorecard quality — AUC, KS, bad rate, stability index — and validate against real portfolio outcomes via NPV and backtesting.
- Prepare model documentation and governance artifacts for regulatory review.
- Shape credit strategy — your models directly influence approval, pricing, and collection decisions, not just inform them.
WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building credit risk models — Application Scorecards and/or Behavioral Scorecards specifically (ECL/IFRS9-only experience does not substitute).
- Experience with model audits, documentation, or regulatory review support.
- Strong Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL — you build models yourself, not just review others' work.
- Experience covering the full lifecycle: data, feature engineering, validation, and production monitoring.
WHAT WE OFFER
WORK AND OWNERSHIP
- Hybrid-first work environment with a modern office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Work with an international team combining global fintech experience with deep Philippine market knowledge
- Direct access to decision-makers and a real voice in how we build for the Philippine market
HEALTH AND TIME OFF
- Medical insurance for you and your family
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave
LEARNING AND TEAM EXPERIENCE
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
We believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view. Salmon is an equal opportunity employer, and we make hiring decisions based on skills, experience, and potential.

Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, industry events, and partner channels.
Drive awareness of Olo products and services to an assigned “Book of Business” and book meetings to explore sales opportunities.
Deliver a unified vision of Olo’s Order, Pay, and Engage solutions, and present a recommended proposal for each prospect based on a thorough understanding of their business model, technology stack, and growth plans.

What Will Set You Up For Success
5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in a closing role (B2B SaaS, payment solutions, or hospitality tech preferred).

You understand the whitespace of each account in your book and perform outbound prospecting to brands with relevant messaging to create the necessary pipeline coverage.
You conduct excellent discovery and adopt a structure to determine whether to continue the sales conversation.
You demonstrate an ability to identify, build, and manage key stakeholders throughout the process.

Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for C-level or founder-level decision makers.
You are experienced with deciphering legal contracts and navigating the nuances of multi-year SaaS agreements.
Comfortable managing a high volume of deals simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
You're client-focused, motivated, and have prior results to prove it.
Experience selling to the hospitality/restaurant industry, payment solutions and/or SaaS-based products is a plus.
Experience building trust with "Founder-led" brands, where decision-making is often highly personal and less bureaucratic than enterprise environments, is preferred.
Ability to consult brands specifically on the "inflection point" of scaling from 5 to 49 locations, positioning Olo as the foundation for growth is a plus.
Preferred: skill in tailoring customized ROI models that quantify the "cost of inaction" regarding fragmented tech stacks. Deep knowledge of the hospitality tech ecosystem to proactively differentiate Olo against legacy POS providers and niche ordering and guest engagement apps.
The social intelligence to manage the varying priorities of a brand leader, an operations lead, a head of technology, a finance lead, and a head of marketing simultaneously is a plus.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.

Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Render’s mission is simple: eliminate the tedious work of building software by providing a cloud platform that just works.
We’re evolving from the go-to platform for solo developers into the backbone for fast-scaling teams. This role sits at the heart of that shift: how a developer discovers Render, achieves their first success, and becomes a paying customer whose bill makes sense to them. That journey spans onboarding and activation, billing, payments, and pricing — the moments where trust is won or lost and where good design directly moves the business. Because the journey crosses the whole product, you won’t be siloed on a single team; you’ll work across the groups that own these surfaces — product, billing, and more — following the work wherever it leads.
This is a craft-focused IC role built for speed, scale, and variety. You won’t polish one screen for a month; you’ll ship a lot, learn fast, and raise the bar across a wide surface. The craft bar is high — this is still Render, where details matter — but here it’s expressed through velocity: designs that ship, get measured, and compound. You’ll move between a pricing page, an upgrade flow, an onboarding step, and a billing surface in the same week, and hold all of them to the same standard.
What makes this work hard and interesting: these surfaces are deceptively high-stakes. A confusing bill erodes trust as fast as a failed deploy. A pricing page that misleads costs real money and goodwill. Payments and billing are where correctness, clarity, and edge-case rigor matter as much as polish — and where “the unglamorous flow” is the product.
You’ll join a design team that takes its craft seriously, with weekly critiques and deep cross-functional collaboration. You’ll thrive here if you love fast, measurable work, hold a high bar under velocity, and want your design decisions grounded in what real users do — not just what looks good in Figma or an AI prototype.
YOU WILL:
Design the journey from first touch to paying customer as one connected system. Onboarding, activation, upgrade, and billing aren’t separate surfaces; they’re one path a developer walks. You’ll design them to feel coherent, so the moment someone decides to pay is the natural next step, not a cliff.
Own billing, payments, and pricing as craft surfaces. Plans, usage, invoices, upgrade and downgrade flows, payment methods, dunning, and the pricing page itself. This is where clarity and correctness are the whole game — a developer should always understand what they’re paying for and why, and never be surprised. You’ll bring real rigor to the edge cases (failed charges, proration, usage spikes) that make or break trust.
Design a first-run and activation experience worth recommending. The path from signup to first successful deploy — and from first deploy to habit — is where growth starts. You’ll design it so that a developer’s first ten minutes make them want to tell someone, and so the steps that drive activation are clear, fast, and friendly.
Run on validation and experimentation together. You’ll put work in front of real users — testing, interviews, quick validation — and ship experiments to learn what actually moves activation, conversion, and retention. You’re fluent in both: you know when a question needs a user session and when it needs an A/B test, and you treat shipped data as how design decisions get earned, not decoration.
Move fast across a wide surface. This role trades depth-on-one-thing for range: you’ll prioritize ruthlessly, ship in small confident increments, and know which details matter now and which can wait. Speed is a feature here.
Partner across the company. Growth design lives at the intersection of product, engineering, data, marketing, and finance. You’ll communicate clearly and often, align fast-moving stakeholders, and make the case for the user inside business conversations about pricing and revenue.
Contribute to where Growth goes next. Alongside the shipping work, you’ll bring a point of view and concept explorations to the team’s design-led discovery track, through our weekly critique cadence.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
5+ years of relevant experience, including real work designing for developers or technical users. You’ve designed products for software engineers, not just adjacent to them — in developer tools, cloud infrastructure, APIs, or another technical product — ideally paired with growth, billing, or payments depth. We care more about your impact than your title, but designing for a technical audience isn’t optional here.
Exceptional taste and craft at speed. You have an eye for detail that borders on obsessive, and you can bring it to work that ships fast. You know how to hold a high bar without over-polishing, and you’ve shipped work that other practitioners admire.
Fluency in both validation and experimentation. You’re comfortable running user testing and interviews and designing and reading experiments. You know which question each one answers, and you let real user behavior — not just instinct — shape your work.
Rigor with complex, high-stakes flows. Billing, payments, and pricing reward people who sweat the edge cases. You design for the failed charge, the plan change mid-cycle, the confusing invoice — not just the happy path. You believe a clear bill is as much a design artifact as a beautiful dashboard.
Strong information architecture. You can take a tangle of plans, usage, and states and make it feel like one obvious thing.
You design the whole journey, not a screen at a time. Your portfolio shows a user journey that’s coherent from first touch through activation to paying — not a set of polished screens that don’t add up.
Fluent in how developers think and get billed. You design for a technical user’s real mental model — services, deploys, and how developers actually work. Bonus if you understand usage-based, resource-metered billing for developer tools: compute plans, CPU/memory instance types (e.g., 1c-2g), usage metering, and how pricing maps to the underlying infrastructure. You don’t need to have built a cloud platform, but you’re curious enough to get into the weeds.
Strong product judgment under fast launch velocity. You frame problems well, prioritize ruthlessly, and know which details matter and which can wait.
Clear, direct communication and a genuinely collaborative way of working with product, engineering, data, and finance partners — including sharing a problem space with another designer without needing hard fences between you.
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Experience designing billing, payments, subscriptions, checkout, or pricing surfaces where correctness and clarity are high-stakes.
- A track record of growth wins you can point to: activation, conversion, or retention you measurably moved.
- Comfort with experimentation, tooling, and reading data yourself, rather than waiting on a handoff.
- Design-engineering literacy: comfort near code, motion, or prototyping, and curiosity about AI-assisted design.
- Writing, talks, or side projects that demonstrate your craft and point of view.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.

An overview of this role
As Staff Product Manager, Test & Code Coverage, you'll build product capabilities from initial discovery through launch and adoption. You'll help engineering teams understand why pipelines fail, improve test automation, and use code coverage to make better decisions about software quality and risk.
You'll turn a technically complex problem space into a focused strategy, roadmap, and developer experience. Working closely with Engineering and Design, you'll explore how agents can diagnose failures, recommend next steps, and help teams recover safely. The goal isn't to add artificial intelligence (AI) for its own sake. It's to reduce manual work and help developers get back to a safe, shippable state without losing trust or control.
At GitLab, our mission is simple: to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. You'll contribute to that mission by making testing and coverage insights more useful across the software development lifecycle.
What you'll do
Define and communicate the Test & Code Coverage product vision, strategy, and outcome-focused roadmap, from discovery through a minimum viable product, beta, launch, and continued iteration.
Identify customer problems across pipeline failure diagnosis, test automation, test optimization, code coverage, and recovery. Build the case for investment, prioritize foundational and customer-facing work, and reshape or stop initiatives that aren't creating value.
Work with Engineering to understand pipeline failures caused by flaky tests, testing gaps, environment issues, configuration problems, and coverage blind spots. Connect code changes, tests, pipeline behavior, historical patterns, and risk to help developers find a diagnosis and an actionable next step.
Work directly with customers to understand how they author, maintain, select, prioritize, and debug tests. Connect test selection, test impact analysis, code coverage, and pipeline intelligence to reduce flaky tests, shorten feedback loops, and focus testing effort where it lowers the most risk.
Partner with Engineering and Design to prototype agent-driven workflows for failure diagnosis, test authoring and repair, optimization, coverage analysis, and recovery. Make actions reviewable through evidence, confidence, human approval, and safe paths to propose code changes and merge requests. Use AI tools in your own product work to investigate problems, explore code and data, prototype concepts, and accelerate learning.
Define and measure outcomes such as time to diagnose, time to recover, failure recurrence, test signal quality, and developer confidence. Validate problems and solutions with customers and learn from production usage.
Partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Quality, Developer Experience, Customer Success, Support, and Product Marketing to connect testing insights with code review, pipelines, and release decisions. Turn customer evidence into clear narratives that support adoption and future investment.
Lead through clear written communication, prioritization, and product judgment. Influence senior stakeholders, establish repeatable discovery and measurement practices, and mentor other product managers.
What you'll bring
Experience owning complex technical products, platforms, or developer workflows at Staff, Senior Staff, Principal, or equivalent scope, including building a new product or capability from initial validation through launch and adoption.
Strong product fundamentals in customer discovery, problem framing, prioritization, roadmap development, outcome measurement, and iterative delivery.
Technical fluency in one or more relevant areas, such as software testing, test automation, code coverage, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), developer tools, DevOps, developer experience, quality engineering, or software delivery.
An understanding of how engineering teams build, test, review, and ship software, and the ability to work with engineers on test architecture, pipeline behavior, code changes, data, integrations, reliability, and scale.
Experience diagnosing technical problems and turning complex, noisy signals into clear user experiences and actionable workflows.
Experience exploring AI or agent-driven solutions for developer workflows, with the judgment to distinguish useful automation from unsafe or low-confidence actions.
Experience using customer conversations to understand problems and inform product decisions, communicating clearly in writing and conversation, and influencing across functions with shared ownership. You can work directly with developers, quality engineers, platform teams, engineering leaders, and executives, and move between strategy and implementation detail.
About the team
Our work brings together Product, Engineering, and Design, with input from Quality, Developer Experience, Customer Success, Support, and Product Marketing. We work directly with developers, quality engineers, and engineering leaders to understand their testing practices, validate ideas, and learn from how they use the product.
We give Engineering and Design clear customer context and room to shape solutions. Our decisions draw on customer evidence and measurable outcomes, and we revisit approaches that aren't creating value. You'll contribute to how we discover problems, prioritize work, and measure progress, as well as sharing product management practices with other product managers.
As part of GitLab's all-remote organization, we collaborate asynchronously across regions. Our work emphasizes transparency, written communication, and clear decision-making.

ABOUT CANTINA
Cantina Labs is a social AI company, developing a suite of advanced real-time models that push the boundaries of expression, personality, and realism. We bring characters to life, transforming how people tell stories, connect, and create. We build and power ecosystems. Cantina, our flagship social AI platform, is just the beginning.
If you're excited about the potential AI has to shape human creativity and social interactions, join us in building the future!
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re working on real-time video generation for interactive characters, spanning realistic humans, stylized characters, and non-human identities. We want these characters to feel present: to speak, react, and express themselves through their face, gestures, and body language.
This brings together a set of closely connected research problems. A character needs a consistent appearance, expressive and coherent motion, and a natural relationship between speech and movement. The model also needs to respond quickly and keep generating reliably as an interaction unfolds. Quality, controllability, and efficiency all matter.
You’ll work across streaming generation, fine-tuning, distillation, inference optimization, and data. Some problems will call for a new training approach; others will come down to better examples, a more useful evaluation, or understanding a bottleneck in the implementation. Part of the job is figuring out which intervention is worth making.
You’ll have substantial freedom to propose directions, investigate unfamiliar ideas, and shape what we work on next. We’re looking for someone who enjoys that freedom and can turn it into a steady sequence of useful experiments.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Real-time and streaming generation. Develop models that support responsive interaction while maintaining visual quality and consistency over time. Investigate latency, continuity, and how model behavior changes during longer generation.
- Character expression and motion. Explore how appearance, facial expression, gesture, and body movement come together into a coherent character. Improve the relationship between speech and motion across different identities and visual styles.
- Fine-tuning and post-training. Adapt video models to new data, behaviors, and capabilities. Investigate training objectives and conditioning methods, and follow promising ideas through implementation and evaluation.
- Distillation and inference optimization. Make generation faster and more efficient. Work across model-level approaches and runtime improvements, measuring their effects on quality, latency, and memory.
- Data development. Spend meaningful time with the actual training examples. Identify missing coverage and recurring failure modes, improve curation and sampling, and develop data that helps models learn the behavior we want.
- Evaluation. Build comparisons that make progress visible and failures understandable. Combine quantitative measurements with careful inspection of generated video and the experience of interacting with the model.
- Research and collaboration. Read relevant work, reproduce and adapt useful ideas, and share early experiments, demos, and findings. Help the team decide what deserves more time and compute.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience training or fine-tuning video or related generative models.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar methods quickly and turn ideas into useful experiments.
- Good experimental judgment, ownership, and clear communication.
You’ll have freedom to explore new approaches. We expect fast iteration and early sharing of results.
COMPENSATION
When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered, including skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
Benefits for U.S.-based roles:
- Competitive salary and generous company equity
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance – 99.99% of premiums covered by Cantina
- 42 days of paid time off, including:
- 15 PTO days
- 10 sick days
- 15 company holidays
- 2 floating holidays
- Generous parental leave & fertility support
- 401(k) retirement savings plan
- Lifestyle spending account – $500/month to use however you’d like
- Complimentary lunch and snacks for in-office employees

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Junior Developer (AI Engineering) to join the Xsolla Partner Network (XPN) team, a platform that connects game studios and publishers with content creators. The position involves participation in all stages of work on an automated content generation system: from stabilising the existing vertical video pipeline for YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels to developing the agentic architecture, launching the virtual AI creator direction and building analytics on the results. Working with the team means applying cutting-edge generative models and agentic tools to a real production product every day, seeing the direct effect of your work in content metrics, and learning from the inside how the games industry, the creator economy and content-driven game promotion work. The developer will work with a live system that has a real audience and measurable results, make technical decisions independently, build expertise in generative AI and take on the role of the project's technical owner as it grows.
Responsibilities
Take over the existing vertical video generation pipeline (script → voiceover → visuals → subtitles → editing → auto-posting → tracking links) for YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels, understand it from the docs and code, and bring it to stable operation.
Grow the pipeline: improve content quality and virality, scale up generation volume, reduce cost and turnaround time per video.
Keep track of new generation models and services (video, image, voice, LLM), test them quickly and replace outdated parts of the pipeline with better or cheaper ones.
Launch and develop the virtual AI creator direction: a consistent character, voice, style and content plan.
Design and improve agents: write and debug prompts and sub-agent roles, validation between phases, context and cost control.
Build a dashboard for running generation and tracking content analytics (views, clicks, conversions, cost per video).
Automate publishing: platform integrations, posting from mobile devices, scaling channels.
Write clean, testable, documented code, including unit and integration tests.
Requirements
Solid Python, basic bash.
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, etc.) and agentic pipelines: a real project, pet project or hackathon entry you can show and talk through.
Experience using Claude Code, Cursor or similar tools as a working environment, not just as autocomplete.
Understanding of prompt engineering basics: defining an agent's role, limiting context, getting stable structured output.
Understanding of Git, team development and Docker basics.
Ability to work with REST APIs and webhooks, basic understanding of databases (SQL).
Understanding of vertical content: games, creators, streams, TikToks, Shorts, how video discovery works, what shadowbans are, how mobile posting farms are set up. A big plus if this is your hobby: your own channel, editing, streaming, experiments with AI generation.
Ownership: the ability to take a task end to end and deliver a result without external supervision.
Initiative: your own proposals on improving the pipeline, new models and automation, and the readiness to implement them yourself.
Ability to figure out someone else's system from code and documentation, reconstruct the logic and ask the right questions.
Independence in technical decisions and openness in communication: flag problems immediately.
Product thinking: measuring results by content metrics (views, retention, clicks) and cost per video.
Ability to explain the system's capabilities and limitations to non-technical colleagues.
Experimental mindset: fast hypothesis testing and the willingness to drop what did not work.
Desire to grow with the project: from stabilising the current pipeline to becoming its technical owner.
English at the level of reading technical documentation (Intermediate+).
Nice to have
Experience with video and image generation via API (
fal.ai
, Kling, Runway, Seedance, Nano Banana, etc.), TTS and speech recognition (Whisper and similar).
ffmpeg: assembly, normalisation, subtitles, overlays.
Experience building reliable calls to paid APIs: retries, idempotency, cost tracking.
n8n or other workflow tools.
Telegram bots, YouTube / TikTok / Instagram / Discord APIs.
Android / mobile device automation.
Supabase or PostgreSQL.
Experience with GCP, Docker, Kubernetes.
Observability and monitoring (Datadog, OpenTelemetry).
Your own channel, pet projects, open-source experience or hackathon participation.
Benefits
Convenient working tools:
New Mac laptop and any other necessary equipment for your efficient work.
Google Workspace, Atlassian, Jira, Slack
Professional growth:
Exchange of experience between employees within the company
Opportunity for professional growth within the company and department
Obtaining expertise in various areas and products of the company
More perks
Possibility of flexibility working
Access to the corporate library
No dress code
Comfortable and new office environment

Job Title:
Senior Growth Marketer
Austin, TX, In Office
Own retention for the millions of diners who use inKind
Food is at the center of culture, hospitality, and daily life across the planet. At inKind, we're building a new way to help restaurants thrive, built by restaurateurs for restaurateurs. We power the relationship between millions of diners and over 10,000 restaurants.
We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketer at inKind who can own user engagement and lifecycle development You'll combine consumer marketing instincts with strong data and technology fluency to decide what we say, to whom, through which channels, and when, to drive results.
Our team has a builder-first mindset, leveraging Braze and Snowflake to turn rich user data into personalized, lifecycle-driven marketing. You will own the engagement and lifecycle strategy across in-app, communications, and 3PD platforms. You will build a marketing program where automated agents are deeply integrated into operations. You'll work daily with designers, engineers, analysts, and other cross-functional team members.
What You'll Work On
Big picture, your job is simple - increase user LTV. How you’ll do it:
Engagement Strategy
Own the engagement and lifecycle roadmap, from hypothesis and segmentation to creative and execution to results and measurement to iteration and optimization to continual audit and enhancement over time
Define lifecycle stages (active, lapsing, high-value, dormant) using behavioral data and turn them into programs that improve engagement and user value
Write creative briefs and project plans that our automation and creative teammates can build from
Experimentation and Analytics
Build your own cohorts and segments, and read your own dashboards without waiting on an analyst
Design and ship experiments end to end (hypothesis, segment, creative, measurement, iteration and optimization), then productionalize what works
Develop process and tools to track experiments more effectively across campaigns and channels
Agent-Driven Marketing
Create the playbooks, infrastructure, prompts, and documentation that agents use to run campaigns safely
Set the guardrails (rules, approval steps, and monitoring) for campaigns that agents run
Use AI tools in your own daily workflow and help the team do the same
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of B2C marketing experience, ideally for a consumer app
Experience running lifecycle marketing across multiple channels
Demonstrated experience designing and shipping experiments end to end
Comfort analyzing large datasets
Can build cohorts and segments from raw data, analyze results independently, and explain them to non-analysts
Hands-on use of AI tools in your workflow, and the ability to tell us which ones and how
Preferred Qualifications
Startup experience
Experience with a CEP such as Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io (the thinking matters more than the tool)
Experience running paid retargeting to reactivate lapsed diners.
Background in consumer marketplaces, rewards, restaurants, or hospitality
SQL familiarity or experience working with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
Experience working alongside engineers on automated or data-driven marketing systems

Salary
$130,000 - $180,000 DOE
