ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Avoca, you'll own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to close, for our largest and most strategic home services accounts. You'll work directly with operators, and home service business leaders at scale to understand their call flows, conversion challenges, and growth goals, and help them adopt Avoca as a mission-critical revenue engine across their organization.
This role is built for a hunter: someone who builds their own pipeline, thrives in founder-led sales environments, is comfortable selling a technical product into large, multi-stakeholder organizations, and wants to help define how Avoca sells as we scale upmarket. This role reports to Jack Gashi, our VP Sales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for our largest enterprise home services customers, from prospecting to close.
- Proactively build and manage your own pipeline of enterprise-fit accounts rather than waiting on inbound.
- Run discovery calls to deeply understand customer operations, call workflows, and revenue pain points across complex organizations.
- Deliver tailored demos and solution pitches that map Avoca's AI to enterprise outcomes and ROI.
- Manage pipeline, forecasts, and deal progression across long, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with high accuracy.
- Navigate complex buying committees and drive consensus across founders, operators, procurement, and finance.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to structure and close complex, high-ACV deals.
- Provide feedback from the field to help shape product roadmap, positioning, and enterprise go-to-market strategy.
- Hit and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 7-10 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS (AI, vertical SaaS, or operational software preferred), with a track record of winning enterprise or high-ACV deals.
- A demonstrated hunter mentality, you generate and win deals rather than just manage what lands on your desk.
- Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and close high-ACV deals from first touch to signature.
- Strong discovery skills, you ask great questions and listen closely.
- Comfort selling to operators and executives at the enterprise level.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience carrying an enterprise or strategic accounts quota and winning outsized deals.
- Clear, confident communicator who can explain technical concepts simply to varied stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving environments.
- Experience working in early-stage startups is a plus.
- Experience selling to home services or operations-heavy businesses is a plus.
- Excited to work in-office with a high-ownership team in NYC.
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected on target earnings for this role is $380,000-$400,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca's total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.

NOTE ON ELIGIBILITY: this role is for industry candidates already working in software engineering for the past 1+ years. New grads and current students should NOT apply to this role (instead, visit pplx.ai/newgrads https://pplx.ai/newgrads).
ABOUT THE ROLE
In 2026, we launched Computer, the defining product for the new era of agentic AI. Millions of people now use Perplexity to transform knowledge into action, through Search, Comet, and Computer. Product Engineering owns those experiences end to end, from the interface a user touches to the search and model calls behind it, on top of roughly 200M queries a day and a 200B+ URL index.
This is a full stack role in the truest sense. There are no frontend or backend lanes here, and no one waits for a ticket before starting. It suits people who love to build and want the room to do it. What you have shipped and how quickly you learn tell us far more than years on a resume or where you went to school.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own a user-facing surface end to end, from the interaction, design, and frontend through the application logic, APIs, data models, and the search or model calls behind them.
- Ship to production continuously. New engineers typically have code in front of users in their first week.
- Build with AI as a primary tool, not a novelty. We expect you to use agents and coding models aggressively to move faster, and to have sound judgment about when their output is wrong.
- Turn ambiguous product ideas into working prototypes, then use real usage data and evals to decide what survives.
- Raise the quality bar on reliability, latency, and craft for the surfaces you own.
- Work directly with designers, PMs, and research engineers, without unnecessary process in between.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- 1+ years of professional software engineering experience, or a track record of strong internships where you shipped production code at scale.
- Strong in at least one backend language, such as Python or Go, with real experience across services, APIs, and relational data modeling. Comfortable working in React and TypeScript on the frontend.
- Real evidence of building: production work you understand in depth, shipped side projects with actual users, meaningful open-source contributions, hackathon wins, or research you turned into working software.
- Comfort with ambiguity and an instinct to start building incrementally rather than wait for a spec.
- Hands-on experience with AI products, with opinions about their rough edges and what that means for the product you are building.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with our stack: React or Next.js, Python, Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, AWS. You will not be expected to know all of it on day one.
- Experience building on top of LLMs: AI orchestration, RAG, evals, agents, tool use.
- Product taste. You can tell a good interface from a bad one and explain how to improve it.
- A public track record we can read, such as GitHub, a technical blog, or a demo we can try.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Developer Advocate at GitLab, you'll help technical audiences understand and use our intelligent orchestration platform where teams and their AI agents ship secure software faster. You'll go deep on the product, especially GitLab Duo Agent Platform and our newer capabilities, and continuously discover real-world workflows that teams care about. You'll turn that hands-on knowledge into demos, blog posts, videos, and presentations, and bring what you learn from customers and the developer community back to GitLab.
This role focuses on showing the product in action and building relationships with customers and the community. You'll help cover events and work across U.S. and Canadian time zones.
What you'll do
Deeply understand GitLab's platform, especially our AI agent capabilities, and continuously find productive, real-world use cases worth showing.
Create product content, including videos, blog posts, presentations, and social clips that show key use cases for GitLab in the user interface and terminal.
Produce video content end to end: script, record, and edit product walkthroughs and demos, and collaborate with GitLab's video team on longer or higher-production pieces.
Deliver product demos and participate in analyst briefings.
Engage with customers through webinars, customer meetings, and other conversations.
Participate in the developer community by engaging on the GitLab forum and Discord, following the conversations happening on social platforms, in newsletters, and at events, and making sure GitLab has a voice in the ones that matter.
Answer technical questions that come through the sales team, and partner with support, sales, and product on developer-facing educational content.
Use hands-on product experience to share feedback with product teams and test new features.
Contribute to technical research and analysis of the developer tools landscape.
Travel requirement up to 20% for events and customer meetings.
What you'll bring
Hands-on technical experience. You understand how software gets built, with a focus on everything that happens after code is written, and can talk about it credibly with engineers.
Understanding of artificial intelligence and its use in software development, from coding all the way to production. You have built and operated agentic systems and infrastructure.
The ability to explain technical products clearly. You can demo a product, record a walkthrough, or speak at a conference without it feeling forced.
Fluency in developer social platforms. You know what's interesting to the people we're trying to reach and can participate in the conversation with credibility.
Curiosity and self-direction. You're already finding the next thing worth talking about, following the right people, and noticing opportunities.
Experience engaging with customers, developers, or technical communities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across sales, engineering, product, and other teams.
About the team
The Developer Advocacy team creates content that shows GitLab in use, engages with customers and the developer community, and brings hands-on product feedback to GitLab teams. The team also contributes technical research and analysis, while partnering with other groups to share its findings.

The Position
CallRail is looking for a
Senior Product Manager
to own one of our most important integration domains — either our
ad platform integrations
(Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta) or our
CRM integrations
(Salesforce, HubSpot, and the vertical systems our customers run their businesses on).
These integrations are where CallRail's data becomes real value for customers: closing the loop between a phone call and the ad that drove it, or pushing conversation intelligence into the system a sales team actually works in. You'll
lead the strategy for your domain
and own that surface end to end, and
partner with the other integrations PM on the shared patterns
— data sync, authentication, webhooks, and third-party APIs — so the portfolio stays coherent.
Your integrations are also the foundation other teams build on — including
Voice Assist
, where what our AI agents can do for a customer depends directly on what your integrations can read and write.
We're looking for someone who is genuinely
AI-fluent
— both in how they work and in what they build. The integration landscape is changing fast: platforms are exposing agent-accessible interfaces, customers expect setup and mapping to be intelligent rather than manual, and the PMs who move fastest are the ones using AI as a daily tool rather than a talking point. You don't need to be an ML engineer. You do need to reach for AI first and have opinions about where it helps and where it doesn't.
This role suits a self-motivated PM who thrives at both setting product direction and rolling up their sleeves to deliver results with engineering.
What You'll Do
Own your integration domain
Define and own some of our largest core integrations, aligning them with business goals, customer needs, and strategic partnerships.
Take the integrations customers already depend on past MVP — fill functional gaps, expand data coverage, and make them genuinely good rather than merely connected.
Own how customers experience your domain: how they discover, connect, configure, and troubleshoot the integrations you're responsible for.
Lead discovery with customers, partners, and internal teams to validate problems before scoping solutions.
Lead the strategy
Lead the product strategy for your integration domain — synthesizing input from Partnerships, business strategy, and customer signal into a clear point of view, and driving alignment on it across the org.
Partner with the other integrations PM on the shared design patterns every integration inherits — data sync, authentication, webhooks, and third-party APIs — and make sure the next integration is cheaper to build than the last.
Stay current with partner platform roadmaps and the shifting privacy and measurement landscape, and bring a point of view on what it means for our customers.
Bring AI into the product
Identify where AI meaningfully improves the integration experience — intelligent field mapping, automated setup and diagnostics, enriched data pushed into partner systems, self-healing syncs — and build the case for what's worth investing in.
Shape how CallRail's integration data is consumed by AI agents and assistants, as customers increasingly expect their systems to be queryable and actionable by AI rather than only by humans.
Know the difference between an AI feature that holds up in production and one that demos well, and be willing to say so.
Prioritize and measure
Monitor success metrics, product health, and user feedback, and use them to continuously refine your domain.
Make the call on sequencing net-new work against fixes and migrations, and be able to explain that call to anyone who asks.
Keep the unglamorous half of integration work — bugs, migrations, reliability — visible and scheduled rather than invisible and endless.
Cross-functional
Partner with other product teams whose features depend on your integrations — most often
Voice Assist
, where the quality of a CRM or scheduling integration directly determines what our AI agents can actually do for a customer. Treat your domain as a platform other teams build on, and sequence your roadmap accordingly.
Work closely with
Product Design
on the integration experience — setup and authentication flows, field mapping, error and reconnection states — where most of the design difficulty is in making genuinely complex configuration feel simple.
Write clear, actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with real technical context and edge cases identified up front.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience on launches, enablement, and adoption of new integrations.
Close the loop with Support — turn ticket patterns into prioritized work, and give them answers and workarounds in the meantime.
Represent the integrations domain in planning cycles, executive updates, and cross-functional initiatives.
What You'll Need
5+ years of product management experience
, with 2+ years focused on integrations, partner ecosystems, or platform-oriented work.
Demonstrated AI fluency in your day-to-day practice.
You use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, competitive analysis, spec drafting, data exploration, and prototyping — and you can speak specifically about what you've changed in how you work, not just which tools you've tried.
A track record of shipping B2B SaaS integrations end to end—CRMs, ad platforms, marketing automation, analytics, or communication tools.
Martech experience is preferred.
Strong technical fluency.
You read API documentation comfortably, reason about data models and auth flows, and scope edge cases with engineers without needing a translator. Deep API design experience isn't required, but you need to know this territory well enough to make good calls about rate limits, sync behavior, and failure modes.
Proven ability to manage complex product surfaces across partner APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and data syncing.
Experience building product surfaces that
other product teams depend on
— negotiating roadmaps with peer PMs, making commitments you can keep, and saying no in a way that keeps the relationship intact.
Ability to prioritize clearly across business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility, and to explain your reasoning to both engineers and executives.
Comfort working directly with Support, Sales, and Marketing — turning their signal into prioritized work and keeping them informed without being asked twice.
Experience in Agile teams working closely with engineers and designers. We flex to optimize how the team works best together.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Integration decisions live or die by how well they're documented.
Familiarity with tools we use: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Looker, Fullstory, Figma.
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with
ad platform measurement
— offline conversion imports, value-based bidding, consent and privacy changes, and how signal loss affects attribution.
Hands-on experience with
CRM data models and lifecycle
— lead and contact objects, custom fields, activity logging, and the realities of syncing into a customer's existing workflow.
Experience shipping an AI-powered feature to production and owning its quality, cost, and evaluation over time.
Experience with MCP, agent frameworks, or designing APIs intended for AI consumption.
Experience in marketing tech, communications tools, or call tracking ecosystems.
Background working with public APIs and/or developer experience tools.
Working With AI at CallRail
AI is core to how our product team operates, and we expect it to be core to how you operate. We use
Claude
across discovery, spec writing, data analysis, prototyping, and internal tooling, and we're actively building AI capabilities into the product itself. In this role you will:
Use AI daily as a working tool — clustering support tickets to find the real bug patterns, drafting and pressure-testing specs, exploring integration data, and building throwaway scripts and prototypes to answer questions faster than a meeting could.
Build your own leverage rather than waiting for it — writing Claude skills, agents, and internal workflows that make you and your team faster.
Think about CallRail's platform as something AI agents will consume, not just humans. MCP servers, agent-friendly API design, and tool-calling patterns are increasingly part of what a modern integrations platform is expected to offer, and you'll help shape our point of view there.
Stay genuinely current. The tooling changes every few months, and we want someone curious enough to keep up and pragmatic enough to know when a new tool actually helps.
We're looking for evidence that you've already changed how you work because of these tools — not just enthusiasm about them.
If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Sales Enablement Trainer, Claude Products, you'll teach Anthropic's global sales team how to use our products, both to do their own work better and to position Claude credibly with customers. Anthropic ships quickly, and the surface area of what we build is growing faster than any individual seller can track. The job has two components. The first is enabling our own people to be power users of Claude so the field is the most sophisticated user of the product we sell. The second is enabling them to position it: to run a credible technical conversation with a customer, anticipate the hard questions, and hold their own with a technical buyer.
In this role, you’ll help define what an AI-native sales team looks like. The best person in this role already uses Claude to help them excel in a sales or sales enablement role. You'll be embedded enough with Product and Applied AI to see around the corner and be opinionated enough to say which surfaces to invest enablement resources behind. You'll need enough technical credibility to earn the respect of engineers and enough commercial fluency to earn the respect of sellers.
Key responsibilities
Own product enablement for the global field organization, spanning new launches, existing capabilities, and the product roadmap ahead
Build the programs that make Anthropic sellers genuinely expert users of Claude in their own daily work
Create enablement that equips the field to position our products with technical and business buyers, including demo readiness, objection handling, and competitive framing
Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and Applied AI to get early visibility into what is shipping and to shape how it reaches the field
Anticipate which new product surfaces will require enablement investment, and make the case for that investment before launch
Build and maintain the product certification path that credentials sellers on our core products
Create high-quality enablement content including demo scripts, technical talk tracks, solution guides, and competitive positioning material
Establish feedback loops that carry field and customer signal about product gaps back to Product and Product Marketing
Minimum qualifications
Experience in a sales or sales enablement role
Experience building AI automations into sales workflows and tooling
Hands-on, regular use of AI assistants and agentic tools (e.g., Claude, Claude Code) in your own real-world workflows
Working technical knowledge of how LLM products work (e.g., prompting, context, tool use, APIs), enough to demo them live and field technical questions from engineering buyers
Experience writing and presenting technical material for audiences with very different levels of technical depth
Preferred qualifications
Experience bridging sales and technical audiences in a role such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical enablement, product marketing, or technical account management
Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, or developer tooling
Experience turning complex, fast-moving technical products into enablement content such as demo scripts, technical talk tracks, solution guides, or training curricula
Experience owning launch readiness for a technical product across a global field organization
Experience partnering with Product or Product Marketing to prepare a field team ahead of launch, not after it
Experience building programs from 0 to 1 in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$190,000
—
$270,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Payward Services is an enterprise infrastructure platform that enables companies to seamlessly integrate trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services through a single unified system. It provides coordinated liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities, reducing operational complexity for fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers.
You'll be joining the Solutions Engineering function as a core contributor on our pre-sales team. Your focus is squarely pre-sales — partnering with sales and our Partner Solutions Lead to run discovery, design winning solutions, and build PoCs that close deals. You'll operate within the frameworks and playbooks our Solutions Architect has established, and bring the technical depth to execute them deal by deal.
You'll partner directly with our Solutions Architect, sales team, and Implementation Manager. This is a high-impact execution role — you'll be running deals end-to-end and delivering the technical win alongside sales.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Run technical discovery with prospective customers alongside sales and our Partner Solutions Lead — map their architecture, constraints, and compliance needs to our product suite (Embed, Ramp, Earn, xStocks, CF Benchmarks)
- Surface recurring customer asks and product gaps from your deals and feed them to the Solutions Architect to inform the roadmap
- Design tailored solutions spanning our existing offerings, customizations to those offerings, bespoke integrations built on top of our platform, or hands-on work directly in the customer's codebase
- Scope and build proof-of-concepts that demonstrate technical feasibility and win the deal
- Own a clean, structured handoff to our Implementation team — delivering PoCs, solution design docs, and knowledge transfer sessions that ensure what was promised gets built
- Execute the pre-sales playbook — discovery frameworks, solution templates, PoC standards, and handoff runbooks — and contribute improvements back to the team as you learn what works
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years in a technical pre-sales role (solutions engineering or solutions architecture) at a B2B API or infrastructure company
- Proven track record executing the technical pre-sales motion — discovery, solution design, PoC delivery, and deal-winning
- Fluency with REST/WebSocket APIs, auth patterns (OAuth, JWT), webhook architecture, and integration debugging
- Experience designing and building complex integrations for technical buyers at fintechs, banks, or neobanks — including customizations and bespoke work
- Strong knowledge transfer skills — you know how to package a solution design so an implementation team can execute it faithfully
- Clear, structured communicator who can run a discovery call, a design review, and a handoff debrief back to back
- Experience writing RFPs and documenting solution approaches that clearly communicate how our product and our customizations will solve a customer's problem
NICE TO HAVE
- Crypto domain knowledge — trading, custody, KYC, staking, fiat ramp mechanics
- Experience with embedded finance or crypto-as-a-service products
- Experience with Coast and building out proof of concept sales demos inside Coast
- Hands-on with AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor) for rapid prototyping

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- GTM technical expert: Design and demo Sierra’s incredible Agent product, offering technical solutions to solve for our customer’s needs, and answering technical questions about our solutions.
- Cross-functional work: You will work directly with our Sales, Product and Agent Engineering teams to both drive our GTM function, as well as continuously improve our Agents through our customer-driven product development philosophy.
- Lead & support our customers: As a GTM and technical leader in the earliest conversations with our future customers, you will both understand and anticipate their needs to continue our industry-leading AI solution.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5-7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Past experience in demo building, and presenting, and working with customers or clients in the GTM function.
- Experience in relationship-building with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders.
- Experience in leading the sales process with Enterprise customers.
- Ability to connect a prospect’s specific business problems and Sierra’s solutions and explain them to both a technical and non-technical audience
- Bachelor's Degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- AI-related experience (or experience in a similarly modern and highly technical industry).
- Experience translating code, technical logic and user requirements to product and engineering requirements.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

(Hybrid, full time)
We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Lead who makes quality visible to everyone who needs it - producers, developers, management and our platform partners. You will lead a highly skilled international QA team in a partly remote environment. As a lead you stay close enough to the work to make the hard calls yourself, and help shape what testing looks like in an AI-assisted world.
About CoolGames
At CoolGames, we’re proud to be a leading international HTML5 game studio, working with some of the world’s biggest ‘Big Tech’ game platforms, such as Netflix, Discord, Facebook and Microsoft Play. We also work with famous games IP such as Battleship, Angry Birds and Monopoly.
CoolGames is part of Keesing, the world’s largest Braintainment company. Keesing is a financially strong publisher of engaging sudokus, crosswords and many other puzzles & games with a presence in over 20 countries headquartered in The Netherlands.
With the CoolGames HQ in Amsterdam, supported by our global remote teams, we offer market-competitive salaries, the chance to contribute to successful casual games that are played by millions and work directly with some of the biggest brands in the world. We believe in creativity, collaboration and delivering world-class gaming experiences, while giving you the choice to either join our Amsterdam studio or become part of our remote teams.
If you want to grow your career in a profitable, internationally recognized company, work closely with world-famous partners and be part of a highly professional international team. CoolGames is the right place for you.
About the role
Our QA team is highly skilled, with real depth in test design, methodology and the theory behind them. We are rethinking how we test now that AI is part of the daily picture, and we want a lead who is curious about that shift.
You are the interface between QA and the rest of the company. The person who makes sure quality is understood, not just measured. That means staying hands-on, though not by taking over the routine work. You step in where your experience changes the outcome, a release under pressure, a problem nobody can pin down, an experimental approach worth trying, test cases that need a second pair of eyes. That is where we want you.
You will work closely with our QA Lead Specialist, who brings deep expertise in testing practices and techniques. You will each have your own lead role, bringing complementary expertise and perspectives to the team. Line management and reporting are split between you, and you cover each other’s blind spots. That is also what gives the team headroom: you can both stay close to the work instead of disappearing into management, we can scale with what the projects demand, and there is room to grow.
Your responsibilities will include:
Bridging QA, production, development and management. You turn test results into risk, status and clear go/no-go advice;
Being the voice of QA inside and out. Making sure other disciplines understand what we do and why, and holding our standards in front of external partners and platform holders;
Line management of the team - 1-on-1s, growth, workload and hiring;
Weighing quality risk against business objectives: backing a calculated risk when it is the right trade-off, putting your foot down when it is not;
Planning QA capacity across parallel projects and releases, and raising the flag early when quality is at risk;
Owning quality reporting: release readiness, coverage, bug trends and what they mean for the roadmap;
Challenging the team and finding the opportunities they are too close to the work to see;
Helping the team find where AI genuinely accelerates testing, and where it does not, without giving up the fundamentals that make our QA strong.
Requirements
About you
You are comfortable being the person who says out loud where a product actually stands. In the language of whoever is asking: producer, developer, partner or director. You think in trade-offs rather than absolutes, and you hold the line when it matters. You have led people before and you like it, but you would be unhappy in a role that kept you away from the work itself.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English. You can turn a messy test result into a clear decision for a non-technical audience;
At least 7 years in software testing, including leading or coordinating a QA team (gamedev is a strong plus);
Solid grounding in SDLC and STLC, test design techniques and testing types and levels.
Experience planning QA across parallel projects and platforms (mobile, desktop, web, social) in an Agile setting;
Experience with Jira and TestRail or similar software, including reporting out of them;
A pragmatic, evidence-based view on AI in testing. you can tell a real productivity gain from a demo;
Will be a strong plus:
Certification like ISTQB;
Test automation experience - writing, reviewing and debugging end-to-end tests, ideally with Playwright/Cypress/WebdriverIO and JavaScript/TypeScript;
Experience with version control and CI integration (Jenkins/GitHub/GitLab);
Experience working directly with external partners or platform holders;
Experience introducing AI-assisted workflows in a QA team.
Benefits
What we can offer you (for studio HQ roles):
An international team of 50+ professionals from almost 20 different countries;
Work closely with some of the biggest (upcoming) game platforms in the world (netflix, facebook, microsoft, samsung, discord and more) on high-quality casual games that are played by millions of gamers;
Competitive remuneration, including health care insurance, travel costs compensation, a company pension plan and a sport allowance;
Market salary;
A flexible remote working environment for parts of the week;
A very open, informal and international company culture where everyone can make a difference
