US Shift
REPORTS INTO
CEO & COO
⚠ US Shift: This role operates on a US-aligned shift, onsite at our Gurugram delivery centre. Consistent availability during US business hours is non-negotiable. Apply only if you can commit to this fully.
⚠ Non-Negotiable: A minimum of 15 years of hands-on US healthcare AR and RCM experience is required. Profiles without this depth of domain experience will not be considered regardless of seniority or education.
About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization serving 270+ provider organizations across the United States, with delivery operations in Gurugram, Manila, and Chicago. Our RCM practice runs medical coding, charge entry, payment posting, and AR and denials management for physician groups and health systems across multiple specialties and payer environments.
The Senior Manager, AR RCM is the most senior AR delivery leader in the India operations. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role carries full accountability for AR performance across the Neolytix client portfolio: net collection rates, AR aging, denial resolution, follow-up compliance, and the teams that execute this work every day.
This is not a monitoring role and not a reporting role. You own the outcome. If AR aging is trending in the wrong direction, you know why before leadership asks. If a client's net collection rate is below benchmark, you have a recovery plan before the QBR. You lead a multi-tier AR team, hold SLAs before they breach, and bring strategic clarity to the CEO and COO on the financial health of every account. If that describes the way you have built your career, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. AR Delivery Ownership & SLA Accountability
Own end-to-end AR performance across the full Neolytix client portfolio: follow-up compliance, AR aging distribution, denial resolution timelines, and net collection rates.
Define and enforce SLA commitments by account: touch cadences, AR aging thresholds, payer follow-up windows, and escalation timelines.
Drive the operating cadence: daily floor reviews, weekly performance dashboards, and monthly executive reporting to the CEO and COO.
Serve as the senior escalation authority for all AR delivery issues, with direct accountability for resolution and root-cause documentation.
2. Revenue & Financial Performance
Own the financial metrics that matter: net collection rate, AR aging distribution (including AR >90), first-pass yield, denial rate, cost to collect, and payment variance.
Identify revenue optimization opportunities within the existing portfolio: payer mix trends, underpayment patterns, denial root causes, and write-off risk.
Present financial performance analysis and recovery plans to the CEO and COO with clarity and conviction. You do not describe the chart; you explain what it means and what you are doing about it.
3. Denial Management & Payer Strategy
Own the denial management function end to end: root cause categorization, appeal workflows, payer-specific escalation protocols, and first-pass improvement plans.
Stay current on payer policy changes, CMS billing updates, and coding guideline shifts that affect denial rates and collection timelines.
Develop payer-specific follow-up strategies and embed them into team workflows and SOPs.
4. Team Leadership & Talent Development
Lead a multi-tier AR team: Team Leads, Senior Associates, and Associates across the AR and denials function.
Own performance management, succession planning, and high-potential identification for the AR org.
Partner with Talent Management on hiring, onboarding, and retention of AR talent, including calibrating role requirements for the team as it scales.
Build a performance culture grounded in accountability, data fluency, and continuous improvement.
5. Client Engagement & Retention
Act as the senior operational partner for strategic AR accounts, maintaining relationships at the decision-maker level.
Lead and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews, performance reporting, and service expansion conversations.
Surface delivery risks proactively and communicate resolution plans to clients before issues escalate.
6. Process Excellence & Compliance
Own SOPs for all AR workflows: initial follow-up, denial management, appeals, escalation, and write-off protocols.
Ensure operations remain compliant with HIPAA, CMS billing requirements, and payer-specific compliance standards.
Drive continuous improvement across AR workflows using structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
What You Bring
Must-Have
15 or more years of US healthcare AR and RCM experience, with senior leadership accountability over large multi-specialty AR portfolios.
Mastery of AR financial metrics: net collection rate, AR aging distribution, denial rate, first-pass yield, cost to collect. You can explain what moves each one and defend your analysis when challenged.
Deep denial management expertise: root cause categorization, payer-specific appeal strategies, and a track record of improving first-pass rates.
Experience leading multi-tier AR teams of 50 or more FTEs, including Team Leads and supervisors.
Commercial payer experience across BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UHC, and regional payers, alongside Medicare and Medicaid.
Multi-specialty billing exposure: physician groups, hospital systems, or both.
Excellent client-facing communication: comfortable presenting to C-suite clients and internal senior leadership with equal confidence.
Commitment to the US shift, onsite in Gurugram.
Strong Preference
Prior experience in a BPO, MSO, or KPO environment delivering AR services for US healthcare clients, not in-house captive only.
Exposure to multiple billing and EHR platforms: AdvancedMD, Athenahealth, Epic, Kareo, Centricity, or similar.
Track record of building or restructuring an AR team and improving performance metrics within 12 months.
Power BI or advanced Excel for AR performance tracking and executive reporting.
Nice-to-Have
MBA or postgraduate degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline.
Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement methodology applied to an AR workflow.
CPAT (Certified Patient Account Technician) or equivalent AR or RCM certification.
Experience across multi-geography delivery: India and Philippines operating in parallel.
Who You Are
You treat AR aging as a story, not a spreadsheet. You know what each band means for revenue risk and you communicate it that way to leadership.
You hold SLAs before clients ask about them. Reactive escalation management is not something you do.
You can tell the CEO what a number means, not just what it is. Your analysis ends with a so-what and a plan, not a chart.
You hold your team to a high standard without losing them. Accountability and development are not in tension in the way you lead.
You see denial patterns before they become denial trends. Root cause is where you start, not where you finish.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate degree mandatory. Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Experience: 15 or more years in US healthcare AR and RCM. Non-negotiable.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English. You will present to the CEO and COO regularly and manage senior client relationships. Communication below this standard will not progress.
Shift: US-aligned shift, onsite in Gurugram. This is firm. Apply only if you can commit to this consistently.
Notice Period: 30 to 45 days preferred. Up to 60 days considered for the right profile.
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
In the first 12 months:
Net collection rate: sustained at or above agreed client benchmarks across the managed portfolio.
AR >90 days: percentage trending down or held within client SLA thresholds.
Denial rate and first-pass yield: measurable improvement within 90 days on priority accounts.
SLA achievement: 95% or above on committed follow-up and resolution timelines across the portfolio.
Client retention: no unplanned exits attributable to AR delivery performance.
Team performance: productivity and quality metrics for the AR team within benchmark, with clear improvement plans for underperforming sub-teams.
Executive reporting: weekly and monthly dashboards delivered accurately and on time, with actionable narratives, no follow-up questions from the COO needed.
Hiring Process
Stage 1: Talent Management screening and profile review. AR domain depth and tenure verified at this stage.
Stage 2: Functional interview with the COO covering AR delivery depth, financial metric fluency, denial management approach, and team leadership track record.
Stage 3: Conversation with the CEO covering strategic fit, client philosophy, and leadership approach.
Stage 4: Reference checks and offer.

This is a role for a true hunter.
We are scaling one of the fastest-moving BNPL platforms in the region, and we are looking for a hungry, self-driven Business Development Executive to take our SME merchant acquisition engine to the next level. This is a 100% outbound sales role — there are no inbound leads and no pre-assigned deals. You'll be set up with the tools and prospect lists to hit the ground running, but building your pipeline from zero is on you.
You will own the full sales cycle end-to-end: identifying high-potential SME merchants, opening doors with founders and decision-makers, running consultative discovery, pitching game-changing financial solutions, negotiating commercial terms and driving merchants all the way through onboarding to live activation.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment, love the thrill of the close, and want real ownership from day one — this is your seat.
Key Responsibilities
Build the Pipeline — From Zero
• Own end-to-end pipeline generation through relentless, self-generated outbound activity.
• Use the tools and prospect lists provided as a launchpad — then take the pipeline far beyond them.
• Research and map high-potential SME merchants, verticals and micro-markets.
• Identify and engage business owners, founders and key decision-makers.
• Execute high-volume cold calling, multi-channel outreach, field visits and merchant meetings.
• Consistently generate qualified opportunities with zero reliance on inbound or marketing-sourced leads.
• Keep the funnel healthy — continuously replenish, qualify and prioritise.
• Use CRM and sales data to track your KPIs, read your funnel and sharpen conversion.
Sell, Close, Activate
• Own opportunities end-to-end: prospect > discovery > pitch > close > onboarding > activation.
• Run consultative, value-based discovery with SME owners to uncover real business pain.
• Pitch and sell BNPL, LTF and our expanding suite of merchant financial solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demos and tailored commercial proposals.
• Handle objections with confidence and drive deals to signature.
• Stay hands-on until the merchant is fully live and transacting.
Commercial & Negotiation
• Lead commercial conversations with SME merchants and articulate clear value.
• Negotiate within approved commercial frameworks to land win-win outcomes.
• Secure the right internal approvals and keep deals moving at pace.
• Escalate complex commercial matters appropriately — while retaining full ownership of the opportunity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with Risk, Scoring, Onboarding, Product and Operations.
• Understand internal requirements and constraints and work with them, not around them.
• Proactively chase down blockers and drive outstanding actions to closure.
• Act as the bridge between the merchant and internal stakeholders.
• Feed merchant insight and market intelligence back into the business.
Merchant Experience & Growth
• Support merchants through a smooth, friction-free onboarding journey.
• Drive activation and follow up post go-live to ensure adoption.
• Spot early issues, capture merchant feedback and route it to the right teams.
• Be genuinely merchant-obsessed — the relationship does not end at signature.
Product & Market Agility
• Become a subject-matter expert on BNPL and LTF.
• Ramp fast on new propositions as they launch — including SME Financing and Tabby Card.
• Adapt pitch, positioning and messaging as products, processes and market conditions evolve.
• Thrive in ambiguity — we are building as we scale.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• 1–2 years of professional experience in sales, business development or another target-driven commercial role.
• Proven outbound sales and prospecting track record — you have personally generated your own pipeline.
• Demonstrated ability to create opportunities independently, from a standing start.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent Arabic and English.
• Exceptional communication, presence and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation ability.
• Comfortable and energised by a target-driven, high-accountability environment.
• Ability to independently own, manage and forecast a pipeline.
• Comfortable working with CRM and sales data — tracking KPIs, analysing your funnel and prioritising on evidence (Excel / Google Sheets level)
• Grit, resilience, persistence and relentless follow-through.
Nice to Have (Not a Deal-Breaker)
• B2B or SME sales exposure.
• FinTech, BNPL, payments, banking or lending background.
• Financial or technology solution selling.
• Merchant acquisition or field sales experience.
• Track record selling directly to business owners and decision-makers.
• CRM proficiency and data-driven pipeline discipline.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets and CRM reporting — pivot tables, dashboards, basic funnel analysis.

Headquartered in Riyadh, we've grown into one of the largest fintech companies to come out of the Arab world, working with +65,000 sellers, from global names like Apple, IKEA, Adidas and Shein to the region's leading retail groups.
We're now building a local team on the ground in Kuwait, with a renewed presence in the market coming soon. This is a rare chance to join us at the start of a local launch, shaping how we show up for Kuwaiti shoppers and sellers from day one, backed by the scale, technology and track record we've built across the region.
If you want to help us build something significant in Kuwait, backed by proven regional success, we want to hear from you.
About the role
Tabby is the leading shopping and financial services app in the Middle East — 25M+ users, 65,000+ merchants across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait. We're now building our Kuwait team.
This is a founding role. As General Manager, you will take Tabby Kuwait from a licensed entity in progress to a fully operating, onshore, regulated business — and then scale it. You'll be the face of Tabby to the Central Bank of Kuwait and to the local banking and merchant ecosystem, with full accountability for standing up the entity, the team and the growth plan from day one.
Very few people get to build a regulated consumer finance business in a market from a standing start, with a proven regional platform behind them. This is that opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Central Bank of Kuwait relationship end to end — registration and licensing, correspondence, inspections and ongoing supervisory dialogue — as the named accountable executive
Stand up Tabby Payments K.S.C.C. as a fully operating local entity, with its own team, compliance, operations and governance
Carry full commercial ownership of the Kuwait market: merchant acquisition and retention, bank and payments partnerships, local marketing and customer growth
Own the local P&L and market-level economics, operating within group frameworks for product, credit, risk, treasury and legal — and influencing those functions to get what the market needs
Build and lead the local team, starting lean and scaling with the business — defining the hiring plan and owning the local cost base
Define and sequence the market's product roadmap with group product, bringing Tabby's wider product set into Kuwait as licensing and infrastructure allow — including longer-term financing, card, wallet and payments, and cross-border transfers
Represent Tabby externally as the senior leader in-market, with banks, merchants, partners and the regulator
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
10+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in a general management or senior commercial role with full P&L accountability
A track record of launching or scaling a regulated financial services, payments or fintech business in a GCC market
Direct experience as the named accountable executive in a relationship with a financial regulator — licensing, submissions, examinations or remediation
Domain expertise in fintech, consumer lending/BNPL, payments and e-money, or retail banking and cards, including financial regulation and licensing in the GCC (Central Bank of Kuwait experience specifically valued)
A proven merchant or B2B commercial track record — building a partner base from a low base, not just managing an existing one
Comfort operating in ambiguity with a small team: a builder, not an administrator of an established machine
Strong grounding in P&L management and unit economics, regulatory submissions and compliance/AML frameworks, and commercial contracting and partnership negotiation
Professional Arabic and English, including the ability to handle Arabic regulatory correspondence
Nice to have:
Existing relationships with the Central Bank of Kuwait
Prior experience inside a high-growth start-up or fintech
Exposure to local funding or bank facility relationships
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Workplace: onsite
BNPL businesses don't run on a single core system — they run on a chain of vendors: KYC providers doing identity
checks in milliseconds, bureau data feeding underwriting decisions, processors moving money at checkout, and
collections agencies chasing missed payments on our behalf. When any link in that chain fails, it isn't an internal
inconvenience — it's a customer who can't check out, a credit decision made on bad data, or a regulator asking why
a critical service went down with no warning.
As Vendor Risk Manager, you will own our third-party risk program end to end, from the first due diligence
questionnaire to the day a vendor is offboarded. You will be the person who can tell leadership, in plain terms,
which vendors carry the most risk and why, and you will make sure vendor failures never become customer failures.
Key Responsibilities
Due Diligence & Onboarding
Run due diligence on new vendors before contracts are signed, including financial health checks, SOC 2 / ISO 27001 review, breach history, and subprocessor mapping.
Issue a clear risk rating for every prospective vendor, with conditions attached rather than a simple pass or
fail, covering KYC, identity verification, fraud detection, credit bureau, payment processing, card issuing,
banking, and collections partners.
Sit inside the contracting process with Legal and Procurement to secure the terms that matter: audit rights,
breach notification windows, data localization commitments, exit assistance clauses, and SLAs tied to real penalties.
Risk Assessment & Ongoing Monitoring
Own vendor risk assessments across our active third-party portfolio, prioritizing critical and high-risk vendors for annual deep-dive reviews.
Build and run tiered monitoring cadences — quarterly for critical vendors such as KYC, payment processing, and banking partners, annual for the rest — tracking control drift, subprocessor changes, and
adverse media.
Maintain the concentration risk and critical-vendor register, and be ready to explain single points of failure, such as one bureau covering the majority of underwriting volume, and what the contingency plan actually
is.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Work with Product before new vendor integrations go live — you're in the room when a new checkout partner or fraud model vendor is being evaluated, not brought in after the contract is signed.
• Prepare vendor risk reporting for the Risk Committee and Board, translating control gaps and incident
trends into decisions leadership can act on.
Offboarding & Exit Management
Manage the offboarding process for exited vendors, confirming data deletion, access revocation, and transition continuity for anything customer-facing.
Ensure regulatory and contractual exit obligations are met and documented, particularly for vendors
classified as critical or important.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
3–4 years in third-party risk management, vendor risk, or operational risk, ideally at a payments company, lender, bank, or fintech where vendor failure has direct customer or regulatory consequences.
Working knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and standardized assessment tools like SIG or
CAIQ — you know how to read a SOC 2 report and spot what's missing, not just file it away.
Familiarity with the regulatory landscape vendors sit inside: consumer credit rules, data privacy obligations
(GDPR/CCPA depending on footprint), PCI-DSS for anything touching card data, and
outsourcing/operational resilience expectations for critical third parties.
Comfort negotiating directly with vendors — you've pushed back on a processor's standard MSA, gotten a
fraud vendor to commit to a real SLA, and know when “our legal team will follow up” means the deal
needs to walk.
Ability to translate risk findings for people who don't think in risk terms, including explaining to a
commercial lead why a cheaper KYC vendor isn't worth the onboarding delay it will cause six months later.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret vendor performance and control data to support
operational decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of
the organization.
Full professional proficiency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
Nice to have:
Direct BNPL or consumer credit experience — you've worked with bureau data, alternative credit scoring
vendors, or collections agencies specifically.
Hands-on experience with a GRC platform such as OneTrust, ProcessUnity, or Archer for assessment
workflows and vendor inventory.
CTPRP, CRISC, CISA, or CISM certification.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Humanoid is seeking a Director of Contracts & Business Support to lead commercial contracting across the business and to build the processes, standards, and systems that support it. This is the company's senior commercial legal role, reporting directly to the CLO. It carries a global remit covering the markets Humanoid sells into, the partners it builds with, and the suppliers from which it sources.
The role works in close partnership with the go-to-market (GTM) and supply chain functions, supporting transactions from initial structuring through negotiation to signature. This includes customer and reseller agreements, master supply and manufacturing contracts, technology partnerships incorporating revenue share and other non-standard commercial models, and the confidentiality and data protection arrangements that sit alongside them.
Alongside transactional work, the role owns the contracting operating model: standard templates, negotiation playbooks and fallback positions, delegation of authority, escalation routes, and the selection and implementation of contract lifecycle management (CLM) and AI-assisted contract review tooling.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own commercial contracting end to end, drafting, negotiating, and closing customer, partner, and supplier agreements across every country we operate in.
- Act as the legal partner to our GTM and supply chain teams, from early deal shaping through to signature, with fast and commercially practical answers.
- Negotiate supply chain and manufacturing agreements, and technology partnerships including revenue share and other non-standard commercial models.
- Build and own the contracting operating model: templates, playbooks, guidelines, delegation of authority, escalation paths, and the internal processes that keep deals moving.
- Select, implement, and get real value from CLM and AI-assisted contract review tooling to manage a pipeline in the hundreds without simply adding headcount.
- Protect and commercialise our intellectual property (IP), advising on ownership, licensing, and confidentiality across customer, partner, and supplier arrangements.
- Manage commercial disputes and pre-litigation matters, working with the Head of Compliance and outside counsel where it makes sense.
- Work with the Head of Compliance and the CLO to make sure commercial terms reflect our regulatory obligations.
- Instruct and manage outside counsel with a clear view of cost and value.
- Build, manage, and develop the contracts team as it grows, while staying hands-on yourself.
- Be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and the executive team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years' post-qualification experience (PQE); qualified solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent), with a current practising certificate.
- 5+ years in highly regulated or safety-critical sectors, such as robotics, AI, automotive, aerospace, medical devices, or comparable technology.
- 5+ years of in-house experience.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- A strong track record on supply chain contracts and technology partnerships, including revenue share arrangements.
- Solid IP and dispute resolution experience.
- Proficiency with contract management systems and AI contract review tools.
- Comfortable managing senior stakeholders and holding your own with commercial leadership.
- Hands-on and execution-oriented. You draft and negotiate yourself rather than only overseeing others.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity in a fast-moving environment.
- Motivated by a long-term in-house role. This is a demanding position in a company building at pace, where priorities shift and no two weeks look the same.
NICE TO HAVE
- Dual UK/US qualification.
- Experience in deep-tech, robotics, hardware, or advanced manufacturing organisations.
- Experience implementing a CLM platform from scratch, ideally an AI-enabled one.
- Experience scaling a legal function through rapid commercial growth or a funding round.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ days off, including 23 days annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS - THE MISSION
We are seeking a strategic, commercially and legally strong Director, Supply Chain Strategy to shape how ICEYE secures, de-risks and scales the supply base behind the world's largest multisensor satellite constellation.
You will own ICEYE's global supply chain strategy: how we assess and manage supplier risk, which suppliers we develop as long-term partners, and where we vertically integrate through partnerships, licensing, joint ventures or acquisitions. You will also define and own our supplier portal landscape, the digital backbone of how we collaborate with suppliers. Finally, you will own how ICEYE meets local content requirements, supporting our local entities as they select and onboard in-country suppliers.
This role is for a leader who moves comfortably between the boardroom and the engineering bench: credible with executives, investors and partners, and equally credible with electrical, mechanical, manufacturing and supplier engineers.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defense and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
1. GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN STRATEGY
- Define and own ICEYE's global supply chain strategy, aligned with company, program and production roadmaps, and translate it into a multi-year plan with clear priorities, targets and KPIs.
- Establish and run a structured supplier risk assessment framework covering financial health, capacity, single and sole sourcing, geopolitical and export control exposure, security and compliance.
- Build and maintain a supplier risk heat-map across all critical commodities and suppliers, and use it to drive mitigation plans, dual sourcing and inventory strategies.
- Own supplier due diligence for new and strategic suppliers, including ownership and security screening, ESG and compliance checks, in close cooperation with Legal, Security and Quality.
- Lead supplier development programs that lift capability, quality and capacity of strategic suppliers, and grow a resilient, sovereign-capable supply base for defense and dual-use customers.
2. STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS & VENTURES
- Identify, evaluate and execute vertical integration opportunities where owning or controlling critical technologies, processes or capacity creates strategic advantage.
- Support the negotiation of long-term and strategic supply agreements, including pricing, capacity reservation, IP, liability, security and exit terms.
- Structure and negotiate license agreements and joint venture agreements with industrial and technology partners.
- Act as the M&A lead in the vertical integration domain: build the target pipeline, lead technical and operational due diligence, shape business cases and drive post-merger integration of acquired capabilities into the supply chain.
- Work closely with Corporate Development, Finance and Legal, and present recommendations to the executive team and board.
3. SUPPLIER PORTALS
- Define and own ICEYE's supplier portal strategy, roadmap and architecture.
- Lead the selection, implementation and continuous improvement of supplier portals for onboarding, qualification, forecasting, order collaboration, document exchange and performance scorecards.
- Ensure portals integrate with ERP and PLM, and meet ICEYE's information security and export control requirements.
- Drive supplier adoption and use portal data to improve visibility, risk monitoring and decision making.
4. LOCAL CONTENT & LOCAL SUPPLY
- Own ICEYE's approach to local content, industrial participation and offset requirements in customer programs and sovereign missions.
- Assess local content obligations early in bids and contracts, and translate them into sourcing plans with clear targets and tracking.
- Support ICEYE's local entities in identifying, assessing, selecting and onboarding local suppliers, applying ICEYE's risk assessment, due diligence and qualification standards.
- Develop local suppliers so they can meet ICEYE's technical, quality and security requirements, and integrate them into the global supply base and supplier portals.
- Report on local content performance and compliance to program teams, local entity leadership and customers.
5. LEADERSHIP & ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT
- Build, lead and develop a team of supply chain strategy, strategic sourcing and supplier management professionals, including managers.
- Define the operating model, workflows and governance for strategic sourcing and supply continuity across electronics, mechanical, electromechanical and specialty process categories.
- Develop hiring profiles, succession plans and long-term talent strategies to scale the organization.
- Foster a culture of urgency, technical rigor, proactive risk management and high accountability.
6. SECURING SERIAL SUPPLY CONTINUITY
- Partner with the Supply Chain Category Managers, who own category strategies and day-to-day supply continuity for serial production, and ensure the supply chain strategy actively supports their goals.
- Identify structural supply risks that category management alone cannot resolve, such as single and sole sources, capacity bottlenecks, obsolescence, technology dependencies and geopolitical exposure.
- Propose and execute structural solutions that secure continuous supply: strategic partnerships, long-term supply agreements, licensing, joint ventures, vertical integration and M&A.
- Build business cases with Category Management, Finance and Engineering that compare make, buy, partner and acquire options.
- Track how these initiatives improve supply security, lead-times and cost at rate.
7. SUPPORTING SUPPLIER ENGAGEMENT
- Support the Supply Chain Category Managers, who own the relationships with suppliers in their categories, including executive-level engagement with strategic suppliers where needed.
- Bring the strategic view into supplier relationships: risk heat-map findings, due diligence results, supplier development needs and partnership or integration opportunities.
- Support Category Managers in negotiations that need long-term agreements, capacity commitments or partnership structures.
8. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL & EXECUTIVE ALIGNMENT
- Act as the senior supply chain voice in executive, engineering, program management and manufacturing forums.
- Translate evolving technical and business requirements into executable supply chain strategies across electronics, mechanical and system-level builds.
- Communicate risks, mitigation plans and critical dependencies proactively to leadership and program teams.
9. RISK MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT-TO-PRODUCTION CONTINUITY
- Identify and mitigate risks to continuous supply, including component availability, obsolescence, material constraints, export limitations, supplier capacity and financial stability.
- Ensure supply risks are visible at program milestones and production readiness reviews (PRR).
- Drive early qualification of alternate components, materials, processes and sources.
- Ensure engineering and product teams understand how design decisions affect supply resilience, lead-times and cost at rate.
- Support Continuous Production Configurations with sourcing strategies that scale across electronics and mechanical domains.
What we’re looking for

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is building the delivery of almost everything, and shopping is a key part of that ambition in Israel. Our Shopping business brings leading retailers across categories such as Electronics, Home, Beauty, Fashion, Kids, Pets and more onto the Wolt platform, helping customers find what they need with a convenient delivery experience.
We are looking for an
Enterprise Retail Partnerships Manager
to lead the acquisition of the largest and most strategic non-grocery retail partners in Israel. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role: building trust with senior decision-makers, understanding complex business needs, and shaping partnerships that create long-term value for both Wolt and our partners.
You will own the journey from identifying the right strategic partner through closing the deal, and will remain closely involved in the commercial relationship alongside our Account Management team.
What you’ll be doing
As an Enterprise Retail Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Wolt’s Shopping business by bringing Israel’s leading retail brands to the platform. You will lead complex partnership processes from the first conversation through signing and launch, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and shaping commercial solutions that create long-term value for both Wolt and our partners.
Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:
Own the full acquisition journey for Wolt’s most strategic Shopping retail partners, from prospecting and relationship-building through negotiation, contract signing and launch preparation.
Work closely with internal stakeholders across Account Management, Integrations, Marketing and Legal to build thoughtful, executable partnership solutions and ensure a smooth path from deal to launch.
Identify and engage senior decision-makers across Israel’s leading retail companies, building trusted relationships throughout complex sales cycles.
Develop a deep understanding of each prospective partner’s business, priorities and challenges, and shape a compelling partnership proposition that creates clear value for both sides.
Lead complex commercial negotiations, balancing partner needs with Wolt’s strategic and commercial objectives.
Stay closely involved in key commercial discussions and growth opportunities after signing, in partnership with the Account Management team.
Our humble expectations
We’re looking for an experienced commercial professional who can build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, lead complex partnership processes, and take ownership in a fast-growing Shopping business.
6+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, business development or a similar commercial role, ideally with large retail, consumer, technology or platform businesses.
Demonstrated experience closing complex, high-value enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
Strong commercial judgment and the ability to turn a partner’s business needs into a clear, credible and realistic value proposition.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the maturity to represent Wolt in front of Israel’s leading retailers.
A structured and analytical approach, with the ability to manage long sales cycles, prioritize opportunities and move multiple complex processes forward.
A collaborative working style and experience partnering closely with Account Management or Customer Success teams to ensure continuity after the deal is signed.
Fluent Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for partner meetings across Israel.
What we offer
Working at Wolt means joining a fast-paced, high-impact and people-first company. This is an opportunity to be part of one of Wolt Israel’s most significant growth engines in the coming years, helping shape how leading retailers reach customers through Wolt. You’ll work closely with supportive and passionate colleagues, build partnerships with some of Israel’s largest retail brands, and make a meaningful impact on the future of Shopping at Wolt.
A full-time role with autonomy and room to grow
Opportunities to learn and develop across teams and functions
The chance to be part of a company that values culture, kindness, and accountability
Competitive compensation and local benefits
