About Us:
Tabby is on a mission to give people power over their money. For too long, financial systems have worked for the institutions that built them, not the people using them. Runaway interest, fine print and limited access have left many behind, feeling shut out of a system that wasn't setting them up for success.
We're building a different kind of system—in a complete money app to send, spend and save. One that's clear, flexible and puts people and businesses in control. Founded in 2019, we serve customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services and small businesses rely on us today.
What began as a better way to pay at checkout has grown into a financial system working the way it should have all along.
About the Role:
The role supports the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function by keeping its core processes running to a reliable cycle — risk and incident records, policy administration, new product approval coordination and the reporting calendar — so that the risk information reaching senior management and committees is complete, accurate and on time. The role works closely with the ERM Manager and first-line stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Support the quarterly risk reporting cycle, including collection and validation of metrics, pack production and committee materials.
Maintain risk registers, incident records and action trackers, ensuring entries are complete, current and supported by evidence.
Administer the policy programme — tracking review and approval status, formatting, version control and the governance calendar.
Support the risk and control self-assessment cycle — scheduling checks, chasing evidence, and populating workpapers and trackers.
Support the maintenance of the risk appetite framework and key risk indicators, including data sourcing and validation with metric owners.
Support ERM training and awareness activity, including delivery logistics, materials and completion records.
Work closely with first-line stakeholders to collect, chase and quality-check risk information, escalating gaps and delays promptly.
Support internal audit and regulatory requests by preparing documentation and audit-ready evidence.
Support ERM governance and tooling, including use and administration of GRC tools and maintenance of documentation.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
2–4 years' experience in risk, GRC, compliance, audit support or a related operational role within Financial Services, FinTech, Payments or another regulated environment.
Working knowledge of risk registers, risk reporting and control documentation, with the ability to apply concepts pragmatically.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to run several recurring cycles in parallel and keep each to deadline.
Confident coordinating across functions and seniority levels, including remotely, and comfortable chasing stakeholders for information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including experience preparing clear risk reports and presentations.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; hands-on experience using or supporting GRC tools a strong advantage.
Job Benefits
2–4 years' experience in business continuity, operational resilience, operational risk or a related role within Financial Services, FinTech, Payments or another regulated environment.
Practical working knowledge of business continuity and resilience concepts — business impact analysis, recovery objectives, continuity planning and testing — with the ability to apply them pragmatically.
Awareness of regulatory expectations for operational resilience; familiarity with CBUAE requirements or an equivalent regime is an advantage.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to run workshops and interviews with department heads and to challenge the answers constructively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing clear plans, reports and presentations.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a founding Professional Services Consultant who is Ramp’s deepest product expert, a hands-on builder, and a strategic thought partner to the finance teams we serve. You work as an extension of the customer's team: you're embedded in their strategy, you understand where their finance organization is headed, and you do the execution work to get it there. You map their current-state workflows, design the future state, and configure Ramp to match it.
You’re dialed into the roadmap, driving transformation across their platform and finance orgs. You get customers live fast, and in some cases stay on as their ongoing partner, optimizing their Ramp environment and advising strategically as the business grows.
You'll work across a portfolio of enterprise accounts in partnership with Customer Success during activation, and Account Managers beyond implementation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
OWN CUSTOMER DELIVERY
- Discovery and process mapping — Run workshops to analyze current-state finance workflows across spend, procurement, AP, expense, travel, and close. Diagnose where time and money are actually leaking, and define the optimal Ramp solution.
- Solution design — Design and document the end-to-end solution: persona-based workflow design, approval and policy architecture, configuration blueprints, and deployment documentation that a customer admin can maintain after go-live.
- Hands-on configuration — Execute the core functional workstream. Configure Ramp to match the approved design: policies, approval chains, accounting rules, GL and dimension mapping, entity and multi-currency structures, roles and permissions.
- Integrations and data — Work with customer IT, accounting, and security teams to scope and validate ERP and HRIS integrations, map and reconcile data, build against Ramp's APIs where standard connectors don't reach, and clear security reviews.
- Agentic workflow enablement — Configure and tune Ramp's agentic finance capabilities for each customer's context: agent behavior, policy logic, prompt and rule design, exception handling. Help the customer's team understand what to hand to an agent and what to keep.
- Training and enablement — Build and deliver the enablement program: admin certification, end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, office hours, and the documentation and in-product guidance that make it durable. Enablement is a deliverable, not a slide at the end.
- Quality assurance and hypercare — Own QA: build test scenarios, coordinate User Acceptance Testing, resolve defects, and run post-go-live hypercare until the customer is stable.
- Adoption support — Consult on organizational change management alongside the CSM, and drive the functional adoption work that makes value stick after the project closes.
IMPROVE HOW WE DELIVER
- Document implementation approaches, customer needs, and lessons learned so the team can reuse what works
- Help the Senior Manager, Professional Services refine playbooks, templates, tooling, and workflows based on delivery experience
- Use customer feedback and delivery data to spot patterns, improve execution, and share practical recommendations
- Contribute to enablement materials and share product and implementation knowledge with teammates
PARTNER CROSS-FUNCTIONALLY
- Maintain expert knowledge of the entire Ramp product suite, roadmap, APIs, and the third-party ecosystem it integrates with
- Build the reusable assets that make the practice faster: configuration accelerators, templates, internal tooling, scripts, and best-practice guides — including AI-built tooling of your own
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Account Management and Support to make the handoff from presales to implementation to steady state seamless
- Bring patterns back to Product and Engineering: what customers keep asking for, what keeps breaking, what the product should do natively instead of being configured around
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Minimum of 1+ year at Ramp and a self proclaimed product expert, ability to not only consult on workflows but execute the build in product.
- 3+ years in a customer-facing professional services, implementation, or solutions consulting role — with a track record delivering SaaS implementations at mid-market and enterprise scale
- Hands-on builder — You configure, troubleshoot, and ship yourself.
- Finance systems and process knowledge — Real working understanding of finance operations: the close, AP and expense workflows, approval and policy design, GL and chart-of-accounts structure, and how an ERP actually gets used. Hands-on with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage, Workday, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- AI fluency as a daily habit — You already use AI to accelerate delivery: to build configurations, generate documentation and training material, analyze customer data, and automate the repetitive parts of the job. Experience with AI workflow configuration — agent customization, prompt engineering, tuning — is a strong plus.
- Enablement and training ability — You can teach. You've built training programs, run rooms of skeptical users, and produced documentation people actually use.
- Multi-project discipline — You can prioritize across several concurrent engagements and hit committed dates on all of them.
- Excellent communication — You translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business solutions, and you write well enough that your deliverables go to a CFO without an edit pass.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Prior experience implementing spend management, procure-to-pay, expense, or corporate card platforms
- Accounting or finance background (CPA, FP&A, controllership, or accounting operations)
- Experience building agentic or AI-powered workflows for customers at scale
- Familiarity with project management essentials and tooling (scope, schedule, budget; Smartsheet, Asana, Linear, Monday)
- Big 4 or systems integrator consulting background
- Experience in high-growth environments where the methodology was still being written
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for critical project milestones
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

We also empower smart shopping to consumers who seek more value, convenience, and flexibility in their shopping, with new payment experiences that allow them to save, access interest-free credit, or pay in small, comfortable installments of up to 24 months.
Born in Barcelona, seQura is a privately-owned fintech, currently expanding throughout southern Europe and Latin America, growing above 50% CAGR.
Over 6000 businesses, almost 3 million shoppers, and almost 400 employees continue to rate us as one of the most loved and trusted fintechs out there, with an NPS of 87%, a Trustpilot rating of 4.7/5, and a Glassdoor rating of 4.1/5.
About the role
🤓
We're looking for a
Senior Platform Engineer
to join our Platform team and help us build the platform that lets every engineer at seQura ship safely, quickly, and on their own.
seQura is expanding into new international markets, and the platform has to grow with it without growing its cost at the same pace. At the same time, AI is changing how infrastructure is built and run. We already put AI agents to work on our everyday platform work, from reviewing infrastructure changes and explaining plans to helping engineers resolve incidents on their own. Our goal is to go much further: independent agents working across the whole scope of the platform, with engineers who decide what matters and own the outcome.
You'll work in a cloud-native AWS environment, in a regulated fintech, where security, compliance, and reliability are part of the product we offer to the rest of engineering.
How we build at seQura
🤖
AI-assisted development is how our engineers work every day. We use AI agents to think through problems, write, review and iterate on code, and we're looking for engineers who already work this way, or are actively making the shift.
What matters to us isn't whether you know the syntax and idioms of your preferred programming language or tech stack by heart. It's whether you understand the problem you're solving, can explain the business logic behind it, and own every line you ship, no matter who (or what) wrote it first.
AI helps you move faster, challenge assumptions, explore different approaches and improve your solutions. But knowing which questions to ask, making sound technical and product decisions, and taking responsibility for the outcome is always up to you.
Our technical interviews reflect this approach: you'll use your own AI tools, and we'll ask you to walk us through your solution, both the business reasoning and the code.
If you're only interested in technical challenges without engaging in the product decisions behind them, or you'd rather not work with AI, this probably isn't the right role for you.
About the Platform team
🧩
Team Mission
To empower engineers with secure, efficient, and compliant infrastructure, while continuously improving through automation and collaboration.
What we own
Our multi-account
AWS
foundation and the
Kubernetes (EKS)
clusters where seQura's products run
Infrastructure as Code
with Terragrunt, delivered through pull requests and Atlantis
Deployment and GitOps tooling: Helm charts, shared deploy configuration, and CI/CD pipelines
The
observability
stack used across engineering: metrics, logs, traces, and alerting
Security and compliance foundations: secrets management, access control, PCI DSS, and the controls required to operate regulated entities across multiple countries under regulations such as DORA, NIS2 and those still to come.
Internal developer tooling, including the AI agents and Claude Code plugins that engineers use to work with our platform on their own
How we work
We're enablers: internal teams are our customers, and we measure success by how much they can do without us
We're autonomous end-to-end: we code, deploy, observe, improve, and document what we build
Everything as code, everything through a pull request, everything reviewed, and every important decision written down in an ADR
Strong opinions, held weakly; collaborators over rock stars; blameless by default
We plan by quarter and choose initiatives by their impact on users and on the business
We work closely with every product engineering team, with Security, with the Data Platform team, and with Compliance.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
International expansion
: help seQura launch in multiple new markets, with the isolation, compliance, and reliability each one requires
AI-native platform
: move from AI that assists us to independent agents that operate across the whole scope of the platform, from infrastructure changes to support and incident response
Keeping up with open source in the AI era
: define new strategies to adopt, upgrade, and secure the open source software we depend on, now that it moves faster than ever
Scale without raising our baseline cost
: design the strategies that let the business keep growing while our base infrastructure cost stays flat
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1:
Learn the terrain 🧭
You'll join initiatives the team already has in motion, pairing with your teammates and shipping your first changes to production. You'll learn how we work, why we made the decisions we made, and what the rest of engineering expects from us.
By the end of the month: you've shipped to production and you know who to ask for what.
Month 2:
Own your first mission 🎯
We'll hand you an opportunity the team has already identified, and it's yours: from the technical design to running it in production. You'll keep discovering seQura along the way, and we'll be there whenever you need context.
By the end of the month: you've delivered an initiative end-to-end and you have your own opinion on where the platform should go next.
Month 3:
Shape what comes next 🚀
With more context, you'll be the one finding the opportunity. You'll talk with other teams to understand their friction, lead a cross-team initiative, and bring your own proposals to the planning of next quarter.
By the end of the month: part of next quarter's roadmap has your name on it.
What we are looking for🤝
Must have:
You've
designed and operated highly available distributed systems in production, and you've lived through what happens when they fail
: incidents, post-mortems, and the changes that made sure it didn't happen again
Proven experience
scaling infrastructure at a global scale
Strong hands-on experience with
AWS
,
Kubernetes
, and
Terraform
in production
A
product mindset
: you put users and the business at the center of your decisions, and you can explain why one initiative matters more than another
Hands-on experience working with AI agents in your daily engineering work
Agency: you don't wait for a ticket. You spot the problem, decide it's worth solving, bring people along, and own it until it runs in production
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, payments, or other regulated environments (PCI DSS, DORA, or similar)
Experience with Terragrunt, Atlantis, or GitOps workflows
Scripting or programming in Python, Go, or similar
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, the Elastic stack, or Tempo
Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling
Experience building your own AI agents, skills, or automations for engineering teams
Experience being part of an on-call rotation

In this role, you’ll bring user interfaces to life through flawless technical setup, UI motion design, and polished micro-interactions.
We need a candidate who truly aims for pixel-perfect fidelity. Someone who cares deeply about aligning margins, font rendering, anchoring, and visual feedback down to the exact pixel, while maintaining a strong animation sense and high visual polish.
What You'll Do

UI Motion & Animation Design:
Design, animate, and fine-tune UI transitions, dynamic menus, and micro-interactions using Unity Timeline, Animator, Spine 2D, or tweening packages, with a sharp eye for weight, timing, and easing.
Visual Feedback:
Elevate the player experience by crafting crisp visual feedback using lightweight shaders (Shader Graph), UI particle systems, and subtle motion effects that feel satisfying and responsive.
Precision Asset Management & Optimization:
Set up dynamic anchoring, Sprite Atlases, text rendering (TextMeshPro), and UI prefabs to maintain visual perfection without compromising game performance or draw call limits.
Design & Engineering Alignment:
Serve as the visual quality gatekeeper by collaborating closely with UI/UX designers to honor their visual vision and working with engineers to tie UI elements into game logic seamlessly.
Maintain High UI Standards:
Establish robust, scalable UI structures, prefabs, and workflow guidelines that ensure consistency and visual rigor across our entire game portfolio.
What We're Looking For
Uncompromising Eye for Precision:
A relentless commitment to pixel perfection, sharp detail, and visual accuracy when translating static or prototype designs into live, in-engine UI.
Solid Unity UI Implementation Skills:
Proven hands-on experience building, structuring, and optimizing UI Canvas setups in Unity.
Strong Animation & Motion Sense:
Deep understanding of timing, curve dynamics, and movement principles tailored specifically to menu transitions, UI states, and player feedback.
Technical UI Asset Knowledge:
Expertise in preparing UI assets, slice/9-grid setups, Sprite Atlases, TextMeshPro configurations, and clean prefab architecture.
UI FX Capabilities:
Practical experience creating UI feedback effects using particle systems, shaders (Shader Graph), or vector-based UI techniques.
Nice to Have
Basic scripting knowledge in C# to trigger UI animations or prototype layout behavior independently.
