Key Responsibilities
Manage the weekly passenger incentives budget across countries and incentive mechanics, ensuring effective budget allocation and pacing.

inDrive is seeking a Head of Loyalty Product to own inDrive’s Loyalty product domain end-to-end, reporting to the Director of SuperApp and Growth Businesses Product. The core challenge is to build a loyalty proposition that customers genuinely value and that measurably changes behavior. That means increasing frequency, retention, cross-service engagement, and customer lifetime value while maintaining sustainable economics.
This is not a role focused on running a rewards feature or promotional calendar. You’ll own Loyalty as a product domain and lead execution across multiple teams and markets. This happens in a highly cross-functional environment where many of the capabilities required to deliver the Loyalty experience sit outside your direct team.
Key Responsibilities
Own Loyalty product strategy and roadmap.
Define and continuously evolve the product strategy and roadmap for Loyalty across inDrive. Identify where loyalty can create the greatest customer and business value, translate those opportunities into clear product priorities, and own the resulting product outcomes.
Build the customer proposition.
Design loyalty experiences and mechanics that customers understand, value, and actively engage with. Own the end-to-end customer journey - from discovery and enrollment through earning, benefits, redemption, progress, and ongoing engagement.
Drive measurable changes in customer behavior.
Build products that improve frequency, retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value. Establish clear hypotheses and success criteria and distinguish incremental behavior from activity that would have happened anyway.
Connect product decisions to economics.
Partner closely with Business and Analytics to understand the economics behind the product. Make informed trade-offs between customer value, engagement, cost, and long-term impact rather than optimizing individual product metrics in isolation.
Build for an ecosystem.
Develop loyalty experiences and capabilities that can work across multiple inDrive services, customer journeys, and markets. Balance reusable, scalable product capabilities with meaningful differences in local customer behavior and market economics.
Lead experimentation.
Build a rigorous experimentation approach around loyalty propositions, rewards, incentives, and customer experiences. Use behavioral data, segmentation, and personalization to continuously improve what value is offered, to whom, and when.
Drive cross-functional execution.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, CRM, and product teams across inDrive. Identify and manage critical dependencies, create alignment around priorities and requirements, and drive the cross-team execution needed to deliver the overall Loyalty product outcome.
Build and lead the product team.
Build, lead, and develop the Loyalty product team. Set a high bar for product discovery, prioritization, experimentation, execution, and accountability, and create an environment where strong product talent can grow.
Build a strong measurement system.
Establish the measurement framework for Loyalty together with Analytics, combining experimentation, customer insights, and business performance to determine what should scale, evolve, or stop.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Loyalty, membership, subscription, or engagement product depth.
You’ve built and scaled meaningful consumer loyalty, membership, subscription, rewards, or adjacent engagement products - not simply managed promotional campaigns.
Strong consumer product background.
You’ve built products in a scaled consumer technology environment such as mobility, delivery, marketplaces, e-commerce, travel, fintech, or another high-frequency digital category.
End-to-end product ownership.
You’ve owned a meaningful product area from strategy and discovery through execution, experimentation, and measurable customer and business outcomes.
Behavior-change mindset.
You understand how product mechanics, incentives, benefits, status, rewards, and customer experience influence behavior - and know how to distinguish genuine incremental impact from correlation.
Strong commercial judgment.
You can move fluently between customer experience and economics, understand unit economics and LTV, and make thoughtful trade-offs between growth, customer value, and cost.
Experimentation depth.
You have strong experience with controlled experimentation, segmentation, and behavioral data and use evidence to make product investment and prioritization decisions.
Cross-product thinking.
You’ve worked on products that span multiple customer journeys, business lines, or product teams and can create alignment and drive execution without relying solely on direct organizational authority.
Multi-market experience.
You’ve built or scaled consumer products across multiple countries or regions and understand how customer behavior, willingness to pay, incentives, and economics can differ across markets.
0-to-1 builder who can also scale.
You’re comfortable starting with ambiguity, shaping a proposition, validating it with customers and data, and then turning what works into scalable product capabilities.
Product leadership.
You’ve led and developed product managers, can set a strong product bar, and are comfortable working with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Business, Finance, Marketing, and other functions.
Will be an advantage
Experience building loyalty or membership products for a multi-service consumer ecosystem or super app.
Experience with paid membership or subscription products.
Experience with rewards, cashback, wallet, payments, or incentive systems.
Experience with personalization, recommendations, CRM, or lifecycle decisioning.
Marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
Experience in high-growth emerging markets across LATAM, Central Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, or Africa.
Experience taking a loyalty or membership proposition from initial launch to multi-market scale.
Why join us
Help us challenge injustice by creating fair choices for millions of people across 47 countries.

Project Manager
to bridge our FinTech Product and Business teams, own a large share of country-level monetisation work, and support new market launches.
You'll keep fintech initiatives moving by coordinating non-standard projects with Legal and Tax, and by building playbooks that stop recurring legal, tax, and regulatory issues from blocking product work.
This is an individual contributor role that works closely with Legal, Tax, local business, Product, and Analytics/Strategy teams.

— Turn recurring blockers, requirements, and their solutions into reusable playbooks. Share them across product and regional teams so the same issues don't come up again on future projects.
Country monetization schemes
— Own coordination with local business teams and supporting functions on designing and adjusting country-level monetization schemes. Identify where schemes need to change and drive those changes through to implementation.
Monetization planning
— Work with analysts and strategists to build monetization plans for each country or region, bringing together input from all relevant teams.
New country launches
— Support fintech launches in new markets by coordinating readiness across product, local business, and supporting functions.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
4–6 years in project management, business operations, or fintech/product, ideally with multi-market exposure

At inDrive, a ride is a transaction. A loyal driver is a relationship. In a competitive market, fair earnings are the start, but they aren't enough to build long-term loyalty. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to make driving for inDrive the most rewarding and engaging experience for millions of drivers worldwide.
You won’t just be adding features; you'll be building the foundation of our driver community.
Key Responsibilities

Foster Community.
You will explore and launch features that create a sense of belonging and social connection among drivers, making inDrive more than just an app.
Define and Grow Key Metrics.
Your success will be measured by the growth in driver retention rates, increased trip frequency per driver, and lower driver churn.
Champion the Driver's Voice.
You will work closely with research, data, and regional teams to deeply understand what truly motivates drivers beyond the fare, and bring those insights into the product.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Key Responsibilities
Project support:

Monitor legislative change across the region — DAC7, Pillar Two, local e-invoicing mandates, digital platform reporting — and flag business impacts early.
Transfer pricing:
Assist with local file and documentation gathering, review of intercompany agreements, intercompany invoicing and recharges, and monitoring of local transfer pricing compliance and filing obligations.
Audit & controversy support:
Support local tax audits, information requests and authority queries by preparing documentation, reconciling tax positions and drafting responses alongside external advisors.
Tax accounting:
Support current and deferred tax computations, uncertain tax position assessments and provision inputs for the group reporting cycle.
Process improvement:
Identify opportunities to standardise and automate tax data collection, compliance tracking and reporting through ERP reporting, tax compliance management platforms and e-invoicing readiness.

5+ years of dedicated tax experience in a multinational or Big 4 environment, with a strong EMEA and/or APAC focus. Hands-on experience with Cyprus tax (corporate income tax, IP Box, Cyprus VAT) and with emerging-market jurisdictions across Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia or South/Southeast Asia is a significant advantage.
Technical knowledge:
Solid grounding in international tax concepts — withholding taxes, permanent establishment, double tax treaties, transfer pricing — together with practical indirect tax experience across EU and non-EU regimes, including non-resident digital services VAT/GST registrations. Familiarity with Pillar Two and platform reporting obligations (DAC7 and equivalents) is welcome.
Language skills:
Professional fluency in
English
is essential.

and/or
Greek

About the role
We are preparing the data foundation for our autonomous-driving work, and we are hiring the engineer who will start it. Today we collect street-level imagery and GPS tracks from vehicle cameras, including our own camera units with NVIDIA edge devices on board, and use them to update maps. Next comes a dedicated survey vehicle with a full sensor set: multi-camera, IMU, LiDAR. You will start with the imagery and map data pipelines we run today, and as the sensor platform arrives, you will build the pipelines that turn its data into training datasets for autonomous-driving models.
Key Responsibilities
Build the pipelines that move multi-sensor data (multi-camera video, IMU, LiDAR, GPS) from vehicles into cloud storage, synchronize and geo-reference the streams
Own the storage layout and lifecycle for sensor data: partitioning, hot and archival tiers, cost control as volume grows
Build validation and monitoring on the ingest path: incomplete uploads, missing or unsynchronized streams, vehicles that stopped producing usable data
Prepare training datasets for autonomous-driving models: select data by location, route, and conditions, version datasets, and deliver them in the formats ML teams need
Until then: take over and develop the current imagery and GPS-track pipelines from vehicle cameras, and contribute to geodata pipelines (ingestion from company data, OpenStreetMap, Overture Maps and vendors, conflation, validation, publication)
Work with company data in BigQuery and keep spatial queries fast on large PostGIS and GeoParquet tables
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
4+ years in data engineering
Experience with multi-sensor data from vehicles or robots: cameras, IMU or LiDAR, and keeping the streams in sync

Drive the development and deployment of accounting process improvements, with a focus on automation, efficiency, and scaling for company growth.
Develop and maintain technical accounting expertise in areas including payroll accounting compliance, processes, and controls.
Draft comprehensive accounting policies by leveraging US GAAP technical accounting guidance and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

inDrive is a global marketplace operating across 47 countries and 1,200+ cities, where riders set their price and choose between competing driver offers. Because every offer displays a pick-up ETA, accuracy directly drives matching—shaping which offer wins, what riders pay for speed, and whether drivers bid.
As the founding PM of the
Geo ETA
squad, you will own the end-to-end arrival promise for rides and multi-leg deliveries. Sitting on top of core routing, you’ll manage display policies, post-acceptance revisions, and critical non-routing factors like driver reaction times and merchant prep. You’ll solve the core marketplace trade-off: balancing unpaid driver wait times from early arrivals against user churn from late ones.
Key Responsibilities
Surface & Vertical Ownership:
Manage pick-up and drop-off ETAs across all ride-hailing, delivery, courier, and intercity surfaces—from pre-order screens and driver bid cards to active trip tracking, lock screens, and widgets.
The "Kept Promise" Framework:
Define exact early/late arrival thresholds for pick-ups and drop-offs using behavioral data (cancellations, complaints, reorders) and enforce counter-metrics (like unpaid driver wait time) so teams can't game accuracy by over-padding.
Non-Routing Realities:
Account for real-world operational delays that traditional route engines miss, including post-acceptance driver reaction time, finishing prior trips, merchant prep times, courier dispatch, and door-to-door handovers.
Conversion vs. Lateness Balance:
Solve the core business trade-off between over-quoting (which lowers upfront order conversion) and under-quoting (which leads to lateness, rider cancellations, and lost trust).
Data Science & Model Governance:
Act as the product owner for ETA models—specifying post-acceptance refiners, offline/online evaluation sets, fallback logic, and city-level cold-start strategies in close alignment with Data Science.
Cross-Team & System Resilience:
Route systematic road/speed defects back to the Geo Way squad (rather than building redundant speed models), log all shown ETAs across all surfaces for auditability, and ensure reliability on low-end hardware and spotty connections.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
5+ years in Product Management
within high-volume Mapping, Ride-hailing or Delivery business.
Domain Expertise in Promises & Supply:
Experience building time or availability promises (such as ETAs, delivery dates, dispatch/allocation, or capacity planning) that drive action for customers or operators.
Behavior-Driven Thresholds:
Proven ability to calibrate accuracy and quality standards directly against user behavioral data (e.g., cancellations, conversion rates, and retention).
Advanced Experimentation:
Ownership of rigorous experiment design—defining success/guardrail/exit criteria upfront, understanding statistical detection limits, and executing switchback or geo-split testing in interconnected marketplace environments.
Technical & Data Science Collaboration:
Strong analytical self-sufficiency (writing SQL and diagnosing metric movements), paired with experience specifying model evaluation/fallback strategies and identifying when simple rules outperform complex models.
Two-Sided Marketplace & Stakeholder Management:
Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics (balancing rider, driver/courier, and business outcomes) alongside the ability to push back on senior leadership requests using data-backed alternatives and safe testing paths.
Communication:
Business-fluent English proficiency (B2/C1+ or equivalent).

The QA Load team is responsible for the performance and scalability of services across their entire lifecycle — from Go/No-Go decisions before launch to working with real production traffic. We design and execute load tests, model real-world usage scenarios, identify and eliminate bottlenecks in backend systems, databases, messaging, and infrastructure, and work closely with SRE, DevOps, and product engineering teams.
The role focuses on systematic performance improvement: building load-testing infrastructure, automation and CI/CD quality gates, performance analysis and experimentation, and translating technical metrics (latency, RPS, p95/p99) into clear business impact. Our goal is to make performance a core aspect of product quality and ensure the stable operation of high-load, geo-distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Audits & Integration Support:
Go/No-Go decisions with our stakeholder about launches services before integrating them into our ecosystem and integrations support (audit APIs, web, databases, caches, message brokers)
Design&Execute Load Tests global strategy:
Modeling of load testing scenarios (load, stress, soak, peak, find max tests), methodology and formation of non-functional requirements for system using k6, JMeter (DSL framework)
Simulate real-world scenarios and traffic patterns to validate systems under production-like conditions (including high RPS, concurrency levels, data skew, and geo-distributed load)
Load Modeling:
Calculate and validate detailed load models – e.g. expected RPS, concurrent users, transaction volumes, and data distribution.
Adjust these models to mirror peak and edge-case scenarios, ensuring our capacity planning is grounded in reality.
Bottleneck Analysis & Fixes:
Find, analyze, and fix performance bottlenecks. This includes:
backend issues (CPU hotspots, memory leaks, GC pauses, thread pool exhaustion)
DB inefficiencies (Aurora MySQL/RDS indexing, query locks, IOPS limits)
messaging/queue back-pressure (Kafka partitioning, consumer lag, throughput limits)
network constraints (latency, load balancer settings, timeouts)
Work hands-on with SRE, DevOps, and Backend teams to implement optimizations and verify the improvements.
Prepare for Production Traffic:
Ensure services are production-ready. Drive capacity planning exercises and stress tests to determine scaling lag/limits and failure modes. Verify that services can gracefully handle traffic spikes or component failures without violating SLAs or SLOs. Help partners configure autoscaling policies for sustained performance
Loadtesting Infrastructure Setup&Tuning:
Set up, audit, and operate performance testing infrastructure for our services load testing automation and geo-distributed load generator to simulate production traffic
Performance Analysis & Experimentation:
Approach performance issues with an performance analyst/architect mindset – form hypotheses, design experiments, run tests, and draw conclusions to configuration infrastructure and fix backend code.
For example, if latency is high, hypothesize the cause (e.g. database index missing), test the hypothesis, and then make a the fix. Repeat this iterative process to methodically improve system performance.
Business Impact Translation:
Translate technical performance insights into business risks and opportunities. For instance, demonstrate how reducing latency or improving p95 response time can increase conversion rates or GMV. Communicate these insights to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders to underline the business value of performance work.
Observability & Monitoring:
Utilize observability tools to monitor performance during tests. Set up dashboards and alerts in Grafana/Prometheus and other systems (e.g. New Relic, Dynatrace, Zabbix, ELK Stack, Coroot), analyze traces and logs. Use few methods to interpret results and guide troubleshooting.
Performance Tooling:
Build internal performance tooling in Golang: Design and maintain internal tools for automation performance testing and analysis Load as a Service for product teams: traffic generators, load managers, mocks, test stubs, data feeders, and helper services used across partner integrations. Building load test scenarios to Jmeter (DSL framework) and k6 in JavaScript. Innovate on tooling to make load tests easier to create, run, and analyze for the whole team.
CI/CD Integration:
Integrate performance tests into our CI/CD pipeline as QG. Automate load tests run to every new integration or code change is evaluated for performance regressions. Ensure that build pipelines can catch and flag performance drops (e.g. increased response times, higher resource usage) before changes reach production.
Reporting&Communication:
Prepare executive-ready performance reports for engineering teams and C-level stakeholders. Highlight key metrics (p95/p99 latency, throughput, error rates, saturation signals) and identify primary scalability bottlenecks across services, databases, caches, and messaging systems, and compare results against SLOs and capacity targets. Provide clear root-cause explanations and actionable recommendations, including performance vs cost trade-offs, to support production readiness and Go/No Go decisions.
Performance Culture:
Champion a culture where performance = product quality.
Educate and influence teams to treat performance testing as an integral, continuous part of the development lifecycle rather than a one-time task.
Share best practices and success stories, ensuring that performance considerations are baked into design, coding, and testing processes from the start.
Conducting production load and traffic validation experiments with full ownership of risk assessment, blast radius control, observability, and rollback procedures.
Work with geo-distributed, high-load systems (200k+ RPS) and latency-sensitive mobile flows
Set up production-like performance environments in AWS
Conducting and modeling load tests in production
Performance analytics → hypotheses → experiments → fixes → measurable business impact (latency, conversion, GMV)
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
5+ years in Performance/SRE/Load Testing
Strong programming skills in Golang/Kotlin/Java
Strong k6 or JMeter DSL - Performance Testing Mastery: Hands-on expertise with modern load testing tools, especially k6 and/or JMeter (and their scripting DSL). Deep understanding of performance best practice – you know when to apply load testing vs stress testing vs soak testing, and how to interpret the results of each.
Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure on for high-load systems: EKS, EC2, Auto Scaling Groups, ALB/NLB, VPC, subnets, routing, security groups
Designing and tuning autoscaling strategies for compute (KEDA/Karpenter/Cluster Autoscaler, EC2 scaling policies)
Understanding network performance characteristics: latency, cross-AZ traffic, NAT/egress limits, load balancer behavior under high RPS
Profiling Golang, Kafka, Redis, DB tuning experience
Automation loadtesting and make QG (JVM languages and Go)
SRE mindset (RED/USE, SLO, error budgets)

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
Our Infrastructure teams build the foundation that engineers at Wolt, Deliveroo, and DoorDash build on: the compute, cloud, and networking capabilities that enable Engineering teams to develop, deploy, and run services at global scale. The EU Compute team has a specific focus on provisioning, scaling, and the efficient operation of GPU infrastructure for AI and ML workloads. This is an emerging space with plenty of greenfield opportunities.
We're looking for a Staff Engineer to be a hands-on technical leader for this infrastructure work that crosses team and brand boundaries. You'll set direction for the platform, turn complex problems into deliverable plans, write and review production code, and help other engineers make sound decisions. It's an exciting time to join: we're building a global platform and the choices made now will shape how engineers across the company ship for years.
What you’ll be doing
You'll own some of the hardest infrastructure problems in the company and make the platform easier to operate and safer to build on. We’re determined to build great platform products and user experiences, and you’ll be pivotal in making this reality.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Set technical direction for shared AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure, balancing reliability, security, developer experience, and cost.
Lead substantial initiatives from design through rollout and operation, coordinating dependencies and decisions across Wolt, Deliveroo and DoorDash, focusing on workloads targeting GPUs.
Evolve Kubernetes clusters, cloud networking, identity, and infrastructure provisioning to support growing and varied workloads.
Build reusable Terraform patterns and self-service tooling that help teams provision infrastructure safely and consistently.
Improve deployment and operational practices, including GitOps, observability, capacity planning, incident response and recovery.
Use production signals and developer feedback to find platform friction, choose where to invest and measure whether changes actually help.
Assist with supporting the platform, with deep focus on GPU infrastructure, as well as broad focus on compute in general.
Gracefully sunset legacy infrastructure and tooling, and create strategies to reduce toil.
Mentor engineers through design reviews, implementation and incidents, raising the quality of infrastructure work across teams.
Our humble expectations
Deep experience building and operating Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure in production. Familiarity with GPU workloads and orchestration is a plus.
Strong software engineering skills: you use Go, Python or a similar language to build maintainable tools and automation.
Experience with infrastructure as code (we use Terraform) and with designing systems that other engineering teams depend on.
A track record of leading complex technical work across teams, including architectural decisions, delivery, and operational follow-through. You have the breadth to collaborate and design across team and domain boundaries, and the depth to have hands-on impact.
Strong judgment on trade-offs in distributed systems, networking, security, reliability, and cloud cost.
Clear communication, and the ability to bring people together around a practical technical direction.
What we offer
Scope and influence.
Shape infrastructure used globally, while staying close to the engineering. Your work will help product teams ship services with greater ease and confidence.
Real problems at global scale.
Multi-cluster Kubernetes, AI / ML workloads, cloud networking, GitOps, and progressive delivery across a global company.
Autonomy and ownership.
Set direction and see it through from design to operation, with the backing of a global engineering organisation spanning Europe and the US.
Growth.
Room to expand your scope, whether through deeper technical leadership or broader cross-domain influence.
Great people.
Work with talented engineers and leaders in a diverse, international environment, mentoring and learning from others.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
