ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp's Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team is looking for a senior investigator ready to shift from running cases to scaling the systems that run cases. You've built real depth in TM Alerts, AML Investigations, Complex Fraud, and EDD Reviews; you know what a good escalation looks like, where analysts get stuck, and where automation actually holds up in production versus just looks good in a demo. In this role, you'll spend most of your time partnering with Engineering and the Head of FCC Tooling to turn that judgment into scaled AI systems: testing model outputs, labeling and calibrating results, and making sure every automated decision point is well-documented and properly governed. You'll stay close enough to FCC's day-to-day workflows and will partake in some of them, but this is fundamentally a builder role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner directly with Engineering and the Head of FCC Tooling on automation experimentation and AI initiatives across TM, sanctions, complex fraud, and EDD, moving prototypes from one-off calibration exercises to defined, repeatable evaluation processes.
- Design and run labeling and tagging workflows for model outputs (e.g., TM alert dispositions, sanctions/PEP hit review) building a structured, documented pipeline in place of today's ad hoc process
- Define and maintain test sets, scenario coverage, and evaluation frameworks for compliance AI/agent tools in partnership with the engineers building them
- Own the documentation and governance layer for every automated or AI-assisted decision point
- Work with the FCC team to understand current workflows to guide innovative solutions
- Recommend automation and AI adoption decisions with evidence and escalate control-posture or model-risk trade-offs to compliance leadership
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of financial services experience in compliance, AML, or related regulatory advisory roles, preferably in fintech
- Demonstrated senior-investigator experience across TM Alerts, AML Investigations, Complex Fraud, and EDD Reviews
- Direct experience testing, labeling, or evaluating AI/ML model outputs, or strong aptitude and demonstrated fast ramp-up if new to formal model evaluation
- Strong AI fluency and data analytics skills
- Comfort partnering with engineers day-to-day and ability to translate compliance judgment into build specs, test cases, and evaluation criteria engineers can act on
- Strong project management and documentation rigor
- Ability to scope an ambiguous automation problem, choose an approach, and deliver a durable outcome with minimal oversight
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Data science background
- Experience working with outsourced testing/QA partners on model tuning or signal collection
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more
- Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)
CANADA
- Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life
- Life, AD&D, and disability coverage
- Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime)
- Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay
- Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health
UNITED KINGDOM
- Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite

About your team
Behind every product that moves money, there's a team making sure it can be trusted. Risk & Fraud Operations protects Eneba's platforms and players, drawing a clean line between genuine customers and bad actors without getting in the way of the good ones. We don't see risk as a cost center. We treat it as a discipline.
With an e-money (EMI) license on the horizon, we're preparing to operate as a regulated institution. As our first dedicated AML specialist, you won't inherit a rulebook. You'll write it.
About your role
You’ll join Eneba’s Risk and Fraud team, an operations team where everyone owns their goals and drives them forward. We run multiple products with more in the pipeline, and we’re working towards an e-money (EMI) license that will see us operate as a regulated institution.
This is a new role: you own AML risk across our products. When a new product, payment method or commercial request appears, you assess the money laundering exposure, define the controls, and monitor them once live. You report to our Head of Risk & Fraud Operations and have the freedom to build the framework rather than follow a fixed one. You’ll help lay the groundwork for Eneba to operate as a regulated institution. It’s a dynamic environment where new ideas get tested quickly, so there’s always something new to build.
Responsibilities
- Own product AML risk: Assess our products for money laundering risk and identify where controls are missing or need strengthening
- Run intake and sign-off: Define the controls, processes and frameworks needed for existing products and for new ones as they launch
- Run investigations: Lead AML investigations and prepare SAR-ready cases, working with Compliance on regulatory reporting.
- Screen and review: Carry out sanctions screening, customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD)
- Data Analysis: Analyse large volumes of data to find patterns and root causes, and turn the findings into clear recommendations
- Prepare for regulation: Help prepare our risk and fraud operation for regulatory requirements, including the EMI licence
- Raise the standard. Train colleagues and support on AML topics. Turn root-cause findings into clear recommendations.
- Strategy to execution: Set the AML roadmap and stay hands-on in the operational work behind it.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in AML or financial crime, ideally in a fintech or a bank
- Hands-on experience with sanctions screening, CDD and EDD
- Experience with regulatory reporting and investigations, and working with regulators or authorities
- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of data analysis and root cause analysis
- Proven ability to solve complex, specific problems
- A high bar for quality, a strong sense of ownership and the drive to work independently
- Comfortable creating frameworks and processes rather than only following existing ones
- Based in a European or compatible time zone
- Nice to have: a recognized AML certification (such as ICA or ACAMS), SQL knowledge, and experience in a fast-moving, results-driven fintech
Compensation
€30,000 - €40,000 a year
Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.
What it’s like to work at Eneba
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
- Please attach CV's in English.

Capital.com is expanding into new products, payment methods and jurisdictions, and our financial crime controls need to stay ahead of that growth. As VP, Financial Crime, you will own first-line financial crime across the business, from how investigations run day to day to the systems and controls behind them.
You will lead two senior direct reports: the Head of Financial Crime Operations, who runs our investigations and casework, and the Head of Financial Crime Product, who owns the systems and controls the function relies on. Together you will cover the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, customer due diligence, risk assessment, screening, fraud, transaction monitoring, investigations and offboarding.
You will set the strategy, shape the leadership team and give senior stakeholders a clear view of how well our controls are working. This is a senior role with a clear mandate and real scope: build a financial crime function ready for a much larger, more complex business.

Own the effectiveness of first-line controls across your remit. Work with Compliance and entity leadership to identify gaps, agree improvements and show that the changes address the underlying risk.
Oversee operational performance, balancing investigation quality, timely decisions, customer experience and cost. Step in where recurring problems call for a change to the operating model or technology.
et priorities for financial crime technology. Guide build-or-buy decisions using evidence of risk reduction, customer impact, delivery effort and ongoing cost.
Prepare the function for new products and jurisdictions. Define the controls, systems and operational capacity each launch needs, and bring unresolved risks and readiness gaps into launch decisions.
Lead the use of automation and AI where they improve outcomes, with proper testing, human oversight, ongoing evaluation and clear ownership of decisions and performance.
Give senior leaders a clear view of control effectiveness, performance, material issues and the decisions required. Support audits and regulatory reviews, and lead the operational response to material issues with Compliance and local leadership

Experience setting financial crime technology priorities and making build-or-buy decisions based on risk reduction, cost and delivery effort.
Sound judgement across AML, sanctions and fraud, including how policy and risk appetite translate into workable first-line controls, and a clear view of where Compliance's and the regulated entities' accountabilities begin.
A practical, well-governed approach to automation and AI in financial crime operations, including model testing, human oversight and performance monitoring.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

a. Background:

About the role
CertiK works with banks, regulators and regulated financial institutions that adopt digital assets. We build regulatory technology for these markets, and we are hiring a lead product manager to own what we build next for these clients.

What you'll do
Run discovery with clients and prospects, on site and remotely, and work closely with the solutions consultants to set the agenda for what they learn in the field
Build and run a discovery channel of your own: a panel of compliance, risk and operations practitioners at banks, VASPs and regulators for structured (including paid) interviews, so requirements never depend on a single client
Convert client conversations and consultant findings into actionable, prioritized product and feature decisions, with the reason behind each request documented, and defend the ranking to leadership

Has led complete product cycles from discovery to launch in a regulated or enterprise domain, with demonstrated ability to identify the underlying need behind a client's stated request and show how it changed what was built
Native or fully proficient English, with professional presentation skills to senior compliance, risk and regulatory audiences
Established prioritization framework and a record of turning customer input into shipped features
Sufficient technical fluency to challenge engineering decisions and hold a position under pushback
Directs discovery through others as well as first-hand: part of the customer input comes via consultants, and the role sets their agenda
Regular travel within the US and international travel as required
Bonus points
Prior product experience at a blockchain intelligence or crypto compliance platform
Familiarity with FATF, Travel Rule, sanctions or MiCA-type requirements as they apply to digital assets
Familiarity with US, UK or EU digital asset regulation
