Experience gate —
This role requires 4–5 years of US healthcare AR experience, of which a minimum of 1 year must be as a Team Lead with formal team ownership (targets, coaching, reviews). SME/mentor-only profiles without TL accountability will not qualify.
About the Role
The Team Lead – AR runs a pod of AR associates on live US provider accounts — owning the day’s output, the queue, the quality, and the people. This is a floor-leadership seat: you carry targets, run huddles, unblock associates in real time, and answer for your pod’s numbers in the weekly review.
You still know the work cold — when a complex denial or an angry payer call needs handling, you can take the headset.
Key Responsibilities
Run the Pod
Own daily allocation and queue management across assigned AR buckets — the right accounts, worked in the right order, by the right people.
Drive daily productivity and quality targets; track per-associate output and intervene early, not at month-end.
Run daily huddles — payer updates, error patterns from QA, and priorities for the shift.
Own the Outcomes
Answer for pod-level metrics — resolution rate, aged-AR movement, appeal TAT, and quality scores — in weekly reviews with the AM/Manager.
Handle escalated accounts and complex denials personally when needed.
Partner with QA on calibration and turn audit findings into floor-level fixes.
Build the People
Coach associates on payer-specific nuances, documentation quality, and call handling.
Manage shift adherence, leave planning, and floor discipline for the pod.
Identify and develop Sr Associate potential; give structured input into appraisals.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
4–5 years of hands-on US healthcare AR (provider side), with strong denials and appeals depth.
Minimum 1 year as a Team Lead with formal ownership of team targets, coaching, and performance conversations.
Command of AR metrics and the levers behind them — you can explain why a bucket moved, not just that it did.
Experience on practice-management / EHR platforms — Epic, AdvancedMD, or athenahealth preferred; similar platforms considered.
Preferred
Experience running a pod across multiple clients or specialties.
Exposure to workforce basics — shrinkage, occupancy, and staffing math.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing a degree, or with an incomplete/dropped graduation, are not eligible.
Communication:
Strict — confident spoken and written English for payer calls, floor communication, client notes, and weekly reviews with management.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, 5 days a week, on a fixed night (US-hours) shift — reliable attendance, punctuality, and roster adherence are essential.
Systems:
Comfortable with billing/EHR platforms and MS Excel for allocation, tracking, and pod-level reporting.
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice strongly preferred.
Performance Expectations
You will be measured on clear, role-specific metrics:
Pod resolution / collection rate against target.
Aged-AR movement (90+/120+) for the pod.
Pod quality score (QA) and calibration adherence.
Productivity vs. target, shift adherence, and pod attrition.
Hiring Process
Aptitude & Skill based assessment.
Domain & operations interview (RCM knowledge, scenarios).
HR discussion (fitment, shift, notice).

Your LOB is not a default assignment. It is matched to where you will thrive.

Following up on submitted claims, resolving denials, and ensuring payments are collected from insurance payers. Requires analytical thinking, persistence, and clear communication.
Credentialing
Enrolling healthcare providers with insurance payers so they can legally bill for services. Covers CAQH, PECOS, payer portals, expirables, and compliance. Requires strong process discipline and attention to deadlines.
Your LOB assignment is made within the first 2 to 3 days of classroom training, based on your knowledge check scores and the evaluation of the operations team. Once assigned, your entire training is aligned to that LOB.
Key Responsibilities
Attend and complete all classroom training modules within the defined timeline, meeting assessment benchmarks at each stage.
Commit to the LOB assigned to you and engage fully in the training path designed for that functional area.

Continuously learn and adapt to US payer requirements, billing rules, and client-specific workflows.
Demonstrate consistent progress through assessments to qualify for transition to Associate 1.

Sr. Manager
⚠ Shift: This role operates on a 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST schedule, onsite at our Gurugram office, 5 days a week. Please apply only if you are comfortable with this window.
⚠ Education Gate: MBA with Finance as the primary specialization is mandatory. 12th in the Commerce stream (CBSE, ICSE, or equivalent) is required. Applications without this background will not be considered.
About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization serving 270+ provider organizations across Revenue Cycle Management, Credentialing, Medical Coding, and Payer Analytics, with delivery centers in Gurugram, Manila, and Chicago.
If you chose Finance as your MBA specialization because you find budgeting, financial planning, and business performance analysis genuinely interesting, and not just because it was available, this role is worth reading in full.
As a Management Trainee in our Finance and Accounts team, you will work directly under the Senior Manager, Finance on Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) activities. This is a hands-on, learn-while-you-do role. You will not shadow someone else's work. You will contribute to real financial reporting, variance analysis, and planning cycles from your first month, with structured guidance and training built into the role. After six months, on successful completion of the probation period, you transition to Associate.
What is FP&A?
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is the function inside a company that answers three questions: what did we plan to spend and earn, what did we actually spend and earn, and why is there a gap? FP&A teams own budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis. They are the finance team's link between raw numbers and business decisions. This is the work you will be doing and learning.
Career Path
Management Trainee
First 6 Months (Probation)
Associate, Finance
Post Probation
Senior Associate & Beyond
Performance-Linked Growth
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Budgeting Support
Assist in compiling annual and quarterly budget templates by gathering inputs from department heads.
Track budget submissions, flag inconsistencies, and follow up on missing data.
Prepare actuals vs budget comparison reports and highlight key variances for review.
2. Reporting & MIS
Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.
Assist in building P&L summaries, cost-centre reports, and expense trackers.
Maintain and update financial reporting templates in Excel, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
3. Forecasting & Variance Analysis
Support the rolling forecast process by collecting data inputs and updating financial models.
Perform variance analysis (actual vs budget vs forecast) and write clear summaries of key findings.
Help identify cost drivers and revenue trends from operational and financial data.
4. Month-End Close Support
Support the month-end close process: accruals, provisions, and expense reconciliations.
Coordinate with accounts payable and receivable teams to collect required data inputs.
Maintain documentation and audit trails for all finance activities you are involved in.
5. Compliance & Data Management
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity across reports and trackers.
Ensure adherence to company financial policies and internal control procedures.
Support internal and external audit requirements as and when needed.
What You Will Learn
This role comes with structured on-the-job training alongside your work. Over your first six months, you will be trained on:
FP&A workflows: how budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis work in a live business environment.
Advanced Excel for finance: pivot tables, dynamic dashboards, formula-based financial models, and data reconciliation techniques.
US healthcare business context: how revenue cycle operations generate financial data and what drives performance.
Professional finance reporting: how to structure numbers into insights that leadership can act on.
What You Bring
Must-Have
MBA with Finance as the primary or first specialization. This is non-negotiable.
12th in the Commerce stream (CBSE, ICSE, or equivalent board). Mandatory.
Strong academic record. A consistent performance history across 12th and graduation is expected.
Working knowledge of MS Excel. You should be able to build and navigate spreadsheets independently.
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. A wrong number in a financial report is not a minor error.
Good written and spoken English. You will be coordinating with internal teams and presenting findings.
Strong Preference
Basic understanding of financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow. Even from coursework.
Any internship or project work involving financial analysis, MIS, budgeting, or accounts.
Familiarity with variance analysis or management reporting concepts.
Nice-to-Have
Exposure to ERP or accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks.
Basic awareness of financial modelling or data analysis tools.
Who You Are
You chose Finance, not just MBA. This is the field you want to build a career in, and FP&A is where you want to start.
Numbers bother you when they are off. You catch the error before someone else does.
You ask why a number moved, not just what it is. Curiosity about business performance is natural to you.
You are structured in how you think and communicate. Whether it is an Excel sheet or a verbal update, you present clearly.
You take ownership of your work and meet your deadlines without needing to be reminded.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: MBA in Finance (primary specialization) is mandatory. 12th in Commerce stream is mandatory. Both are non-negotiable.
Academic record: A strong, consistent academic background is expected. 70% or above in both 12th and graduation is preferred.
Batch: Freshers and recent graduates. Up to 1 year of experience (including internships) is acceptable.
Tier: Graduates from recognized universities across India, including tier 2 institutions, are encouraged to apply.
Shift: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST, onsite in Gurugram, 5 days a week. Non-negotiable.
Joining: Immediate joiners strongly preferred.

Neolytix is looking for a Healthcare Associate who already knows the prior authorization world inside and out — in a healthcare BPO, a hospital, a clinic, a payer-services team, or a revenue cycle department — and can step in already knowing how the work goes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Own the authorization lifecycle
Submit authorization requests through payer portals and other approved channels, and track them through to resolution.
Collect and validate clinical documentation and patient information needed to support each request.
Manage payer follow-up, status tracking, escalations, and deadlines so nothing slips through the cracks.
Support peer-to-peer reviews, denials, reconsiderations, and appeals when a request needs a second look.
Navigate the systems that keep care moving
Work confidently across EHR/EMR systems, payer portals, communication tools, and multi-queue work environments.
Enter data accurately, spot errors before they become problems, complete forms correctly the first time, and keep documentation audit-ready.
Take inbound calls from healthcare professionals — nurses, physicians, and office staff — with authorization-related questions, and professionally assist insurance members who need help or clarification.
Explain billing, benefits, and account details to callers clearly and professionally, verifying caller and account information against records before processing any request.
Keep the queue under control
Manage a high-volume, multi-queue workload with strong organization, time prioritization, and SLA awareness.
Document every interaction completely and accurately, and resolve issues patiently — including with callers who need extra time or a simpler explanation.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times, and complete required HIPAA and security training.
WHY APPLY?
Gain a meaningful work, as you're the person standing between a patient and the care they need. This is a role built around the skills you already have. If prior authorization is a language you already speak fluently, we'd love to hear from you!

Apply clinical judgment to prior authorization, precertification, or utilization review requests, working within established clinical and payer review criteria.
Navigate structured, high-volume queues and multiple systems — EHR/EMR, payer portals, and case management or workflow tools — while meeting daily productivity and turnaround expectations.
Document findings, decisions, and communications completely and accurately, keeping records audit-ready.

About the role
As Enterprise Sales Lead - Healthcare, you’ll own our North America enterprise motion across providers, payers, and life sciences, helping health organizations put agents in front of patients, members, and clinicians that are safe, fast, and fit the systems they already run.
In regulated industries, relationships are the currency, so we’re looking for a leader who already knows the buyers and the rulebook. You’ll have the mandate to win net-new logos, drive agent sales, and build the playbook and the team.
In this role, you will:
- Win net-new logos and drive adoption of ElevenLabs, including closing deals yourself and also building and scaling the team
- Own the enterprise healthcare function across health systems, payers, and pharma/medtech: strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, execution
- Define the enterprise ICP, sales methodology, and a repeatable motion for each segment
- Land and expand with large health systems, health plans, and life sciences companies
- Open doors through your own network of senior buyers, and turn early wins into the references the rest of the vertical will call
- Work through BAAs, security review, and AI governance boards (and MLR review for pharma), starting compliance conversations in week one
- Partner with our Forward Deployed Engineers to scope integrations with the EHR, claims, and telephony systems customers already run
- Help customers pick one high-volume starting point (scheduling, reminders, after-hours coverage, benefits and claims status, HCP support) and prove it before scaling
- Build a reference network of healthcare peers that buyers can call
- Lead executive briefings, events, and high-stakes negotiations
- Bring a sharp view of the competitive landscape, including build-vs-buy, platform bundlers, and vertical point solutions, to positioning and strategy
- Set the bar for sales culture, integrity, and customer-first execution
Requirements:
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including at least 2 years leading a team.
- Track record selling into health systems, payers, or life sciences, with deep fluency in HIPAA, BAAs, AI governance, and long, multi-stakeholder cycles
- An established network of senior decision-makers in one or more of health systems, payers, or life sciences, so you can name the buyers you’d call in your first 30 days
- Experience building a new sales motion or playbook from scratch, whether as a founding leader or inside a larger company
- Passion for experimenting to find the positioning and messaging that wins in market, and turn what works into the playbook
- Seven-figure enterprise deals and complex sales cycles
- Ability to be strategic and hands-on at once
- Executive presence at C-suite and board levels
- Low ego and hands-on: equally at home in a C-suite briefing and in the weeds of a prospecting list or Proof of Value. Motivated by impact and growth more than title
- Passion for the transformative potential of voice and conversational AI
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States, however the ability to operate in EST, CST, or PST timezones is required. There is a preference for candidates to be based in New York or San Francisco, with the option to work out of our office.

The role & impact
As our Affiliates Manager, you’ll own the strategy and day-to-day management of Xero’s global affiliate channel, across both the Xero and Melio brands. You’ll look after publisher relationships end to end and shape campaigns that bring new customers to our websites, optimising them towards lifetime value and first-time payers. Working across Impact and PartnerStack, you’ll manage a multi-million dollar channel and be accountable for clear, measurable returns.
This is a rare chance to help build an affiliate channel that sets the standard for SaaS, at a global, publicly listed company. You’ll help us move from doing acquisition well to doing it at scale, building tools and workflows (many powered by AI) that make growth repeatable. You’ll be the person who can sit down with an engineer or applied scientist to work through tracking, attribution and incrementality, then turn those insights into plans that publishers, partners and stakeholders get behind.
The team & how they connect
You’ll join our affiliates team, part of Xero’s wider performance marketing function, working alongside a fellow Affiliates Manager in Sydney who specialises in publisher relationships. The two of you will share ownership of the channel, with your measurement and technical know-how complementing their partner expertise. • Introduce consistent, practical project-management templates and working practices in Jira and Confluence without creating unnecessary administrative burden.

In 12 Months
• Establish a consistent record of complete, on-time delivery across assigned Life Sciences projects.
• Be recognized as a reliable source of project status, ownership, dependencies, risks, issues, and upcoming decisions.
• Reduce late-stage surprises through early identification, communication, and escalation of project risks, resource constraints, and unresolved decisions.
• Establish a practical, repeatable project-execution framework across Life Sciences data products and sponsored programs.
• Improve project transition and turnover by ensuring sufficient documentation, runbooks, ownership, and implementation readiness.
• Identify recurring execution obstacles and recommend improvements that strengthen accountability, collaboration, and delivery predictability.
