- Evaluate new SaaS applications, maintain approved application standards, and identify shadow IT.
- Secure corporate collaboration tools, including email, Slack, and file-sharing platforms.
- Review application configurations, permissions, and authentication controls.
- Lead security awareness initiatives, including phishing simulations and employee training.
DETECTION, RESPONSE & AUTOMATION
- Monitor and investigate security alerts across identity, endpoints, and corporate applications.
- Build detection capabilities for compromised accounts, suspicious activity, and endpoint threats.
- Automate provisioning, access reviews, compliance checks, and security workflows using scripts and APIs.
- Partner with Infrastructure Security to integrate endpoint and identity signals into centralized monitoring.
- Lead incident investigation, containment, and remediation.
TECHNICAL OWNERSHIP & LEADERSHIP
- Identify and prioritize enterprise security risks based on business impact.
- Lead security initiatives from technical design through implementation and ongoing operations.
- Establish scalable security standards and practical engineering controls.
- Partner cross-functionally to strengthen security without slowing business operations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven experience personally implementing, configuring, and operating corporate security systems.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, SSO/SAML, SCIM, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity lifecycle management.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE SENIOR REVENUE OPERATIONS JOB
Our Business Strategy & Operations team runs the most critical, strategic, and data-driven projects at Alan. It sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Finance, and covers four core areas: sales strategy and planning, sales effectiveness, sales enablement, and business segment leadership.
You'll be joining the Sales Effectiveness team, whose mission is to make our sales organization run at its best across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. This team is a key lever on one of the company's most watched metrics: our customer acquisition cost.
Why is this role interesting?
- High-impact scope: You'll work across the full sales organization, from Account Executives to BDRs, Account Management, and Customer Success Managers.
- Real ownership: You'll own initiatives end to end, from strategy and design to execution and adoption, not just delivery.
- Builder's playground: You'll have access to a modern stack, combining low-code tools, AI (Dust, Claude), Salesforce, and SQL, to ship things fast and at scale.
- Tangible results: Recent examples from our roadmap include fully automating slide deck generation for Sales (saving 1,000+ hours per year) and building an AI-powered outbound machine reaching a 15% discovery rate.
What will you do with us?
You'll own effectiveness initiatives end to end, setting the roadmap, designing the solution, building it, driving execution, and managing change across the organization. You'll spend meaningful time in the field to spot gaps in our sales process, then design smarter workflows by eliminating steps and increasing automation. You'll evaluate new tools and technologies, run tests, and roll out what works.
You'll mostly work with low-code tools (like Zapier or n8n), AI, Salesforce, SQL via Metabase, and whatever else the job calls for. Enablement is a key part of the role: you'll shadow, train, measure adoption, and iterate until change sticks.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
You'll be a great fit for the Revenue Operations team at Alan if you:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in RevOps / Sales Ops / Sales Effectiveness, several of them spent hands-on building the sales machine. You own initiatives end-to-end (scope, design, build, measure);
- Demonstrate strong ownership and project management skills, and are comfortable running initiatives;
- Have a builder mindset and love being hands-on;
- Are confident with change management, including shadowing, training, measuring adoption, and iterating;
- Can write and own SQL queries yourself (joins, basic data modeling), not just read them.
- Have proven experience with low-code tools and integrations (e.g. Clay, Make, Zapier, or equivalent) to build scalable workflows
- Have configured Salesforce yourself (objects, fields, flows) and can say what you personally built vs. what an integrator or another team did.
- Are able to build and maintain pipelines that produce actionable insights, with clear business impact
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Have at least an advanced level in English.
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid or Barcelona.
For this role we are looking to hire within the C1-E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
EVERYTHING ELSE IS A PLUS. WE CARE ABOUT HAVING A DIVERSITY OF EXPERIENCES, PROFILES AND BACKGROUNDS IN OUR TEAM.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/about/life-at-alan/a/perks
At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees. This is why Alaners are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers.
Therefore, we offer:
- Fair rewards. Generous equity packages complement your base salary, for permanent contracts only.
- Flexible office with hybrid setup. Amazing office space at our Paris HQ or sponsored co-working hubs in Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid or Barcelona.
- All the tools you need. Top of the range equipment: Macbook Air, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and Bose noise-canceling headphones.
- Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours. Organize your time as you wish.
- Delightful healthcare insurance: Extremely comprehensive health insurance - 100% for you and your children, 90-100% for partners depending on your country (permanent contracts only).
- Transport. Generous transit benefit
- Learning & Training opportunities. A highly flexible training policy free books and budget to attend and speak at conferences if the opportunity arises.
- Personal growth through coaching: At Alan, coaching isn't just a perk - it's core to who we are. Every Alaner is paired with a dedicated coach from day one, who helps maximize their impact, nurture engagement, and navigate Alan's values to develop their full potential. Learn more about our coaching culture https://alan.com/en/blog/discover-alan/a/alan-culture-excellence-through-coaching.
- Parental leave. Extended parental leave for all new parents, for permanent contracts only.
IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

The future of Web3 starts with you: Join us as an Quantitative Researcher.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
— MSc or PhD in a quantitative field; a live trading track record outweighs credentials
— 5+ years in quantitative research or trading at a top-tier HFT firm, market maker, systematic fund, or crypto-native market maker; exchange-side market-structure experience is a plus
— Hands-on experience with at least one TradFi asset class (FX, futures, equities) and / or equivalent crypto asset classes; both maker and taker strategies
Core Technical Skills:
— Advanced probability, statistics, time-series analysis, optimization; strict validation discipline (multiple testing, out-of-sample hygiene, live–sim parity)
— Market microstructure: order-book dynamics, queue position, fill probability, adverse selection and markouts, market impact
— Expert Python (NumPy, pandas/Polars, PyTorch); working C++ or Rust for latency-critical components
— Tick-data engineering at scale: columnar stores, cross-venue normalization, data-quality control
Market Knowledge:
— Crypto microstructure: CEX matching engines and fee schedules, perpetuals (funding, mark price, liquidation/ADL), cross-venue arbitrage, DEX/AMM basics
— TradFi microstructure: FX ECN mechanics (firm vs last-look liquidity, prime brokerage), listed futures; low-latency architecture (tick-to-trade path, colocation, exchange protocols)
— Inventory and hedging: quoting models of the Avellaneda–Stoikov class and extensions, multi-asset inventory optimization, hedging, settlement workflows, real-time risk limits and kill switches
Exchange Microstructure & Mechanism Design:
— Maker-taker economics and market-quality measurement: fee-tier and rebate architecture, per-segment elasticity, spread/depth/slippage/markout metrics, defenses against rebate farming and wash trading
— Liquidity program design: obligation-based schemes (two-sided quoting, presence at touch, minimum depth, uptime) and incentive-based schemes (tiered rebates, credit lines, connectivity benefits)
— Maker protection and flow segmentation: markout-based counterparty scoring, retail price improvement (RPI) order types, asymmetric speed bumps and latency floors, minimum quote life, self-match prevention
— Exchange P&L modeling: net fee capture, subsidy budget and payback, LP unit economics from onboarding to self-sufficiency
Mindset & Soft Skills:
— Owner mentality with direct P&L accountability; ships to production and makes honest kill decisions
— Clear written communication with traders, engineers, exchange management, and external LPs
— Compliance discipline across crypto and TradFi market-abuse regimes.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities — Liquidity Program:
— Design the program end-to-end: MM tiers, admission criteria, obligations (max spread, min depth, uptime, presence at touch), incentives, and graduation to subsidy-free self-sufficiency
— Optimize the fee schedule for net capture: taker tiers priced to measured elasticity by segment; maker rebates funded from taker fees; safeguards against tier gaming
— Design order-book mechanics for comfortable quoting: tick and lot sizing, post-only / iceberg / RPI order types, self-match prevention, minimum quote life, passive-liquidity protection options
— Build the toxic-flow framework: markout-based flow classification, counterparty scoring, continuous monitoring, access rules or surcharges for consistently toxic takers
— Own the program financial model and roadmap: subsidy budget with payback targets; phases bootstrap → organic profitability → self-sufficiency; a market-quality dashboard as the single source of truth
Responsibilities — Trading Desc:
— Own the strategy roadmap — crypto first, then TradFi FX and futures; design pricing, quoting, hedging, and execution as one portfolio
— Run end-to-end alpha research on tick/order-book, cross-venue, funding/basis, and on-chain data
— Design the inventory-aware hedging framework, portfolio risk limits, and parameter governance
— Partner with engineering on low-latency implementation; validate in high-fidelity simulation and canary deployments
— Own P&L attribution, TCA/markout analysis, and research standards
— Lead the TradFi FX entry research workstream (LSEG FX Spot Matching, Euronext FX).

In this role, you will own acquisition on the Enterprise segment in France and run the business end‑to‑end: you will be hands-on on the field while coaching and scaling a team of Account Executives to win this market.
This position sits at the heart of our growth ambition: We have just passed the one million member milestone – and this is only the beginning! We’re accelerating acquisition in France and doubling down on our portfolio — and the Enterprise segment is one of the core pillars of that plan.
ABOUT THE ENTERPRISE SEGMENT
- Perimeter: companies of 3000+ employees
- Verticals: all Verticals (Tech, Retail, Industrial Companies etc)
- Total Addressable Market: ~7M members in France
WHY ENTERPRISE SALES IS EXCITING AT ALAN
- Diverse workforce: Mix of 60% cadres / 40% non-cadres, often with subsidiaries or multi-site operations, ranging from highly tech-savvy employees to those requiring digital adoption support.
- Critical challenges: Multi-stakeholder decision processes involving HRD, CFO, CEO, Payroll, CSE, Legal, Purchasing, Comp & Ben, Accounting, Brokers, Unions, long sales cycles (multi-year conversations), RFP processes requiring deep audits and product customization, and strong influence from unions/CSE who can co-manage health insurance topics;
- Company profiles: Flagship companies (widely known brands), groups with standalone entities or subsidiaries, often with focus on employee wellbeing (QVT programs, Great Place to Work), modern company culture, and strategic communication about digitization or employer brand attractiveness;
- HR priorities: Increasing productivity, obtaining fair and competitive pricing, contributing to employee well-being through customized health plans, simplifying HR processes with digital platforms, and managing change management concerns when implementing new health insurance (biggest fear for large companies)
- Critical business characteristics: This segment requires breadth & depth of expertise to navigate complex organizations, account-based strategies with Key Account Management approach, early engagement in company roadmaps, face-to-face meetings, co-creation of insurance and digital products (tailored offers considering past results, specific regimes, demographics, payroll system integration), and ability to work through RFPs and with brokers. Sales cycles are volatile with high stakes: 1 deal = 50% of annual target for Enterprise Account Executives.
Our approach for Enterprise companies positions Alan as a strategic partner in health rather than just an insurance provider, emphasizing our digital platform for fluid UX, customized health plans at fair pricing, and health/well-being services. Success requires leveraging high-level connections, building professional materials, and potentially creating exclusive "Health Clubs" or labels for early adopters.
⭐ WHAT YOU WILL DO ⭐
You will be the Sales leader of the Enterprise Sales team in France, responsible for both hitting the numbers and scaling the machine.
More precisely, you will:
- Own the Enterprise acquisition plan in France. Design and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for 3000 employee customers, from targeting to closing, to reach ambitious acquisition targets and scale the segment.
- Lead & coach a team of 4 Account Executives (and likely more to come)
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development as we scale the crew and the segment.
- Help each team member reach their targets with clear expectations, rigorous follow‑up, and ongoing coaching on methodology, deal execution, and pipeline management.
- Be on the field with the team: prospecting, joining key meetings, supporting tough negotiations, and owning strategic opportunities to maximize win rates.
- Empower every member of the team: Create the conditions for everyone to reach and exceed their goals: strong feedback culture, coaching, clear ownership, and autonomy.
- Ensure market fit and remove blockers: Surface customer expectations, patterns, and blockers, and ensure they’re addressed through the right strategic and execution plans (product, pricing, ops, marketing, etc.).
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the F-G level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
⭐ IS IT WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐
You may be a great fit at Alan if you:
- Have at least 10 years experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets as an Account Executive and Sales Leader
- Have experience leading and coaching sales teams, with the ability to set a high bar, give clear direction, and help people grow
- Have full working proficiency in French, and advanced level in English for internal communication
- Have a very hands‑on mentality: you love being on the field with your team, joining customer meetings, helping on tough negotiations, and sharing what works
- Have experience selling to Enterprise level companies (3000+ employees and above) in multi‑stakeholder deals
- Are comfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments, and can prioritize ruthlessly
- Are data‑driven and analytical: you know how to leverage KPIs to drive performance, run analyses, and make decisions
- Have strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and appetite for building things with others (sales ops, marketing, etc.)
- Are based (or willing to relocate to) the Paris area
Nice-to-have:
- Experience selling to HR or Finance

The role Marketing is your lens; project management is the job. You own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end and carry each one from its kickoff target to the delivered result. Success is measured by the client's key metric, not just tasks shipped on time. You work alongside hands-on media buying, AI marketing engineers, and account leadership. Plurio builds AI agents for performance marketing, automating analysis and optimization for media buying teams running $300K–$15M/month on Google, Meta, and TikTok.
What you'll own:
— Carry the project to its target, focusing on one key client metric such as gross revenue growth, contribution margin, or lower CPI/CPA without losing volume.
— Diagnose what moves the number and translate client and engineer requests into work that serves the goal.
— Run the account and project management tasks including accounting, operations, client and project management, task tracking, documentation, timelines, budget, risk, and paperwork.
— Manage about 10 clients in parallel, maintaining pace and monitoring key metrics week-over-week.
Requirements:
— Ability to communicate with clients at the level of their business results, translating business goals into clear targets.
— Skill in diagnosing and filtering work to focus on what moves the metric.
— Hands-on experience in performance marketing, managing paid advertising accounts or teams, especially on Meta, Google, or TikTok with accounts around $300K+/month.
— Experience running distributed teams to goals, delegating work, and holding scope and timelines.
— Familiarity with automation and AI agents, having built at least one self-contained automation.
— Engineering background is optional but must be comfortable working with internal AI tools daily.
— Client outcome focus with KPIs tied to client metrics like traffic conversion, revenue, and CPA.
— Confirmed senior, autonomous, and systematic work style managing multiple accounts without follow-up.
— Timezone alignment with CET or west toward the Americas, including late-evening contact with US clients.
— Data fluency in client acquisition, sales funnels, attribution models, data structure, and marketing performance analytics.
Nice to have:
— Agency background with ability to build project plans on the spot.
— Public presence such as LinkedIn, Telegram channel, or conference talks.
— Experience briefing developers and engineers.
Red flags:
— Strategy or media planning only without hands-on account fluency.
— Not systematic or unable to hold process.
— IT/delivery PM without performance marketing feel.
What you can expect:
— Direct influence on client key metrics.
— Work at the frontier of AI in performance marketing.
— AI-first team culture with remote-first work from supported timezones.
Hiring process includes screening call, interview with Head of Project Management, possible test task, and final interview with senior engineer and/or CEO.

And beyond.
⭐️ THE PARTNERSHIP ACTIVATION MANAGER ROLE ⭐️
You'll be the driving force behind the commercial activation of the Belfius Business network in Flanders or Wallonia & Brussels.
Your mission: help bankers identify the right companies (especially those with 20+ and 50+ employees), introduce the right Alan proposition, and turn our collaboration into measurable growth. You'll combine relationship building, commercial coaching and hands-on field activation, working closely with Alan's Belfius Partnership Lead, Sales teams and Field Marketing.
Your key missions
1. Activate the partner network. Build strong relationships with Belfius offices, zone directors and bankers across your territory. Identify the highest-potential offices and bankers (A/B/C prioritisation) and focus your energy where it has the most impact. Help bankers spot relevant opportunities in their portfolio and generate qualified leads.
2. Enable commercial success. Run trainings, workshops and commercial meetings (on-site and remote). Make Alan's proposition simple: which offer for which type of client, how to handle the most common questions, when to bring in an Alan Account Executive. Equip bankers with playbooks, customer stories and materials, within a compliant sales flow.
3. Turn strategy into action. Translate the quarterly Belfius x Alan commercial plan into a concrete local activation calendar: duo meetings with Alan Sales, focus groups, campaigns, incentives and events. Coordinate with Marketing and Sales so that every lead has a clear owner and a fast follow-up.
4. Own your impact. Track activity, leads, meetings, conversions and premium per customer across your network. Spot what works, challenge what doesn't, bring field feedback back to Alan and Belfius, and continuously improve the playbook.
You'll typically spend half or more of your time in the field, in Belfius offices and at client events.
⭐ Is it you we're looking for?
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in field sales, business development, partner or network activation, ideally with distribution networks (banks, insurers, brokers, HR or payroll services, benefits providers...).
- Love building relationships and know how to turn them into commercial results, even with people you don't manage.
- Are at ease facilitating a workshop for 20 bankers in the morning and coaching one banker on a client call in the afternoon.
- Combine strong interpersonal skills with a structured, numbers-driven mindset: you know your funnel and where it leaks.
- Are proactive, entrepreneurial and comfortable working autonomously on a territory.
- Are native in Dutch and/or French and comfortable working in English.
Experience in insurance, employee benefits or healthcare is a plus. What matters most is your ability to activate people, build trust and drive results.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range. https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity

IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success.

We're looking for a Sr. Data Analyst, Compliance to join our team remotely! - Develop and maintain Python and SQL pipelines for transaction data preparation, feature engineering, and detection workflows
- Evaluate detection rules and analytical models across coverage, alert quality, threshold sensitivity, and the impact of proposed changes
- Design reproducible evaluations on historical data that account for limited labels, class imbalance, and shifts in customer behaviour over time
- Own testing, deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and operational support for detection workflows, including investigating data quality issues, pipeline failures, and unexpected changes in detection results
- Execute historical backfills with clear validation and traceability, and maintain reliable downstream alert delivery and integrations with compliance systems
- Be at the forefront of data innovation by experimenting, testing hypotheses, and translating insights into action, while incorporating software engineering best practices into pipelines and dashboards.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, and data management within the fintech, crypto, financial services, or gambling industry, gained in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience working with compliance, fraud, funding, finance, and customer support teams and analyzing large datasets, engineering features, and applying statistical methods to practical business problems
- Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience building and supporting production data or analytical systems
- Hands-on experience using dbt or similar tooling to model and organize high-fidelity data for reporting and decision-making
- Experience setting up and managing data pipelines with a strong understanding of workflow orchestration, plus strong software engineering practices including version control, automated testing, code review, and CI/CD
- Solid statistical foundation; ML exposure is a strong plus
- Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Hex, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to build executive-facing dashboards
- Ability to investigate production issues independently and communicate technical findings and uncertainty to non-technical stakeholders
- You believe wholeheartedly in the values outlined in Kraken's Tentaclements document
- A degree in a field emphasizing analytical rigor, such as analytics, software engineering, statistics, or economics
- Based in Canada, the US, or Brazil, and fluent in English
NICE TO HAVES
- Fraud detection, AML, anomaly detection, or other risk applications
- Experience with Athena, Trino, Kafka, and Kubernetes alongside the core Airflow/dbt/S3 stack

- Explainability, auditability, and change control in regulated environments
