Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
The role
We’re hiring Senior Solutions Engineers to build Synthesia’s pre-sales function in North America. This is a founding role: you’ll be one of the first SEs, shaping the playbook, tooling, and best practices as we scale, not following an established model. If you’re excited by building while scaling, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Solutions Engineer at Synthesia, you will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs, and design the technical solution for each deal. You will be a trusted advisor focused on the value customers get from Synthesia, and you’ll take what you learn in the field back to Product.
This is an incredible opportunity to join us as we become a multi-product company for the first time and continue to scale across North America.
Sales cycle ownership
- Co-plan and execute discovery calls to understand customer requirements, their technical environment, and current business challenges.
- Design and deliver compelling demonstrations that solve customer problems, quantify the value of solving those problems, and tell a clear, credible story of how Synthesia solves them better than anything else.
- Understand and overcome technical objections and integration concerns; identify blockers early and develop solution paths with customers.
- Support stakeholder workshops that connect Synthesia to the buyer’s broader technology strategy on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Partner with Account Executives to define account and deal strategy, advise on competitive positioning, assess opportunity stage, and forecast your book of business for leadership.
Demo excellence
- Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies that prove Synthesia’s business value quickly, whether the customer is deploying Studio at scale, designing Roleplay Sessions for skill building, or integrating Interactive Avatars into their product.
- Identify, build relationships with, and actively empower executive champions within customer organizations so they can advocate for Synthesia internally.
- Develop and maintain reusable assets across demo environments, use cases, integration templates, objections, and industry playbooks, brought to life directly in Synthesia’s platform.
- Support POC and pilot readouts as a business narrative, not a feature tour, learning to bring storytelling and executive presence to the room as you grow into more senior conversations.
- Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance topics (SOC 2, GDPR, enterprise identity), and scalability for global deployments.
Product and industry expertise
- Maintain deep expertise on Synthesia’s platform capabilities across all product lines, roadmap, and positioning to highlight value-driving use cases.
- Develop deep vertical knowledge, establishing yourself as a subject matter expert and building trust with executive buyers.
- Stay ahead of the AI-native learning and enablement space, so you can credibly discuss how customers are shifting from current, static methods to interactive practice and measurable skill development.
Ecosystem collaboration
- Product: share customer and prospect product and competitive feedback with pre-sales leadership and Product, flagging pain points, missing capabilities, and gaps that surface in your deals to help shape the roadmap.
- Product Marketing: work with Product Marketing to understand and apply messaging and positioning in your deal cycles, and contribute to reusable assets like demo scripts and competitive battlecards.
- Customer Success: brief Customer Success on technical context and champion relationships at handoff, so your POCs and pilots convert cleanly into production deployments.
- Enablement: review and enhance enablement content based on what works best in preparing team members for client engagements, and deliver and evaluate certification as needed to accelerate understanding in the commercial team.
What we’re looking for
- We expect this person to have a minimum of 5+ years experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience at SaaS companies.
- Strong consultative discovery, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with both executive decision-makers (CHRO, CLO, Head of L&D, CTO) and technical audiences (IT, security, developers).
- Technical depth in at least one area (creation flows, APIs, integrations such as LMS, HCM, CRM, and identity, security, or compliance) and a willingness to learn quickly across domains.
- Fluency with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and comfort translating technical requirements into business value and ROI conversations.
- A problem-solving approach built on gathering requirements, asking clarifying questions, and adapting solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent business and technical presentation skills, in person and remote, and the ability to explain complex AI and integration concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple POCs, demos, and customer conversations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset; you thrive working with AEs, Product, Customer Success, and other teams to drive customer and company success.
- Product orientation and genuine curiosity about how customers use technology.
- Willingness to travel to visit key customers for discovery, executive conversations, and on-site demos.
We’d be particularly excited if
- You're a MEDDPICC & Command of the Message expert.
- You bring experience with video AI.
Compensation
This is a Senior Solutions Engineer position, and we expect to pay between $222,502 and $266,212 OTE (on-target earnings), split 70% base / 30% variable, with the variable portion paid quarterly.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

- Type of Contract: Permanent
- Working model: On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As an Electrical AIT Engineer, you own the electrical/avionics side of production at ICEYE end to end -- integration, debugging, continuous improvement, and adapting processes as new designs come through. You will lead satellite-level verification and validation campaigns for power, propulsion, GNC, GPS, and CDH/OBC subsystems, integrate electrical hardware with satellite systems, and own functional and system-health testing to ensure flight readiness. - Act as primary technical contact for electrical-related integration issues, performing root cause analysis and coordinating with power/propulsion/GNC engineering to resolve anomalies
- Support production readiness and design reviews (PRR, CDR) by providing feedback on software testability, hardware-in-the-loop requirements, and system configuration
- Contribute to and improve AIT documentation including RF test procedures, integration plans, and configuration records
- Interface with Global AIT, Power/Propulsion/GNC Engineering, and Mission Operations teams to ensure alignment on product standards and lessons learned
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in integration methods, test efficiency, and build reliability

- Proficient English (written and spoken) for cross-functional collaboration
Nice to haves:
Experience with Atlassian Cloud tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Track record of enabling design-for-testability (DFT) and design-for-manufacturing (DFM)
- Lean and Six Sigma experience
- Experience with SAR payload calibration or comms link-budget analysis beyond routine test execution
- Experience writing or improving Python test scripts beyond routine execution
- Proficient Japanese (written and spoken)
Application Process

- Hiring Manager General Interview
- Technical Interview, including a Technical Challenge
- Final Interview

GoMining runs a portfolio of products, and Mining is at its core. Digital Miners, upgrades, maintenance, the secondary marketplace and the GOMINING token’s role in all of them are where most users start with GoMining. They also hold up the economics of the whole ecosystem.
Mining has a product manager today, but nobody owns the business end to end. This role is that owner.
You’ll run Mining as your own business inside GoMining. That covers everything from economics and product strategy down to the roadmap, the team and what ships each sprint. Think of it as being the CPO of your own domain. You’ll have a small dedicated engineering team, direct access to legal, finance and compliance, and you’ll report straight to the founder.
This isn’t a role for keeping things running. We want someone who grows the business and moves the numbers that matter: revenue, LTV and active users.
What you’ll do
Business: own the economics and the strategy
Own Mining’s key business metrics: revenue, LTV, user growth, retention, and the unit economics behind every miner that’s sold, upgraded or traded.
Build and own the product and business strategy for Mining: where it grows next, what we launch and what we stop doing.
Model and tune the economics of miners, upgrades, maintenance, marketplace fees and token mechanics so they work for users and for the business.
Find and launch new ways to grow: new mechanics and miner products, pricing and bundles, and tighter links with the rest of the ecosystem (Card, Simple Earn, VIP, Miner Wars).
Track how crypto, mining and Web3 products make money and keep users, and bring back what’s worth trying.
Product: own what gets built and why
Own the Mining roadmap and priorities, and turn strategy into a plan the team can execute.
Work hands-on with the product: user research, analytics, funnels and experiments. Decisions are made on data, not opinions.
Define requirements with the tech lead: what problem we’re solving, for whom, and how we’ll measure success.
Manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery and launch through growth to retiring what no longer pays off.
Delivery and team: make it ship
Lead a small dedicated team: a tech lead, 2–3 software engineers and 1–2 QA engineers. You set the goals, the priorities and the pace.
Own delivery end to end: scope, timelines, quality and releases.
Bring in legal, finance, compliance, marketing, design, analytics and support as you need them. You won’t manage them, but you’ll drive the work forward together.
Work with marketing on go-to-market for every Mining launch, so what we ship actually reaches users.
What success looks like
First month:
you’ve taken over the full context from the CPO, you understand Mining’s economics and metrics in depth, and you have a clear view of the biggest growth opportunities and risks.
First 3 months:
Mining has a strategy and roadmap the founder has signed off on, and the team ships on a predictable rhythm. The first growth initiatives you own are live and measured, with visible impact on key metrics.
Requirements
6+ years in product management, including at least 2–3 years owning a product or business line end to end: strategy, metrics, delivery and team.
Experience as a CPO, Head of Product, GM or founding product lead, ideally at a startup or scale-up where you did a lot at once: product, delivery, analytics, sometimes fundraising or partnerships.
A track record of growing business metrics (revenue, LTV, user base) that you can walk us through with real numbers.
A strong grasp of unit economics, monetisation models and the product lifecycle. You can build and defend a business model, not just a backlog.
Hands-on product analytics skills: funnels, cohorts, A/B tests, and SQL or BI tools. You don’t wait for someone else to answer your questions.
Experience leading engineering teams directly and working closely with a tech lead on trade-offs.
The ability to get decisions made with teams you don’t manage, including legal, finance and compliance.
A background in crypto, Web3 or fintech products. Crypto is strongly preferred: you understand how tokens, wallets and crypto users behave.
Strong English (B2+).
Fluent Russian.
Would be a plus
Experience with mining, hashrate-based products, NFTs or tokenomics.
Founder or co-founder experience, including fundraising.
Marketplaces, two-sided economies or in-game/gamified economies.
Regulated financial products and compliance constraints across jurisdictions.
An engineering background.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year.
Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).
Location: Brazil; Argentina; United States; Spain; Italy; Japan
GoMining is a Bitcoin cloud-mining platform that has grown into a full crypto ecosystem: Digital Miners, the GOMINING token, GoMining Card, Wallet, Simple Earn, the VIP programme and Miner Wars. We’re growing fast and plan to multiply sales next year. A large part of that growth will come from partners who already have big audiences.
This role brings those partners in. You’ll find and sign affiliates and partners with large networks in your region: crypto exchanges and media, iGaming operators and affiliate networks, brokers, fintech players, streamers and influencer agencies. Our offer to them is one of the strongest on the market: a high commission on every sale their audience makes, plus a lifetime revenue share. Your job is to put that offer in front of the right people and close the deal.
This is not a desk job and not mass cold outreach. You’ll spend much of your time in the field, at conferences, expos and meetings across your region, holding live negotiations every day. You’ll be one of the first members of a regional BD team we’re building from scratch. Your income grows directly with the volume your partners bring in, and the bonus is uncapped.
What you’ll do
Hunting: find the partners who matter
Map the partners with the biggest reach in your region: crypto (exchanges, wallets, media, communities), iGaming and gambling (operators, affiliate networks, streamers), brokers (forex, CFD, investment platforms), fintech and payments, large media and influencer agencies.
Work the field: attend crypto, iGaming, affiliate and fintech conferences across your region, book meetings in advance and close partnerships on site.
Use your own network and local reputation to get in front of decision-makers, not just whoever answers an email.
Closing: run the full cycle
Own every deal end to end: first contact, negotiation, agreeing terms, onboarding, launching traffic and the first sales.
Negotiate with founders and senior management, and show clearly what partnering with GoMining is worth to them and their audience.
When a partner says no, find out why and bring that back so we can sharpen the offer.
Growing: turn partners into volume
Grow the partners you’ve signed: higher volume, new formats, and special offers for their audiences.
Keep your pipeline up to date in the CRM, report weekly on the funnel, and file a short results report after every trip.
Share what you see in your market (competitor offers, partner expectations, local payment specifics) with the team.
What success looks like
First month:
you know the product and the partner offer inside out, your regional pipeline is mapped, and your conference and meeting calendar for the next quarter is set.
First 3 months:
you’re running a steady rhythm of in-person meetings, your first partnerships are signed and live, and the first sales are coming in through your partners.
Ongoing:
we measure you on new active partners per month, sales volume and revenue from those partners, and how well your meetings convert into signed deals.
Requirements
3+ years in business development, partnerships or affiliate management in crypto, iGaming, gambling, brokerage or fintech.
Your own network in the region (affiliates, networks, operators, media). This is the main requirement.
A track record of closing large partnership deals, with numbers you can walk us through.
Confidence negotiating with founders and senior management.
Readiness to travel a lot to conferences and meetings across your region.
A hunter mindset: proactive, fast-paced, driven by results and money.
Fluent English.
Would be a plus
A regional language: Spanish or Portuguese for LatAm, Arabic for MENA, Chinese, Korean or Vietnamese for Asia, and so on.
A personal reputation in the local crypto, affiliate or iGaming community.
A strong grasp of affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, hybrid) and traffic.
Experience with large affiliate networks and streamers.
Knowledge of payment specifics in your region.
Benefits
Sales-driven pay: a fixed salary plus an uncapped bonus on the sales volume your partners bring in.
A travel and conference budget for field work in your region.
Fast decisions and direct access to the head of the direction.
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).
Location: Berlin, Germany; Frankfurt am Main, Germany; Munich, Germany

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Role
This internship sits at the intersection of systems engineering, mobile application development, and applied research. You'll work directly with platform, research, and application engineers to turn new capabilities in spatial computing, localization, and computer vision into polished experiences for developers and end users — from shared C++ runtime code and native Swift/Kotlin SDKs to production-quality iOS and Android applications.
Depending on your interests and the projects underway, you may work deeper in the platform stack, closer to the application layer, or across both. You'll also use AI-assisted workflows to move quickly across platforms while maintaining high standards for native quality and user experience.
What You'll Do
- Native & Cross-Platform Development — Build features in Swift, Kotlin, and C++, ranging from user-facing mobile experiences to the runtime and SDK capabilities that power them.
- Research-to-Product Engineering — Help turn research prototypes in spatial computing, localization, and computer vision into production-quality SDK features and intuitive mobile application experiences.
- Mobile Application Development — Build and refine native iOS and Android experiences that exercise new platform capabilities, solve real user problems, and help define how our technology should work in practice.
- AI-Assisted Engineering — Use AI-assisted development workflows to implement, adapt, and maintain functionality across multiple native platforms without sacrificing platform-specific quality.
- Cross-Boundary Debugging — Debug problems across the full stack, from shared C++ runtime behavior and native bindings through application logic, UI, device sensors, and real-world usage.
- Quality, Performance & Tooling — Write automated tests, improve build and release tooling, investigate performance, and validate new capabilities through on-device testing and sensor playback.
- Product & API Collaboration — Work with research, platform, design, and application engineers to shape APIs and user experiences that are stable, ergonomic, and useful across a growing range of devices and use cases.
What You'll Bring
- Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated experience building software in C++, Swift, Kotlin, or another native or systems language through coursework, personal projects, research, or prior internships.
- Strong interest in native mobile development, SDKs, libraries, and developer-facing platforms with an appreciation for performance, API design, and platform-specific behavior.
- Ability to independently investigate unfamiliar systems, debug across platform boundaries, and turn ambiguous technical problems into working, maintainable solutions.
- Strong engineering instincts around testing, code quality, API ergonomics, and maintainability with the judgment to balance shared abstractions against platform-native conventions.
- Comfort using AI-assisted development tools to increase engineering velocity across iOS, Android, and shared C++ code.
- Available for 4 days per week in our San Francisco office for the full 12-week internship.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with iOS (Xcode, Instruments) or Android (Android Studio, Android NDK) development environments.
- Familiarity with spatial computing, augmented reality, computer vision, or localization (SLAM, VPS).
- Experience with cross-platform build systems such as CMake or Bazel.
- Prior exposure to SDK or library development, open-source contributions, or developer-facing APIs.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected hourly rate for this internship is $48 – $70/hour, based on assessed skills, experience, and relevant coursework. Housing assistance and relocation support available for candidates outside the Bay Area — details provided during the offer process.
Location & Work Model
This internship is based in our San Francisco, CA office. We work in a high-collaboration environment and ask interns to be on-site a minimum of 4 days per week. To make that easy, we provide lunch every day and snacks are always stocked.
Inclusive Application
We know the strongest candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed — you may be exactly who we're looking for.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Claude is trained and served on hardware in data centers Anthropic operates and in sites partners build and run for us. DCSE secures that footprint: the sites, the hardware moving through them, and the people and vendors who touch it. Security at that scale runs on data, and you'll be the engineer who owns it and the systems that produce it: component-level hardware inventory and chain of custody, fed by software that runs at our sites and on hosts, and continuous control monitoring, with the posture calculations that decide what each site is cleared to run.
You set the architecture, agree schemas and interfaces with the teams, operators and vendors that own the sources, build the pipelines, stores and tools, and run what you ship. The goal is security that runs itself: custody, access and evidence verified continuously from records, with tools and AI agents doing the reviews. We favor simple, standard controls and tools that can be verified over elaborate ones. We use Claude throughout our engineering workflow and expect you to as well.
You'll work with the rest of DCSE, including the engineers on its security monitoring platform, with Anthropic's compute and data center operations teams, and directly with data center operators, hardware vendors and logistics providers. The role is based in San Francisco, with remote applicants in the US considered, and involves regular travel to data center sites, which are critical infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
Hardware inventory and chain of custody:
own the component-level record of what hardware exists, where it is and who has handled it: the data model, the pipelines that join inventory and custody events from many source systems, change history on every record, and the tamper-evident stores behind it
Tools, automation and AI agents:
build the tools and agents the team runs on this data: reconciliation, audit evidence exports, custody checks. When a review keeps costing people time, you build the tool or agent that retires it
Custody workflows and field software:
build the workflows and the site and host software that capture custody events as they happen (a receipt, a move, a data wipe, a decommission) and enforce who is authorized to record them
Continuous control monitoring and posture:
own the pipelines that turn check outcomes, assessment results and findings into per-control and per-site measures over time, against the compliance frameworks we and our partners are assessed against, and the posture calculation that decides what a site is cleared to run
Data quality:
build coverage checks, reconciliation against sources and alerts on a silent or drifting feed, so a wrong or missing record is caught the same day; own retention and access controls on the records
Integration and reporting:
agree schemas and interfaces with the engineers who run the security monitoring platform, and build the query surfaces and reports the team, site leads and leadership use directly
Minimum qualifications
Have designed and run production data systems (relational schemas, change data capture, batch or streaming pipelines and the services around them) and kept them correct: coverage measured, records reconciled against the source, alerts on silence, and a design that expects records to get corrupted or lost
Have integrated with systems you did not control (inventory tools, ticketing systems, vendor APIs) and built data models that outlive any one source
Have shipped software that runs outside a central service (host agents, site-local services, edge collectors) and kept it correct in the field, or built metrics a team made decisions on and defended them when challenged
Have worked hands-on with data about physical assets or security controls: a hardware fleet, data center or supply chain inventory, asset custody, or the control and evidence data of a security or compliance program
Read and review other people's code, and build with AI coding agents using Git and code review
Own a domain end to end: set the approach, design and build it with the teams and vendors whose systems it depends on, and run it as something people use every day
Write SQL and at least one general-purpose programming language well
Preferred qualifications
Experience with asset management, supply chain or warehouse systems where serialized tracking and custody transfer are the core problem
Experience building continuous control monitoring or metrics for a security or compliance program, or producing evidence an assessor accepted, for example against NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001 or SOC 2
Experience with risk or posture scoring that combines control results, findings and other evidence into a measure people make decisions on
Familiarity with data center hardware and its lifecycle from receipt to decommission, and with sites and parties you did not control: colocation, cloud or GPU cloud operators, hardware manufacturers, logistics providers
Have run software on many hosts or at remote sites with versioned rollout and a way to know each copy is still reporting
Have built AI agents or automation that replaced recurring manual work
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
Docker Hardened Images (DHI) is Docker's catalogue of security-hardened, enterprise-grade container images and Helm charts, built to be minimal, up-to-date, and safe to deploy in regulated and security-conscious environments. We're looking for a Principal Software Engineer to set the long-term technical direction for this catalogue and shape how the broader container security ecosystem evolves inside and beyond Docker.
At this level, you'll work across organizations, not just within one team. You'll set direction for major domains, resolve the highest-ambiguity problems in container supply chain security, and grow your impact through architectural leadership, cross-functional alignment, and influence on industry standards. This is a pure individual contributor role; influence comes through technical vision, design, and the ability to move organizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the architecture for DHI as a platform, making high-leverage decisions that define how images and Helm charts are authored, secured, distributed, and evolved across the entire catalogue and across Docker's broader product surface.
- Define and drive multi-quarter technical roadmaps for the container hardening domain, balancing upstream velocity, supply chain security posture, customer compliance requirements, and long-term catalogue scalability.
- Identify systemic patterns from customer, operational, and upstream signals and translate them into architectural changes that span the catalogue, not just individual images or charts.
- Build alignment across teams and executives on technical strategy, tradeoffs, and sequencing, including product, security, infrastructure, and customer-facing functions.
- Represent Docker as a trusted technical voice in escalations, key enterprise customer engagements, and upstream OSS communities on issues that shape the future of secure container delivery.
- Set conventions and standards at scale, defining the patterns others build within for image definition, Helm chart adaptation, hardening strategy, and supply chain tooling (Sigstore, SBOM, SLSA), and evolving those standards as the ecosystem changes.
- Drive the hardest, most ambiguous packaging problems where the right answer requires reasoning across upstream dynamics, security tradeoffs, multi-arch constraints, and customer impact simultaneously.
- Shape the integration test infrastructure and developer tooling strategy so that DHI's engineering platform scales with the catalogue and raises quality across the team.
- Mentor and raise the technical ceiling for staff and senior engineers across the org, through review, design, and well-chosen architectural decisions that create durable leverage.
- Take part in the paid on-call rotation; respond to incidents, debug production issues, and drive systemic improvements in reliability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of backend engineering experience, including extensive work on production-grade, distributed systems at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to set multi-quarter technical roadmaps and align stakeholders (engineering, product, and executives) on strategy and tradeoffs.
- Deep expertise in the container and Kubernetes ecosystem: you have strong, grounded opinions about cert-manager, kyverno, grafana, istio, and similar projects, and you can reason about tradeoffs at the ecosystem level, not just the image level.
- Mastery of container supply chain security concepts (provenance, attestation, SBOM, signing, SLSA) and experience driving posture decisions across an organization rather than implementing them on a single project.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals: code review, testing, source control, CI/CD, and Go sufficient to shape infrastructure and harness design.
- Track record of technical influence without authority across multiple teams or organizations, raising quality through design docs, standards, review, and mentorship.
- Experience navigating upstream OSS communities as a decision-maker, representing a downstream organization's requirements and shaping upstream direction on security-relevant issues.
- Comfort working across remote, distributed teams and communicating complex technical strategy clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bonus but not required
- Experience as a package maintainer at a Linux distribution, Homebrew, or comparable ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience implementing or operationalizing supply chain tooling (Sigstore, SBOM, SLSA) at org scale.
- Experience in regulated environments (FedRAMP, FIPS, PCI) with direct exposure to compliance requirements shaping engineering decisions.
- Prior Principal or Distinguished IC experience on a platform, security, or developer-tools team.
- Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers on container security architecture.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- Align with leadership on the most critical org-wide technical risks and opportunities in container supply chain security.
- Develop a point of view on DHI's current architectural constraints and where the highest-leverage interventions are.
- Begin mapping the cross-functional landscape: product priorities, upstream pressures, customer compliance signals, and engineering gaps.
First 90 Days
- Drive an architectural decision that unblocks multiple teams and reduces systemic risk across the catalogue.
- Establish a feedback loop from customer, operational, and upstream signals into the multi-quarter roadmap.
- Engage upstream OSS communities on at least one DHI-relevant issue with meaningful influence on direction.
First Year
- Deliver a major platform or standards evolution with broad adoption across DHI and adjacent teams.
- Create durable alignment across engineering, product, and security on catalogue architecture, supply chain posture, and hardening strategy.
- Raise the technical ceiling for the engineers around you, measurably improving review quality, architectural consistency, and the team's ability to operate independently at a higher level.
Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.
Compensation & Equity
Canada: CA$245,913 – CA$397,139 + equity
United States: $180,500 – $291,500 + equity

We’re hiring a Head of Marketing to take 0x through its next stage of growth. You’ll join our leadership team, report directly to our founder and CEO, and own marketing strategy across 0x APIs, our suite of onchain trading APIs, and Matcha, our consumer DEX aggregator.
You’ll own the narrative behind both brands. You’ll build on our strong footing with cryptonative teams while defining how we take our APIs to fintechs, enterprises and institutions. We’re looking for someone who understands DeFi deeply, thinks from first principles and builds for the long term.
You’ll lead a senior marketing team, unite them around clear priorities and build one cohesive, high-impact marketing function. You’re as comfortable doing the work as you are leading it. You’ll stay close to the business, joining key customer conversations and getting directly involved in positioning and major launches.
Strong overlap with US working hours is required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own marketing strategy across 0x APIs and Matcha, setting long-term marketing plans based on company and product goals, including API adoption and Matcha's consumer growth.
- Refine positioning and narratives for 0x APIs and Matcha, defining and maintaining clear ICPs, strengthening our cryptonative presence, and expanding 0x APIs' appeal to fintechs, enterprises, and institutions.
- Guide the evolution of both brands, setting creative and website direction and ensuring a distinctive, consistent presence across channels.
- Build and scale marketing programs that drive growth, identifying the highest-leverage opportunities for each product and audience.
- Partner closely with Sales to generate qualified API demand, align marketing with commercial priorities, and equip the team with the content and materials needed to win customers.
- Lead the marketing team, setting clear priorities and ownership, automating and improving processes with AI, giving constructive feedback and coaching experienced marketers, and protecting their focus by managing cross-team requests.
- Produce work yourself, from positioning and launch plans to campaigns and content, adding to the team’s output and stepping in wherever extra capacity is needed.
- Own marketing performance and budget, tracking spend, ROI and marketing’s contribution to revenue, and keep the company informed on progress.
- Stay deep in the data, using Dune, DefiLlama and internal analytics to understand market trends, competitors and product adoption, and let it guide marketing decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 8+ years in marketing, including 3+ years leading a marketing function.
- Experience setting company-wide marketing strategy across multiple product lines, shaping distinct positioning and narratives for the audiences each one serves.
- Experience marketing both technical B2B products, ideally APIs or core infrastructure, and consumer products.
- Deep roots in crypto, including time at a crypto company. You use DeFi products, follow CT, and know how DEXs, aggregators, liquidity providers, wallets and trading apps fit together and where infrastructure like 0x creates value.
- A track record of building repeatable marketing programs that drove measurable business growth.
- Experience leading senior marketers as a player-coach and bringing them together as a cohesive, focused team.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a DEX, aggregator or onchain trading infrastructure company.
