Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
About The Role
As Finance Operations Lead, you’ll own the core finance workflows that keep Humanoid running smoothly, from supplier invoices and payments through customer billing, transaction coding and categorisation, reconciliations and the general ledger.
A key part of the role is ensuring financial activity is captured completely and accurately in the ledger. You’ll establish clear coding standards and processes, and make sure transactions are classified consistently and supported by reliable source data.
You’ll also help build a best-in-class finance technology stack for a fast-growing, global business. You’ll lead the implementation and optimisation of finance systems and tools, and identify ways to use AI and automation to make processes faster, more accurate and easier to use. This includes accounting and ERP platforms, Ramp, modern banking tools and AI-enabled workflows.
You’ll work closely with the Financial Controller and FP&A Lead, and partner with our dedicated Supply Chain and Procurement teams to ensure purchasing activity flows into finance accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both delivering the work and transforming how it gets done.
What You’ll Do
OWN FINANCE OPERATIONS AND LEDGER INTEGRITY
- Oversee accounts payable, including invoice processing, coding, categorisation, approvals, supplier queries, payment runs and reconciliation.
- Manage accounts receivable, including customer billing, cash application, transaction coding and collections.
- Ensure transactions are recorded completely, accurately and consistently in the ledger, with appropriate supporting documentation and coding.
- Maintain and improve the chart of accounts, coding guidance and transaction categorisation across entities, currencies, departments and relevant business dimensions.
- Review ledger postings and investigate miscoded, incomplete or unusual transactions, working with the relevant teams to resolve issues at source.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement on the finance elements of procure-to-pay, including approval controls, purchase order and invoice matching, and accurate recording of commitments and spend.
- Coordinate vendor payments and cash operations across entities, currencies and banking platforms.
- Manage key balance sheet reconciliations, journals, accruals and other month-end close activities.
- Help ensure finance operations run reliably, with clear ownership, appropriate controls and minimal avoidable manual work.
BUILD A BEST-IN-CLASS FINANCE TECH STACK
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of finance tools, including ERP and accounting software, expense and payment platforms, modern banking tools and workflow automation.
- Help design an integrated finance technology stack that meets the needs of a scaling, multi-entity business, using tools such as Ramp and accounting platforms such as Xero or NetSuite.
- Improve the flow of transaction data from source systems into the ledger, reducing duplicate handling, manual entry and coding errors.
- Identify and deliver opportunities to automate repetitive finance work and improve the speed and accuracy of transaction processing.
- Evaluate and apply AI-enabled tools, including Claude, to practical finance workflows such as information processing, analysis, documentation and process support.
- Work with Supply Chain, Procurement, engineering and operations to improve the quality and consistency of financial data.
- Establish appropriate controls, governance and documentation as new tools and automation are introduced.
- Document finance processes and provide practical guidance so teams understand how to use them.
SUPPORT REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE
- Provide accurate, timely finance data to support reporting on actuals, cash, burn, vendor spend and other operating costs.
- Maintain clear visibility over cost centres, contracts, recurring expenses and supplier commitments.
- Prepare documentation and data for audit, statutory filings and compliance reporting.
- Maintain supporting reconciliations and schedules, and coordinate information requests with external auditors and advisers.
- Support VAT, and indirect tax obligations globally.
- Work with FP&A to reconcile actual results against budgets and forecasts and investigate material differences.
PARTNER ACROSS THE BUSINESS
- Be the first point of contact for day-to-day finance operations questions.
- Help teams navigate invoicing, expenses, payment and accounting processes, including the information needed for accurate transaction coding.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement to establish effective handoffs between purchasing activity and finance.
- Support cost control and spend governance through accurate, timely financial information.
- Build strong working relationships across finance, procurement, engineering, supply chain, people and product.
We’re Looking For
- 7+ years’ experience in finance operations, accounts payable, accounting or financial control.
- Strong practical knowledge of accounts payable and receivable, transaction coding, ledger management, reconciliations and month-end close.
- Experience managing transactions from source documentation through coding, approval, payment or collection, and accurate ledger posting.
- Experience working with or supporting procure-to-pay processes in partnership with procurement or supply chain teams.
- Experience implementing or improving finance systems, workflows and automation in a growing business.
- Interest in building a modern, well-integrated finance technology stack and applying AI and automation to real operational problems.
- Confidence working with accounting or ERP systems, expense tools and online banking platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and a clear sense of ownership over the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- A practical, service-oriented approach to helping teams follow finance processes.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating across functions and seniority levels.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Ramp, Xero, NetSuite or similar finance platforms.
- Experience with modern banking platforms and multi-entity, multi-currency operations.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Claude Partner Network (CPN) Reseller track lets authorized partners sell Claude directly to end customers. These partners bring Claude into accounts that Anthropic can't reach alone, and they need marketing that helps them build a real Claude practice: campaigns they can run with their own teams, funding they can put to work, and proof that moves them up through the partner tiers.
This is a foundational, first-in-seat role with wide scope. You'll be the first dedicated partner marketer for the reseller track, and you'll lead it globally. You'll set its marketing strategy, define the standards and playbooks partners run against, and build the tier-advancement path from the ground up. You'll work across regions and with a network of agency partners to deliver programs at global scale. You'll shape how reseller marketing fits into Anthropic's broader partner strategy, working with Partnerships, Commercial Operations, Channel Account Managers, Partner Operations, Customer Marketing, and Communications to make sure reseller activity and Anthropic's direct sales point in the same direction. You'll also set the bar for the marketers who join the practice as it grows.
Key responsibilities
Set the marketing strategy for the reseller track, including priorities, investment choices, and quarterly and annual plans that connect partner activity to registered pipeline and reseller revenue
Define the reseller marketing playbook and co-marketing standards, and keep them current as the program launches and expands
Represent the partner marketing perspective in program design, working with Partnerships, Commercial Operations, and Legal on how benefits, MDF, and tier criteria will work in practice
Build joint marketing plan templates for reseller partners, including campaign calendars and success metrics
Source, select, and manage the agency partners that support reseller programs globally, including scope, budgets, quality standards, and performance reviews, and build a regional roster that can scale as the program expands
Run partner-led campaigns with those agencies, using co-branded and localized kits for each market, and help partners adapt them for their own buyers
Own partner marketing funds (MDF) end to end: help partners build proposals, track approvals and documentation, and connect every funded activity to registered pipeline
Help partners reach their next tier by planning the customer stories, certification pushes, and public proof points each tier requires, on a timeline that fits the January and July tier reviews
Turn partner wins into customer stories with Customer Marketing, from interview through partner and Anthropic approvals
Coordinate joint announcements and press with Anthropic Communications, managing review timelines and holding partner copy to Anthropic's messaging and brand standards
Partner with Channel Account Managers and the field on audience and account targeting, so reseller campaigns extend Anthropic’s reach into new customers and partner and direct motions reinforce each other
Define how reseller marketing success is measured: set targets and KPIs for pipeline, reseller revenue, and campaign ROI, build the reporting, and use results to decide where to invest and what to change
Report on partner-sourced pipeline and reseller revenue influence, with 30/60/90-day tracking on every activation
Keep reseller partners informed through the CPN monthly broadcast and newsletter, and bring partner needs and results back into program planning
Minimum qualifications
Have owned marketing strategy for a partner or channel program, setting priorities and investment decisions rather than only executing against them
Have built and run co-marketing programs with channel, reseller, or distribution partners, including partner-funded budgets (MDF, co-op, or similar) and ROI reporting
Have sourced and managed agencies or contractors across multiple regions, including scoping work, managing budgets, and holding quality standards
Have run marketing programs across multiple international markets
Understand indirect sales motions, including how partners find, register, and close deals, and can write marketing that reaches partner sellers as well as end customers
Can build joint plans and value propositions that articulate clear business outcomes for customers
Have defined success measures for a partner or channel program and used the results to change investment decisions
Are skilled at tracking program performance in a CRM or equivalent system, and can turn that data into clear recommendations
Write clearly and precisely, and can hold partner-produced copy to brand and approval standards
Build trusted relationships with partner marketing and sales teams, and can move priorities forward with partners you don't manage
Can make and defend decisions with incomplete data, and know when to escalate
Are highly organized and can run several partner plans at once without dropping quality
Are comfortable building new processes from scratch, in an environment where the playbook is still being written
Take ownership of outcomes and step in wherever the work needs you
Care about the societal impacts of AI and are excited about enabling organizations to adopt AI responsibly
Preferred qualifications
Have 7+ years of marketing experience, with significant focus on partner marketing in B2B technology environments
Have launched or scaled a partner program from its early stages, including tier design, benefits, and promotion criteria
Have produced partner-led customer stories, including managing approvals and public announcement timelines
Have experience with cloud marketplace reseller motions, such as private offers or co-sell programs
Have localized marketing content and campaigns for multiple international markets
Have established relationships with resellers, distributors, or systems integrators
Have experience with partner relationship management tools and Salesforce partner data
Understand enterprise AI use cases across industries and functions
Have set standards for or mentored other marketers, formally or informally
Have used Claude or other AI tools to scale their own marketing work

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Tax Technology to lead tax platform projects for Wolt and Deliveroo within our growing Tax Team. As Wolt and Deliveroo onboard onto the global unified tax platform and a single tax calculation engine (Vertex), this role owns the functional tax leadership that turns business and VAT requirements into configured, tested, live capabilities, and leads the offshore Wolt & Deliveroo implementation team delivering that work day to day. As DoorDash continues to grow its international footprint, we are looking for a candidate with deep, hands-on experience in VAT regimes who can lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and own the delivery of tax features and new-platform feature / new-market / new-partnership launches across Wolt and Deliveroo.
About the Role
You will report to the Senior Manager of the Tax Calculation Platform & Mx Operations and lead tax platform and business projects for Wolt and Deliveroo. You will manage a team to deliver day-to-day VAT configuration and testing, and partner closely with Tax Engineering, the Wolt and Deliveroo Tax teams, Tax Product, and other stakeholders — gathering business and VAT requirements, translating them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration and testing, and reviewing Technical Design Documents (TDDs) to provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
The primary focus of this position is end-to-end delivery of VAT tax solutions across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms — new product, market, partnership launches and legislative changes, roadmap alignment with Wolt and Deliveroo's international expansion, and day-to-day leadership of the team executing that delivery — with an understanding of how data flows from upstream systems through the tax engine to downstream reporting. Rather than handing off requirements to the Vertex Center of Excellence team, you will apply your own Vertex knowledge to help influence the functional design and determine the specific Vertex configuration a solution requires. Familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context is valuable for alignment with the broader platform.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead tax platform and business projects across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms, including new product, market, partnership launches, and legislative changes.
Gather business and VAT requirements and translate them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration, testing and delivery.
Review BRDs, PRDs, and TDDs for VAT tax-system implications and provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
Define testing requirements and oversee validations across unit, integration, E2E, shadow, and post-launch phases.
Align tax engine priorities and the integrated delivery plan with the Wolt and Deliveroo international market roadmaps, and represent tax platform status updates to Tax and Engineering leadership.
Trace VAT-relevant data from upstream systems through Vertex to downstream reporting and compliance.
Serve as the senior functional tax leader for Wolt and Deliveroo, escalating risk and driving cross-functional alignment across Tax, Product, Engineering, and Data.
Manage and develop a team supporting this area, allocating workload, establishing QA checkpoints, and providing structured knowledge transfer on complex processes.
We’re excited about you because…
You have 8+ years of indirect tax or indirect tax technology experience, with several years working directly in VAT regimes.
You are familiar with VAT tax requirements and can translate them into system requirements.
Hands-on experience implementing or configuring Vertex O Series, and ability to review Vertex configurations and testing documentation and provide feedback.
Hand-on experience implementing or configuring ERP tax integration (e.g. Netsuite) with Vertex tax engine.
Experience with multi-country VAT implementations and EU VAT compliance; familiarity with non-US indirect tax regimes more broadly is a plus.
Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including managing, coaching, workload delegation, and quality oversight.
You can review technical design documents and provide functional tax expertise to engineering and product.
You have familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context.
You understand how tax data flows from upstream transaction systems through a tax engine to downstream reporting, including both in-house systems or ERP system integration flows.
Program or project management experience across dependent teams, including building plans, milestones, and dependency maps, and driving them to completion.
Comfort operating cross-functionally and building trust with partner teams without always holding formal authority over their roadmaps.

As a Partners Solutions Architect on Anthropic's Applied AI team, you'll be a pre-sales architect focused on building technical relationships with our Global and Regional System Integrators (GSIs/RSIs) and cloud partners (AWS and GCP). You'll strengthen these relationships to accelerate indirect revenue, enable partners' AI practices, and execute our long-term go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
Strategic technical partnership:
Act as a technical thought partner to the Anthropic GTM partnerships team. Bring technical expertise to help us understand the partner landscape, drive key strategic programs, and find ways to deepen partner technical capabilities. Embed with GSI and cloud partner technical teams to enable their AI practices, support troubleshooting, and evangelize Anthropic in their developer communities. You'll also serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
Joint solution development:
Work with partners to identify high-value, industry-specific GenAI applications, develop joint solutions, and codify reference architectures and best practices that speed time to deployment.
Customer deal support:
Step in to unblock strategic customer deals where partners are the primary delivery vehicle, providing deep technical expertise and solution architecture guidance.
Partner ecosystem and events:
Represent Anthropic at partner events such as GSI customer workshops, AWS summits, and industry conferences. Lead or support partner-specific developer events, hackathons, and technical enablement sessions, especially for technically native communities.
Product feedback:
Gather and validate feedback on Anthropic's products and offerings, especially as they relate to partner use cases and deployment patterns. Deliver it to the relevant Anthropic teams to inform the product roadmap and partner strategy.
You may be a good fit if you have
5+ years in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles, such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
A track record of partnering successfully with GSIs and/or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges, from initial solution design through customer delivery
Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including C-suite executives and engineering and IT teams
Strong presentation and technical communication skills, with the ability to translate requirements between technical and business stakeholders
Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science
Enthusiasm for cross-organizational collaboration, working through trade-offs, and balancing competing priorities
A love of teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed
A passion for using technology in ways that are safe and beneficial, and that advance the goal of safe AI systems

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.

We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

Department: Local subsidiary
Reports To: ICEYE Japan
Indirect Reporting Line: Global Head of HR/People Operations
Position: Permanent full-time role
Country: Japan
Role Overview: As a (Senior) HR Generalist, you are a key member of ICEYE’s local subsidiary in Japan and part of our globally distributed HR team, responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle for ICEYErs in your designated location.
You are the face of HR for our local office and the "1st Line of Defense" for all country-specific people matters. While our Global HR Operations team (the "2nd Line of Defense") designs global frameworks, tools, and data standards, you are responsible for the local tailoring and practical execution of these standards.
You will handle high-touch, individual cases that require deep knowledge of local labor laws and office culture. You bridge the gap between global ICEYE standards and local needs, collaborating closely with the local CEO and departments like IT, Finance, and Office Management to drive operational excellence and employee satisfaction.
In short, your mission is to ensure that ICEYErs in your assigned country are happy and engaged so that they can deliver better business results!
Responsibilities:
● Serve as the primary point of contact for local employees via our ticketing system or other dedicated tools, addressing a wide range of HR inquiries and issues related to benefits, policies, and employee lifecycle events, providing timely and accurate responses in alignment with our global standards.
● Handle individual cases for relocation and onboarding, including the preparation of local employment contracts and country-specific documentation.
● Manage local third-party HR providers in your assigned country to effectively address employee needs.
● Manage the local practicalities of offboarding to ensure all legal requirements and exit procedures are met.
● Act as the first point of contact for standard ER cases, handling practicalities while consulting with HRBPs and Global HR Operations on complex issues.
● Audit payroll data in the HRIS and ensure accurate local processing in collaboration with our in-house team and local payroll vendor.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and other relevant systems, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with local and global data privacy regulations.
● Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all local HR processes and policies.
● Stay abreast of changing local employment laws, ensuring all HR activities remain compliant and sharing best practices with relevant stakeholders.
● Identify opportunities to automate local HR tasks in collaboration with the Global HR Operations team, ensuring global "ways of working" meet local legal standards whilst preserving ICEYE’s core culture.
● Act as the go-to person for the local CEO on HR matters, escalating complex issues to the Global HR team when necessary.
● Provide local logistics and individual support for global HR initiatives such as Wellbeing, Performance Management, and L&D.
● Actively participate in or lead the development and communication of local HR programs and policies in accordance with team priorities.
REQUIREMENTS
● Strong working knowledge of Japanese labor law, local benefits and market HR best practices, with a track record of creating compliant HR policy documentation and internal knowledge base pages.
● A "hands-on" approach with high attention to detail in contract management, local onboarding experience, and the management of local third-party providers (e.g., benefit brokers).
● Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between global standards and local needs, influencing both local leadership and the global HR team.
● Strong analytical skills and high emotional intelligence to act as the "1st Line of Defense," handling sensitive "individual case" employee relations with the wisdom to escalate complex issues to the Global HR Operations team.
● Exceptional communication skills in English and Japanese, with the ability to bridge global ICEYE standards with local needs while influencing both local leadership and the global team.
● Comfort with HRIS (e.g., HiBob) and ticketing systems, utilizing data to audit local payroll and maintain "source of truth" records.
● A proactive and service-oriented mindset and the ability to remain effective in a fast-scaling environment, adapting global policies to local contexts without losing speed.

What makes Tenable such a great place to work?
Ask a member of our team and they’ll answer, “Our people!” We work together to build and innovate best-in-class cybersecurity solutions for our customers; all while creating a culture of belonging, respect, and excellence where we can be our best selves. When you’re part of our #OneTenable team, you can expect to partner with some of the most talented and passionate people in the industry, and have the support and resources you need to do work that truly matters. We deliver results that exceed expectations and we win together!
Your Role:
Tenable is looking for a Director, Channel Sales to lead our channel sales team across Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). You'll own the region's indirect go-to-market strategy — growing and managing the partners (resellers and distributors) who help Tenable reach customers across a region that spans a diverse market.
You'll manage and build a channel team and a partner network that can operate at that scale, while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Services, and Support to make sure partners are set up to sell, deploy, and support Tenable well in their local markets.
Your Opportunity:
Lead, hire, coach, and manage a team of channel sales professionals across APJ — helping each person grow their skills and their career.
Own and execute Tenable's channel sales strategy for APJ: set clear KPIs, build repeatable playbooks, and raise the bar on channel sales best practice across the team.
Grow the Tenable Assure Partner Program footprint across APJ — recruiting, enabling, and scaling resellers and distributors across the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum partner tiers.
Partner with global and regional Sales, Marketing, Services, and Enablement teams to build consistent partner compensation, training, and incentive programs suited to APJ's markets.
Manage the end-to-end channel sales process: pipeline health, deal registration, forecasting, and the metrics that keep the channel funnel healthy.
Own key partner and customer relationships across the region, and lead commercial discussions — including volume discounts and deal terms — for strategic partners and high-value accounts.
Represent APJ's channel priorities to global channel leadership, and adapt global partner programs so they work for local market realities (e.g. distributor-led models in parts of Southeast Asia and Greater China vs. direct reseller models in Australia and New Zealand).
Travel regularly across APJ to support partners, customers, and your team in person.
Take on other reasonable duties as the business needs — this list covers the core of the role, not all of it.
What You'll Need:
A genuine people leader — someone with a track record of coaching a team and helping them grow into stronger channel sellers and, eventually, leaders themselves.
5+ years of indirect/channel sales leadership experience in technology or cybersecurity, including at least 2 years at Director level leading a channel sales or partnerships function across APJ.
A solid understanding of how channel and distribution models differ across APJ's markets, and the judgement to adapt strategy country by country rather than applying one approach everywhere.
Experience setting and managing channel KPIs, quota attainment, and sales funnel metrics — and a track record of hitting them.
Established relationships with channel partners and distributors across the region.
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage partner and customer executives on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Experience designing or managing partner pricing, incentives, and deal registration programs, including for high-profile accounts.
The ability to work at both the strategic level (regional channel strategy) and the operational level (day-to-day deal and partner support).
Willingness and ability to travel regularly across APJ.
And Ideally:
Experience selling or partnering in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or exposure management specifically.
An additional regional language (e.g. Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or Bahasa) — a real advantage given the number of markets in scope, though not required.
Experience working within a tiered partner program (e.g. Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum-style structures) at a global technology vendor.
