About the Role
At Playson, we work with a deliberately small team of people who own what they do. This role follows that model. You’ll ensure our presence at the industry’s biggest international exhibitions, organise our signature Playson&Friends parties, and the exclusive experiences we create for our closest partners. Here, one person’s ownership makes a visible difference. You’ll have real autonomy, direct access to decision-makers, and a brand that cares about quality in everything it puts its name on.
We’re looking for someone who takes a complex project with dozens of moving parts and closes it end to end: budget, vendors, logistics, brand, guests, and the details nobody else noticed. Our clients come to expect the same standard from our events as from our games, and that standard is quality.
Key Responsibilities
International exhibitions and industry events
- Participation at major iGaming events such as ICE, SiGMA and SBC. This runs from strategy and budget through booth design and build to on-site delivery and post-event review.
- Negotiating with organisers, agencies and suppliers to get high-quality delivery within budget, and taking responsibility for both.
Client experiences
- Planning and producing Playson&Friends parties, our signature events where partners come together to celebrate and connect.
- Designing and delivering high-end experiences and one-of-a-kind moments for small groups of key clients.
- Handling every aspect: concept, venues, travel, hospitality, safety, timing and guest experience. Ensuring each experience feels effortless for the guest and reflects Playson’s brand.
Branded client hampers and promotional gifting
- Partnering with Account Managers to turn their promotional initiatives into branded and themed client hampers, including concept, sourcing, production, personalisation and international delivery.
- Building a reliable supplier network and a process that can deliver consistent quality at scale and on short notice.
Requirements
- 3+ years in event management, client hospitality or BTL marketing, ideally in iGaming, tech or entertainment.
- A proven track record of delivering complex international projects end to end, with personal accountability for the outcome. We’ll ask you for examples.
- The ability to manage several large projects at once and stay calm and decisive when plans change on-site.
- Experience producing premium, high-touch experiences for VIP or key-account audiences.
- Strong budget management and confident negotiation with suppliers and agencies.
- A creative eye, strong taste and close attention to brand consistency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of the global iGaming landscape and events ecosystem is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
What we Offer
- Benefit from a transparent and systematic quarterly bonus system.
- We offer a flexible work schedule to accommodate your needs.
- Choose to work remotely, providing greater flexibility and comfort.
- Enjoy unlimited paid vacation leave, including bank holidays.
- Take unlimited paid sick leave whenever necessary.
- Get reimbursement for professional development courses and training. We provide access to the latest tools and training for continuous growth.
Recruitment Process
- HR Interview
- Technical interview
- Final interview

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Research Engineer, GPU performance, you will sit at the heart of that spectrum: your low-level work directly determines how fast our frontier models can be trained and served. Working hand-in-hand with Research Scientists, you'll make every GPU count.
Mistral AI is hiring an expert in pushing large language model's GPU utilization and performance to their limits.. In this role, you will own the performance of our models end-to-end: writing the low-level code that extracts the maximum capacity from high-end hardware, and rethinking model architectures so they run efficiently at scale.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop low-level code that takes full advantage of high-end GPUs and maxes out their capacity — from custom kernels to memory-layout and communication optimisations.
- Rethink parts of the generative model architecture to make them more suitable for efficient inference, in collaboration with Research Scientists.
- Integrate low-level efficient code into a high-level MLOps framework, so that optimisations benefit every training run and deployment rather than a single experiment.
- Profile, benchmark and squeeze performance out of large-scale training and inference on thousands of GPUs.
- Model LLM execution on various GPUs with high fidelity to assess hardware usage and build serving performance estimates.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- High technical competence for writing custom low-level kernels and pushing GPUs to their limits.
- High expertise in the distributed computation infrastructure of current-generation GPU clusters.
- Overall understanding of the field of generative AI; knowledge of, or interest in, fine-tuning and using language models for applications.
- Strong software-design instincts: testing, code review, CI/CD.
- Self-starter, low-ego, collaborative.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

opportunities for professionals around the world

About the Company
Our client is an
established toys and games brand
coming off one of the most successful sport-related backyard game products in its category, and they're just getting started. They're now becoming a full sports, toys and games company, aiming to grow from zero to one million customers over the next three years.
Their products are loud, physical, competitive and made to be filmed.
About the Role
We're hiring a
Video Editor who makes footage hit
to work remotely with their team. This isn't about trimming dead air, adding captions and calling it done. You'll take a raw clip of a ball smashing into a target and turn it into something people watch four times before they scroll.
That means effects, motion graphics and transitions that actually land, sound design on every hit, whoosh and impact, and pacing so tight there's never a reason to look away.
You'll edit in two styles:
high-end cinematic edits
for brand and hero content, and
fast, punchy direct response edits
built to sell in ads. If you can do both, we want to talk. If you're elite at one, we still want to talk.
Job Responsibilities
Day to Day
Paid ads:
Turn creator footage and product clips into scroll-stopping ads for Meta and Instagram, built around strong hooks and clear selling points.
Organic social:
Create Reels, TikToks and Shorts with energy that matches the products.
Effects and motion:
Add on-screen text, tracking, speed ramps, impact frames, shakes, graphics and anything else that makes a moment pop.
Sound design:
Put SFX on every action, sync cuts to the beat, and choose music that drives the edit instead of just sitting under it.
Hero and launch content:
Produce high-end edits for new product drops and seasonal campaigns.
Variations:
Cut multiple hooks and versions of winning edits so the team can test fast.
Requirements
A portfolio that makes us stop. Nothing else matters as much as this.
Proven experience editing ads for real DTC physical product brands. We want to see work that actually ran and sold something.
Mastery of effects, transitions and sound design, not just cutting and captions.
A feel for short form: you know what makes someone stop, watch, rewatch and share.
Range across cinematic and direct response styles, or world class in one of them.
Fast turnaround without dropping the standard.
Organized and reliable: you label and store files properly, hit deadlines and give updates without being chased.
Bonus:
Experience editing for sports, gaming or toy brands.
Benefits
Competitive pay of up to $50 USD per hour. Where you land depends on your experience and portfolio.
Part-time role with flexible hours.
Ongoing work with real room to grow. For the right editor, there's a constant flow of work as the brand launches new products.
Creative ownership over how the brand's products look and sound on screen, as part of a company in a high-growth phase.
100% remote work flexibility from anywhere.
Collaborate with creators and an ambitious e-commerce team.

Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale.
