ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
Our mission
Shape the engineering foundations of Mistral AI’s next generation of compute capacity while improving the resilience of the infrastructure already in service. This role combines technical design leadership with field reliability engineering: you will establish demanding, practical requirements for colocation power and cooling, scrutinize proposed solutions and turn operating experience into better designs, safer changes and more reliable AI capacity.
Operating context & accountability
Mistral deploys high-density AI infrastructure in colocation facilities, where partners operate the underlying critical plant. You will be Mistral’s technical counterpart to providers, designers, commissioning specialists and internal IT and capacity teams. The position combines forward-looking design authority with hands-on technical investigation and portfolio reliability improvement. It requires depth in one core engineering discipline and the judgment to lead multidisciplinary decisions with specialist support.
Key responsibilities — design and technical standards
- Own and continuously improve Mistral’s technical design criteria and colocation requirements for new facilities, expansions and retrofits, including availability objectives, failure domains, maintainability and operational flexibility.
- Translate GPU platform roadmaps into measurable facility envelopes: IT load and transients, rack density, electrical topology, redundancy, cooling capacity, supply/return temperatures, flow, pressure, water quality and monitoring.
- Review utility and MV/LV arrangements, transformers, generators, UPS, switchgear, busway, protection coordination, earthing, power quality and metering for suitability under demanding AI loads.
- Review mechanical and controls architecture, including chilled-water and heat-rejection systems, pumps, control sequences, CDU integration, leak detection, filtration, water treatment and cooling recovery scenarios.
- Lead multidisciplinary reviews of single-line diagrams, P&IDs, sequences of operation, design calculations, capacity models, failure-mode studies and proposed deviations; document risks and decisions.
- Participate in site selection, technical due diligence, provider RFPs, design milestones and commercial technical schedules, challenging assumptions before they become delivery constraints.
- Define design review and exception processes that balance performance, resilience, deployment speed, efficiency, capital cost and long-term operability.
Key responsibilities — commissioning and delivery assurance
- Partner with delivery and commissioning teams to define functional and integrated testing requirements, acceptance criteria, evidence packages and outstanding-defect management.
- Validate that electrical and cooling infrastructure can support the contracted AI load envelope under normal, maintenance and credible fault conditions.
- Review test scripts and results for loss of utility, UPS/generator transitions, cooling component failures, controls faults, CDU interface events and staged restoration where applicable.
- Ensure operational handover includes accurate drawings, asset and interface registers, monitoring points, setpoints, maintenance constraints, emergency procedures and unresolved risk ownership.
- Support live-site changes and capacity upgrades with a disciplined review of impact, sequencing, rollback plans and operational readiness.
Key responsibilities — field reliability and root-cause analysis
- Act as a technical escalation point for recurring or high-impact electrical, mechanical and controls incidents across operational colocation sites.
- Analyze alarms, BMS/EPMS trends, event sequences, power-quality records, cooling telemetry, commissioning findings and maintenance evidence to distinguish symptoms from systemic causes.
- Lead or challenge technical root-cause investigations with colocation partners, including common-mode failures, protection miscoordination, thermal instability, control logic, hydraulic performance and hidden capacity limitations.
- Develop risk-ranked corrective actions and reliability improvement programs; validate effectiveness through evidence and post-change monitoring.
- Identify fleet-wide patterns and feed lessons learned into reference designs, acceptance tests, technical specifications and provider governance.
- Review maintenance and change proposals that create material exposure to compute availability, providing clear technical recommendations and escalation where required.
Key responsibilities — collaboration and leadership
- Work with IT hardware, network and platform teams to understand the operational consequences of rack-level and cluster-level failure domains.
- Influence colocation providers, consultants and OEM partners through technically rigorous, fact-based reviews without relying on direct operational authority.
- Present design trade-offs, reliability risks and investment recommendations in language accessible to engineering leadership and business stakeholders.
- Develop reusable standards, technical playbooks and engineering knowledge sharing to support consistent decisions across a rapidly expanding portfolio.
What success looks like
- New capacity is accepted against well-defined electrical, thermal and resilience criteria with transparent technical exceptions.
- Design risks are identified early, reducing late changes, stranded capacity and avoidable operational constraints.
- Repeat incidents and unresolved critical engineering defects decrease as corrective actions are verified.
- Field experience produces measurable improvements to future designs and live-site operating resilience.
Minimum qualifications
- At least 8 years in mission-critical data center design, engineering, commissioning or technical reliability, including responsibility for complex technical decisions.
- Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent professional experience, with deep knowledge in one discipline and strong working knowledge of the other.
- Demonstrated expertise in critical power and cooling architecture, redundancy, failure-mode analysis and operational risk management.
- Experience reviewing engineering drawings, calculations, commissioning evidence and root-cause analyses, and coordinating technical specialists.
- Ability to influence colocation providers and cross-functional stakeholders; excellent English communication and willingness to travel.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with AI/HPC infrastructure, high-density accelerator platforms and direct-to-chip liquid cooling.
- Knowledge of CDUs, facility-to-technology cooling interfaces, hydraulic performance, cooling-water quality and leak management.
- Experience with electrical protection/selectivity, power quality, controls sequences, integrated systems testing and BMS/EPMS analytics.
- Experience creating technical standards across multiple sites or providers, including design deviations and fleet-wide reliability improvements.

Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring an Enterprise Sales Lead to define and build the commercial opportunity for our emerging agentic products. You’ll identify where this technology solves meaningful customer problems, build relationships with enterprise buyers, and turn early interest into commercial deployments.
This role combines hands-on enterprise selling with product and GTM development. Working closely with our CTO, product, and engineering teams, you’ll help determine what we sell, who we sell it to, and how we package it. You should be comfortable taking an emerging capability to customers, learning quickly, and helping shape the offering as you build the business.
We’re building this effort with a small, focused team that works directly with customers, prototypes quickly, and turns promising technology into products people will use. Joining this team means helping define a new product category, its customer experience, and the business around it. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how businesses participate in the agent economy and bring that vision to market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop the enterprise sales and GTM strategy for our agentic products, identifying priority industries, buyers, use cases, and routes to market.
- Bring an established network of enterprise relationships and build new connections with decision-makers across commerce, services, and/or relevant regulated industries.
- Own the sales process from customer discovery and qualification through pilots, negotiation, and commercial agreements.
- Work directly with prospective customers to understand their workflows, business priorities, and requirements for deploying AI agents.
- Partner with product and engineering to translate customer needs into product requirements, demonstrations, and commercially compelling offerings.
- Help define positioning, packaging, pricing, and pilot structures, testing assumptions through customer conversations and actual deals.
- Build a repeatable approach to moving customers from early experimentation into production and broader adoption.
- Establish pipeline discipline, communicate market feedback, and help the team prioritize opportunities with the strongest commercial potential.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 12+ years of Enterprise Sales experience, with a track record of closing complex agreements and building trusted executive relationships.
- Meaningful startup experience, including building a new sales motion, launching an offering, or winning early enterprise customers.
- An established network of buyers in enterprise commerce, retail, services, or regulated industries.
- Experience selling technical products and translating emerging technology into clear business value.
- Direct involvement in shaping product positioning, packaging, pricing, or GTM strategy alongside product and engineering teams.
- Strong customer discovery skills and the judgment to distinguish a repeatable market opportunity from a one-off request.
- A hands-on approach: you’re comfortable prospecting, running discovery, developing proposals, and closing deals yourself.
- Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and a product that will evolve through customer engagement.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling AI agents, commerce platforms, payments, trust and security products, or enterprise workflow software.
- Familiarity with customer journeys such as shopping, returns and refunds, reservations, ticketing, or insurance servicing.
- Experience navigating enterprise procurement, security reviews, and requirements for controlled or regulated workflows.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
The role
We’re looking for a GTM Operations Manager to build and improve the workflows that connect our go-to-market teams.
A promising account signs up. Does the right person find out, with enough context to act? A customer becomes eligible for a new product. Do they receive useful guidance? A data sync fails overnight. Do we catch it before it affects a campaign, account handoff, or business decision?
You’ll help make those things work reliably.
You’ll join an existing GTM Operations team, working closely with @Nathan Bellehsen on Salesforce and Sales systems and @Masha Tsaryk on Marketing and customer-lifecycle systems. Your initial focus will be lead handoffs and lifecycle execution: the data, automation, quality checks, and reporting that turn customer signals into useful action.
This is a hands-on individual-contributor role. You’ll own agreed projects from understanding the problem through building, testing, rollout, and ongoing improvement. Experienced teammates will provide context, help set priorities, and partner with you on architectural decisions. Within that direction, we expect you to make progress independently and flag problems early.
Our stack includes Salesforce, Customer.io http://Customer.io, Clay, Looker, automation tools, and a growing set of AI workflows. You don’t need to know every tool. You do need to understand how systems connect and enjoy figuring out why something isn’t working.
Why we’re hiring for this role now
RevenueCat’s GTM organization is growing across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Growth. We’re developing more deliberate ways to identify promising accounts, help customers adopt our products, and turn successful one-to-one work into programs that reach many more people.
Our operations team already supports the systems behind that work. We need more capacity to take important workflows from “this could work” to something dependable that people use every day.
You’ll help us ship those improvements while making the existing operation easier to run: fewer manual handoffs, clearer ownership, more trustworthy data, and less time spent solving the same problem twice.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Own selected GTM workflows end-to-end. Translate a business problem into a practical solution, agree how success will be measured, build and test it, and stay responsible after launch.
- Make lead and account handoffs dependable. Build and improve enrichment, qualification, routing, alerts, and follow-up visibility. Help ensure important signals reach a named owner, and make missed or failed handoffs visible.
- Put lifecycle programs into production. Partner with Marketing and Customer Growth on audience definitions, triggers, exclusions, data syncs, campaign QA, and measurement. Turn repeatable requests into workflows and templates teammates can use.
- Keep data connected and usable. Trace how account, contact, and product-usage data moves between systems. Investigate stale records, duplicates, mismatched relationships, and failed syncs; fix what you can and work with the relevant system or Data owner on deeper issues.
- Build automation that holds up in everyday use. Test realistic scenarios and edge cases, monitor failures, and make it clear how to recover when something breaks. Bring consequential changes to the relevant system owner before rollout.
- Use AI where it improves the work. Build or improve workflows for tasks such as enrichment, research, qualification, and quality checks. Evaluate the output, understand the failure modes, and measure whether the result saves time or improves quality.
- Make what you build understandable and useful. Document your workflows, enable the people using them, gather feedback, and improve adoption. Share knowledge so another teammate can operate and troubleshoot your work. Keep documentation current as workflows change, and fill gaps in the existing processes you take on.
- Make operational performance visible. Build and maintain reports that help teams understand workflow health, handoff gaps, campaign execution, and adoption. Work with senior Ops teammates and Data on consistent definitions.
What you’ll need to be successful
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in GTM, revenue, marketing, sales, or customer operations.
- Practical Salesforce experience. You understand objects, relationships, fields, flows, and how data moves through the system. You have built or changed things yourself.
- Experience building in a marketing automation platform such as Customer.io http://Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, or Iterable, including segmentation, triggers, and integrations.
- Experience building something useful with AI. You can explain the problem, your contribution, how you checked the result, what failed, and what you changed. A sanitized walkthrough is welcome; we don’t expect confidential work from a previous employer.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical judgment. You can trace a problem across systems, check your assumptions against data, and distinguish a symptom from its cause.
- Ownership and follow-through. You can take an agreed problem, work through ambiguity, communicate tradeoffs, and deliver without needing every step assigned.
- Clear written communication. You keep stakeholders informed, document decisions, and explain technical problems in language others can act on.
- Care for the details. You think about the wrong audience, missing record, duplicate trigger, or failed handoff before it becomes someone else’s problem.
- Learning agility and adaptability. You can transfer what you know to unfamiliar tools and adjust your plan when priorities change, while keeping commitments and stakeholders informed.
Ideally, you
- Have worked in a product-led or usage-based business with both self-service and Sales-assisted customers.
- Have connected CRM, marketing automation, customer-success, or product-usage systems.
- Can use SQL, APIs, webhooks, or lightweight scripts to investigate data and connect tools.
- Have improved adoption of an internal tool or replaced repeated manual work with a maintained workflow.
- Have supported customer onboarding, product adoption, lifecycle education, or account-coverage programs.
What success looks like
Within the first month, you’ll:
- Learn how customers move through RevenueCat and how our GTM teams support them.
- Map an initial workflow with @Nathan Bellehsen and @Masha Tsaryk, including its data sources, owners, dependencies, and common failure points.
- Ship your first useful improvement as part of RevenueCat’s “first ship” tradition.
- Agree your initial ownership area and a prioritized set of problems to solve.
Within the first three months, you’ll:
- Own the day-to-day operation of an agreed set of lead and/or lifecycle workflows.
- Deliver an improvement from scoping through rollout, with clear documentation and stakeholder feedback.
- Establish baseline measures and monitoring for the workflows you own.
- Give another teammate enough context to support your work when you’re away.
Within the first six months, you’ll:
- Demonstrate measurable improvement in a core workflow, such as fewer missed handoffs, faster campaign delivery, fresher data, or less manual effort.
- Turn recurring operational requests into reusable processes.
- Show that the people your workflows serve are using them successfully, and improve what isn’t working.
Within the first twelve months, you’ll:
- Independently deliver projects across systems within your areas of ownership.
- Have a track record of reliable workflows, useful automation, and improvements that make GTM teams more effective.
- Help shape the next priorities using evidence from users, operational performance, and customer needs.
- Be developing deeper expertise and taking on progressively more complex work.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring a Lead Recruiter to own Director-level and above hiring across our G&A and business functions. You will lead some of the company’s most critical leadership searches, partnering directly with senior stakeholders to identify and hire leaders who will shape Ramp’s next stage of growth.
You will own searches from initial scoping through close, partnering directly with executives and senior leaders across the business. You will be expected to develop real fluency in each area you support, translate ambiguous business needs into clear hiring strategies, and bring an independent point of view on talent.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally strong at research, assessment, stakeholder partnership, and closing. You should be comfortable challenging assumptions, navigating sensitive and confidential searches, and creating structure without slowing the business down. You should be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, builds pipelines from scratch, and takes ownership of moving searches forward even when the role, target profile, or process is still taking shape.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Director-level and above roles across G&A and business functions, from intake and market mapping through offer and close.
- Develop real fluency in the functions you support and quickly build context when taking on a new area, so you can identify the signals that distinguish exceptional leaders beyond title, company, and tenure.
- Build proactive pipelines through market research, targeted sourcing, referrals, and thoughtful engagement with passive candidates. Independently build momentum on confidential searches where broad outreach or an existing pipeline may not be available.
- Develop assessment approaches that surface a candidate’s leadership effectiveness, functional expertise, and ability to operate at Ramp’s pace and scale.
- Move fluidly across functions, evolving role definitions, and competing priorities while maintaining a consistently high bar for talent, execution, and candidate experience.
- Exercise discretion throughout sensitive searches, managing candidate information and stakeholder communication with sound judgment.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- A track record of independently leading complex senior-level searches from initial scoping through accepted offer.
- Ability to advise senior leaders, challenge requirements, and influence hiring decisions through clear communication, market insight, and data.
- Demonstrated ability to build fluency in unfamiliar functions, context-switch across very different searches, and maintain strong judgment as priorities and scope change.
- A high level of ownership and comfort with ambiguity. You can turn an open-ended business need into an actionable search, build a pipeline from scratch, and drive progress without waiting for direction.
- Strong closing skills, including experience navigating competing offers, senior candidates, and sensitive searches.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Prior experience in executive search or a dedicated leadership recruiting role, particularly across G&A or business functions.
- Experience partnering directly with CEOs or other C-suite leaders on critical hires.
- Experience improving interview architecture, scorecards, market maps, or recruiting processes where structure was limited or still being built.
- Experience developing AI-enabled recruiting workflows that were adopted beyond your own individual searches.

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
At Wealthsimple, we take our clients' security seriously. The Fraud Investigations team is the front line of defense within our Security & Risk group. We are looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Fraud Investigator to specialize in Card Fraud and Disputes. You will be the detective protecting our clients' everyday spending, navigating complex card network rules, and ensuring our platform remains a safe place to build and spend wealth.
This is a 9-month initial engagement with the possibility of extensions and conversions based on performance and business needs.
What you will do:
- Investigate & Resolve: Dive into the weeds of card disputes and unauthorized transaction claims. You will evaluate transaction data, authentication methods (like 3DS, Apple Pay, or Chip & PIN), and digital footprints to confidently distinguish true fraud from friendly fraud or commercial disputes.
- Execute Chargebacks: Take decisive action to recover funds by navigating Visa/Mastercard dispute rules, filing accurate chargebacks, and understanding exactly when and how liability shifts apply.
- Guide the Client: Communicate directly with clients who are stressed about missing money. You will guide them through the dispute lifecycle, manage expectations regarding strict card network timelines, and provide updates with absolute empathy and clarity.
- Manage the Queue: Act as a master multi-tasker, managing multiple ongoing card disputes at once while strictly adhering to internal and regulatory case-closure Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Connect the Dots: Participate in weekly calibration sessions with your peers to share findings, spot new card testing (BIN) attacks or merchant scams, and help the team stay one step ahead of the fraudsters.
Who you are:
- The Transaction Detective: You have incredibly high attention to detail. You love looking at authorization data, spotting anomalies, and solving the puzzle of how and where a card was compromised.
- Objective & Analytical: You balance deep empathy with strict risk protocols. You rely on hard data (IP addresses, device IDs, entry modes) to make fair, evidence-based decisions rather than just taking claims at face value.
- An Empathetic Communicator: You know that behind every dispute ticket is a real person. You excel at taking complex payment network rules (like why a chargeback was won or lost) and explaining them clearly and calmly to our clients.
The Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of direct fraud or disputes experience (experience specifically touching card chargebacks, Visa/Mastercard network rules, or transaction monitoring is a massive asset!).
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of fraud management frameworks, controls, and prevention systems within the financial services and payments space.
- Analytical Chops: The ability to collect, organize, and analyze datasets with precision and accuracy.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Enterprise Agent Evals & Efficiency team makes Perplexity's agents better at completing real work across enterprise connectors, tools, and data. Our goal is to help agents choose the right tools, use the right context, and complete complex workflows reliably, with less time and compute. This team owns the improvement loop: define what successful work looks like, build evaluations that measure it, understand where agents fail, and ship changes that improve outcomes.
This is a hands-on engineering role with end-to-end ownership, from building realistic enterprise evaluation environments to shipping improvements across the agent harness, tools, and skills. You'll create complex scenarios spanning connected systems, data, and permissions, use them to identify where agents struggle, and improve the tools agents call, the skills they follow, the context they receive, and the models they use. Working with AI Research, Connectors, and Platform teams, you'll turn experimental results into measurable gains in task success, latency, and cost per successful task. The goal is not just to measure agents, but to make more enterprise work reliable and practical to automate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build realistic enterprise evaluation environments spanning connected applications, representative datasets, user roles, and permissions, with complex, multi-step workflows and reproducible system state.
- Own evaluation infrastructure, task suites, and automated graders that measure how well agents complete enterprise work, calibrated against human judgment and grounded in end-to-end outcomes.
- Analyze agent trajectories and production failures, identify root causes, and ship improvements across the agent harness, tools, and skills that measurably improve task success and reliability.
- Develop reusable skills and improve tool descriptions, schemas, and result handling so agents can select the right tools, execute workflows correctly, and recover from errors with fewer unnecessary calls.
- Build and evaluate model-selection and routing strategies that match each task to the right model and effort level, balancing quality, latency, reliability, and cost.
- Improve agent efficiency through context management, skill loading, caching, and execution strategies that reduce wasted tokens and cost per successful task without compromising quality or safety.
- Build regression gates and launch-readiness signals for model, connector, tool, skill, and harness changes, and validate that evaluation gains translate into better production outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of software engineering or machine learning engineering experience, with a track record of owning complex production systems from design through deployment and operation.
- Strong system design skills, including building reliable, scalable infrastructure for experimentation, evaluation, or data-intensive applications.
- Strong proficiency in a backend language such as Python, Go, or Rust, and the ability to work effectively across a multi-language production stack.
- Hands-on experience building, evaluating, or improving LLM-based applications or agents, including tool use and multi-step workflows.
- Deep expertise in at least one of the following:
- Evaluation infrastructure, benchmark design, and automated grading.
- Agent harnesses, tool interfaces, and reusable skills for complex workflows.
- Realistic test environments or simulations spanning multiple systems, datasets, permissions, and stateful workflows.
- Model selection, routing, and inference efficiency, including context management and caching.
- Strong experimental and statistical judgment, including choosing representative tasks, defining meaningful success criteria, diagnosing failures, and distinguishing real improvements from noise.
- Sound technical judgment in balancing task quality, latency, reliability, and cost, with a track record of translating evaluation findings into shipped improvements.
- A track record of leading ambiguous, cross-team initiatives from architecture through production adoption, setting technical direction, and raising engineering quality through mentorship.
If you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every qualification. We value demonstrated impact, deep ownership, and the initiative to turn ambiguity into results.

- You have translated changing business and technical priorities into credible hiring forecasts and recruiting capacity plans. You use pipeline, conversion, hiring lead times, and interviewer capacity to distinguish achievable commitments from emerging risks and guide resource decisions.
- You combine strong people leadership with deep recruiting expertise. You have raised team performance through coaching, partnered with hiring leaders to improve assessments, and maintained a high hiring bar at scale. You can personally unblock a difficult search or help close an exceptional candidate.

Built to maintain data integrity and workforce trust across a global contributor base, NIMO combines advanced verification, continuous monitoring, and structured QA to ensure every dataset is accurate, traceable, and culturally grounded. welodata.ai
About the Team
Welo Data's Trust & Safety function protects the integrity of a global, distributed workforce that powers AI data and annotation work. We run a multi-layered fraud detection stack combining identity verification checks, in-house behavioral signals, and platform activity data, and are actively building out a Trust & Safety Committee spanning four core workstreams: identity verification, location verification, account integrity, and multi-accounting detection. This is a hands-on investigative role, not a policy-only seat — you'll be working live cases from day one.
About the Role
We're looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist, based in India, to join our investigations team, working active fraud cases and supporting the broader fraud strategy program. You'll come in with real T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification experience from another platform, marketplace, gaming company, fintech, IDV vendor, or crowdsourced-workforce environment, and be ready to run investigations, process removals, and spot fraud patterns from week one.
What You Will Do
Run investigations end-to-end:
triage flagged accounts, review evidence (identity signals, behavioral flags, platform activity data), reach a disposition, and process removals in line with policy and SLA.
Own IDV review:
verify identity and location signals for flagged or high-risk accounts, distinguishing genuine edge cases from fraud.
Conduct manual audits and reviews:
prioritizing cases by risk and signal strength rather than intake order.
Detect multi-accounting and account integrity abuse:
recognize patterns across linked accounts, device/location overlap, and behavioral signals.
Apply a hypothesis-driven investigation method:
form a hypothesis, test it against the evidence, and reach a disposition that can be replicated and audited.
Contribute to detection improvement:
escalate emerging fraud vectors, false-positive/false-negative patterns, and rule gaps to the fraud strategy team.
Handle sensitive data responsibly:
apply GDPR-aligned data handling and deletion practices in every case.
Collaborate cross-functionally:
partner with Research Labs, Quality Strategy Architecture (QSA), and Forward Deployment Engineering on tooling gaps and process fixes surfaced by your casework
What You Bring (Must Have-s)
4+ years in a T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification investigations role — from a platform/marketplace T&S team, a fintech/payments risk team, an identity-verification vendor, or a crowdsourced/gig-workforce trust function.
Direct experience with identity/fraud signals — device fingerprinting, IP/geolocation checks, document verification, or behavioral fraud scoring.
Multi-accounting / account integrity pattern recognition — you've dealt with linked-account abuse, farming, or account sharing before, not just single-account review.
Case documentation discipline — you write clean, evidence-backed case notes that would survive an audit or an appeal.
Comfort with ambiguity and volume — you can prioritize a queue by risk, not just clear it by count.
Working knowledge of data privacy obligations (GDPR or equivalent) as they apply to case handling and data retention/deletion.
Nice to Have
Experience specifically in AI/ML data annotation, RLHF, or research operations workforce platforms.
Exposure to rule-based fraud detection engines and an opinion on rule sprawl vs. signal quality.
Familiarity with clustering/anomaly-detection approaches to fraud (even at a conceptual level).
Case management system experience (any ticketing or knowledge-base tooling).

About the Team
You will join our global Web3 growth and ecosystem team and support the global growth and ecosystem development of broader Web3 initiatives.
This is a global role working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple markets and regions to identify opportunities.
Responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Role Overview
This is a global Web3 growth and ecosystem role, based in Hong Kong and operating across markets. We are looking for a globally minded operations professional who is deeply involved in the on-chain ecosystem, understands diverse on-chain user communities, and can independently plan and execute campaigns across regions.
You will work around X Layer and OKX Wallet to connect ecosystem projects, communities, and users worldwide; bring high-quality applications to real users; and turn campaign participation into sustained on-chain usage and ecosystem growth.
This focuses respectively on public blockchain ecosystem partnerships and operations and global Wallet user growth and campaign operations. Both require strong ecosystem knowledge, cross-market user insight, and end-to-end campaign execution capabilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Ecosystem Research and Opportunity Identification
: Continuously track leading public blockchains and sectors such as DeFi, on-chain trading, and consumer applications across global markets. Identify projects with product value, an established user base, and growth potential, and develop actionable partnership and operational plans.
Ecosystem Partnerships and Development
: Build and maintain relationships with project teams, communities, and ecosystem partners across regions. Drive globally scalable co-marketing campaigns, application promotion, and user education, while continuously tracking post-launch activity and growth.
Global User Insights and Operations
: Engage deeply with on-chain user communities across markets to understand the motivations, decision-making habits, and barriers faced by different user segments. Establish user segmentation and feedback mechanisms, and optimise the conversion journey from first-time experience to ongoing usage.
Campaign Planning and Execution
: Independently lead global and regional ecosystem co-marketing campaigns, on-chain quests, trading campaigns, community incentive programs, AMAs, and online/offline events. Own target-setting, campaign mechanics, budget planning, resource coordination, launch execution, and post-campaign analysis.
Growth and Data Analysis:
Define metrics around qualified new users, first on-chain interactions, activity, retention, and partner-project growth. Evaluate performance using on-chain and product data, and continuously optimize participation requirements, incentive mechanisms, and operational investment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and regional teams to turn user feedback into product and operational improvements, ensuring a seamless connection between campaigns and the product experience.
What We Look For In You
Experience in Web3 ecosystem operations, user growth, community operations, or campaign operations. Able to provide complete case studies of projects personally led, with verifiable results.
Long-term, hands-on participation in the on-chain ecosystem. Proficient in using wallets, DEXs, cross-chain bridges, and mainstream DApps; understands core concepts such as token approvals, gas fees, slippage, and liquidity; and can independently conduct product-experience and user-journey analysis.
Familiarity with on-chain users and their communities. Understands behavioral differences among trading-focused, DeFi-focused, and task-driven users, and can distinguish short-term, incentive-driven participation from needs that support sustained usage.
Understanding of public blockchain ecosystem-building dynamics, including project onboarding, application distribution, user acquisition, liquidity, and communities. Able to design partnership proposals that create value for both project teams and users.
Proven experience independently planning and executing campaigns. Able to clearly articulate campaign objectives, target audience, mechanics, budget, execution process, and final outcomes, and propose improvements based on post-campaign reviews.
Strong data mindset, with the ability to analyze operational conversion funnels, user retention, and campaign costs. Accountable for genuine user growth and business outcomes.
Strong communication, project-management, and execution skills; able to drive projects in a fast-paced, globally distributed, cross-functional environment. Professional English communication and copywriting skills are required to work effectively with international projects, communities, and internal stakeholders. Additional language capabilities and experience operating across multiple markets are advantageous.
Preferred Global Experience
Deep involvement in on-chain ecosystems such as RWA and Meme, with an understanding of user personas, community culture, asset issuance, and trading mechanics across different sectors. Relevant project operations or growth experience is preferred.
Ongoing attention to and hands-on experience with emerging protocols such as Tapeout. Able to analyze product mechanics, user participation journeys, and growth opportunities, and translate these into concrete partnership or campaign proposals.
Experience in Meme community operations, trend-based campaign planning, or on-chain trading campaigns. Able to manage communication timing and drive community participation and user conversion.
Experience in user education, ecosystem partnerships, or campaign planning for RWA projects. Able to translate complex product mechanisms into clear, easy-to-understand content and participation flows.
An active global network of on-chain users, project teams, trading communities, or content creators, with the ability to independently drive cross-market partnerships and produce verifiable growth results.
Demonstrated success in converting early momentum around emerging sectors or protocols into Wallet usage, on-chain interactions, and sustained retention.

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
The Senior Health Systems Advisor will provide strategic and technical assistance to the Department of Health (DOH) in the development and implementation of the One Hospital Command as a regional patient navigation and referral system connecting primary care with appropriate diagnostic, hospital, and specialty services across public and private providers.
The Advisor will support DOH in developing a common operating model that can respond to regional differences in health facilities, geography, workforce, financing, and service capacity. The position will support both urgent and planned referrals and strengthen coordination across levels of care to help ensure that patients are appropriately accepted, referred, provided needed services, and linked back to the originating provider for continued care.
The Advisor will also support the application of strengthened referral and patient navigation systems to priority public health needs, including tuberculosis (TB), particularly where improved linkages between primary care, diagnostic services, treatment facilities, hospitals, and specialty services can strengthen continuity of care.
The Advisor will provide technical expertise to design the regional care and referral model, establish necessary operating processes and agreements, assess financing pathways, develop options for a professionally managed command center, identify opportunities to activate priority facility capacity, and support pilot implementation.
The Advisor will work closely with the designated DOH Hospital Cluster lead, Centers for Health Development (CHDs), DOH hospitals, Local Government Units (LGUs), PhilHealth, participating private providers, and other relevant stakeholders. The position will provide technical advice and implementation support. Final decisions on policy, financing, staffing, procurement, contracting, and facility operations shall remain with the appropriate authorized government and institutional officials.
The Advisor will support the DOH in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.
Responsibilities
The Senior Health Systems Advisor will support the conceptualization, operationalization, and pilot implementation of One Hospital Command as a regional referral and patient navigation system.
Key responsibilities include:
Assess existing referral pathways, patient navigation arrangements, service capacity, demand, and gaps across proposed pilot regions.
Develop a regional care and referral model defining roles, referral pathways, acceptance and escalation processes, feedback mechanisms, transfer arrangements, and back-referral processes across public and private providers.
Support the development of regional network maps, service directories, referral criteria, standard operating procedures, and agreements with participating providers.
Support the application of strengthened referral and patient navigation systems to priority health programs, including TB, to improve linkages across appropriate levels of care.
Assess financing pathways and barriers affecting completion of referrals, including applicable PhilHealth benefits, LGU and other lawful financing arrangements, and costs associated with transport, diagnostics, medicines, and professional services.
Develop and assess options for the One Hospital Command operating model, including in-house, outsourced, and hybrid arrangements for appropriate command center and coordination functions.
Identify opportunities to activate priority facility and service capacity through targeted investments, shared services, private provider participation, management or service contracts, or public-private partnership options.
Support selection, preparation, implementation, and monitoring of pilot regions and patient referral pathways.
Develop recommendations and a phased approach for expansion of the model based on pilot implementation, lessons learned, costs, readiness requirements, and financing and staffing implications.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regional Care and Referral Model
Map existing referral pathways, demand, service gaps, patient travel patterns, provider capabilities, and patient navigation arrangements in proposed pilot regions.
Differentiate appropriate pathways for cases suitable for primary care, direct specialty consultation, diagnostic referral, hospital admission, emergency transfer, and return to primary care.
Define the roles of referring providers, receiving facilities, regional command centers, CHDs, DOH hospitals, LGU health systems, PhilHealth, and the national coordination function.
Establish proposed acceptance, escalation, feedback, transfer, and back-referral rules, including pathways across public and private facilities and regional boundaries, where needed.
Develop regional network maps, service directories, referral criteria, standard operating procedures, and proposed agreements with participating providers, using existing networks and platforms where feasible.
Ensure that the design of regional referral pathways considers priority public health programs, including TB, where relevant to diagnostic, treatment, hospital, and specialty care referrals.
Network Financing
Map applicable PhilHealth benefits, provider contracting and payment arrangements, approved Special Health Fund uses where available, and other lawful financing sources for priority patient pathways.
Identify financing gaps that could prevent referrals from being accepted or completed, including costs related to transport, diagnostics, medicines, and professional services.
Develop practical financing and agreement options with PhilHealth, LGUs, health boards, and participating facilities.
Clarify proposed payment responsibilities, contracting or disbursement arrangements, required approvals, and approaches for tracking cases and payments, subject to applicable laws, regulations, and approval of the responsible authorities.
Command Center Operating Model
Define the proposed operating model for a regional patient navigation and referral center, including hours of operation, clinical triage and escalation, nonclinical call handling, case ownership, quality assurance, workforce requirements, supervision, training, data protection, and continuity arrangements.
Define interfaces between the command center, health facilities, patient navigation mechanisms, and emergency response systems.
Compare in-house, outsourced, and hybrid models for appropriate call center and coordination functions.
Develop recommendations including cost estimates, performance standards, clinical governance safeguards, data and system requirements, and draft specifications or terms for proposed service arrangements.
Define a minimum information set and reporting process covering bed availability, operating service capacity, specialists and other personnel, equipment, diagnostics, critical supplies, and service interruptions.
Link current capacity gaps with approved facility development plans and milestones to support appropriate assignment and monitoring of actions.
Priority Facility Capacity
Identify facilities and services that could be made functional through targeted investments, shared services, private provider participation, management or service contracts, or public-private partnership options.
Assess demand, readiness, staffing, operating costs, financing requirements, procurement routes, and time to service for identified priority opportunities.
Develop a shortlist of potential investable or contractable opportunities and prepare decision briefs for DOH and relevant LGUs.
Distinguish immediate operational improvements from projects requiring formal feasibility studies, procurement processes, or PPP approval.
Coordinate with relevant technical, finance, legal, and procurement offices in developing recommendations.
Pilot Implementation, Monitoring, and Scale-up
Support DOH in selecting pilot regions and referral pathways based on readiness, regional variation, and potential for learning.
Support participating offices in establishing agreed workflows, preparing staff, developing baseline information, and launching pilot implementation.
Facilitate regular case reviews and support rapid identification and correction of failed referral handoffs.
Monitor referral completion, time to acceptance and service, failed and repeated referrals, patient follow-up, capacity data completeness, financing barriers, and service gaps.
Track both operating performance and progress of actions intended to activate missing facility and service capacity.
Document implementation lessons, costs, decisions required, and minimum readiness conditions for expansion.
