We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany or Sweden.
Senior Software Engineer - Security Assurances
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Security Assurance to join our GRC engineering team. We are building a security system that’s automated at scale, rigorously data-driven, and built from the ground up with defense-in-depth and self-healing in mind. We support a highly autonomous, remote-first, cloud-native organization. We are a technical team that can build any tool we need, while knowing when to buy to improve velocity.
To support our growth and ambitious vision, we embrace agile principles and values, share openly, apply context-driven security mechanisms, default to action, and have an OSS-first mindset. We are a 100% remote company. We believe in high-velocity but sustainable expectations and timeframes, giving people the room to do great work.
The Opportunity:
You will work to build out our security observability, compliance, and control management systems and tools. You will develop services and tools to proactively defend our systems, provide visibility to our security state, and give engineers and stakeholders guardrails and paved roads to behave securely. You will collaborate across your team, the security department, and wider Grafana to write and deploy security policies across all of our SDLC, applications, and infrastructure.
This is a very technical, hands-on keyboard software engineering, so development experience is critical. You will ideally have some experience building, implementing and improving the maturity of security programs in Cloud-based SaaS organizations. Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (ISO, FedRAMP, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc) is useful, but the disposition to quickly learn new things is more important than rote knowledge. You will work alongside other security engineers, full-stack developers, and customer-facing teams. Experience guiding and negotiating with peers, stakeholders, customers, and auditors is a plus.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be a technical contributor on our GRC team covering a range of areas, including certifications, application, build, cloud, and supply chain security, and internal security tooling development
Develop, implement, and maintain highly automated security assurance programs to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIST, PCI-DSS, TISAX, whatever else our customers eventually throw at us)
Develop systems, automations, and methods of security observability to push the GRC engineering organization beyond just meeting certification requirements
Deploy security and compliance checks in an employee-enabling way (guardrails and paved roads) in their daily workflows and build pipelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into the software development lifecycle and operational processes.
Respond to customer security issues, security alerts, and potential incidents
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Experience developing in a production environment with at least one programming language. We primarily use Go, TypeScript, and Python but most languages translate well. You will take a code screen and be expected to discuss programming principles such as algorithms, data structures, and optimization
Knowledge of using and securing containerized, cloud-native applications, ideally with Kubernetes. Experience with multiple cloud providers is a strong plus
Experience in automating security and compliance processes using tools, scripts, and frameworks while enabling developer and employee workflows
Strong interpersonal skills, as this position will require communication with peers, stakeholders, auditors, and customers
Understanding of industry-recognized security frameworks, standards, and certifications, such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, NIST, or GDPR, and how to apply them without added operational burden. You can gain this by reading the standards documents and audit guidance
A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Bonus Points For:
Working knowledge of Grafana Labs OSS projects and products. Experience in using observability tooling to solve security problems.
Experience working with OSS communities
Experience in using technical automations to prove infrastructure compliance
Experience securing large-scale distributed systems running in public clouds

We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp's Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team is looking for a senior investigator ready to shift from running cases to scaling the systems that run cases. You've built real depth in TM Alerts, AML Investigations, Complex Fraud, and EDD Reviews; you know what a good escalation looks like, where analysts get stuck, and where automation actually holds up in production versus just looks good in a demo. In this role, you'll spend most of your time partnering with Engineering and the Head of FCC Tooling to turn that judgment into scaled AI systems: testing model outputs, labeling and calibrating results, and making sure every automated decision point is well-documented and properly governed. You'll stay close enough to FCC's day-to-day workflows and will partake in some of them, but this is fundamentally a builder role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner directly with Engineering and the Head of FCC Tooling on automation experimentation and AI initiatives across TM, sanctions, complex fraud, and EDD, moving prototypes from one-off calibration exercises to defined, repeatable evaluation processes.
- Design and run labeling and tagging workflows for model outputs (e.g., TM alert dispositions, sanctions/PEP hit review) building a structured, documented pipeline in place of today's ad hoc process
- Define and maintain test sets, scenario coverage, and evaluation frameworks for compliance AI/agent tools in partnership with the engineers building them
- Own the documentation and governance layer for every automated or AI-assisted decision point
- Work with the FCC team to understand current workflows to guide innovative solutions
- Recommend automation and AI adoption decisions with evidence and escalate control-posture or model-risk trade-offs to compliance leadership
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of financial services experience in compliance, AML, or related regulatory advisory roles, preferably in fintech
- Demonstrated senior-investigator experience across TM Alerts, AML Investigations, Complex Fraud, and EDD Reviews
- Direct experience testing, labeling, or evaluating AI/ML model outputs, or strong aptitude and demonstrated fast ramp-up if new to formal model evaluation
- Strong AI fluency and data analytics skills
- Comfort partnering with engineers day-to-day and ability to translate compliance judgment into build specs, test cases, and evaluation criteria engineers can act on
- Strong project management and documentation rigor
- Ability to scope an ambiguous automation problem, choose an approach, and deliver a durable outcome with minimal oversight
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Data science background
- Experience working with outsourced testing/QA partners on model tuning or signal collection
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more
- Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)
CANADA
- Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life
- Life, AD&D, and disability coverage
- Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime)
- Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay
- Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health

About the Team
Welo Data's Trust & Safety function protects the integrity of a global, distributed workforce that powers AI data and annotation work. We run a multi-layered fraud detection stack combining identity verification checks, in-house behavioral signals, and platform activity data, and are actively building out a Trust & Safety Committee spanning four core workstreams: identity verification, location verification, account integrity, and multi-accounting detection. This is a hands-on investigative role, not a policy-only seat — you'll be working live cases from day one.
About the Role
We're looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist, based in India, to join our investigations team, working active fraud cases and supporting the broader fraud strategy program. You'll come in with real T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification experience from another platform, marketplace, gaming company, fintech, IDV vendor, or crowdsourced-workforce environment, and be ready to run investigations, process removals, and spot fraud patterns from week one.
What You Will Do
Run investigations end-to-end:
triage flagged accounts, review evidence (identity signals, behavioral flags, platform activity data), reach a disposition, and process removals in line with policy and SLA.
Own IDV review:
verify identity and location signals for flagged or high-risk accounts, distinguishing genuine edge cases from fraud.
Conduct manual audits and reviews:
prioritizing cases by risk and signal strength rather than intake order.
Detect multi-accounting and account integrity abuse:
recognize patterns across linked accounts, device/location overlap, and behavioral signals.
Apply a hypothesis-driven investigation method:
form a hypothesis, test it against the evidence, and reach a disposition that can be replicated and audited.
Contribute to detection improvement:
escalate emerging fraud vectors, false-positive/false-negative patterns, and rule gaps to the fraud strategy team.
Handle sensitive data responsibly:
apply GDPR-aligned data handling and deletion practices in every case.
Collaborate cross-functionally:
partner with Research Labs, Quality Strategy Architecture (QSA), and Forward Deployment Engineering on tooling gaps and process fixes surfaced by your casework
What You Bring (Must Have-s)
4+ years in a T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification investigations role — from a platform/marketplace T&S team, a fintech/payments risk team, an identity-verification vendor, or a crowdsourced/gig-workforce trust function.
Direct experience with identity/fraud signals — device fingerprinting, IP/geolocation checks, document verification, or behavioral fraud scoring.
Multi-accounting / account integrity pattern recognition — you've dealt with linked-account abuse, farming, or account sharing before, not just single-account review.
Case documentation discipline — you write clean, evidence-backed case notes that would survive an audit or an appeal.
Comfort with ambiguity and volume — you can prioritize a queue by risk, not just clear it by count.
Working knowledge of data privacy obligations (GDPR or equivalent) as they apply to case handling and data retention/deletion.
Nice to Have
Experience specifically in AI/ML data annotation, RLHF, or research operations workforce platforms.
Exposure to rule-based fraud detection engines and an opinion on rule sprawl vs. signal quality.
Familiarity with clustering/anomaly-detection approaches to fraud (even at a conceptual level).
Case management system experience (any ticketing or knowledge-base tooling).
Recommended Education
Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law, Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Data/Computer Science, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience in T&S, fraud investigations, or identity verification will be considered in place of a degree.
Relevant certifications are a plus: CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), or IDV/identity risk vendor certifications.

THE TEAM
The People Team at Chainalysis is dedicated to enabling growth, building an inclusive environment, and providing the support that helps our employees do the best work of their careers. Chainalysis is at a defining moment, transforming from a product-based company to an intelligence platform AI native company. The People Team plays a critical role in ensuring our organization evolves as fast as our technology.
Our Go-To-Market organization, spanning Sales, Sales Engineering (Solution Architects), Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations, is the engine driving that momentum. As we scale, our GTM teams need an HR Business Partner who operates with the same speed, intensity, and bias for action that defines the business itself.
THE ROLE
As Director, HR Business Partner, Go-To-Market, you will be the strategic people partner embedded directly within our GTM leadership team. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role at the Director level. You will not manage a team, but you will be expected to operate with the authority, judgment, and executive presence of a senior leader. You will own the full scope of people strategy for GTM end-to-end: from organizational design and talent planning to performance management, employee relations, and change management. You are the single point of accountability for translating business priorities into people initiatives that accelerate revenue growth.
A trusted, high-impact partnership with the COO will be critical to success in this role, one in which the HR Business Partner’s voice is heard, ideas are valued, and creative thinking shapes consequential people and business decisions. You are essential to GTM success. With a significant body of work ahead, this is not a role for the faint of heart; it requires the imagination, resourcefulness, resilience, and influence to turn ambitious priorities into meaningful results.
Their role demands an execution-oriented leader, someone who doesn't wait for direction, moves fast, takes risks, is willing to make mistakes, drives outcomes with urgency, and brings a relentless focus on getting things done. You thrive in high-growth, high-change environments and are energized by the pace and complexity of a scaling GTM organization. You are equally comfortable coaching a CRO or COO through a sensitive org restructure as you are rolling up your sleeves to build a new compensation framework or run a talent calibration session from scratch. Your opinion matters, have one.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:
DRIVE GTM PEOPLE STRATEGY WITH SPEED AND PRECISION
- Own and execute the end-to-end people strategy for the Go-To-Market organization, directly partnering with the COO, CRO, and CCO to align talent priorities with revenue targets.
- Lead organizational design efforts to ensure the GTM structure scales efficiently, proactively identifying gaps, redundancies, and opportunities to optimize team composition as the business evolves.
- Develop and execute workforce planning strategies that anticipate hiring needs, succession gaps, and capability builds across Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
- Operate as a true business partner, not a support function. Bring data, recommendations, and a point of view to every leadership conversation, and hold leaders accountable to people's commitments.
OWN TALENT MANAGEMENT AND PERFORMANCE EXECUTION
- Drive and build a rigorous, outcomes-based performance management culture across GTM, ensuring that high performers are recognized and rewarded, and that underperformance is addressed swiftly and directly.
- Lead talent review and calibration processes for GTM, partnering with leaders to build robust succession plans for critical revenue-facing roles.
- Design and implement GTM-specific retention strategies, with a focus on high-impact sellers, technical sales talent, and customer-facing leaders in competitive talent markets.
- Coach and advise GTM managers at all levels on leadership development, team effectiveness, and building high-performing sales and customer success cultures.
EXECUTE ON COMPENSATION, INCENTIVES, AND GTM-SPECIFIC PROGRAMS
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Total Rewards to design and refine GTM compensation structures, including variable pay, sales incentive plans, SPIFs, and quota-setting frameworks that drive the right behaviors and outcomes.
- Analyze compensation competitiveness within the sales and GTM talent market, making proactive recommendations to attract and retain top revenue talent.
- Lead GTM-specific people programs including onboarding for revenue hires, ramp-time optimization, sales enablement alignment, and GTM-wide engagement initiatives, with a bias toward measurable impact.
LEAD CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS WITH CONVICTION
- Drive change management initiatives across GTM with urgency and clarity: territory realignments, org restructures, RIF planning, and M&A integration for acquired sales and customer teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters within GTM, handling complex and sensitive situations with sound judgment, speed, and discretion.
- Navigate ambiguity with confidence. In a fast-moving GTM environment, you make decisions with imperfect information, course-correct quickly, and never let process slow down progress.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while maintaining a pragmatic, business-first approach to risk.
BUILD DEEP PARTNERSHIPS ACROSS THE BUSINESS
- Forge strong, trust-based relationships with the COO, CRO, CCO, and broader GTM executives. Become the go-to advisor on all things people, from strategic org decisions to day-to-day people challenges.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition to drive aggressive hiring plans, ensuring the right talent pipeline for quota-carrying and customer-facing roles.
- Partner with People Operations, Total Rewards, L&D, and HRIS teams to ensure GTM-specific needs are reflected in company-wide programs and systems.
- Bring a "one team" mindset. While your focus is GTM, you operate as part of the broader People team and contribute to enterprise-wide HR initiatives and best practices.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE:
- 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, with at least 5 years supporting Go-To-Market, Sales, or Revenue organizations in high-growth B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a Director-level individual contributor. You bring executive-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution in equal measure without needing a team behind you.
- A track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments. You've built and iterated on people strategies while the business was scaling rapidly around you.
- Deep expertise in GTM talent dynamics: sales compensation design, quota-based performance management, territory planning, and retention strategies for revenue-critical roles.
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders (VP and C-level) with data-driven recommendations and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Strong employee relations experience with a demonstrated ability to handle complex, high-stakes situations with speed, good judgment, and confidentiality.
- Exceptional communication skills. You are direct, clear, and persuasive, whether you're coaching a first-time manager or presenting an org design proposal to the executive team.
- An aggressive, action-oriented disposition. You are known for driving results, holding a high bar, and refusing to let inertia or ambiguity slow you down.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in blockchain, fintech, cybersecurity, or regulated technology industries.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), people analytics tools, and modern HR tech stacks.
- Experience supporting globally distributed GTM teams across multiple regions and time zones.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)

About the Team
Welo Data's Trust & Safety function protects the integrity of a global, distributed workforce that powers AI data and annotation work. We run a multi-layered fraud detection stack combining identity verification checks, in-house behavioral signals, and platform activity data, and are actively building out a Trust & Safety Committee spanning four core workstreams: identity verification, location verification, account integrity, and multi-accounting detection. This is a hands-on investigative role, not a policy-only seat — you'll be working live cases from day one.
About the Role
We're looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist, based in Mexico, to join our investigations team, working active fraud cases and supporting the broader fraud strategy program.
5+ years in a T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification investigations role — from a platform/marketplace T&S team, a fintech/payments risk team, an identity-verification vendor, or a crowdsourced/gig-workforce trust function.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken's Compliance Operations teams, including the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), investigations and enhanced due diligence, are the front line of how Kraken detects and responds to financial crime. The systems they run on sit within Core Services Product, alongside the engineering teams who build them. That covers alert ingestion, case management, investigator tooling and a growing set of automation and AI tools.
This role owns the product for that investigation platform. That means how an alert is created, enriched, grouped and suppressed. How it becomes a case. How an investigator reaches and documents a decision. And how every step is evidenced to a regulator or auditor. You'll start with the FIU, where the workflows are most complex and the audit bar is highest, then extend the platform across Compliance Operations.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the investigation-platform roadmap end to end. Sequence it and defend it, and re-sequence it when a regulator or the RCO raises a P0.
- Define "done" before build starts. Write phased deliverables and acceptance criteria that Compliance signs off, and hold the line when scope moves.
- Get requirements in before engineering starts. Build the intake between Compliance policy, monitoring rules and case management so that changes don't reach investigators before their workflows are ready.
- Understand the process before building. Reconcile policy and SOPs against what investigators actually do and what the system actually does. Know the difference between a process fix and a technical one, and say which requests are in scope for engineering.
- Understand the pipeline well enough to challenge it: ingestion, profile and transaction resolution, suppression and grouping logic, and reconciliation between vendor output and case management. Be able to walk an auditor through it with live examples.
- Make auditability a first-class requirement: audit trail, data lineage, evidence retention, reviewer attribution, change-management controls, and validation of filtering and suppression logic.
- Ship automation and AI into regulated workflows with controls that hold up in Compliance, IT and privacy audits. That means human-in-the-loop design, explainability and ongoing monitoring.
- Run the operating rhythm: a shared forum with engineering and adjacent product managers, a regular stakeholder update, and one delivery status that everyone reads the same way.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years of product management, including 2+ years on financial-crime systems such as transaction monitoring, investigations, case management, KYC/EDD or sanctions screening.
- Working knowledge of how an AML programme is examined, including the questions regulators, internal audit and model validation ask about monitoring, filing and control systems.
- The technical fluency to go deep on data flows and system design with engineers, and to spot when a design won't meet the requirement.
- A track record of shipping internal tools or operational platforms that measurably changed how an operations team works.
- Clear, concise writing, from PRDs and phase plans to audit walkthroughs and executive updates.
- The judgement to tell a senior stakeholder a timeline isn't realistic because the requirements aren't written yet, and to keep the relationship intact.
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct FIU experience, such as alert disposition, SAR/STR filing or leading investigators.
- Crypto or digital-asset experience, such as blockchain analytics, wallet-level transaction analysis or focal vs counterparty logic.
- Experience shipping AI or ML into a regulated investigative workflow, including the control design.
- Build-vs-buy and vendor evaluation for monitoring or case-management tooling.
- Experience with programmes that span jurisdictions (UK, EU/MiCA, US).
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Recruiting should insert the current approved
OKX
corporate “Who We Are” language when the position is posted.
About the Team
The
Fraud
Investigations Team (FIT)
is a First Line of Defense function within OKX’s
Risk organization
responsible for identifying, assessing, investigating, and helping manage significant internal and external fraud risks affecting the company, its customers, personnel, and operations.
FIT conducts and supports complex investigations involving digital assets, internal and external fraud, employee misconduct, insider threats, unauthorized access or misuse of information, vendor and third-party misconduct, account compromise, social engineering, collusion, conflicts of interest, and other significant fraud-related matters.
The team works closely with Legal, HR, Information Security,Engineering, Physical Security, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and other functions across OKX.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Analyst, Blockchain Investigations &
Fraud
Intelligence
to join FIT.
This is first and foremost a
blockchain investigations role
requiring significant hands-on expertise tracing digital assets across complex blockchain ecosystems. The successful candidate must be capable of independently conducting sophisticated on-chain investigations, developing and testing attribution hypotheses, identifying relationships among wallets and entities, following assets through multiple chains and protocols, and translating highly technical blockchain activity into clear investigative findings.
Blockchain analysis is a specialized investigative discipline. Accordingly, we are seeking someone who understands not only how to operate commercial tracing platforms, but also the
underlying blockchain architecture, transactional mechanics,
attribution
methodologies, clustering techniques, tracing limitations, and evidentiary considerations
necessary to reach reliable conclusions.
The role extends beyond on-chain analysis. The Senior Analyst will combine blockchain intelligence with enterprise data, system logs, transactional records, open-source information, and other evidence to support complex fraud and insider-risk investigations.
The position will also provide analytical support to the Global Physical Security Team (PST) on selected protective-intelligence and threat-assessment matters.
The Senior Analyst will directly manage
one Analyst
and will be expected to serve as a subject-matter resource for blockchain investigations and analytical methodology across FIT.
What You’ll Be Doing
Blockchain Investigations & Digital-Asset Intelligence
Lead and conduct complex
blockchain investigations and transaction tracing
across multiple wallets, counterparties, entities, blockchains, tokens, protocols, and digital-asset ecosystems.
Trace the
origin, movement, conversion, layering, consolidation, and ultimate disposition of digital assets
, including activity spanning multiple intermediaries and blockchain environments.
Conduct investigations using tools such as
Chainalysis
Reactor
, TRM Labs, Elliptic, or comparable blockchain intelligence platforms
, while understanding the methodologies and limitations underlying platform-generated attribution.

centralized exchanges, self-hosted wallets, decentralized exchanges, cross-chain bridges, mixers, privacy-enhancing technologies,
DeFi
protocols, smart contracts, stablecoins, NFTs, OTC activity, gambling platforms, and other relevant ecosystems
.
Trace assets across
multiple chains and cross-chain transactions
, identifying continuity of funds where technically supportable and clearly documenting assumptions or limitations where definitive attribution is not possible.
Analyze transaction graphs, address relationships, behavioral patterns, clusters, counterparties, timing, amounts, transaction sequencing, and other relevant blockchain indicators.
Understand and appropriately apply
wallet-clustering and
attribution
methodologies
, including the limitations and potential for false attribution associated with particular heuristics.
Independently evaluate blockchain intelligence rather than relying solely on automated labels, risk scores, or vendor-generated attribution.
Corroborate on-chain findings, where appropriate, with
internal account records,
KYC
/
KYB
information, transaction data, access information, open-source intelligence, legal-process returns, or other available evidence
.
Identify relationships among blockchain addresses, OKX accounts, external counterparties, individuals, organizations, vendors, affiliates, and other relevant entities.
Reconstruct complex transaction flows and create clear
fund-flow diagrams, transaction maps, timelines, and visualizations
that allow investigators and nontechnical stakeholders to understand the movement of assets.
Analyze blockchain activity associated with suspected
fraud
, theft, account takeover, social engineering, insider activity, collusion, payment diversion, asset misappropriation, or other misconduct
.
Identify new wallets, counterparties, entities, or transactional patterns that may generate additional investigative leads.
Clearly document the methodology, assumptions, confidence level, and limitations associated with blockchain findings.
Distinguish between
confirmed
attribution
, vendor attribution, analytical inference, behavioral similarity, and an unverified investigative hypothesis
.
Avoid presenting blockchain proximity, exposure, clustering, or a commercial risk score alone as proof of ownership, control, intent, or misconduct.
Maintain current knowledge of emerging
blockchain technologies, protocols, tracing methodologies, obfuscation techniques,
fraud
typologies, and developments affecting blockchain
attribution
or investigations
.
Fraud
Investigations & Investigative Intelligence
Conduct and support investigations involving
internal and external
fraud
, employee misconduct, insider threats, vendor and third-party misconduct, collusion, conflicts of interest, asset misappropriation, unauthorized access, credential misuse, and other significant fraud risks
.
Combine blockchain findings with off-chain evidence to develop a
comprehensive investigative picture rather than treating blockchain activity in isolation
.
Develop investigative hypotheses and objectively test those hypotheses against available evidence, including information that supports, contradicts, or fails to establish the hypothesis.
Conduct
timeline reconstruction, link analysis, relationship mapping, pattern analysis, clustering, and comparative analysis
across individuals, accounts, wallets, devices, systems, transactions, and entities.
Support investigations involving
account takeover, impersonation, social engineering, business-email compromise, payment diversion, affiliate misconduct, and trusted-party abuse
, particularly where a digital-asset, employee, vendor, or enterprise nexus exists.
Analyze vendor, affiliate, partner, and other third-party activity for indicators of billing irregularities, undisclosed relationships, conflicts of interest, unusual payments, control circumvention, or other potential misconduct.
Support investigative interviews by developing transaction timelines, identifying inconsistencies or information gaps, organizing evidence, and identifying appropriate areas for follow-up.
Enterprise Data & Insider-Risk Analytics
Analyze appropriately authorized information including
system and access logs, authentication records, audit trails, customer-account activity,
KYC
/
KYB
information, transaction records, payment information, case-management records, vendor information, and relevant security telemetry
.

wallets, accounts, employees, customers, vendors, devices, transactions, and other relevant entities
.
Support investigations involving suspected unauthorized access, information misuse or exfiltration, credential compromise, control circumvention, unauthorized disclosure, or abuse of privileged access.
Identify anomalous behavior or access patterns that may warrant additional investigation.
Develop repeatable analytical methodologies capable of processing and correlating information from disparate systems.
Use appropriate scripting, database querying, data visualization, and analytical technologies to efficiently analyze large or complex datasets.
Investigative Reporting & Evidence
Prepare clear, concise, and well-supported
blockchain investigation reports, investigative memoranda, executive summaries, transaction-flow diagrams, link charts, timelines, and other analytical products
.
Explain complex blockchain concepts and transaction activity in plain language suitable for
investigators, senior management, Legal, regulators, or
law enforcement
, as appropriate.
Clearly distinguish among
allegations, investigative leads, known facts, third-party
attribution
, analytical judgments, assumptions, information gaps, and substantiated conclusions
.
Ensure analytical conclusions are proportionate to the evidence and do not imply greater certainty than the underlying blockchain or other data supports.
Maintain sufficient documentation to allow significant blockchain findings to be
reviewed, reproduced, and understood by another qualified analyst
.
Preserve and handle investigative records in accordance with applicable
evidence-preservation, chain-of-custody, confidentiality, privacy, access-control, and need-to-know requirements
.
Support appropriately authorized law-enforcement, regulatory, litigation, or legal matters in coordination with the appropriate company functions.
Protective Intelligence & Physical Security Support
Provide analytical support to PST on selected matters involving threats or concerning activity directed toward employees, executives, offices, events, or other company interests.
Conduct authorized open-source, link, timeline, blockchain, financial, or other analytical research where relevant to understanding the identity, relationships, capabilities, or activity associated with a potential threat.
Assist in evaluating available information relating to
credibility, corroboration, intent, capability, access or opportunity, targeting, escalation, timing, and other relevant indicators
.
Prepare objective analytical products identifying known facts, analytical judgments, material information gaps, uncertainties, and appropriate confidence levels.
Support PST’s assessment while preserving
PST’s responsibility for protective-security decisions and operational response
.
Leadership & Development
Directly manage and develop one Junior Analyst, including
work allocation, coaching, technical development, quality assurance, and review of analytical work product
.

What We Look For In You
7+ years of relevant investigative or analytical experience
, with meaningful professional experience specifically conducting
cryptocurrency or blockchain investigations
.
Demonstrated hands-on expertise independently conducting
complex blockchain tracing investigations
, rather than solely reviewing blockchain alerts or commercial risk scores.
Advanced proficiency with one or more blockchain intelligence platforms such as

wallets and addresses, transactions, UTXO and account-based models, tokens, smart contracts, block explorers, transaction fees, confirmations, and blockchain-specific transactional structures
.
Strong understanding of digital-asset ecosystems including
centralized exchanges, self-hosted wallets,
DeFi
, DEXs, stablecoins, cross-chain bridges, mixers, privacy-enhancing mechanisms, and other relevant technologies
.
Demonstrated ability to trace assets across
multiple chains, protocols, and intermediaries
and recognize when technical limitations prevent definitive continuity or attribution.
Experience conducting
transaction-graph analysis, wallet
attribution
, clustering, counterparty analysis, transaction-flow reconstruction, and investigative link analysis
.
Ability to critically assess blockchain attribution and distinguish among
technical facts, commercial vendor intelligence, analytical inference, and unsupported assumptions
.
Experience integrating blockchain intelligence with
off-chain evidence and enterprise information

Sound judgment and ability to work effectively where evidence is incomplete, conflicting, or evolving.
Demonstrated discretion when handling sensitive employee, customer, investigative, security, or company information.
Demonstrated experience mentoring, supervising, or reviewing the work of junior analysts or investigators.
Nice to Haves
Experience conducting blockchain investigations within a
cryptocurrency exchange, blockchain analytics company, law-enforcement agency, regulatory organization, financial institution, intelligence function, or investigative consulting environment
.
Experience investigating digital-asset matters involving
fraud
proceeds, theft, account compromise, insider activity, social engineering, asset tracing, or complex cross-chain movement
.
Experience supporting
asset recovery, law-enforcement referrals, subpoenas/legal process, civil litigation, regulatory inquiries, or other matters requiring defensible blockchain analysis
.
Experience investigating insider threats, employee misconduct, unauthorized access, data exfiltration, credential compromise, vendor fraud, conflicts of interest, or trusted-party abuse.
Experience with
OSINT, digital forensics, enterprise logs, security telemetry, or identity and access-management information
.
Experience creating custom blockchain analytics through
APIs,
SQL
, Python, blockchain explorers, node data, or other raw-data sources
, rather than relying exclusively on commercial graphical interfaces.
Relevant blockchain-specific training or certifications, including certifications associated with
Chainalysis
, TRM Labs, or comparable blockchain-analysis platforms
.
Professional certifications such as
CFE, CFCS, CAMS, GIAC, or comparable investigative,
fraud
, financial-crime, cybersecurity, or intelligence credentials
.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role requires significantly more than knowing how to enter an address into a blockchain analytics platform.
The successful candidate should be able to receive a complex transaction, wallet, allegation, or investigative question and independently determine
how to trace the activity, which chains and protocols are involved, what the available data establishes, what additional information is needed, what
attribution
can reasonably be made, and where the technical or evidentiary limitations prevent a definitive conclusion
.
The individual should be able to move seamlessly between
on-chain and off-chain evidence
, recognizing that a blockchain transaction may establish movement of assets without necessarily establishing the identity, knowledge, intent, or conduct of the person behind a wallet.
They should also be capable of converting a highly technical blockchain investigation into a concise and defensible explanation that an investigator, attorney, executive, regulator, or law-enforcement partner can understand and act upon.
At the same time, this person must be sufficiently versatile to apply the same investigative discipline to
internal
fraud
, insider risk, enterprise data, third-party misconduct, and protective-intelligence matters
when required.
The hierarchy is much clearer this way:
blockchain investigations are the specialized core competency;
fraud
/investigative intelligence is the broader mission; enterprise analytics and PST support are complementary capabilities.
That should materially improve the candidate pool versus a title that makes blockchain expertise appear interchangeable with general data analytics.

You will work on state of the art infrastructure, in close collaboration with our science and research engineering teams. Your job is to turn that infrastructure into products that AI-native startups and enterprises pay for, integrated with our developer platform Studio.
You will operate as an individual contributor first — taking end-to-end ownership of complex and significant product lines — while building the foundation for the inference PM team as the portfolio grows. The size and shape of the team reporting into the role will be defined together with the VP Product once you're in place; from day one the expectation is hands-on product leadership, not people management.
You will be the first PM fully dedicated to inference and the most senior product hire in the space. You will report to the VP Product - Cloud & Inference, and work day-to-day with our inference engineering teams in the US and Europe.
What you'll do
- Strategy and vision: define the vision, strategy, and annual goals for the inference portfolio, aligned with customer needs and company objectives. Benchmark the managed-inference field and pick where we win.
- Roadmap and execution: own the full lifecycle for serverless inference, dedicated endpoints, and adjacent services. Prioritize, ship, measure, iterate. Economics: own adoption, revenue contribution, and gross margin for your products. Treat cost-per-token, unit economics, and capacity tradeoffs as product decisions, and partner with GTM, Finance and Marketing on pricing, packaging, and launches.
- Customers: spend real time with AI-native startups and enterprises running advanced production workloads. Turn their constraints, like latency, throughput, compliance, and cost, into roadmap choices.
- Engineering partnership: work daily with inference engineering and the cloud infrastructure teams behind our data centers on capacity planning, scheduling, routing, and reliability.
- Research and open source: track open-source inference advances and emerging model architectures, and turn them into performance and efficiency gains for the product.
- Team building: as the portfolio scales, help shape and grow the inference PM team — hiring, mentoring, and setting the product bar.
What we're looking for
- Deep product experience in tech and infrastructure with a track record of bringing inference, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems to market. You have built robust, at-scale AI infrastructure first-hand.
- An engineering background before moving into product management.
- You have taken an infra or inference product from early stage to material revenue and adoption, owning complex and significant product lines end to end.
- Player-coach disposition: you lead from the front — hands-on product work now, with the range and appetite to build and coach a team as we scale.
- Fluency in the economics of the business: gross margin, unit economics, and the tradeoffs behind token pricing and GPU capacity.
- High ownership and a strong bias for action. You prototype with AI coding tools, write your own specs, and unblock yourself without waiting for engineers or designers.
- Low ego, comfort in ambiguity, and credibility with executives, engineers, and customers alike.
