1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We're looking for a promising new Product Manager Intern who is excited about gaining hands-on experience in a friendly and fast-paced environment. At 1Password, the Product Management organization plays a key role to ensure our products and features solve the most important customer problems. As a Product Manager Intern, you will work closely with development, design, and other functions to deliver solutions that have both customer and business value. The End User Experience team is responsible for the daily activities of users across B2C and B2B. We are also stewards of the Family Organizer role. This is a MASSIVE surface area to cover and a huge opportunity for someone looking for a challenging new role.
We'll help you gain valuable experience and realize your potential as a product manager, and hope that you'll leave us with a passion for learning, some new friends, and the self-confidence to take on whatever comes next.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What You Can Expect:
- Develop deep customer empathy through interviews, research, and data analysis
- Work closely with your counterparts in development and design to scope and deliver impactful features
- Assist in gathering new evidence of problems in the customer base and market
- Represent Product Management in various meetings such as agile ceremonies
- Perform research on competition and trends as needed
- Use and help mature the implementation of our Product Management processes and tooling, particularly with AI
What we're looking for:
- Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion.
- Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them).
- Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are.
- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
Bonus points for:
- Experience writing and refining detailed requirements.
- An understanding of general technologies, coding tools, and leveraging AI
- Exposure to Pragmatic Marketing or other Product Management frameworks.
- Personal experience using 1Password (or other password managers).
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged at 1Password—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of most roles. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
What we offer
We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:
🏝 Generous PTO policy - 2.08 days per month (1.5 work weeks per 4 month term)
💖 Company-wide wellness days (1 per quarter)
🌎 Employee-led inclusion and belonging programs and ERGs
🏠 Remote-first environment

Developer Interfaces builds the tools developers and AI agents use to work with 1Password from code. We own the 1Password CLI and we are building out the SDKs and the public developer API experience. Our goal is to make every one of those surfaces feel like one product that is fast, consistent and secure by default. The work sits where developer experience meets security, so the problems are real and the bar for correctness is high.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What You Can Expect:
- Ship features and fixes in the 1Password CLI, written in Go and Rust, that developers use every day in terminals, scripts and CI pipelines.
- Measure and improve CLI and SDK performance with benchmarks and usage data.
- Write a short design doc before you build, get feedback from senior engineers, then carry the work through code review, testing and release.
- Learn how a security company builds developer tools, from authentication flows like OAuth to handling secrets safely.
- Use AI coding tools with judgment. You review and verify what they produce, and you own every line you submit.
- Experience with Go or Rust
- You built a CLI, library or API that other people actually used
- Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 or other authentication flows
- Experience with developer docs, OpenAPI specs or static site generators
- Interest in how AI agents use developer tools

In this role, you will drive execution excellence across a diverse portfolio of international expansion initiatives, standing up new go-to-market and infrastructure entities. You will partner closely with the Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Payroll and Finance Systems leads, functional business owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are well-governed, on track, and delivering measurable business value.
This role requires someone who can context-switch across multiple finance domains, establish lightweight but effective program management practices, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly. You will be instrumental in helping Anthropic scale its international footprint so that every new entity is ready to operate and meet its obligations from day one.
Responsibilities
Program Management:
Manage a portfolio of international entity set-ups, ensuring clear prioritization, resource alignment, and delivery accountability across the Finance teams that own the deliverables

Establish and maintain lightweight governance frameworks appropriate for a fast-paced, engineering-centric culture, including standardized project intake, status reporting, risk management, and decision escalation processes
Status Tracking & Reporting:
Provide clear, consistent visibility into project health, milestones, dependencies, and risks through structured reporting to the Head of International Accounting, functional leads, and Finance leadership, and maintain the inventory of entities and the infrastructure expansion pipeline
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Lead cross-functional coordination across Finance Operations, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Finance Systems, Legal and People Operations teams to drive alignment and remove blockers
Entity Set-up and Go-live Readiness:
Track the finance set-up of each new entity (bank accounts, tax registrations, intercompany agreements, bank mandates, payroll, Workday and the accounting systems) and its go-live readiness, through the first payroll, first month-end close and first payroll tax or VAT filing, in support of the finance owner
Compliance Coordination:
Partner with the Tax, Payroll and Accounting teams and local advisers to support the registrations, filings and compliance calendar of each new entity
Change Management:
Drive user adoption for new entity processes and controls through structured change management, including training, communication plans, and post-go-live support
Vendor Management:
Track and manage vendor delivery timelines, SOW commitments, and partner accountability across the banks and the payroll, tax and accounting providers in each country
AI Initiative Tracking:
Coordinate AI automation initiatives within the international expansion portfolio, tracking progress on Claude-powered use cases and ensuring integration with broader Finance roadmap
Minimum Qualifications
Have 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or PMO roles, with at least 3 years working in finance or accounting
Have hands-on experience managing complex entity set-ups, international expansion programs or multi-country roll-outs
Can manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different finance domains without losing sight of the details or the big picture
Are skilled at building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal and People Operations teams
Have experience designing and implementing governance frameworks that provide accountability without excessive overhead, particularly in fast-paced, agile environments
Possess strong analytical skills and can synthesize complex project data into clear, executive-ready reporting
Are proficient with modern project management tools (Asana, Jira, or similar) and entity management tools and can quickly establish portfolio-level visibility and dashboards
Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex project information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and can navigate ambiguity while maintaining focus on delivery and deadlines

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
Browser Extension Excellence owns the foundation that supports 1Password’s browser extension, our most-frequently used client surface. This includes architecture, health monitoring, build and test pipelines, developer tooling, cross-browser compatibility, and setting new standards within the WECG. We investigate production incidents, improve load and runtime performance, and guide the extension through changes such as Manifest V3 and browser version deprecations.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What You Can Expect:
- Write efficient, scalable, and robust customer-facing features in one or more of our web or Rust tech stacks.
- Collaborate with people across the company like Product, Design, Customer Support, Release Ops, and other Software Development teams.
- Focus on building and optimizing features in our extension as well as working with browser-specific APIs and behaviors (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
- Focusing on extension performance, stability, and correctness
What we're looking for:
- Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion.
- Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them).
- Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are.
- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
Bonus points for:
- Experience or interest in working with browser extensions
- Someone interested in working in multiple tech stacks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. We’re a distributed team so written communication in particular is very crucial.
- Someone who thinks about the impact of their work in terms of the end user.

THE ROLE
As a Software Engineer at Baseten, you will own one of the most critical surfaces of our business: pricing, billing, and revenue infrastructure.
As we launch more and more products— billing is no longer just operational plumbing. It is a strategic lever for growth. This role will establish clear ownership of billing as a function and create leverage for Finance, Sales, and GTM teams while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own Baseten’s end-to-end billing and revenue infrastructure, including pricing, invoicing, metering, and reporting foundations.

- Partner closely with Finance, Sales, GTM, and Forward Deployed Engineering to turn real-world workflows into reliable internal tooling and automation (quoting, approvals, renewals, usage reconciliation, revenue reporting).
- Design systems that scale with new products, packaging, and go-to-market motions, making billing a strategic lever for growth.
- Drive reliability and operational excellence for revenue-critical workflows: monitoring, alerting, incident response, backfills, and clear runbooks.
- Lead from the front on high-impact projects: clarify requirements, propose crisp technical approaches, ship iteratively, and raise the bar on quality and velocity.
- Debug and resolve production issues with urgency, communicating clearly with stakeholders and closing the loop with durable fixes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with billing systems or building internal tools
- Deep knowledge of the web stack & databases
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
