About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic’s Safeguards Enforcement team detects and mitigates misuse of Claude, and much of that work depends on people: a growing human review workforce made up of full-time staff, contractors, vendors and BPO partners. As that workforce scales across a widening range of harm areas, the programs that bring people in, give them the right access, and roll them off cleanly have to keep pace.
As Program Manager for Safeguards Workforce Operations, you’ll own those programs end to end. You’ll run onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning and access provisioning for every worker type we use, working hands-on with the requests themselves while you build the processes that make them repeatable. You’ll partner with Enforcement leads to turn shifting priorities into capacity plans, and carry those plans through with our vendor partners. Because this role supports every Safeguards Enforcement program, you’ll also connect the dots across Anthropic, working with IT, People Operations, Security, Contingent Workforce, Human Data Operations and other teams running scaled human review to streamline practices and keep standards consistent.
This is a role for someone who likes fixing broken things at speed. The landscape moves quickly, priorities change often, and the work is an even mix of direct execution and program building.
Key responsibilities
Own the workforce lifecycle for contractor, vendor and BPO reviewers: onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning and access provisioning
Triage and execute inbound requests for new or changing vendor, BPO and contractor capacity
Turn ad hoc or broken processes into scalable ones, with clear owners, service levels and a system of record
Partner with IT and Security on access governance: least-privilege provisioning, timely revocation and regular access reviews
Build and maintain capacity plans with Enforcement leads, translating review demand into workforce needs and adjusting as priorities shift
Work with Safeguards vendor management to hold partners accountable to capacity and onboarding commitments
Align practices with Human Data Operations and other teams running scaled human review, and help them streamline their own workflows
Help define the long-term workforce strategy for Safeguards Enforcement
Minimum qualifications
Have personally run onboarding, offboarding, access and device provisioning for contractor, vendor or BPO workforces — doing the work, not only overseeing it
Have operated scaled human review programs with vendors or BPOs, such as trust & safety, content moderation or data annotation operations
Have taken a broken or ad hoc process, made it scalable, and brought other teams along in adopting it
Understand the fundamentals of capacity planning: how volume, handle time, quality targets, ramp and attrition turn into workforce needs
Exercise sound judgment on access and permissions, and know when to bring in IT or Security
Move quickly and stay effective when priorities change and information is incomplete
Build alignment through direct partnership with the teams you depend on
Preferred qualifications
Owned a vendor or BPO relationship directly, including service levels and business reviews
Built formal capacity models for review or operations workforces
Supported workforces across more than one enforcement or harm area
Hands-on experience with device management and identity and access tooling
Worked through a period of hypergrowth where programs had to mature alongside the organization
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$245,000
—
$285,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About KIRA
Our mission is to make money smart, reliable and within reach for everyone. In 2019, we built the first mobile-first insurance platform, enabling insurance to be accessible online by millions in the region. Today, it's the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia. We are expanding ways to help people in Asia including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more. Our objective is to build tools that help people get more from their money, become experts with ease and self-reliance. We believe AI will help us achieve this in our generation.
The Role
KIRA is building an AI Stockbroking Superapp for Southeast Asia across payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading. These products move real money. Reliability, regulatory requirements, and third-party financial rails are fundamental to the product.
The Technical Product Manager owns a product vertical end-to-end, from strategy and outcomes through technical design, delivery, and launch. We are AI-native by default, but AI is a means, not the goal. The bar is knowing where AI genuinely improves an outcome, where deterministic systems must remain in control, and how to build products that are reliable, auditable, and trusted.
What You'll Own:
— Owning a product vertical end-to-end, including strategy, metrics, roadmap, priorities and delivery.
— Shaping technical design with engineering across APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, failure handling, security and scalability.
— Driving trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory requirements and user experience.
— Building regulatory requirements into the product across KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy and licensing.
— Applying AI where it improves outcomes, with clear evaluation, safeguards, human oversight and failure handling.
— Shipping products around external dependencies, including regulatory approvals, financial rails and third-party partners.
— Aligning Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury and Finance around clear product decisions and launch requirements.
What We're Looking For:
— 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex technical products from strategy through production.
— Strong technical foundation across system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes and distributed systems.
— Experience working closely with engineers and ability to review, challenge and contribute to technical designs.
— Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading or another regulated, high-consequence product domain.
— Strong product judgment and ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical, regulatory and operational constraints.
— Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including evaluation, reliability and understanding when AI should not be used.
Nice to have:
— Engineering or highly technical product background.
— Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
— Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products.
Outcome:
— Clear vertical strategy and legible roadmap.
— Ships fast and clears the gates that actually block launch.
— Money is correct and users are never misled about the state of their funds.
— AI features are valuable, predictable and trusted.
— Trade-offs made deliberately under uncertainty and hold up when challenged.
— Engineering, design, compliance, and operations are aligned with minimal friction.
Location:
This is a remote role. We hire globally and work across multiple countries and time zones. Candidates should be comfortable working effectively in a distributed, fast-moving international team and collaborating with colleagues across different locations.
Language:
English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.
Interview Process:
Our process is designed to move fast:
— Online assessment or practical task
— Technical interview
— CEO / final round
For strong candidates, we aim to complete the process and make an offer within 1 week from the start of the interview process. Candidates who complete assessments quickly will be prioritized.

About Us
Moongate
is building the world's leading sound therapy app, helping people sleep better, get focused, and relieve stress. We're bootstrapped, profitable, and focused on scaling to eight-figure ARR while keeping the team small and nimble.
The Role
You'll own the growth and monetization engine for our app: our web funnels, activation, onboarding, pricing, paywalls, and win-backs. Moongate has strong product-market fit and a large, growing subscriber base. What we need now is someone who can turn that base into compounding revenue through relentless, data-driven experimentation.
You'll be thinking strategically, but primarily hands-on: designing tests, building the campaigns and lifecycle journeys, shipping paywall and pricing changes, reading the results, and iterating. You'll work closely with the founders, head of marketing, and our engineering team, to build both growth features, but also to implement the tooling and systems that empower your role.
Requirements
You're a Fit If
You have a demonstrable track record of driving measurable revenue growth through pricing, paywall, and lifecycle experimentation on a subscription product.
You're as comfortable executing as strategizing: building the campaign, configuring the CRM flow, or shipping the paywall yourself.
You have hands-on experience with subscription billing flows, like Apple IAP or Stripe.
You've built and run CRM/lifecycle campaigns end-to-end.
You have a strong mobile subscription/monetization background.
You're a good writer with exceptional written English, able to internalize our brand voice and make it your own.
You know how to leverage AI tools to increase your capacity and execute faster with a lean team.
Benefits
Why Moongate?
No bureaucracy.
You'll be making top-level decisions alongside the founders every day.
Maximum impact.
You'll directly own the revenue engine for an app with over 1 million downloads and 100,000 subscribers.
High growth potential.
We're aiming for 10x (100x!) growth. You'll directly contribute to that, and have a stake in it.
Positive mission.
Our goal is to improve people's wellness through sound therapy. We hear stories every week of the life changing impact Moongate has had on people's sleep habits, mental health, and overall wellbeing. In a world full of addictive, engagement-driven products, this is a rare opportunity to help promote wellness instead.

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an AI Search Manager to help our customers succeed in the new era of AI-driven search. In this role, you'll onboard new clients, support them in improving their visibility across search engines, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces, and grow your expertise alongside our senior strategists. You'll pair solid SEO fundamentals with strong communication skills, analyzing websites and search performance, preparing recommendations, and helping clients turn insights into action. Working closely with Sales, Growth, and Product, you'll also contribute to how we enable customers and shape best practices for succeeding in AI-powered search.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Onboard and activate new clients, and educate them on how to get the most out of Peec AI to improve their visibility in AI search
- Review websites, content, and search performance to identify AI search opportunities across platforms, and turn your findings into clear recommendations
- Prepare for and co-lead advisory sessions with brands and agencies, working alongside senior strategists to build GEO strategies and roadmaps
- Support clients on day-to-day GEO questions, from strategic guidance to hands-on execution
- Manage a portfolio of clients, keeping a close eye on usage and account health, and flag churn risks or expansion opportunities to the team
- Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Product to improve activation journeys, case studies, and customer enablement materials
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years of hands-on SEO or organic growth experience, whether at an agency, in-house, or at a SaaS company
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO basics, content strategy, and search intent, plus curiosity about how organic performance drives business outcomes
- Comfort working directly with clients: you can present findings clearly and are eager to build your consulting skills
- Ability to explain SEO concepts in simple, actionable language for marketing and brand teams
- Excitement about the shift from "10 blue links" to generative search, and motivation to learn fast at the frontier of that change
- Confident verbal and written communication skills in English for client calls, workshops, and written recommendations
BONUS POINTS
- Experience at a top-tier SEO agency or supporting client-facing SEO projects
- Initial experience with AI search, or experimenting with how brands show up in AI assistants
- Exposure to building SEO playbooks, content strategies, or reporting for clients
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS or marketing tech environment
- Confident verbal and written communication skills in German
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category
