From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. We're open to candidates based anywhere in the AMER or EMEA regions.
Role Summary
We are hiring a content marketing lead to set the company-wide direction for Oyster’s editorial narrative: the category story we tell about the future of work, the arguments our executives make in public, and the original research that HR, Finance, and Legal leaders cite when making decisions.
You will operate as an AI-first functional lead rather than a traditional editorial manager. There are no direct reports, deliberately. Your leverage will come from the AI systems and governance you design—research agents, brand-voice models, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, and evaluation—plus the senior stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and subject-matter experts you mobilize.
We are looking for the person who wants to find out how much editorial ambition one exceptional operator with a well-built AI stack can carry, and who will set the standard for what an AI-native content function looks like. The scope is unusual for a single role: a live audience across our library, newsletter, and podcast; a leadership team that publishes and speaks; proprietary employment data from 180+ countries; and the mandate to build this function the way it should be built, not the way it has always been done.
Key Responsibilities
Own the narrative
- Define Oyster’s long-term editorial and category strategy across Marketing, executive leadership, Product, People, Legal, and customer-facing teams.
- Resolve high-stakes narrative trade-offs and establish the positions, evidence standards, and language Oyster uses consistently across business areas.
- Own a multi-year editorial roadmap and a focused portfolio of flagship research and thought-leadership bets linked to company strategy.
- Act as the final quality bar for voice, accuracy, evidence, and taste across human- and AI-produced content.
Build company-wide AI content mechanisms
- Architect and govern reusable systems for research, brand voice, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, evaluation, and reporting.
- Define risk-based rules for where AI leads, where humans lead, and where specialist or executive approval is mandatory.
- Establish mechanisms and standards adopted across Marketing and relevant partner teams, not only within the content workflow.
- Measure leverage through throughput, cycle time, cost, adoption, quality, and business impact; evolve the system each quarter.
Lead thought leadership and executive voice
- Set the operating model for executive publishing and advise leaders on the arguments Oyster should make publicly.
- Turn proprietary employment, salary, and hiring data into a durable original-research programme that shapes external conversation.
- Mobilize newsletter, podcast, events, PR, analyst relations, Product Marketing, partner/customer storytelling, and social around shared narratives.
Own business impact
- Connect editorial and narrative decisions to company growth, customer trust, target-account engagement, earned influence, and pipeline.
- Build reporting that enables executives and teams to make better portfolio and investment decisions.
- Identify emerging market shifts early and recommend company responses before they become obvious.
Mobilize the extended organization
- Set direction for senior stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, specialists, and subject-matter experts without relying on formal authority.
- Create decision rights, operating rhythms, and shared standards that enable multiple teams to execute consistently.
- Define the long-term roadmap and future organizational shape of the capability, including what remains expert-led, becomes a system, or requires hiring.
Core Requirements
- 8+ years in content, editorial, or brand journalism, including senior ownership of a brand narrative or thought leadership programme at a B2B technology company.
- Evidence of setting a company or category narrative that changed decisions, earned external authority, and was adopted across teams.
- A portfolio of work that earned attention on merit through citations, quotations, debate, or organic sharing.
- A demonstrated AI-first practice beyond drafting, including agents, custom workflows, evaluation, QA, governance, and adoption by others.
- Exceptional English-language editorial judgment, writing, editing, sourcing, and voice control.
- Ability to turn proprietary data and complex research into clear, defensible arguments with business relevance.
- Experience making high-leverage trade-offs and setting direction across executives and multiple functions without formal authority.
- Proven ability to build scalable mechanisms, operating standards, and roadmaps that enable others to deliver consistently.
- Genuine motivation to operate as a high-autonomy IC with no direct reports and company-critical scope.
Bonus
- Domain background in HR tech, global employment, future of work, fintech, or another compliance-heavy category.
- Experience with AI search visibility — optimising for how assistants retrieve, summarise, and cite sources.
- Multimedia range: video, podcast, or design fluency.
- Experience standing up an in-house newsroom or an original research programme.
- You have worked or lived across multiple markets, or speak more than one language.
This might not be right for you if...
- You want a people-management role now rather than a high-autonomy IC remit.
- Your AI experience is primarily prompting for drafts rather than building and evaluating systems.
- You prefer high-volume production to a small portfolio of high-conviction work.
- You are uncomfortable challenging vague, unsourced, or off-voice work—including work from senior stakeholders.
- You need a tightly defined execution plan rather than shaping a function under ambiguity.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English

An overview of this role
As Director, Product Management: Agentic Software Delivery, you'll own one of GitLab's most strategic sections, spanning Continuous Integration, Artifact Management, Continuous Deployment, and Observability. You'll lead senior and principal product managers and be accountable for adoption, retention, and revenue across build, package, deploy, and monitor. Today, these are separate stages with a human making the call at each handoff. As agents take on more coding, pipeline, and deployment work, you'll set the three-year vision for how much of that judgment the system can make safely and how quickly a production signal can turn into a fix without waiting for a human to notice it first. You'll define how customers move from today's manual checkpoints toward agent-driven software delivery at a pace that fits their risk tolerance. In your first year, you'll bring four connected roadmaps into one coherent strategy, establish how investment is allocated and reallocated, deepen partnerships with Engineering and go-to-market leaders, and give customers a credible path for managing software delivery at scale.
What you’ll do
Own the strategy, three-year vision, and business outcomes for GitLab's Agentic Software Delivery section, with a clear point of view on how artificial intelligence is changing software delivery.
Lead and develop senior and principal product managers across Continuous Integration, Artifact Management, Continuous Deployment, and Observability, helping them grow as independent decision-makers.
Establish the frameworks, standards, and operating rhythm that support consistent, high-quality product decisions without unnecessary escalation.
Own section-level key performance indicators and adoption funnels, using the results to reallocate investment or stop work that isn't paying off.
Evaluate major strategic bets, partnerships, and build, buy, or partner decisions, and develop the business cases that support them.
Partner with Engineering leadership on platform investment, architectural direction, and trade-offs across the section, while connecting build, package, deploy, and monitor into one coherent customer experience.
Drive pricing, packaging, go-to-market strategy, migration, and adoption with Product Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering across free, commercial, and enterprise offerings.
Represent the section with GitLab's senior leadership, key enterprise customers, partners, and industry audiences, while modeling AI-native product management across discovery, synthesis, prototyping, roadmap exploration, and concept development.
What you’ll bring
Experience leading product managers, including developing senior and principal talent, hiring, and addressing performance directly.
A track record of owning a portfolio across multiple product areas and being accountable for adoption, retention, and revenue, not only roadmap delivery.
Product management depth in one or more relevant areas, such as continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, artifact or package management, release management, or observability.
Sound judgment about where to invest and where to stop, including experience making and defending build, buy, or partner decisions with a business case.
Technical fluency to work with engineers and architects on pipeline design, artifact workflows, deployment strategies, and observability signals such as logs, metrics, and traces.
Experience shaping pricing and packaging for technical products across free, commercial, and enterprise offerings.
Experience working with technical customers in developer tools, DevOps, or software delivery environments where engineers and engineering leaders are primary users.
Executive-level communication and influence.
Practical use of AI tools in product management workflows, along with a thoughtful view of how AI and agentic workflows are changing software delivery. We welcome candidates whose experience may come from different but transferable product and leadership paths.
About the team
The team brings together senior product leaders across GitLab's software delivery platform and works closely with Engineering, Design, and go-to-market partners so customers experience these capabilities as one connected system. The team helps customers manage today's delivery complexity while shaping how AI-powered and AI-native workflows influence the next generation of software delivery. As part of GitLab's all-remote organization, the team collaborates asynchronously across regions with a focus on transparency, written communication, and clear decision-making.

They must be comfortable engaging C-suite stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions, and driving measurable value realization across large enterprise accounts.
Direct experience working within or alongside payers or payer-provider risk arrangements is required for this role. Experience supporting value-based care initiatives, population health programs, care coordination strategies, and payer-provider collaboration models is strongly preferred. Knowledge of post-acute care workflows, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), and transitions of care is highly desirable.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to partner with Mistral's code and vibe research team - the researchers shaping how our models write, reason about, and play with code. You'll be their operational counterpart - the person who absorbs what the team is working on and makes it legible to the team, to leadership, and to adjacent teams.
This isn't a coordination role. It's a research partnership role - embedded with the team, fluent in what they're building, and operationally responsible for everything that isn't the science itself.
The ideal candidate is someone who is genuinely excited about code models. You play with them. You have opinions about what makes them feel good to use. You read the papers because you want to, not because you have to. A research background is a plus but not required - what matters is that you care about this domain and can hold your own in a room full of researchers working on it.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Research Visibility: Partner with the team to maintain a shared, accessible view of their ongoing work - what's in flight, where it's heading, what's ready to hand off. Make the research legible to adjacent teams and leadership without pulling researchers into status work.
- Operational Partnership: Be the team's operational partner. Handle the coordination, resourcing, and cross-team conversations that would otherwise sit on researchers' plates - so the team can stay focused on the science.
- Research-to-release: Own the operational path from research work to release candidate for code and vibe workstreams. Partner with the release function to ensure the team's work flows cleanly into Mistral's release machinery.
- Visibility & Communication Cadence: Code and vibe research connects to many other efforts across the organization. Keep these interfaces clean and high-signal, so the team's work integrates naturally with the wider science org.
- Strategic Communication: Translate the team's work into clear, well-timed updates for leadership and adjacent teams - what's being built, what matters, what's coming next.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Genuine enthusiasm for code models and coding assistants - you play with them, push them, have opinions about them
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in technical program management, operations, or research coordination
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working in ambiguity and shaping it into structure
- Ability to engage substantively with research work and build real credibility with technical teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical detail into clarity for different audiences
Nice to have criteria/ would be ideal if you have/are:
- Experience in research-heavy or ML/AI organizations
- Familiarity with code generation, coding agents, software engineering benchmarks, or related research areas
- Hands-on experience with modern coding tools - you're a user, not just an observer
- Track record of building systemic processes from the ground up
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments where priorities shift quickly
WHY JOIN US?
- Shape how frontier AI is built and released: You’ll design and operate the systems that connect scientific discovery to real-world deployment - ensuring our work scales with clarity, reliability, and speed
- Work inside the Science OS: Join a team building the operational backbone of Mistral’s science organization - where structure meets creativity and processes evolve through use, not bureaucracy
- Drive visible, high-leverage impact: Your work will sit at the intersection of research, engineering, and leadership - turning complexity into alignment and enabling confident, data-informed decisions across the company
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

About airSlate
airSlate is a global SaaS technology company that develops no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. Our award-winning products - SignNow, pdfFiller, DocHub, altaFlow, Instapage, and US Legal Forms - serve over hundreds of millions of users and more than one million customers worldwide, helping organizations of every size digitize processes, improve efficiency, and transform how they work.
We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Ukraine and Philippines.
At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
About Marketing team:
The marketing team handles comprehensive 360º communication and comprises over 150 people. We manage all aspects in-house and operate a robust automation engine. Our combined monthly traffic across all brands exceeds 31 million. As a marketing team member, you'll play a crucial role in the upcoming phase of our brand's growth as we expand and introduce new products to the market.
And now, we are looking for a Senior Email Operations Team Manager who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.
What you'll be working on:
Strategic
Own email-channel-driven attributed revenue as a business outcome, setting the strategic direction for how email contributes to LTV, retention, and expansion across airSlate products
Define email and push notification strategy in line with product and marketing strategies
Lead churn-prevention and win-back initiatives across email and push notifications as coordinated, signal-driven programs rather than one-off campaigns
Set the email roadmap for 2026 and beyond — audit existing programs, identify gaps and quick wins, and prioritize initiatives across three products against attributed revenue targets
Define how email fits within multi-channel orchestration, establishing boundaries and handoffs between email, in-product messaging, and other channels
Data & use of data
Translate behavioral signals, predictive churn scores, and lifecycle stage classifications into actionable segmentation logic and program triggers
Define data requirements for email programs — specify the user signals, cohort definitions, and event triggers needed from the data engineering team, and own those requests
Own the team's contribution to the revenue attribution model — partner with data teams to define lifecycle-stage KPIs and validate that email is correctly credited under the new attribution framework
Own email dashboards with the data team and align them with lifecycle dashboards, so attribution reporting accurately reflects email's contribution to revenue at each funnel stage
Use generative and agentic AI tooling to drive personalization and automation at scale across a large, multi-product subscriber base
Operational
Manage and develop three email marketing specialists — set priorities, coach on execution quality, and connect daily work to strategic lifecycle goals
Coordinate across the email development team, data team, demand gen, and product stakeholders to deliver lifecycle programs end-to-end within airEML
Maintain and evolve automated email journeys across all four products, with the authority to rebuild or retire programs where data supports it
Ensure email deliverability and list health at scale across a large, multi-product subscriber base
What we expect from you:
5+ years in email marketing as a senior contributor or leader, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing with an email focus — B2C or B2B SaaS/subscription products at scale preferred
Proven ownership of an email and/or retention/lifecycle program end-to-end — strategy, journey design, segmentation logic, and KPI ownership, not only execution
Familiarity with attribution models, including how attribution windows affect reported email performance and how to navigate model transitions
Experience using behavioral data and predictive models for segmentation, such as churn scoring or lifecycle stage classification
Hands-on experience with a major marketing automation or email platform (Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Marketo, HubSpot, or an internal equivalent)
A track record of cross-functional collaboration with Product and Data Science teams, not siloed within Marketing
Strategic thinking at the program level, not only the campaign level
Strong analytical skills, including comfort with dashboards and data-warehouse-sourced data, and the ability to derive lifecycle insights independently
Understanding of email deliverability and list health at scale (100K+ subscriber base)
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English, written and spoken
What helps you rock:
Experience in a multi-product or multi-brand environment

Deep knowledge of at least one high-level programming language, such as JavaScript, Python or Ruby. It doesn’t need to be a language we use today - great people learn quickly and can introduce us to better ways of working.
The ability to prototype and ship software quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality and a clear focus on business goals and outcomes.
Proficiency using and writing REST APIs to integrate systems effectively.
Strong communication skills. You can comfortably discuss the same topics with engineers and non-technical audiences, adapting the depth and detail as needed.
Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers to build strong relationships and deeply understand their needs.

And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What’s the opportunity?
The Research, Analytics & Data Science (RAD) team at Intercom uses data and insights to drive evidence-based decision-making. We're a team of data scientists and product researchers who use data - both big and small - to unlock actionable insights about our customers, our products and our business. We generate insights that build customer empathy, drive product strategy and shape products that deliver real value to our customers.
We’re now seeing strong demand for data scientists who can apply their expertise directly with our most strategic customers. As a Forward Deployed Data Scientist, you’ll embed with customers to build Enterprise-grade Fin deployments. You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how our most strategic customers scale customer support — working closely with them and our go-to-market teams to design, build, and implement data-driven solutions that unlock measurable impact. You’ll also feed insights from these frontline deployments back into Intercom’s product and strategy — helping shape the future of AI customer service.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, is energized by solving complex, real-world problems with data, and is motivated by seeing their work translate into both customer impact and product evolution.
What will I be doing?
Drive the adoption of Fin by helping customers automate and scale their support operations.
Embed with strategic customers to understand their support workflows, data, and business challenges — to identify and implement opportunities where AI can deliver measurable impact.
Steer customers toward best practices in measurement and AI adoption to realize the full value of Fin.
Partner closely with Sales, Success, and Product to deliver seamless customer experiences and successful deployments, and to create feedback loops that shape product development.
Use AI to prototype, test, and scale data-driven solutions, building tools that make us faster and more effective in driving Fin adoption and customer impact.
What skills do I need?
Proven ability to apply data science in real-world business contexts to drive measurable outcomes.
Strong collaboration mindset; skilled at working across Sales, Success, Product, and Engineering.
High adaptability and ownership: able to shift between deep technical analysis and high-level strategic framing.
Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
Rapid prototyping with systems thinking: you know when a customer needs a fast, bespoke answer, and when to build something others will keep using.
Excellent SQL and production-aware Python, you write code other people can run, not just code that runs once and are experienced applying analytical and statistical methods to real business problems.
Experience with AI/ML evaluation, LLM-driven applications, or conversational AI.
Willing to travel and work on-site with customers to build deep relationships and uncover insights firsthand.
Bonus skills and attributes
Experience in technical consulting, customer-facing analytics, or SaaS product data science.
Experience reframing the problem, not just solving it, you've spotted when the question you were handed wasn't the right one, and changed what got worked on.
Experience applying AI to scale the data science workflow.
