Who You Are:
Galaxy’s Digital Infrastructure Services (DIS) is the institutional backbone of our blockchain ambitions – spanning staking, validators, custody, DeFi, and tokenization – serving tier-1 banks, asset managers, and financial infrastructure providers. As Business Partner – Execution & Delivery, you will sit at the center of DIS as a high-agency execution and strategy partner to senior leadership. You will drive the organization’s highest-value work to completion: supporting internal transformation initiatives, owning delivery across complex cross-functional programs, building the client-facing materials that represent DIS externally, and showing up in institutional client rooms when it matters. This role requires someone equally at home in an org design conversation with DIS leadership and in a technical workshop with a tier-1 bank.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as a direct execution partner to DIS leadership on internal transformation initiatives – org design, operating model changes, team structure, and cross-functional alignment
Develop materials that support leadership decision-making: frameworks, options analyses, org charts, decision memos, and structured recommendations
Track and synthesize the full picture of what’s happening across DIS – internal initiatives, external engagements, open gaps – so leadership is always informed
Help the organization stay ahead of capacity and staffing needs: understand what’s coming, what it requires, and where we need to hire, realign, or augment
Own delivery coordination for the most complex, cross-functional DIS initiatives – platform integration, institutional client programs, and strategic product buildouts
Translate strategic intent into structured delivery plans with clear owners, milestones, and accountability – and hold teams to them
Act as the connective tissue between engineering, product, distribution, and external stakeholders – ensuring no handoff falls through
Stay deeply familiar with the active deal landscape – understanding where each engagement stands, what’s required to close or deliver, and where we have product, resource, or capability gaps
Build and maintain high-quality client-facing materials: pitch decks, capability presentations, proposal documents, and engagement readouts
Represent DIS in institutional client engagements as appropriate – including workshops, technical sessions, and implementation reviews with tier-1 banks, asset managers, and infrastructure providers
Proactively identify blockers, scope drift, staffing gaps, and resource conflicts – and bring them to the right people before they compound
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of DIS’s operating model – delivery cadences, cross-team rituals, and program tooling – and identify patterns across projects to build repeatable processes
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years in a strategy, business partner, operations, or execution-focused role – ideally within a fast-moving technology or financial services organization
Proven ability to support senior leadership on internal transformation: org design, operating model changes, team alignment, and cross-functional prioritization
Strong commercial instincts – able to understand a deal landscape, identify capability and staffing gaps, and connect the dots between pipeline and organizational capacity
Exceptional written communication and materials production – pitch decks, executive briefings, capability documents, and client-facing presentations that reflect well on leadership
Highly structured thinker with a bias for action – creates order in ambiguity rather than waiting for it
Comfortable operating across functions and org levels simultaneously – org design in the morning, a client session in the afternoon, an engineering status review by end of day
Low ego, high accountability – you own your work and say what you see
Bonus Points:
Experience in digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or institutional financial services
Familiarity with custody, staking, DeFi, or tokenization products
Prior experience supporting or working alongside tier-1 financial institutions (banks, asset managers, custodians)
Background in post-acquisition integration, platform transformation, or org redesign

Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)
3% 401(k) company contribution

Who You Are:
The Member of Technical Staff, Forward Deployed Lead is the de facto CEO of their pod within Galaxy Edge — a small, senior team focused on one client engagement or one innovation bet. In this role, you will own product direction, technical standards, client relationships, and account growth, working alongside a dedicated Delivery Lead who handles timelines and execution. You will rotate between our two verticals — Forward Deployed Product & Engineering and R&D & Innovation — carrying hard-won market and technical context across the boundary. You will partner closely with Tier-1 financial institution stakeholders from engineers to C-suite executives, translating their needs in custody, settlement, tokenization, and trading into buildable roadmaps. This is a deliberately hybrid role requiring a hands-on startup CTO mindset combined with the commercial instinct to grow accounts and turn delivered trust into the next engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Own product and technical direction: translate institutional needs — custody, settlement, tokenization, trading, and regulatory context — into a buildable roadmap; set the technical bar, make hard design calls, and stay in the code when it matters
Drive commercial and account growth: run your account like a business, identify expansion opportunities, advise senior client stakeholders (CTO, COO, Head of Digital Assets), and convert delivered trust into the next engagement
Lead client and executive relationships: run discovery from engineers to the C-suite, define success in their terms (adoption, risk, cost, time-to-value), and navigate complex regulated organizations to alignment
Rotate into R&D and Innovation: lead 0-to-1 product creation on frontier blockchain and AI, and codify learnings into reusable components and playbooks that feed back into client delivery
Serve as the voice of the customer back into Galaxy’s product organization, translating delivered insights into what the firm builds next
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record of owning outcomes end to end in ambiguous, high-stakes settings
Real technical depth — you’ve shipped production software and can lead engineers credibly
Commercial instinct — you’ve turned delivered work into expanded scope or revenue
Executive presence — fluent from a whiteboard to a C-suite briefing
Founder-grade agency and low ego — you find a path when none is obvious and care about the outcome, not the credit
Typically 6+ years across forward-deployed/solutions engineering, technical PM, and client-facing delivery; shape of ownership matters more than years
Willingness to travel approximately 25–40% of the time
Bonus Points:
Experience in digital assets or blockchain infrastructure
Prior delivery experience into Tier-1 financial institutions
Hands-on production LLM or AI agent experience
Technical founder or quota-carrying solutions architect background
Fluency in custody, settlement, payments rails, tokenization, or trading systems
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)
3% 401(k) company contribution

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Product at Baseten is a nascent function. Our company today has a strong engineering culture, is heavily customer obsessed, and moves fast. We're building the product function now, and you'd be one of the first people who will help define it. You'll work directly with our founders and with some of the best systems and infrastructure engineers in the world, and you'll set the standard for building great AI infrastructure. PMs at Baseten don't sit above engineers. You earn ownership by being technical, finding the truth in front of customers, building great cross-functional relationships, and shipping great product experiences.
Getting a model into production still takes real expertise: choosing a serving engine, sizing hardware, tuning it, wiring it into an app. We want a developer to go from "it runs on my laptop" to "it's serving production traffic" in minutes, on their own. You'll own the entire experience a developer touches to deploy and iterate: the CLI and SDKs, the console, onboarding, model discovery, deployment configuration, Truss, and the increasingly agent-driven ways developers build. Your job is to make Baseten synonymous with great DevEx and make it effortless for far more developers to self-serve deploy models on Baseten than can today.
This role fits someone who gets technical by instinct and does whatever it takes to ship for customers, not only strategy, UX, or docs. You'll define the design system and the patterns from scratch rather than work inside ones someone else built, and you're obsessed with improving your product craft with AI.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
Take a look at these blog posts written by members of our Product and Engineering teams:
- Building multi-component AI workflows at scale with Chains https://www.baseten.co/blog/baseten-chains-explained/
- Announcing Baseten for Model Labs https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-baseten-for-model-labs/
- Introducing canary deployments on Baseten https://www.baseten.co/blog/canary-deployments-on-baseten/
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collapse time to production, taking a developer from first sign-up to a running, maintained production deployment and driving down the time it takes to get there.
- Make the CLI and SDKs the primary way developers and their AI agents build on Baseten, converging the authoring surfaces (CLI, console, Truss, config.yml, model.py, chains.py) into one coherent path.
- Make a developer's first run effortless across onboarding, model discovery and deploy via the Model Library, and a first deploy where errors surface clearly and builds show progress.
- Own the deployment lifecycle that lets teams ship safely, including environment promotion from dev to staging to prod, version history, an artifact and model registry, reproducible deployments, and the progressive delivery controls developers set and read: canary, shadow, A/B, scheduled promotion, and one-gesture rollback.
- Define how developers compose multi-model apps through Chains and the DevEx for developers building multi-modal agents and applications.
- Grow self-serve deployment across FDEs and customers by living in customer conversations and turning deploy-and-operate friction into roadmap, so work that needs an FDE today becomes something a developer does alone.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years building developer-facing or technical products, as a product manager or as a product-minded engineer.
- Built dev tools as an engineer before becoming a PM, shipping SDKs, CLIs, APIs, or platform surfaces with your own hands.
- Proof of dev tooling and dev products you've shipped and take pride in.
- Genuine taste for developer experience across both local (CLI) and UI, with a specific example of where you made something complex feel simple.
- Strong opinions on CLI, API-first, and agent-first design, treating the coding agent as a first-class user rather than a feature.
- Technical enough to earn engineers' trust and reason about what's under the hood, because you've been under it.
- A rigorous researcher who lets customer reality drive the call, and a relentless shipper
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with ML infrastructure, developer tools, or API products.
- You've deployed and served models yourself.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

THE ROLE
Our commercial segment — companies with up to 250 employees — is predominantly developer- and engineer-led. These buyers don't respond to decks and discovery scripts. They respond to someone who speaks their language, understands their architecture, and can help them think through a real problem. That's who we're hiring.
As a Commercial Account Executive at ClickHouse, you'll own the full sales cycle for inbound, product-led, and self-serve accounts in this segment. You'll engage with data engineers, platform teams, and technical founders at the moment they're evaluating ClickHouse for a real use case — and your job is to help them succeed, faster. The best deals in this segment don't feel like sales. They feel like an engineering consultation that ends in a contract.
Our commercial customers include companies like Circle, Flashbots, Blockworks, Cypress.io, Kit, Whop, Coframe, Shaped, and janitorai — developer-first products that chose ClickHouse because they needed something that could handle billions of events without slowing down their users. The best deals in this segment don't feel like sales. They feel like an engineering consultation that ends in a contract.
This is a role for technically strong people who are ready to own a number. Prior closing experience is not required — but technical credibility is non-negotiable.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead to close for accounts in the sub-250 employee segment, with a focus on speed, technical depth, and conversion quality.
- Engage directly with data engineers, platform architects, and technical founders to understand their use cases, data volumes, query patterns, and infrastructure requirements — and map those to ClickHouse capabilities.
- Troubleshoot schema design questions, ingestion patterns, and integration challenges during the evaluation process; serve as a trusted technical advisor rather than a traditional sales rep.
- Identify expansion opportunities within the existing self-serve and product-led customer base; convert usage signals into meaningful commercial relationships.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers on more complex evaluations, and advocate for customer needs internally with Product and Engineering.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene — documenting technical context, decision criteria, stakeholders, and next steps in Salesforce so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Contribute to playbooks, technical objection handling guides, and onboarding materials that help the team scale what's working.
- Participate in developer community events, technical meetups, and online forums where our users naturally gather.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A technical foundation that earns respect in engineering conversations — built through experience as a data engineer, solutions engineer/architect, software engineer, or similar role.
- Comfort with the modern data stack: columnar databases, streaming ingestion (Kafka, Kinesis), cloud infrastructure, and SQL-heavy analytics workflows. Hands-on experience with ClickHouse, DuckDB, Druid, Pinot, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar is a strong plus.
- Some customer-facing experience — whether in pre-sales, technical account management, solutions engineering, or a customer-success capacity. You've navigated technical conversations with real stakes before.
- An instinct for moving quickly. This segment runs on short cycles. You know how to drive urgency without being pushy, and how to remove technical blockers that stall deals.
- Strong written and verbal communication. You can simplify complex concepts without dumbing them down, and you write clearly enough that your emails actually get responses from engineers.
- Curiosity about the business side of technology. You're interested in understanding why companies buy, not just what they're building.
- Ownership mentality. You're comfortable operating with autonomy, making judgment calls without a playbook, and learning from what doesn't work.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Most AE roles are execution roles. This one is a craft role. You'll build deep product knowledge, learn how high-growth companies architect for scale, and develop commercial skills in an environment where your technical instincts are your biggest competitive advantage. For the right person, this is a rare opportunity to bridge two worlds — and get paid competitively to do it.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
About this role
We’re looking for a hands-on SEO Manager to join our Marketing team and help us strengthen Synthesia’s organic growth engine. This is a role for someone who loves experimentation, automation, and creativity as much as analytics — and who gets excited about building high-quality, high-converting website experiences (UX + CRO) that drive users into product.
What's exciting about this job?
You’ll play a critical role in building the future of Synthesia’s organic growth engine, collaborating with smart, highly motivated peers. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, test bold ideas, and explore how AI and automation are reshaping search optimization. We move fast, value experimentation over theory, and encourage you to break the “SEO rulebook” when it leads to better outcomes.
How will your day-to-day look?
Managing end-to-end SEO initiatives across on-page, technical, and content — with a particular focus on creating outstanding landing pages and journeys that drive users into product. You’ll partner closely with Product, Brand/Design, and Engineering to improve UX, conversion, and performance, while using data and experimentation to continuously iterate. We move very fast and prefer doing > talking.
You can see more about who we are and how we work here: https://www.synthesia.io/careers https://www.synthesia.io/careers
Location: London (~3 days per week in office)
🤔 Interested?
Imagine joining Airbnb, Stripe, or Figma — when they had product-market fit, but the world hadn’t completely realized it yet. That’s how early we are.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, with strong on-page and technical foundations.
- Strong UX + CRO instincts, with experience improving website journeys (copy, interaction patterns, information architecture) to increase conversion.
- AI-native operator. You do the work in Claude or your AI tool of choice. You’re able to automate workflows to ship faster and scale output without sacrificing quality.
- Track record of shipping high-quality landing pages that combine SEO best practices with product marketing and clear conversion paths into product.
- Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to scope, ship, and iterate on website improvements.
- Skilled in auditing and optimizing localized websites, improving performance and visibility across multi-language and geo-specific markets.
- Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of UX/UI across both mobile and desktop.
- Experience with measurement and reporting tools (Looker, GA4, HubSpot, or other BI tools) and the ability to turn complex data into clear insights.
- Self-starter with a strong bias for action, thriving in fast-moving environments where doing > talking.
- Bonus: experience with off-site SEO and driving performance in AI search
- Curious, adaptable, and deeply interested in how AI is transforming search — eager to experiment with new discovery channels, test what drives results, and push the boundaries of what SEO can achieve.
Our culture

Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
What We’re Looking For:
7
+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong experience building backend systems in Golang.

Experience with cloud-native infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps (e.g. Flux).
Strong testing practices for complex and stateful systems.
Experience working in remote, asynchronous teams.
High agency, low ego — you own your work end-to-end and hold yourself accountable for quality.
Bonus Points:
H

Understanding of proof-of-stake mechanisms.
Experience building blockchain indexers, data pipelines, dApps, or smart contracts (Solidity).

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is looking for an experienced engineer who has designed and built secure software systems to help define the security foundations for our AI products. You’ll work with product and engineering teams on agent runtimes, tool permissions, retrieval, content writes, observability, and abuse-resistant design. You’ll turn product risks into clear architecture, reusable guardrails, automated tests, and production systems that help teams ship new features safely.
This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Define and build security architecture for product surfaces that operate across customer workspace content, including tool execution, content writes, retrieval, permission checks, provenance, and auditability.
- Make the secure path the easy path for product teams by shipping reusable libraries, review patterns, test fixtures, and guardrails that prevent classes of vulnerabilities.
- Build automated red-team and regression testing for risks such as prompt injection, indirect instruction following, data exfiltration, tool misuse, cross-tenant leakage, and unsafe workspace mutations.
- Translate threat models for new product surfaces into concrete engineering requirements, production checks, and launch criteria.
- Use production signals, incident learnings, and targeted experiments to harden Notion over time, then feed those learnings back into architecture and developer workflows.
- Help define the security bar for how engineers use coding agents, MCP-enabled tools, hooks, and internal automation without introducing new risk.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Secure software engineering craft: You have 8-10+ years of experience designing, building, or securing complex software systems, and you are comfortable working in production code with product and platform engineers.
- Security architecture judgment: You can look at a complex system and reason about where the permissions, data flow, or trust boundaries are likely to get weird, and help re-design it to make them better.
- Security product strategy: You can turn a complex security risk you see into a product design or architecture that can be built.
- Builder mindset: You’d rather leave behind a useful tool, test, library, or pattern than a task or project for someone else to pick up later.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience building or securing products with tool use, retrieval, workflow automation, content writes, or complex permission boundaries.
- Hands-on experience with prompt-injection testing, red teaming, model behavior evaluation, or abuse-resistant application design.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS security models: permissions, sharing, audit logs, data residency, encryption, compliance, or customer-facing trust guarantees.
- Experience building developer tooling, CI checks, coding-agent workflows, MCP integrations, or internal frameworks that shape how engineers build software.
- Public security research, vulnerability writeups, conference talks, or open-source work related to product security or secure developer infrastructure.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $270,000 - $340,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures.
