We are a UAE-based trading company acting as a commercial bridge between Chinese manufacturers and international buyers. Our product portfolio includes padel courts, ball machines, sports equipment, and retractable metal roofing structures. Contracts and invoices are handled through our UAE entity; goods ship directly from China to the end customer worldwide.
Our sales team operates from Tashkent and works with buyers across Central Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.
The Role
You will be the primary commercial driver in our Tashkent office — identifying buyers, building relationships, and closing deals on high-value B2B equipment.
This is not an account management role. We need someone who can open doors.
What You’ll Do
• Prospect and develop new clients: sports clubs, hotels, resorts, developers, distributors, and construction companies
• Manage the full sales cycle: outreach → qualification → proposal → negotiation → close
• Prepare commercial offers and coordinate with the UAE office on pricing and contracts
• Follow up on leads generated through inbound channels and trade directories
• Track pipeline and report weekly on activity and forecasted deals
•. Manage daily pipeline tasks and execute timely prospect follow-ups
• Represent the company at relevant industry events and trade shows when needed
Requirements
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience — equipment, construction, sports infrastructure, or import/trading preferred
• Proven track record of closing deals, not just generating leads
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial instinct
• Comfortable working with international clients and cross-border logistics realities
• Languages: Russian and/or Uzbek required; English is a strong advantage
• Self-starter — this role has autonomy and expects results without hand-holding
Nice to Have
• Existing network in sports facility development, hospitality, or construction
• Experience working with Chinese-sourced products or import/export deals
• Familiarity with CRM tools
Benefits
• Base salary + uncapped commission on closed deals
• Work from a growing company with a lean, international team
• Real ownership over your pipeline and results
• Opportunity to grow with the business as the Tashkent office expands

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are hiring Support Engineers to serve as the named, dedicated Product Support point of contact for Anthropic's most strategic enterprise customers. As a Support Engineer, you'll be providing high-touch, deeply contextual support to a defined book of accounts — embedded in your customers' shared channels, known by name to their stakeholders, and partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Applied AI as the technical support voice on the account team.
You'll bring deep knowledge of how each of your customers is built on Claude to every interaction, so you can investigate, diagnose, and resolve their most complex technical needs with nuance and speed — and ensure the right internal teams are engaged when needed.
Responsibilities
Serve as the named technical support contact for a defined book of strategic enterprise accounts, embedded in customer channels and joining recurring account cadences as the support voice
Own your customers' technical support needs end to end — investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex issues directly, and partner with internal Engineering and Product teams to drive resolution when needed
Build deep, durable context on each customer's architecture, integrations, and use cases so you can respond with nuance rather than from a script
Partner closely with the Customer Success Manager, Account Executive, and Applied AI team on each account as part of a single, coordinated account team
Capture technical feedback and product friction from your accounts and route it to Product with the impact data and detail needed to prioritize it correctly
Manage high-urgency issues for your accounts with extreme ownership, and coordinate cleanly with the broader Product Support team for continuous coverage
Help build the foundations of the Support Engineer function — runbooks, escalation paths, tooling, and the metrics we'll use to measure its value
Become an expert in all Anthropic products across the API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code
You may be a good fit if you
Have 5+ years in technical product support, with meaningful time in an escalated, priority, or named-account support team for enterprise customers
Have been the person an enterprise customer knows by name and reaches for first when they need technical help
Are deeply fluent with APIs and technical SaaS products, and can read technical documentation, error logs, and request traces with ease
Have hands-on experience troubleshooting SSO, SAML, OAuth, and enterprise authentication flows
Are persistent and curious — you delight in the hunt of tracking down a bug, and are energized by fixing it for every similar user going forward
Possess strong user empathy and crisp, kind written communication; you can translate between a frustrated customer engineer and an internal platform team without losing either
Are comfortable operating in ambiguity, making informed decisions in never-before-seen situations, and knowing when to pull the escalation cord
Enjoy building trust and collaborating closely with go-to-market partners (Sales, CS, Applied AI) without owning the commercial relationship yourself
Have contributed to the foundations of a support team before — the essential, often unglamorous work of writing the first runbook
Are excited about Anthropic's products and the opportunity to shape how the world's largest companies get support for them
Strong candidates may also have
SQL proficiency for querying logs and usage data to investigate issues
Comfort with command line interfaces and basic scripting (Bash, Python, JavaScript)
Understanding of LLM capabilities, prompt engineering patterns, and current limitations
Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), and IT environments
Experience working inside a customer's shared Slack or similar embedded-support model
Background as a Technical Account Manager, Support Engineer, or Designated/Premier Support contact at a developer-platform or infrastructure company

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Playson is looking for a People Business Partner with knowledge of the Ukrainian language who can operate close to the business, work directly with leaders on organisational challenges, and help maintain a high-performance environment without turning the company into a bureaucratic HR machine.
This role is not about running HR processes for the sake of process.
We are looking for someone who can:
- help leaders make strong people decisions;
- maintain high talent quality;
- Identify organisational risks early.
- and ensure leadership, hiring, and performance problems do not silently accumulate over time.
The PBP works primarily through leaders - not around them.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Knowledge of the Ukrainian language is a must
- 5+ years of experience in HRBP, Head of People, HRD, organisational partnership, or similar leadership-facing roles.
- Strong experience working with leaders in fast-moving environments.
- Ability to challenge stakeholders directly, constructively, and without unnecessary politics.
- Strong judgment and ability to operate in ambiguous situations.
- High level of ownership, maturity, and communication clarity.
- Ability to connect people and topics with business reality and execution impact.
- Comfortable with difficult conversations, organisational tension, and imperfect environments.
- Ability to remain calm, structured, and pragmatic under pressure.
- Ability to build trust with strong personalities and leadership teams while still being able to challenge them when needed.
- Ability to simplify complexity instead of adding bureaucracy.
- Strong business and organisational awareness.
- Interest in scalable organisational practices, operational clarity, and AI-supported People infrastructure.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner with leaders on hiring, team structure, organisational effectiveness, performance, ownership gaps, and delivery risks.

- Support leaders in addressing underperformance early and directly.
- Identify early organisational signals such as leadership gaps, burnout, unhealthy dependencies, misalignment, or execution risks.
- Help improve feedback quality, leadership practices, and decision consistency across teams.
- Support practical and scalable organisational approaches instead of overcomplicated HR frameworks.
- Contribute to improving internal documentation, operational clarity, and AI-supported People knowledge infrastructure over time.
This role is not:
- an employee support hotline;
- a process coordinator;
- a “culture activities” owner;
- a passive mediator avoiding uncomfortable conversations;
- or someone hiding behind frameworks instead of making judgment calls.
The goal of the role is not to centralise ownership inside the People function.
We expect PBPs to strengthen leadership capability, improve decision quality, and help leaders become more effective and self-sufficient over time.
We value:
- clarity over ambiguity;
- direct communication over corporate politeness;
- speed with accountability;
- impact over activity.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Hybrid work & flexible schedule
- Medical insurance (+1 coverage option)
- Professional development reimbursement
- Online English classes
- Employee referral bonus program
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
- HR Interview
- Hiring Manager Interview
- Final Interview

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
THE OPPORTUNITY
At Synthesia we really care about video generation, especially about human centric avatar video generation. This led us to release models such as EXPRESS-Video https://synthesiaresearch.github.io/express-video/, and soon our latest video model - these are the best avatar video models in the world, and we are committed to continuing and double down our efforts in leading that area. Our goal is to get to human centric video models that can generate arbitrary long videos at high resolution with arbitrary actions and events. That means continuously training large generative video models from scratch with the proprietary data pipelines and compute infrastructure to support it at scale. We are looking for a technical leader who owns the full stack end-to-end, someone who bridges pre-training and post-training, sets long-term direction alongside research leadership, and is personally present at the hardest parts of the work. If building foundation model capability from the ground up at a company genuinely committed to leading the field sounds like the right next challenge, this role was written for you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Synthesia's video generation capability is core to everything we ship. It involves roughly 15 people working daily across pre-training and post-training stages, and the complexity of coordinating across those stages, at the scale of compute and data we now operate, requires a different kind of technical leadership.
We're looking for a Principal Research Engineer (L7) to own the full technical stack for offline video generation. This is a senior individual contributor position with outsized scope and influence. You'll partner directly with research leadership and team leads to define long-term strategy, resolve the hardest cross-cutting technical problems, and raise the bar for how quickly research reaches product.
The person we're looking for has trained large generative models from scratch, not supervised it from a distance, but done it, debugged it, and shipped it. More than that, they're driven by a genuine ambition to push what's possible in video generation, and they care deeply about seeing that work land in product and reach users.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end technical direction for offline video generation, spanning pre-training and post-training, resolving the artificial boundary between those two stages in service of shipping better models faster.
- Partner with research leadership and team leads to define a unified long-term roadmap, broken into achievable objectives, and drive execution against it.
- Identify the most critical technical gaps across the video generation pipeline and jump in to unblock them, whether that means architectural decisions, training stability, post-training alignment, or cross-team coordination.
- Increase the velocity at which research ships to product: accelerate problem-solving, improve research-to-production handoffs, and increase visibility of research output in partnership with PMs.
- Coach and elevate more junior researchers and engineers toward senior technical thinking and execution.
- Help shape team structure and refine processes to enable high-velocity, cohesive execution across research.
You'll thrive in this role if you have
- A proven track record training large-scale video generation models from scratch, across multiple nodes, at the scale of millions of hours of data.
- Deep experience with post-training techniques at scale: RLHF, GRPO, DPO, and the judgment to know when and how to apply them.
- A proven track record data quality and you are not reluctant to question it.
- The ability to think strategically about multi-year research direction and execute hands-on at the frontier of what the team is building.
- Strong cross-functional influence: you shape how teams work together without needing positional authority to do it.
- A leadership style grounded in technical involvement. You lead by example, inspire through craft, and communicate with clarity.
- Genuine hunger to unlock new capabilities and an obsession with shipping. You're not satisfied by research that stays in a notebook. You want it in the hands of users.
Particularly relevant experience
- Having owned a major model generation or capability jump end-to-end, from training runs through to product deployment.
- Working across both pre-training and post-training stages on the same model family, with direct accountability for the outcomes of both.
- Experience operating at scale: large distributed training runs, significant compute budgets, and multi-million hour data pipelines.
- Applying alignment and fine-tuning techniques in a video or multimodal context, not just text.
- Experience with human feedback pipelines applied to generative video or audio.
- Leading or significantly influencing the technical direction of a research team while remaining hands-on.
Dealbreakers
We will not be a good fit if you prefer to lead without staying technically involved, or if clear and direct communication across research and product isn't one of your strengths. This role requires presence at the frontier of the work, not above it. And if shipping doesn't excite you as much as the research itself, this probably isn't the right role.

About the Role
ClickHouse is expanding its capabilities in the database systems domain, building next-generation infrastructure that redefines performance, scalability, and developer experience. We’re looking for a Principal Engineer with deep expertise in systems programming and database internals — particularly Postgres — to help us push boundaries in how databases are built and operated at scale.
This is a strategic and high-impact role for an engineer who can work independently across complex technical areas: from storage and performance optimization to distributed coordination and extension development. You’ll shape critical components of our data platform, mentor other engineers, and drive architectural direction for systems that serve massive workloads.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead design and implementation of advanced systems features across areas like storage, replication, query execution, and performance optimization.
- Contribute to and extend Postgres internals — improving reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Prototype and build extensions that expand Postgres’s core capabilities and integrate with cloud-native infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and cloud platform teams to deliver robust, developer-friendly experiences.
- Profile and optimize database performance using low-level instrumentation and benchmarking.
- Provide technical leadership, set standards for engineering excellence, and mentor senior engineers.
- Operate with significant autonomy and ownership — driving projects from concept to production.
ABOUT YOU
- 10+ years of experience building systems software in C/C++ or Rust (Go experience a plus).
- Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL or other database engine internals, including storage, execution, or replication subsystems.
- Strong understanding of concurrency, operating systems, and performance engineering.
- Proven ability to ship large-scale systems or core infrastructure features end-to-end.
- Experience contributing to open-source databases or similar complex systems is highly desirable.
- Pragmatic problem solver with a bias for simplicity and measurable impact.
- Thrives in a high-autonomy, high-velocity environment.
WHY JOIN US
- Work on foundational database technologies at the intersection of performance, reliability, and usability.
- Shape the future of Postgres-based systems and cloud data infrastructure.
- Operate with autonomy in a small, high-talent team that values depth, craftsmanship, and impact.
- Contribute to an ambitious vision: making data systems faster, simpler, and more powerful for developers everywhere.

About us
OpenZeppelin is the security standard onchain finance is built on. Founded in 2015, our mission is to accelerate the world's transition to an open financial system, built on open standards and secured by rigorous research.
Our open-source Contract Libraries have facilitated over $35 trillion in onchain value and are used by 10 of the top 10 tokenized money market funds and 9 of the top 10 stablecoins by market cap.
We combine AI-native security tooling with deep research and a decade of audit expertise to support leading institutions and crypto-native teams shaping the next generation of digital assets like DTCC, Fidelity, Coinbase, Uniswap, Aave, the Ethereum Foundation, and many more across the full secure development lifecycle.
Please note:
Always refer to OpenZeppelin's official job page for the most accurate information about our open roles, as we have seen multiple third party job sites posting inaccurate information.
The Secure Development team ❤️
OpenZeppelin is the security partner of choice for the most important protocols in Web3. Our Secure Development team sits at the intersection of building and breaking: we design, implement, and harden production-grade libraries and smart contracts for leading projects across EVM, Starknet, Stellar/Soroban, Arbitrum Stylus, Aptos, and beyond, often as an embedded extension of the client's engineering team.
We work the way the rest of the industry will five years from now. Every developer on the team is a fully AI-native engineer, supported by outstanding internal AI tooling built for every phase of secure development. Developers own their workstreams end-to-end — agents amplify their effectiveness, and peers, security researchers, and external auditors provide rigorous review on every piece of work that ships.
The Canton Network engagement
This role joins an active
24-month, multi-million-dollar commitment
to build the open-source DeFi foundations of the world's most institutional blockchain. You'll deliver production-ready Reference Implementations (privacy-preserving DEX, lending, cross-chain stablecoin settlement, confidential auction launchpad, and more), the OpenZeppelin Contracts Library for Daml that Canton developers will import, and Canton standards implementation.
Within this, you will:
Own features of the OpenZeppelin Contracts Library for Daml end to end, from design through audit: examples include a Timelock, access control, vaults, or token standard support.
Design and implement components of the year-1 Reference Implementations: privacy-preserving DEX, lending protocol, cross-chain stablecoin settlement, and confidential auction launchpad.
Implement and shepherd the OZ Daml versions of CIP-56, CIP-86, CIP-103, future CIPs. Coordinate with Digital Asset on spec evolution and with ChainSafe on middleware alignment.
Present and defend your designs in technical discussions with Digital Asset, the Canton Foundation, and other partners.
Work with OpenZeppelin's security researchers on threat models, audit preparation, and fixes for the components you own.
Use AI systems as core daily tools for research, design, implementation, testing, and security work. Build agents, skills, and workflows, and share what works with the team.
Contribute developer-experience and security feedback upstream into the Canton protocol, Splice, the Daml SDK, and the Splice Wallet Kernel.
Research privacy-preserving DeFi, multi-party authorization patterns, and Canton-specific primitives, and share what you learn with the team.
You have
Production Daml fluency.
You understand templates, choices, controllers/observers/signatories, multi-party authorization, sub-transaction views, and propose/accept patterns as first-class primitives. Running an SV, contributing to Splice internals, governance, or Canton Coin tokenomics.
Canton architecture depth.
You understand the network, not only the code: the Global Synchronizer and private synchronizers, what each party and synchronizer sees in a transaction, smart contract upgrades, and the token standards (CIP-56, CIP-112).
3+ years of smart contract development in production.
This includes hands-on work on Canton or another UTXO-based or privacy-preserving architecture (Cardano, Midnight, Zcash, Aleo, Mina, or similar). You can reason about Canton's privacy boundaries the way an EVM developer reasons about storage slots.
Production DeFi experience.
You have shipped DeFi primitives such as AMMs, vaults (ERC-4626 or equivalent), lending protocols, or cross-chain settlement, and you understand the security pitfalls of each. You know the standard EVM patterns (access control, token standards, lending pools, DEXs), because many Canton standards reuse them.
A security-first mindset.
This is non-negotiable. You build secure code by default, you think adversarially about every line you write, and you find vulnerabilities when you review Daml code. We look for a developer with a security mindset, not a security researcher. Published audits, threat models, or disclosures are a plus.
An AI-native workflow.
Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent is your daily driver. You know agents, harnesses, and skills, not only autocomplete. You hold AI output to the same standard as a colleague's pull request, and you stay accountable for everything you ship.
Fluency in client-facing communication (English)
Autonomy and proactivity.
Nice to have
Cryptography or financial-engineering background.
Privacy-preserving DeFi rewards both.
Institutional finance and compliance design experience.
Credential gates, multi-party attestation, custody flows, capital-markets microstructure, RWA tokenization, settlement.
Experience running an SV
, contributing to Splice internals, governance, or Canton Coin tokenomics.
Cross-chain interoperability exposure.
Production work with at least one major cross-chain messaging protocol (Chainlink CCIP, LayerZero, Wormhole, Axelar, or similar).
Library / SDK API design taste.
You've built reusable, import-first developer libraries, not just applications. You have opinions on extensibility patterns (hooks, modular components, override points) and on what makes an audited primitive
pleasant
to consume.
Experience applying AI to security work.
You've already used AI as a serious instrument in security workflows: audit assistance, vulnerability research, fuzzing, invariant or spec analysis, static-analysis augmentation, or similar.
Hands-on experience with non-EVM ecosystems.
Starknet, Stellar/Soroban, Arbitrum Stylus, Aptos, Move-based chains.
Open-source contributions
to widely-used libraries in the smart-contract or AI-tooling space.

Do you care about how things work under the hood and don't shy away from complex, interconnected systems? Do you know how to independently investigate problems, build reliable test coverage, and guide others in maintaining a high bar for quality?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
The Core team handles the foundational pieces of the IntelliJ Platform, including the editor, indexing, settings, and plugins. These systems are highly complex and used across all JetBrains IDEs, meaning your work directly impacts the daily workflows of millions of developers. You’ll take full ownership of the QA domain for this team, ensuring the stability of both established components and temporary cross-team projects. You’ll work closely with developers to investigate technical problems, coordinate testing efforts, and ensure we ship reliable, high-quality features.
Day to day, you will:
Develop and maintain UI, end-to-end, functional, and integration tests across Linux, Windows, and macOS.
Analyze test failures and track test coverage.
Test new functionality, focusing on complex scenarios, edge cases, and potential coverage gaps.
Improve test diagnostics, frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines to reduce flakiness and increase reliability.
Mentor a junior QA engineer by helping plan tasks, reviewing work, and answering technical questions.
Communicate risks, roadblocks, and investigation results clearly to the development team.
Own your QA domain end to end, proactively identifying priorities, planning your work, and driving quality initiatives.
What you’ll bring
A strong sense of ownership over the quality and stability of complex systems.
The ability to navigate incomplete requirements and find the information needed to move forward.
A practical approach to problem-solving, with a focus on resolving issues independently.
A collaborative mindset for working closely with developers and other cross-functional teams.
An eye for spotting risks, missing scenarios, and areas for process improvement.
A willingness to guide and support less-experienced engineers.
What you’ll need
An extensive background in software quality assurance and test automation.
Strong programming skills to develop, maintain, and debug UI tests.
Proficiency with testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG.
The proven ability to investigate and troubleshoot failures across products, infrastructure, and environments.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
What success looks like
You’ve established a reliable, stable testing infrastructure for the Core team, significantly reducing test flakiness and improving diagnostic capabilities. You proactively identify quality risks before releases, keep developers unblocked, and ensure the junior engineers you mentor are confidently taking on more complex tasks.
