Lead and own the Group Internal Audit function for Capital.com, providing independent, risk-based assurance across all regulated entities, business lines, and geographic markets. The Group Head of Internal Audit is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the audit function, designing and operating a hybrid audit framework, and providing the Group Board, Audit Committee, and senior leadership with timely, credible assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls across the group.
The role has an unconditional duty to escalate material control failures, significant audit findings, and regulatory concerns directly to the Group Audit Committee, independent of any instruction from executive management or any group function.
The role operates at the intersection of group governance and local regulatory accountability, requiring both strategic thinking and deep knowledge of multi-jurisdictional financial services regulation. The postholder works in close coordination with the Global Head of Compliance and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment between audit and compliance risk assessments, while maintaining the independence required of an effective third-line function.
Responsabilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and own the multi-year internal audit strategy aligned to group growth plans, regulatory expectations across all six entities, and the evolving risk landscape of a digital CFD and trading business.
Build and lead a high-performing, independent internal audit function capable of providing credible assurance across a complex, multi-jurisdictional group.
Act as a trusted adviser to the Group Board, Audit Committee, and CEO on control environment quality, emerging risks, and regulatory developments with audit implications.
Audit Planning and Delivery
Develop, maintain, and execute the annual group audit plan, covering all entities, material business processes, technology infrastructure, regulated activities, and outsourced functions.
Lead and oversee audit fieldwork and reporting across operations, trading systems, technology and cyber, AML/KYC, financial crime, market abuse surveillance, conduct risk, Consumer Duty (UK), product governance, third-party and outsourcing arrangements, model risk, and financial controls.
Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, identify control weaknesses and gaps, and provide actionable, proportionate recommendations.
Ensure audit reports are clear, accurate, evidence-based, and issued within agreed timescales.
Issue Management and Follow-Up
Maintain a group-wide audit issue log, tracking the status of all open findings across entities, escalating overdue or high-risk items to the Audit Committee as appropriate.
Challenge and validate management remediation responses and closure evidence to ensure issues are genuinely resolved rather than administratively closed.
Regulatory and Governance Alignment
Ensure the audit programme addresses the regulatory expectations of all relevant regulators: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ASIC (Australia), SCB (Bahamas), SCA (UAE), and CNMV (Spain).
Provide independent assurance on material business change programmes, new product launches, strategic outsourcing decisions, and regulatory change implementation across the group.
Liaise constructively with external auditors and regulators, coordinating audit coverage where appropriate and providing regulators with access to audit documentation as required.
Requirements
Significant internal audit leadership experience within a multi-jurisdictional financial services group, broker, or investment firm — ideally including FCA-regulated and CySEC-regulated entities.
Strong working knowledge of FCA requirements for investment firms (MIFIDPRU, SYSC, COBS, PROD, DISP, AML/CTF, Consumer Duty) and familiarity with CySEC, ASIC, and other regulatory frameworks relevant to Capital.com's operational footprint.
Proven experience designing and operating a hybrid or co-sourced internal audit model at group level, including methodology ownership, panel governance, and quality assurance of specialist providers.
Experience auditing trading platforms, CFD or derivative products, technology infrastructure, financial crime controls, AML/KYC processes, and outsourced services.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain productive relationships with Boards, Audit Committees, and senior management while maintaining audit independence.
Track record of preparing clear, compelling assurance opinions and presenting findings at Board and Audit Committee level.
Experience managing or developing an internal audit team across multiple locations or entities.
Qualifications
Professional audit qualification (CIA, ACCA, ACA, CISA, CPA or equivalent) — CIA strongly preferred.
IIA membership or equivalent professional body membership.
Strong knowledge of the IIA International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) and its application in a multi-jurisdiction financial services context.

Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Tax Planner on our Wealth Management team, you'll ensure that financial plans built for our high-net-worth clients are optimized for tax efficiency. Your job isn't to build a financial plan from scratch — it's to take an already sound plan and push it further: identifying every applicable strategy and maximizing tax alpha for each and every wealth management client we serve.
This is a role for someone who thinks like both a tax expert and a financial planner. You'll need the technical depth to spot the strategy, and the CFP-level fluency in financial planning to know how it fits into the bigger picture of a client's plan.
We move fast here, and we expect this role to move with us. Naive ambition is one of our core values — and this team pushes hard to find better, faster ways to do the work, including using AI as a genuine extension of how we operate.
Unlike traditional roles in this space, this position is fully salaried with no commission structure or sales targets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Review and optimize financial plans across our $1MM–$3MM client segment (with some exposure up to $5MM), ensuring every applicable tax strategy has been identified and applied
- Maximize tax alpha for every wealth management client — finding the incremental value that even a good plan misses
- Act as the internal liaison to our Advisor team on complex tax strategies, including building and modeling those strategies as needed
- Apply your expertise to complex situations involving corporations, trusts, and estates
- Support occasional client-facing conversations on sophisticated tax planning questions — note that you will not be providing specific tax advice directly to clients or acting in the capacity of their accountant
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our "CPA Designed" financial planning offering
- Bring an AI-native mindset to the role — using AI tools to work faster, model strategies more efficiently, and raise the bar on what the team can deliver
WHAT YOU BRING
- CPA designation required
- CFP designation required, with genuine comfort and fluency in financial planning — this isn't a tax-only role
- 5+ years of experience in tax planning, wealth management, or financial advisory roles
- Strong knowledge of Canadian tax law and financial planning strategies
- Proven track record of implementing effective tax optimization strategies for HNW clients
- Experience with Conquest strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly to advisors and clients alike
- A client-first mentality in everything you do
- An AI-native mindset and enthusiasm for using AI tools to move faster and work smarter
- Bilingual (English/French) capability is a significant asset
WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE
- A purpose-driven role focused on client outcomes, not sales targets
- The chance to challenge industry norms and put clients first, for real
- A fast-moving, ambitious team that isn't satisfied with the status quo
- Access to cutting-edge fintech tools and an AI-forward way of working
- Career growth in a rapidly expanding company
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- Be part of revolutionizing how wealth management is delivered in Canada
WHY WEALTHSIMPLE?

Technology & Innovation at Wealthsimple: We move quickly and build thoughtfully. That means we're always looking for better ways to work — whether that's new tools, AI, or rethinking how we approach a problem. Inclusion Statement: We're building products for a diverse world, and we need a diverse team to do it well. We strongly encourage applications from everyone, regardless of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
WHY THIS ROLE
Enterprises hand Cohere their most sensitive data and put our models inside workflows they can't afford to get wrong. Securing that means working on problems the industry hasn't settled yet, what authorization means when an agent acts on a user's behalf, how to contain tools that consume untrusted input, and whether tenant boundaries hold when a model can be steered by the data it reads. The established playbooks only take you so far.
We're hiring a Senior Product Security Engineer to work these problems alongside the engineers building the products, reviewing architecture and code, threat modeling before implementation, testing what ships, and turning what you learn into defaults other teams inherit. This is a hands-on engineering role, not an advisory one.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead security reviews. Review architecture, code, and security-sensitive changes. Identify both individual vulnerabilities and the recurring design patterns behind them.
- Secure AI-powered products. Evaluate risks such as prompt injection, unsafe tool use, identity and delegation failures, excessive agency, data exposure, tenant isolation, and sandbox escapes.
- Threat model new capabilities. Identify trust boundaries, abuse cases, and high-impact failure modes before implementation. Translate findings into practical, prioritized mitigations.
- Perform hands-on testing. Investigate suspected vulnerabilities, develop proofs of concept, assess exploitability and impact, and partner with engineers through remediation.
- Build scalable guardrails. Develop secure defaults, approved patterns, reusable controls, review requirements, and automated checks that reduce recurring risks.
- Strengthen engineering capability. Pair with engineers, document practical guidance, and help product teams develop durable security expertise.
- Influence risk decisions. Explain technical findings, business impact, and remediation options clearly to engineers, product leaders, and executives.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF
- You have strong software engineering fundamentals and can independently understand, test, and contribute fixes to production codebases.
- You are proficient in at least one of Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- You have led security reviews or threat models for complex production systems and can point to meaningful design or risk improvements that resulted.
- You understand common vulnerability classes and their underlying design failures, including injection, authorization flaws, IDOR, SSRF, unsafe deserialization, race conditions, cryptographic misuse, and software supply-chain risks.
- You understand modern application architecture, including web applications, APIs, OAuth/OIDC, cloud platforms, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD systems.
- You can reason rigorously about untrusted input, authorization, isolation, identity, delegation, and data boundaries. Direct experience with agentic AI systems is valuable but not required.
- You have driven security improvements involving multiple engineering teams, including situations where influence mattered more than authority.
- You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building or operating security tooling such as SAST, DAST, SCA, custom linters, or policy-as-code.
- Experience securing multi-tenant SaaS, enterprise software, or systems that process sensitive customer data.
- Offensive security experience through penetration testing, red teaming or security research.
- Experience operating or participating in a vulnerability disclosure or bug bounty program.
- Contributions to open-source security projects, published research, conference talks, or credited vulnerability discoveries.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:

Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry's SDKs instrument dozens of platforms and our ingest pipeline takes in billions of events every day. The Telemetry Experience team owns what happens next: the product surfaces and APIs where that telemetry turns into something a developer can actually debug with.
As a Senior Software Engineer on Telemetry Experience, you'll own that experience across the sentry.io http://sentry.io product - Python/Django and Postgres on the backend, React and TypeScript on the frontend. You'll work upstream with our SDK teams on what gets sent and with our ingest teams on how it arrives, then own the part customers actually touch: the APIs, the workflows, and the interfaces where it all lands. Your job is to make that feel native to every developer who uses it, whether they ship a backend service, a mobile app, or a game.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Own projects end to end. Take a problem from a rough customer complaint through scoping, design, implementation across the stack, rollout, and measurement. You'll write the design doc, cut the work into shippable pieces, and stay with it until the numbers move
- Work across the full stack of the Sentry monolith. React and TypeScript in the browser, Django and Postgres behind the API. Most projects here touch both, and the interesting decisions live at the seam
- Partner closely with SDK and ingest teams. Telemetry arrives exactly as the SDKs send it and as the pipeline shapes it. You'll shape those contracts together with the engineers who own them, rather than working around what shows up
- Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and other product engineers. You'll bring the technical perspective that makes a design better, explain constraints in terms of what they cost the user, and sweat the details other people skip: empty states, error messages, loading behavior, the edge case that only bites 2% of accounts
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- You'd rather own an outcome than a ticket. You take ambiguous problems, decide what to build, drive it across team boundaries, and follow through after launch. Nobody has to hand you a spec
- You're obsessed with making an experience smooth. Friction offends you. You notice the extra click, the confusing label, the query that takes 400ms too long - and you fix them instead of filing them
- You solve problems for customers, not for the codebase. Sentry's users are developers, so you can read their bug reports, sit in their tooling, and tell the difference between what they asked for and what they need
- You communicate well in writing. Working across SDK teams, ingest teams, product, and design in a distributed company means your docs, PR descriptions, and updates do a lot of the work
- You like being full-stack. You don't need a handoff to change an API and the component that calls it, and you enjoy holding the whole path from event payload to rendered pixel in your head
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping full-stack web applications
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript, and with Python (Django or similar) backed by a relational database such as PostgreSQL - depth in one side and real competence in the other is fine
- A track record of driving non-trivial projects end to end, including the parts that require getting other teams to agree with you
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality
BONUS POINTS
- Familiarity with the application monitoring and observability space
- Experience building developer-facing products, SDKs, or public APIs
- Experience with high-volume data stores or streaming systems (ClickHouse, Kafka)
- A track record of contributing to open-source projects
We are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 60,844,-- gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement (IT-KV). The salary that Sentry offers you is adjusted to the current market situation and will be above the IT-KV.
A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.
If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, you may contact us at accommodations@sentry.io.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Integrated Supply Chain Manager owns the end-to-end demand-to-delivery cycle for the market, bringing together demand planning/S&OP and logistics/order management into a single point of accountability.
The role supports overall business revenue and profit delivery through rigorous management of demand signals across product and customer channels, and through efficient logistics, fulfilment and order management execution.
The role partners Commercial leadership and works across multi-functional teams — Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Supply Planning — to assure alignment and sufficiency in the business plans to deliver anticipated demand, while ensuring smooth supply chain operations and best-in-class customer service.
This requires balancing every aspect of the supply chain: managing inventory levels and cost-to-serve, minimizing shortages, and delivering a responsive supply chain through high demand forecast accuracy and OTIF delivery performance, in adherence with global process design and regional/market strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Demand Planning & S&OP
▪ Deliver the Demand Management process: generate a consensus forecast of phased demand at the appropriate planning level on a 12 to 18months horizon, owning enrichment of the forecast to create and publish a consensus.
▪ Execute monthly demand management cycles; co-pilot the commercial leader to drive the Demand Review (DMR) with commercial teams, gain approval of the recommended forecast, and define risks, opportunities and the actions commercial teams will take to drive or influence demand.
▪ Collaborate with statistical modellers on historical data cleansing to ensure data accuracy as a foundation for reliable statistical forecasts, recording all adjustments and assumptions (channel trends, seasonality, promotions).
▪ Analyze multiple variables to shape the demand forecast — shipment/sell-in, POS/sell-out, share, promotional plans, cannibalisation — and collaborate with Sales and Marketing on activity plans and promotional effectiveness.
▪ Own Demand Management KPIs (Mixed Error, Forecast Bias, FVA), leading forecast accuracy improvement plans through root cause analysis and action planning with demand planners, brand and sales teams.
▪ Ensure phased consensus forecast numbers are aligned with financial numbers and proactively communicate demand changes to the regional supply/demand planning organisation, working through service and inventory impacts.
2. Logistics, Fulfilment & Order Management
▪ Formulate, execute and continuously optimise logistics strategy across warehousing, transportation and order fulfilment to ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery.
▪ Oversee day-to-day fulfilment and order management operations — order entry, verification and processing in SAP/ERP — to meet performance, cost-to-serve, warehouse accuracy and inventory turnover targets.
▪ Act as escalation point for customer and sales enquiries on order status, delivery schedules and product availability, partnering with the warehouse and 3PL network to ensure stock availability.
▪ Lead implementation and testing of new order management and logistics systems and process upgrades and maintain SOPs and business continuity/recovery plans.
3. Vendor, Stakeholder & Regional Alignment
▪ Build strong vendor and 3PL partnerships through performance evaluations, service-level negotiations and cost-efficiency initiatives.

Day In The Life
Positioning & Messaging:
Own how we describe Workstream on the website, in decks, and in the first 30 seconds of every sales call. Test our biggest narrative question, restaurant-first vs. the broader frontline-workforce story, with real experiments, not opinions.
Product Launches:
Run end-to-end GTM launches for new products, including our AI assistant for frontline teams and our expanding payroll suite: messaging, launch plan, pricing & packaging input, and post-launch iteration.
Sales Enablement:
Build the battlecards, competitive teardowns, ROI narratives, and customer proof that make AEs win. Listen to calls weekly and update the message when the market talks back.
Customer Proof & Content:
Turn customers like the biggest QSR brands in America into case studies, video stories, and webinars, working hand-in-hand with our content and design team.
Ship With AI:
Use AI agents across research, drafting, and analysis to move at a pace that would have taken a full team a year ago. We expect it, and we'll teach you what we know.
Who You Are
3-10 years in product marketing or a mix of PMM and growth/content roles, ideally in B2B SaaS; what you've shipped matters more to us than your title history.
Founder energy:
you've built something from scratch (a company, a product, a channel) and you bias hard toward action; former founders welcome!
Commercially minded:
you judge your own work by pipeline influenced and deals won, and you actually enjoy talking to sales.
AI-native:
AI tools are already part of how you work every day.
Hungry:
you want more scope than your years "should" allow, and you're willing to earn it in person, in SF, with a team that works hard.
Experience with SMB buyers, hourly/frontline workforces, HR tech, or payroll is a strong plus.
