HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
ALAN IS LOOKING FOR A GLOBAL BRAND EVENT MANAGER TO TURN EVENTS INTO A DISTINCTIVE, SCALABLE EXPRESSION OF THE ALAN BRAND. THE ROLE COMBINES EVENT STRATEGY, BRAND EXPERIENCE, OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE, COMMERCIAL UNDERSTANDING, AND COMMUNITY BUILDING.
You will own Alan’s yearly flagship event, building on the success of Alan 10, and help make it an even stronger moment for brand, community, customers, prospects, partners, and the wider healthcare ecosystem. Beyond the flagship event, you will build the operating system that enables commercial and local teams to run high-quality events repeatedly and consistently.
It is a senior individual-contributor role that owns the global event system and makes other teams more autonomous and effective.
You will lead the global strategy and execution of Alan’s major Brand events, while owning the execution of local Brand events in France. You will create the playbooks, standards, templates, and measurement frameworks that allow teams across markets to deliver high-quality events without reinventing the wheel each time.
You will also contribute to the Brand team’s global community-event strategy, identifying the formats and moments that can make Alan more visible, credible, and memorable to the communities we want to influence.
You’ll equip local teams with the right local approach and assets, and support them as they adapt and run events in their markets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Own Alan’s yearly flagship event
- Participate in the definition of the event’s purpose, audience, positioning, narrative, and success criteria.
- Build the event roadmap, budget, and production plan.
- Manage agencies, venues, suppliers, speakers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate content, creative, production, guest management, press, influencers, Sales, and local market teams.
- Design a high-quality guest experience before, during, and after the event.
- Connect invitations, registration, CRM tracking, attendance, and follow-up.
- Run rehearsals, speaker preparation, run-of-show management, and on-site execution.
2. Build Alan’s recurring event playbook
- Define the main event formats and their intended purposes, such as owned events, executive dinners, round tables, speaking opportunities, trade shows, and partner events.
- Create practical templates for briefs, timelines, budgets, approvals, execution, production, and follow-up.
- Help define the role of commercial teams before, during, and after the event.
- Create reusable content, event assets, checklists, and quality standards.
3. Support local teams on local events
- Help local teams choose the right format and define the desired outcome.
- Review briefs and plans, provide feedback, and raise the quality bar.
- Identify successful local formats that could be scaled globally.
4. Help shape and execute Alan’s community-event strategy
- Contribute with the Brand team to the Community building strategy
- Design recurring event franchises and formats.
- Build partnerships with relevant organizations, experts, customers, and opinion leaders.
- Run test-and-learn initiatives that can start locally and scale globally.
PROFILE & COMPETENCIES
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least 5 years of experience delivering events end to end, ideally in a Brand, B2B marketing or agency environment.
- A track record of creating original event concepts and formats, not only executing a brief.
- Strong editorial judgement: the right angle, speakers and content to make an event memorable.
- Brand creativity: a clear point of view on how an event expresses a brand.
- Experience running complex events with multiple stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and speakers (including profiles with special logistics and security needs).
- Strong production skills: planning, budgeting, vendor and risk management, rehearsals and on-site delivery.
- Experience building repeatable processes, playbooks or templates.
- A strong understanding of how events drive brand, community and commercial outcomes, and comfort with CRM, registration, lead capture and follow-up.
- Experience working with Sales, Marketing, PR, Creative and local market teams.
- Fluent in French
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, and willing to travel across international markets.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, world-class customer service isn’t an afterthought, it’s at the heart of everything we do. We’ve built our reputation on delivering fast, thoughtful, and high-quality support, and we’ve done that by investing deeply in our own technology. Rather than just reacting to problems, we aim to solve them before our customers and partners even notice. Behind the scenes, that means building systems that scale globally, handle real-world complexity, and empower support teams to do their very best work.
This is where the Multilingual Intelligence & Resolution Automation (MIRA) team comes in. The team is on a mission to make customer support truly borderless. We’re building intelligent, AI-powered systems used across Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo, including a real-time translation engine that supports seamless conversations across 20+ languages. Processing hundreds of requests per minute and powered by modern cloud infrastructure and state-of-the-art LLMs, this system enables borderless support and helps create experiences that feel natural, human, and native, no matter where you are in the world. And we’re only just getting started.
What you’ll be doing
Design, build, and operate scalable backend services powering real-time, customer-facing systems
Develop and evolve AI-powered translation capabilities using LLMs in production
Help build the tooling and infrastructure needed to evaluate models across quality, latency, and cost
Collaborate closely with product, applied science, frontend, and platform teams to turn complex support problems into robust user-facing systems
Take ownership of technical decisions and help shape the architecture and future direction of the system
Improve the performance, reliability, and operational readiness of services handling real production traffic
Continuously explore better ways of working, including leveraging AI tools to improve development workflows
Our humble expectations
You have strong backend development skills in Python or Go (interest in other tech is highly appreciated)
You actively leverage modern AI tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or similar) to enhance your productivity, code quality, and day-to-day development workflow.
You have experience with cloud platforms (AWS or similar), container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), observability tools (such as DataDog), and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
You're a pragmatic problem-solver with a growth mindset, eager to step outside your comfort zone and continuously learn.
You're comfortable working with real-world data and its nuances.
You have solid experience designing, building, and integrating quality software (microservices) at scale within a complex domain.
What we offer
A chance to build something that truly matters, technology that enables people to connect and solve problems across languages and borders
The opportunity to work with AI and LLMs in real, high-impact production use cases
Being part of a global engineering organization of 2000+ people, we aim to build none other than the best-in-the-world engineering team here.
You’ll get to work in a company culture where we take ownership beyond the obvious, do common things uncommonly well, we think big but stay humble, do right by people, we treat others kindly and justly, recognise that if we don’t learn, we won’t stay still but fall behind, and keep in mind that Luke was Yoda’s greatest achievement.
Join us for an exciting journey of creating technology that brings joy, simplicity, and earnings to the neighbourhoods of the world!

Location: United States
Company Overview
We provide a mission-critical DevOps and Data Management platform purpose-built for the Salesforce ecosystem. Our suite of products—including CI/CD, automated testing, backup & recovery, and data masking—empowers organizations to release code faster, more securely, and with total data integrity. We are entering a phase of hyper-growth and are looking for a foundational leader to build our Enterprise presence in the United States.
The Role: Director of Enterprise Sales to serve as the "Incubator" for our U.S. sales organization. This is a unique "zero-to-one" opportunity. You will not be an armchair manager; you will be a hands-on builder responsible for the entire end-to-end operation of this business unit—from pipeline generation and prospecting to closing high-value deals.
You will begin by personally leading and scaling an initial "pod" of 8 to 10 representatives. Once you have identified, tested, and nailed the repeatable processes, you will rapidly scale the organization to a team of 40+ remote representatives across the U.S., hiring and mentoring a layer of Sales Managers to support this growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Incubation: Design, implement, and document the end-to-end sales process for the Enterprise segment.
Full-Cycle Ownership: Drive the entire revenue engine, including outbound prospecting strategies, pipeline development, and closing.
Hands-on Leadership: Act as a player-coach, joining discovery calls and demos to ensure the business is rock-solid at the 10-rep level before scaling.
Rapid Scaling: Lead the aggressive expansion from 10 to 40+ remote reps, identifying and hiring internal Managers as the team grows.
Data-Driven Operations: Establish KPIs and a rigorous, data-backed forecasting model to ensure predictable revenue growth.
Messaging & Positioning: Master the technical value proposition of our DevOps and Data security tools, coaching the team on how to move from "feature selling" to "value selling."
Culture Building: Create a high-performance, accountable, and transparent culture within a 100% remote workforce.
Requirements
Qualifications
Proven Track Record: 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, with a documented history of building teams from the ground up.
Ecosystem Expertise: Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem or DevOps/Data Management industries is highly preferred.
The "Builder" DNA: You must be a hands-on problem solver who prefers "doing the work" over high-level observation.
Scaling Experience: Proven ability to manage a remote organization of 30+ people and a history of developing "leaders of leaders."
Operational Excellence: Expert-level understanding of CRM hygiene, sales stack optimization, and outbound prospecting methodologies.
Residing in the USA: This role is remote but requires residency in the United States to manage the domestic market.
Benefits
Why join us?
Autonomy: You own the Enterprise P&L and have the authority to build the team in your image.
Impact: Your processes will become the blueprint for our global expansion.

Lithic is the modern card issuing and processing platform empowering ambitious financial companies to build the future of payments.
Our infrastructure powers card programs for 100+ innovative clients, from fintechs reimagining credit and digital banking to platforms transforming disbursements and spend management. Companies like Mercury, Flex, and Novo rely on Lithic's developer-friendly APIs, direct network connections, and flawless reconciliation to launch and scale card programs in weeks, not years.
We're building a future where access to better financial products materially improves people's lives, free from the constraints of 30-year-old mainframes and legacy processors. We're proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Stripes, and Mastercard, along with many others.
We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City.
We are hiring a
Senior Software Engineer
for the Product Platform team, which owns the foundational layer of our API that all other Lithic products build on top. The team’s mission is to make Lithic's API the best in fintech — reliable, consistent, and a joy to integrate with. This includes API Gateway, Events Platform, API key management and authorization, audit logging, or API norms and versioning strategy.
What you'll do:
Write reliable, secure, and scalable code for Lithic's product platform with minimal tech debt
Improve the reliability of systems in team’s scope and participate in the team on-call rotation
Own projects from planning to launch, spanning areas like API key management, reliability, audit logging, or search, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned along the way
Lead efforts to improve systems and processes within the team
What you'll bring:
4+ years building production backend systems, ideally including public-facing APIs at scale
Experience in or desire to learn Rust; ability to understand Lithic’s system written in other programming languages (Python, Java)
Interest and experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity
Ability to navigate ambiguity, align diverse perspectives, and drive toward practical solutions
Experience with API design fundamentals and product thinking: versioning, backward compatibility, schema-driven development, and weighing tradeoffs from the customer's perspective
Comfort with designing systems from scratch and owning the product development process end-to-end
Strong written communication skills and experience working in a remote, async-first team that’s spread across time zones
The annual US salary range for this role is $160,000 to $200,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
This is a remote position. However, candidates must be located in the United States, Canada (Ontario or British Columbia), Netherlands, Poland, or Czech Republic. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance.

About Spin.AI
Spin.AI is a global SaaS security company based in Palo Alto, CA, protecting enterprises from SaaS ransomware, Shadow IT, non-compliance, data loss, and data leak disasters in the cloud.
SpinOne is an all-in-one SaaS data protection platform built for mission-critical applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, and Atlassian. We deliver the most innovative last line of cyber defense, along with SaaS data management and protection, for more than 2,000 organizations worldwide. Learn more at https://spin.ai/
About the Role
Spin.AI is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help our customers get the most out of the SpinOne platform. You'll provide technical support by email and chat across the full breadth of what SpinOne protects: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Salesforce, and — following our acquisition of Revyz — Atlassian's Jira and Confluence.
We're especially interested in candidates coming from a Jira Service Management or Jira administration background. You already know how to run a queue, write a clear KB article, and keep a frustrated user calm while you work the problem. This role gives you the chance to bring that instinct to a security and data protection product, and to broaden it across four more SaaS ecosystems that a huge number of businesses run on every day.
You'll be one of the most direct lines our customers have to Spin.AI. Strong candidates are methodical troubleshooters, clear writers, and comfortable de-escalating a tense conversation without losing the thread of the actual technical issue.
What You'll Do:
Provide technical support to customers via email and chat
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues spanning Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Salesforce, and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) environments
Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Provide prompt, accurate feedback to customers and set realistic expectations on resolution
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues in the ticketing system
Prepare accurate and timely reports on ticket volume, resolution time, and recurring issues
Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
Participate in improving the product FAQ and knowledge base, particularly as Revyz/Atlassian coverage matures
Work closely with the engineering team on unresolved or recurring issues, and help translate Jira/Atlassian-specific behavior for teams less familiar with that ecosystem
What We're Looking For:
Hands-on experience administering Jira and/or Jira Service Management — you understand permission schemes, workflows, automation rules, and how admins actually use the product day to day
Experience with technical support, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role
Comfort with knowledge base tools, ticketing systems, and basic escalation workflows
Strong written communication skills — you can explain a technical concept clearly to a frustrated user without over-simplifying it
Willingness to build working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Salesforce administration alongside your existing Atlassian expertise
Skilled at de-escalation — you can keep a tense conversation productive and focused on resolution
Certifications That Strengthen Your Application:
You don't need to hold all — or any — of these to apply, but the following credentials map closely to the work and are a strong signal of fit:
ACP-120: Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator for Cloud — the closest match to this role; covers Jira Cloud configuration, permissions, workflows, and automation
ACP-620: Atlassian Certified Confluence Administrator for Cloud, or equivalent Confluence admin experience
Atlassian Certified Organization Administrator (Cloud Organization Admin), for candidates who've worked at the org/Atlassian Access level
Nice to Have:
Prior exposure to SaaS backup, recovery, or data protection concepts
Experience supporting more than one of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, or Salesforce in addition to Atlassian
Experience writing technical documentation or how-to content
Benefits:
PTO
Paid Holidays
Health Insurance
Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance
Employee Wellness Program
Great opportunity to work with amazing people
