ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This isn’t the type of in-house counsel position where you will be siloed into a few narrow workstreams or deal with the same issue day after day. At Clipboard, you’ll be tasked with tackling novel legal challenges, flexing different muscles across various areas of law, and making high-impact decisions in a fast-moving environment. You’ll be tasked with building internal processes and systems, not simply managing a docket of individual cases.
You have both the sharp instincts of a high-stakes litigator and an entrepreneurial spirit. You crave a creative and collaborative—rather than purely adversarial—experience in the law. You are a skilled and concise writer and communicator, and excel at and enjoy detail-oriented tasks, fact-finding, and investigative work. You have a strong degree of curiosity and are particularly adept at identifying subtle clues which may be indicative of a much wider and important universe of issues you need to dive into. You can navigate fairly esoteric internal databases to collect and digest complex sets of data. You are eager to bring your experience with litigation and investigations to an in-house role on a small and supportive team that affords opportunity for professional growth. You look forward to channeling your skills as a litigator into supporting and advocating for a mission-driven and groundbreaking business. You embrace and are not daunted by ambiguity or a challenge, have a perennially positive attitude, and are eager to help build a legal department and support the business in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy taking the lead on projects, and naturally take the initiative to solve problems and improve and streamline systems and processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage various litigation workstreams relating to independent contractor classification, including but not limited to matters relating to unemployment insurance claims and disputes with users of the Clipboard marketplace.
- Manage other litigation workstreams, including but not limited to professional negligence and data privacy matters.
- Partner with both internal and outside counsel on managing high-stakes litigation matters, including by drafting responsive pleadings, briefs, and other important documents.
- Work closely with outside counsel on developing and participating in the company’s eDiscovery strategy, including custodial document collection, review, and production.
- Manage the company’s third-party subpoena response strategy.
- Provide legal guidance to a wide range of cross function teams, including the Company’s product and operations teams.
- Support other legal workstreams depending on the needs of the team and company.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE 90 DAYS IN:
- You are deeply familiar with all pending litigation and investigation matters and have taken over leadership of at least one high-stakes matter, including communicating and coordinating with outside counsel and internal stakeholders.
- You have a deep understanding of the company’s internal databases and can quickly collect and analyze complex sets of data, both for the purposes of developing proactive risk mitigation strategies and responding to high-stakes litigation document requests.
- You fully own the unemployment response workstream, third-party subpoena response process, and a docket of other litigation matters, including a subset of the company’s medical malpractice matters, and can operate completely independently on these fronts with minimal supervision.
- In at least one litigation matter, you worked with outside counsel to develop an eDiscovery plan that minimizes the costs related to custodial document collection and review while still meeting our discovery obligations.
- You proactively and quickly jump in to respond to requests for legal guidance from other business functions, and provide high quality legal advice that incorporates the risk tolerance of the business.
- You are contributing to legal strategy decisions made by the Head of Legal.
NEED TO HAVE:
- JD with at least 5 years of experience
- Bias toward action and solving (not just spotting) problems
- Ability to take ownership of your work and manage projects independently
- Excellent communication and writing abilities
- Comfort and skill in navigating complexity and ambiguity, and working on a leanly staffed team
- Willingness to quickly dive into new and “unfamiliar” legal issues
- Ability to work under pressure and autonomously, and meet tight deadlines
- Agility and flexibility to take on new tasks and responsibilities when necessary to support the business and legal team’s needs in a fast-moving, rapidly scaling, and dynamic tech company
- Willingness and ability to engage with and interpret data, especially from unfamiliar sources
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience handling arbitrations and class actions
- Experience with eDiscovery issues, including large-scale custodial data collection, review, and production
- Clerkship experience
- Government experience
- Experience working cross-culturally and with diverse, global teams
INTERVIEW PROCESS:
- Application Review
- Case Study
- Case Interview with a member of our Legal team
- Hiring Manager interview with our Head of Legal
- Executive Interview with our Co-CEO
SALARY:
The base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $220,000. This role will also be eligible for discretionary annual bonus (paid on a quarterly basis) and/or equity compensation.

Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.

This role is not a people manager position, but it does provide technical direction to SAP analysts, access administrators, project teams, business partners, auditors, and implementation partners.
What You’ll Do
Build SAP security architecture, standards, access models, and role design practices.
Support our migration to SAP RISE, including role mapping, identity integration, access transition, privileged access, connectivity, and post-migration controls.
Develop and enhance Role-Based Access Control models that uphold least-privilege, address business needs, and meet compliance requirements.
Lead role cleanup, redesign, simplification, and Segregation of Duties remediation.
Set up and maintain SAP Identity Access Governance and SAP Governance Risk and Compliance, covering connectors, workflows, risk rules, provisioning, access analysis, and reporting.
Strengthen access provisioning, access reviews, emergency and privileged access oversight.
Support SOX and IT General Controls by collecting evidence, conducting audit walkthroughs, resolving issues, and providing clear documentation.
Review access risks, weak role builds, SoD conflicts, insecure configurations, and control gaps.
Partner with finance, supply chain, HR, procurement, SAP application teams, enterprise architecture, identity teams, cybersecurity, compliance, audit, and external partners.
Provide technical mentorship without formal people-management responsibility.
What You’ll Bring
6–8+ years of SAP security, access governance, role development, or related experience.
Solid understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA authorization concepts.
Experience in configuring or supporting SAP GRC and SAP Identity Access Governance.
Familiarity with SAP BTP, IAS, IPS, and SAP RISE security considerations.
Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control, Segregation of Duties, privileged access, user lifecycle management, and access reviews.
Experience assisting with SOX, IT General Controls, internal audit, or external audit activities.
Ability to guide complex initiatives, communicate clearly, and build trust with technical and business partners.
Preferred Experience
SAP security certification or related SAP certification.
Experience securing SAP RISE environments hosted on AWS or SAP-managed cloud infrastructure.
Experience with S/4HANA migration, ERP modernization, hybrid SAP landscapes, or cloud identity integration.
Experience in managing emergency access, conducting access certification, automating provisioning, and handling privileged access controls.
Experience in a global enterprise environment with complex business processes and audit needs.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We believe powerful AI can compress a century of scientific progress into a decade. Claude Science is a big part of building toward that future.
Claude Science is an AI workbench that gives researchers a single environment for work that today spans dozens of disconnected tools — literature, specialized databases, scientific computing, analysis, and publication-ready outputs. Claude Science already renders protein structures, genome tracks, and chemical structures natively, and coordinates multi-agent workflows with built-in review for citation and calculation errors — and we're just getting started. Much of this is being built 0→1 right now, in a category no one has defined yet.
We're growing the Claude Science product team. As a Product Manager on Claude Science, you will own a major area of the roadmap end to end — think expanding into new scientific fields, landing new model capabilities with researchers, or making the workbench ready for enterprise R&D teams — and help shape the overall product direction alongside the rest of the team. You'll spend real time with researchers in academic labs, biotech and pharma R&D, and research institutes to understand how science actually gets done — from hypothesis to analysis to publication and beyond— and turn what you learn into shipped product. You'll partner directly with our research teams to make the models better at science, help decide which fields and workflows we go after next, and shape what it takes for Claude Science to be trusted in enterprise and regulated research environments.
We're looking for experienced product managers and founders with real scientific or technical depth: people who can hold their own in a conversation with a structural biologist or a computational chemist, get in the weeds of model transcripts and evals, and still zoom out to help define a product category. You thrive in ambiguity, uncover non-obvious use cases for nascent capabilities, and bring those insights back to research.
Our north star is for Claude Science to accelerate scientific progress — across biology, chemistry, physics, and beyond — from early discovery through real-world application, by an order of magnitude.
Key responsibilities
Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major area of Claude Science, and contribute to overall product direction in a category that is still being defined
Spend meaningful time with working scientists — in interviews, working sessions, and key customer conversations — and synthesize what you learn into clear priorities, requirements, and success metrics
Partner with research to make Claude better at science: define target behaviors, build and shape evals grounded in real scientific workflows, surface failure modes from real usage, and feed them back into model development
Drive model and feature launches in your area end to end: define readiness criteria, coordinate across research, engineering, design, and go-to-market, run early access programs, and make sure launches land well with researchers
Identify which scientific domains, data sources, tools, and integrations Claude Science should support next, and build the case with evidence from users, usage data, and the broader landscape
Prototype ideas yourself with Claude to validate them before committing engineering time
Work with safeguards, policy, security, and go-to-market partners so that powerful scientific capabilities reach trusted researchers responsibly, including in enterprise and regulated research settings
Drive enterprise readiness — security and compliance reviews, admin and deployment controls, and the procurement realities of pharma and biotech — so large organizations can adopt it with confidence
Prioritize ruthlessly across a broad surface — scientific domains, customer segments, and competing workflows — and make clear calls on what our products serve deeply first, holding the line on MVP versus ideal state
Define how success is measured for AI research and development products — adoption and retention among working scientists and operators, time-to-result on real analyses, trust in outputs — and use those measures to steer planning
Maintain an objective, current view of the AI-for-science ecosystem — models, tools, benchmarks, and competitors — and of where Claude Science stands within it
Minimum qualifications
Have product management experience shipping technical products in close partnership with engineering and design, or equivalent experience driving product direction as a founder, engineer, or scientist
Have a scientific or deeply technical background — enough to reason with domain experts about their workflows and to diagnose where and why a model is falling short on a scientific task
Have a strong grasp of AI and LLM concepts, use AI tools daily, and are comfortable going deep on model behavior, prompting, and evaluation methodology
Are data-driven: you ground prioritization in usage data, eval results, and evidence from users rather than intuition alone
Have strong user empathy and can synthesize vague or contradictory feedback from expert users into actionable priorities
Navigate and execute amid ambiguity as a first-principles thinker, flexing across scientific domains based on the problem at hand and finding simple, easy-to-understand solutions
Communicate clearly in writing and can align research, engineering, and go-to-market stakeholders through influence rather than authority
Think carefully and creatively about the risks and benefits of putting frontier scientific capabilities into the world, beyond past checklists and playbooks
Preferred qualifications
8+ years in product management or equivalent product leadership, including taking products from 0 to 1 and scaling them; founder experience is a plus
An advanced degree or hands-on research experience in biology, chemistry, physics, materials science, or a related field — or experience building software for scientists (e.g., computational biology, cheminformatics, lab informatics, simulation, or scientific data platforms)
Have personally built evals or benchmarks for model capabilities, ideally agentic or scientific ones
Experience shipping products into life sciences, pharma, or other regulated research environments, including familiarity with their data governance and compliance expectations
A track record of launching ambitious products that found distribution or commercial success
Experience designing trusted-access or staged-rollout programs for sensitive capabilities
A creative, hacker spirit and a love of solving hard puzzles

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
LOCATION
Paris or remote (from -5h GMT up to +2h GMT to ensure sufficient overlap with the rest of the team).
ROLE
Morpho's Midnight launch brought fixed-rate, fixed-term lending onchain, and with it a set of credit markets that were never viable before. This role decides which of those markets Morpho pursues, what each one demands, and how to get there. It exists because the opportunity is far larger than the team can chase at once, so the sequencing has to be right.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own Morpho's strategy for expanding into new credit markets, building the framework that sizes and sequences each opportunity so the team goes after the ones that will gain real traction.
- Size net new markets including custodied Bitcoin, tokenized equities, undercollateralized credit and credit card receivables, using market data and competitive dynamics to decide where Morpho moves first.
- Build and run the process that surfaces what institutions actually need across a range of use cases and industries, so Morpho knows which problems to solve to unlock each loan type.
- Work with protocol, engineering, solutions, partnerships, marketing and legal to decide where Morpho builds and where it partners, then ship multiple zero-to-one loan categories.
- Design and run proof of concepts with new counterparty types, then use the results to scale a proven model across the rest of that market.
- Map the regulatory, compliance and registration requirements attached to each new market and factor them into which opportunities Morpho takes on, and in what order.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
First 30 days
Ramped on the lending stack and what Midnight makes possible. Has met markets, solutions, partnerships and protocol, and mapped the credit opportunities already in play.
First 3 months
You drove delivery of a proof of concept for a new loan market, and helped the team size the broader landscape of where to move next.
First 6 months
You've shipped experiments across several categories and developed internal consensus on our strategy to expand morpho into new markets.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Proven track record taking products from zero to one in greenfield markets.
- Experience in crypto, traditional finance, or fintech, with a working grasp of how credit markets function.
- Experience shipping products with regulatory or compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to create clarity and drive decisions in highly ambiguous environments
- Fast synthesis, with the ability to ramp on unfamiliar industries and markets quickly.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and hire based on talent, potential, and values alignment.

The SOC Manager provides situational awareness through detecting, containing, and resolving cyber security threats using a comprehensive set of technologies including IDS, IPS, DLP, SIEM, SOAR, AWS, SaaS Security, and firewall technologies.
This is a people-management role focused on keeping the SOC running smoothly – coverage, runbooks, triage, and escalation – while developing the analyst team. The SOC Manager works closely with the Cyber Case Manager to ensure incidents flow into case management and are tracked through to closure, and partners with Threat Detection Engineering, Cloud Security, Incident Response, and other Information Security teams to strengthen the firm’s overall cyber resiliency. Based in Lisbon, the role helps provide security operations coverage across global time zones. This role reports to the Security Operations Leader.
Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Center, ensuring monitoring, alerting, triage, and incident response run effectively across the operating day.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SOC analysts – including scheduling, shift and on-call coverage, performance management, hiring, and onboarding.
Establish and maintain runbooks, playbooks, incident-handling procedures, and daily, weekly, and monthly security checklists.
Operate, tune, and manage the SIEM and SOAR platforms; maintain alerts and dashboards that surface key security events and provide security assurance.
Triage and escalate incidents quickly and effectively, setting priorities for the SOC team and coordinating response with other teams across the firm.
Partner closely with the Cyber Case Manager to ensure incidents flow into case management and are tracked to closure, and to keep the team aligned to case-driven priorities.
Work alongside Threat Detection Engineering, Cloud Security, Incident Response, and other Information Security teams to improve the firm’s security posture.
Measure and report on the state of the firm’s cyber security defenses, including operational metrics and regular reporting to leadership.
Serve as an escalation point for high-severity incidents, including outside standard business hours as needed.
Drive the evaluation, selection, and configuration of key security tools to enhance Cyber Security Operations.
Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in security operations, including 1-3 years leading or managing a SOC or security operations team.
Demonstrated people-management experience – leading, mentoring, scheduling, and developing analysts.
Hands-on experience with the setup and management of a SIEM, preferably Splunk.
Experience with SOAR and a strong understanding of the incident-response lifecycle and frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK.
Knowledge of Linux, Windows, and macOS operating systems.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, AWS preferred.
Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to liaise across teams and report to leadership.
Professional fluency in English to support a global team.
Attentive, organized, and detail-oriented, with solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills..
We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office four days, with the flexibility to work remotely one day (Friday).
Benefits
iCapital offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes a total compensation program consisting of competitive salary, annual performance bonus, and equity for all full-time employees; healthcare with 100% employer-paid health and dental insurance; and generous paid time off (PTO).

Belkins is the most reviewed B2B appointment setting company in the USA, with over 300 5-star reviews, and is ranked among the Top-3 best professional service firms in the world 2024 by Clutch.
Trusted by industry leaders, including General Electric, Nvidia, UC Berkeley, Zendesk, Cloudflare, and over 1,000 other businesses in the USA — from startups to Fortune 500, empowering companies across 50+ industries with a results-oriented full-funnel outreach, boasting a staggering average of $10 return on every $1 spent with Belkins.
We foster long-term partnerships to unlock the full potential of B2B clients, allowing them to scale steadily regardless of market shifts.
Now we're looking for a driven Middle FP&A Analyst — someone who owns financial reporting end-to-end and turns numbers into insight the business can act on.
The role
You’ll own financial reporting and business-facing analytics across our largest brand scope (Belkins); working alongside our finance team in a peer/support relationship, not a managerial one.
You’ll report directly to Olha Boyko, and your analysis will feed straight into decisions made at the C-level.
What you’ll be doing
Preparing monthly management reporting packages (P&L, CF) with variance analysis and business insights
Taking full ownership of the budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy, timelines, and cross-functional alignment
Improving and automating reporting processes, including data consolidation and dashboard development
Developing and maintaining financial models for new and existing business directions, supporting leadership decision-making
Staying closely connected to the business day to day — tracking Delivery and Sales KPIs that move revenue, flagging risks before they surface, and staying on top of invoice deadlines and month-end close
What you bring
3+ years
of experience in financial analysis, preferably in IT, SaaS, or marketing-driven businesses
Solid grounding in accounting principles (US GAAP), with hands-on experience across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills
Advanced Google Sheets skills (complex formulas, QUERY, pivot tables, data structuring)
Business-oriented mindset — you interpret numbers into insight, not just report them
Upper-Intermediate English
or higher
Bonus points:
SQL experience & AI tools
What’s special about working at Belkins
Direct visibility into C-level decision-making — your analysis isn’t filed away, it’s acted on
A real path to seniority: growth here means more business impact and scope — no people-management track required to get there.
A dynamic, modern environment that keeps evolving its tools and processes (AI included) and leans on knowledge-sharing
A motivated team that’s building the finance function as the company scales
You’re our kind of person if you
You take ownership without waiting for a ticket to tell you what’s next — you flag risks before anyone asks
You’re structured and detail-oriented, but flexible when priorities shift fast
You look at a spreadsheet and think what does this mean for the business, not just is this accurate
You partner easily across teams — Delivery, Sales, Accounting — without needing a rigid handoff process
What to expect in our process
Screening call with the recruiter
(30–45 min) — background, motivation, English level, comp expectations.
Test task (up to 1h)
— a practical case on modeling, budgeting, and data structuring
Interview with the Hiring Manager
(Olha) — competency deep-dive on financial modeling, business-oriented thinking, and ownership
Final interview — Heads & Culture
— leadership alignment and the bigger picture
If this all sounds like the right challenge, go ahead and apply.
If you’re ready to take on a high-impact challenge, lead a transformation, and be rewarded for aggressive growth, we want to hear from you. At Belkins, we care deeply about our team members, and we prove it through:
Competitive Pay: Your dedication deserves more than recognition; it deserves compensation that matches your expertise.
Remote-First Flexibility: We’ve transitioned to a fully remote environment so you can work where you're most productive. Our flexible hours help you stay agile and focused.
Professional Growth: We’re a launchpad for your career. Through regular feedback, 1:1s, internal mobility, and knowledge-sharing, your growth is enabled and celebrated. We also maintain an internal wiki for insights and a library of the latest business books to keep you sharp.
Well-being focus: Your mental health is a priority. We offer mental health lectures and support for your overall well-being.
Recharge Time: We prioritize your rest with 20 paid vacation days, parental leave, fully covered sick days, and unlimited days off for unexpected needs.
Global Sync: We align with U.S. holidays to keep our global teams in sync.
Memorable Team Experiences: Work hard, play hard — even from a distance. Our online team-building events and all-hands gatherings bring humor, memes, and a lively atmosphere that makes teamwork genuinely fun.

Location: New York; New Jersey
Workplace: hybrid
About the Role:
The hiring problem you'd be solving
We build AI systems that enterprises run their business on. Production systems inside banks, insurers, and health systems, where our engineers embed with the client, learn the work, and own the outcome. We call them Forward Deployed Engineers and Forward Deployed Executives. These people hold design conversations with a Chief Data Officer on Tuesday and ship to production next Monday.
We are hiring a Recruiter to help us scale our FDE/FDX, Product, and GTM teams. Beyond filling roles, you will help build the community around Provectus. You'd own our US talent community strategy.
Five open reqs at a time, none of them generic. We would rather you run five properly than twenty badly.
Location:
Hybrid, New York: 2-3 days onsite
Type:
Full-time (W2) or contract
What You'll Do:
Full-cycle hiring across the US
for Forward Deployed Engineers (software, AI/ML, architects, leads), Forward Deployed Executives, Product Owners, and Business Development Managers. Intake to offer.
Direct sourcing
as the primary channel. LinkedIn, GitHub, community channels, referrals. Passive candidates doing the most consequential AI work, not the ones already looking. You'll build and keep the talent maps for these profiles in financial services, insurance, healthcare, and life sciences.
Partnership with the hiring managers.
You'll run calibration with them and bring market data when a scorecard doesn't match what exists.
Architect and execute Provectus's talent community strategy in the US.
Meetups, workshops, hackathons, university programs, and the AI/ML communities our candidates actually spend time in, so the engineers we want know who we are before we reach out. You don't need to have run events before. You need to want to help with that, and there's a budget and support from marketing when you do.
The US hiring picture.
Talent market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and how we position Provectus against the companies competing for the same engineers.
What you'll bring:
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally somewhere technical, fast-moving, or consulting-shaped
Proven track record hiring senior technical profiles — AI/ML engineers, software engineers, architects, or consulting leaders
Direct sourcing as a real skill. You can build a market map from scratch and write outreach a senior engineer actually answers.
You already use AI in your own workflow. Come ready to show us what and how. This is one place where being early in your career is often an advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized and comfortable with ambiguity in a distributed, global team
Based in the New York / New Jersey area and able to be onsite [2-3] days a week
Nice to have:
experience at a consultancy or embedded delivery model, GTM or sales hiring, prior event or community building.
Where this goes:
This is a growing US function. The person who does this well takes on more of the community mandate, more senior searches, and a path toward owning the US talent function. We'll talk about that trajectory.
What We Offer:
Direct impact on Provectus's growth in the US market with direct visibility to leadership.
Access to the Provectus Learning Hub, Claude Code certification support, and access to Anthropic's frontier models as part of our Strategic Partnership
Collaborative culture that rewards ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning
B2B contract model or Full-time W2 model.
Base $120-150k. Final offer reflects experience, skills, and market data.
Health, vision, and dental insurance; 401(k) matching; unlimited vacation; 401(K) matching plan (in case W2).
About Provectus:
Provectus
is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner working at the front edge of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable outcomes through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory work. We focus on Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences, with offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Hiring process:
30-minute intro call with Head of Talent Acquisition
60-minute deep dive into your experience and a conversation about one of our live reqs and how you'd approach that market
30-minute call with a Head of People Operations
On-site meeting with the CEO
