ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

Job Summary:
The Platform Engineering team is a close-knit group of highly senior engineers focused on building software products for developers — from internal APIs and services to developer tooling, CI/CD frameworks, and Kubernetes-based abstractions. We treat our platform as a product — prioritizing usability, adoption, and developer experience as first-class concerns. You will spend a significant portion of your time writing code — building platform services, APIs, and developer tooling used across engineering teams. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside highly experienced engineers on meaningful software problems where your ideas and expertise truly matter. The team operates in Hybrid, focusing office time for meaningful collaboration.
Platform Engineering exists to empower product engineering teams to build, deploy, and operate healthcare software faster, more reliably, and more securely. We solve complex cross-functional problems through well-designed software systems — building APIs, services, and developer-facing applications that reduce cognitive load so development teams can focus on delivering value to clinicians and patients. We may not own every part of the stack, but we engineer the APIs, abstractions, and interfaces that piece it together meaningfully — and we own the design, implementation, testing, and lifecycle of what we build through sound software engineering practices and SRE principles
Key Responsibilities
1 · Design, build, and maintain platform services, APIs, SDKs, and internal tools used across engineering teams
2 · Own platform services end-to-end — from design and implementation through production operation and continuous improvement, writing high-quality, testable code throughout
3 · Design and improve CI/CD workflows and developer automation with a focus on usability and efficiency
4 · Apply distributed systems and backend engineering principles to design scalable, resilient services and APIs
5 · Production ownership of the services and tools you build — including observability, debugging, and incident response
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js building production-grade APIs, services, developer tools, and developer-facing UIs (React or similar), with strong automated testing practices (unit, integration, E2E)
Strong software engineering fundamentals — distributed systems, API design, and production backend services, with a proven ability to make pragmatic trade-offs across scalability, reliability, and developer experience
Working proficiency with observability (metrics, logging, distributed tracing, SLI/SLO frameworks) and production ownership of services you build — including incident response and post-mortems
Strong proficiency with Kubernetes — building software abstractions and APIs, extending capabilities through custom controllers and operators
Strong proficiency designing and building CI/CD pipelines optimized for security, compliance, and developer experience
Working proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi), GitOps practices, and cloud-native environments
Strong communication, influence, and documentation skills — able to drive adoption of platform patterns, translate technical complexity for diverse audiences, and produce ADRs, runbooks, and developer- facing documentation
Preferred:
Experience building internal developer platforms or platform-as-a-product initiatives, including developer portals and self-service tooling
Experience with AI/ML integration: LLM APIs, intelligent automation, AI-assisted developer tooling, and agentic patterns
Working proficiency with cloud security practices (IAM, secret handling, encryption), compliance tooling (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST), or cloud cost optimization (FinOps)

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring the founding SDR for our New York office. You'll build the outbound engine for North America from scratch, prospecting into SEO, marketing, and growth leaders at mid-market and SMB companies across the US and Canada, and generating the pipeline our New York AEs close. You'll report to our Head of Sales, Americas.
Founding means what it says here. There is no US playbook yet. You'll decide which accounts are worth calling, what the opening line is, which sequences earn replies, and what the motion looks like by the time the second and third SDRs arrive. You'll do it with a Head of Sales who has already built this and Berlin's playbook to borrow from, but the US version is yours.
If you get a rush from picking up the phone, love the puzzle of finding the right person to call, and want to sell a product genuinely at the frontier of where search is heading, this is the seat.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive outbound prospecting across North America, identifying and engaging decision-makers in SEO, marketing, and growth functions
- Execute personalized, high-quality outreach with cold calling at the core and email and LinkedIn in support, generating qualified meetings for our New York AE team
- Build the US outbound playbook: target account definition, sequences, messaging, and the prospecting approach the next SDRs will inherit
- Use AI tooling to research prospects, personalize at scale, and sharpen your approach faster than a manual motion allows
- Work closely on targeting and positioning, and tell us honestly what is landing in the US market and what is not
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A track record of hitting or exceeding activity and meeting targets in a previous SDR or BDR role
- A natural on the phone who genuinely enjoys cold calling and sees every dial as an opportunity, not a chore
- Driven and self-directed, with a habit of setting ambitious targets and working steadily until you hit them
- Passionate about technology and the role AI is playing in reshaping how businesses operate, ideally someone who already uses AI tools day to day
- Highly coachable, treating every conversation as a data point
- Excited to learn the full sales cycle and grow into an Account Executive role. Our New York AE seat is the next rung, and we would rather promote you into it than hire around you
- Based in New York and excited to be in the office five days a week
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with outbound tooling such as Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar
- Familiarity with the SEO, content marketing, or digital analytics space
- Experience as an early or founding SDR somewhere, or building a motion in a new market
- Existing network in New York's startup, SaaS, or marketing ecosystem
- You already know what GEO and AEO stand for.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category
EEOC STATEMENT
Peec AI is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
COMPENSATION
The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually with anticipated on-target earnings being $95,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable New York law.
